[00:00:00] [SPEAKER_00]: Hey everybody, what's going on? Rob Cesternino is back here with another one of our Traders Season 3 preview here with Mr. Traders. Here he is, Pooeya Zambechili Pooeya. How are you today?
[00:00:14] [SPEAKER_02]: I'm always doing well, Rob. I'm so excited. We're gonna have a fun season together and we're already starting it off great, so can't complain.
[00:00:22] [SPEAKER_00]: Okay, well, we today are gonna be talking about another one of the survivors that is coming back and that is the three-time survivor.
[00:00:30] [SPEAKER_00]: Uh, legend Jeremy Collins is uh, I was very surprised when Jeremy Collins was in the cast of the Traders. I had not heard his name rumored to be about it and we're about to see him play in the Traders Season 3 and here with us to talk about all things Jeremy Collins. It's Scali. Scali, how are you?
[00:00:51] [SPEAKER_01]: Hello, hello. I'm so good. I'm so excited to be here with the both of you and especially talking about a really inspired choice, I think.
[00:00:59] [SPEAKER_01]: And Jeremy, for the Traders. Yes.
[00:01:02] [SPEAKER_00]: For the Traders. All right, this is uh, very fun. Now, Scali, I know you are a huge uh, Natalie Anderson uh, expert. I didn't know you were such a Jeremy Collins expert too.
[00:01:12] [SPEAKER_01]: Oh, I have been a day one Jeremy boy. I was full in on the Jeremy winner edit, which was definitely cut short, obviously, on his first time. Uh, held true the second, at least.
[00:01:22] [SPEAKER_01]: Uh, but so I was uh, definitely always a Jeremy fan. He is super high up there on my list of favorite survivors and I truly thought we would never get to see him again anywhere. So I am so excited to be back here talking about it.
[00:01:37] [SPEAKER_02]: Okay, uh, Pooja, this is fun.
[00:01:40] [SPEAKER_02]: This is such a fun time. I agree with Scali. I think this is a great choice to have on the show. I agree with you that I also didn't expect to see him.
[00:01:47] [SPEAKER_02]: Um, and Jeremy was my number one, my favorite winner, basically. I think even up until now, yeah, Jam Jam kind of started poking some holes in that maybe or make me reconsider.
[00:01:58] [SPEAKER_02]: But he's still up there for me. He's such so good. Cambodia is one of my favorite seasons, as you know. So I'm very happy to see him on our screens once again.
[00:02:07] [SPEAKER_00]: Okay, well, uh, we're gonna get into all things Jeremy, of course. Uh, this is day four of our Traders, uh, Season 3 Preview Series.
[00:02:16] [SPEAKER_00]: Uh, we've got the first few Survivor and Big Brother people that are gonna be playing here in the main feed.
[00:02:22] [SPEAKER_00]: But if you want to go all the way through the Traders premiere coming up, uh, Pooja is gonna take you every single day here, uh, just about with some holidays, uh, taking off.
[00:02:32] [SPEAKER_00]: Up until the Traders premiere, you're gonna want to make sure you get all things Traders in our Traders podcast feed at WeKnowTraders.com.
[00:02:41] [SPEAKER_00]: All right, so here comes Jeremy.
[00:02:44] [SPEAKER_00]: And I am very familiar, uh, with Jeremy's first season because I've just rewatched it, Scali, with Josh Wiggler.
[00:02:52] [SPEAKER_00]: We just went back. It's been 10 years since Survivor, San Juan del Sur, and Jeremy and Val first hit our television screens.
[00:03:00] [SPEAKER_01]: A top five season of Survivor, and Jeremy's a big reason why. He's so fun for the time that we get to spend with him there.
[00:03:07] [SPEAKER_01]: And, uh, I think that it was very clear to a lot of people this was very good casting in both Jeremy and Val, frankly.
[00:03:14] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, um, he plays in the second Blood vs. Water season, and really, uh, Scali, as you mentioned, is, uh, like, set up to be,
[00:03:22] [SPEAKER_00]: the protagonist of that story up until the point that he is, uh, so rudely taken out of the game.
[00:03:28] [SPEAKER_00]: Uh, and then Natalie ends up with this revenge arc.
[00:03:32] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, he steps up right away, looking to do a hero challenge immediately in redemption, in the, uh, the duels of it all at the beginning.
[00:03:40] [SPEAKER_01]: But, uh, that continues all the way through his boot episode.
[00:03:44] [SPEAKER_01]: He is out in front, not willing to sit back.
[00:03:47] [SPEAKER_01]: And I am excited to see if that's the Jeremy we get here, or if he takes, you know, a little bit of his future strategy.
[00:03:54] [SPEAKER_00]: Okay, so for anybody that maybe is just, uh, coming to Survivor a little bit more in the new era,
[00:03:59] [SPEAKER_00]: or is somebody who's a Traders fan but doesn't necessarily know all of the Survivor stuff,
[00:04:05] [SPEAKER_00]: I guess let's just set up, like, Jeremy's personality.
[00:04:09] [SPEAKER_00]: Scali, how would you describe Jeremy as a person?
[00:04:11] [SPEAKER_01]: I think Jeremy is super fun.
[00:04:14] [SPEAKER_01]: Uh, he is super likable, super, uh, charismatic, but also is maybe sometimes a little too enthusiastic to play the game.
[00:04:25] [SPEAKER_01]: Maybe we'll tell you what he's thinking, uh, and we'll, you know, maybe make a move a little too early at times as well.
[00:04:32] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[00:04:33] [SPEAKER_00]: Pouya, I think that's another part of Jeremy is that, you know, I think that people love Jeremy.
[00:04:39] [SPEAKER_00]: Jeremy has a ton of Riz.
[00:04:41] [SPEAKER_00]: People love being around Jeremy, but also then Jeremy can get, like, a little annoyed with some of the other contestants on the shows that he's on.
[00:04:52] [SPEAKER_02]: Oh, yeah.
[00:04:53] [SPEAKER_02]: We love Jeremy, and we love when Jeremy has to deal with people that are dumb.
[00:04:58] [SPEAKER_02]: Because if they're being dumb, he's gonna let us, the audience, know.
[00:05:01] [SPEAKER_02]: And he's had to deal with a lot.
[00:05:03] [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
[00:05:04] [SPEAKER_02]: He's not gonna shy away ever.
[00:05:06] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
[00:05:06] [SPEAKER_01]: That's exactly.
[00:05:07] [SPEAKER_01]: Everyone loves Jeremy, and Jeremy does not love everyone, for sure.
[00:05:11] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[00:05:11] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[00:05:11] [SPEAKER_00]: Um, and he's had to deal with, uh, like, frustrating people in, certainly in his first season.
[00:05:17] [SPEAKER_00]: I mean, he's on a tribe with, uh, with, uh, Drew Christie.
[00:05:20] [SPEAKER_00]: He didn't always see eye to eye with the late, great, uh, Keith Nail.
[00:05:25] [SPEAKER_00]: Uh, you know, John and Alec and Wes and, you know, uh, Reed and Josh, and he, you know, dealing with all these guys, uh, back in Survivor San Juan del Sur.
[00:05:36] [SPEAKER_00]: And, you know, uh, you know, uh, and, you know, uh, and, you know, uh, all the way through, um, you know, for the most part in Survivor's Second Chances, uh, everybody mostly wanted to work with Jeremy.
[00:05:46] [SPEAKER_00]: That, uh, there weren't, uh, too many frustrating, uh, moments for him.
[00:05:50] [SPEAKER_00]: Maybe other than Kimmy trying to, uh, turn his, uh, her back on him.
[00:05:54] [SPEAKER_00]: But then certainly in Winners at War, uh, a lot of, uh, frustrating things for Jeremy to deal with.
[00:05:59] [SPEAKER_00]: Scali, how do you think that, uh, Jeremy is going to handle this game of betrayal?
[00:06:06] [SPEAKER_01]: I'm very curious.
[00:06:08] [SPEAKER_01]: I do think that Jeremy could be very frustrated by, uh, someone not voting how he thinks that they may end up going.
[00:06:16] [SPEAKER_01]: I think that he is going to be set up very well.
[00:06:19] [SPEAKER_01]: I think in particular, I could see like the housewives loving Jeremy.
[00:06:22] [SPEAKER_01]: And I think that, uh, like things could start out great, but not all of these people are great.
[00:06:29] [SPEAKER_01]: Like game players is what my expectation.
[00:06:32] [SPEAKER_01]: So I think when he's surrounded by, uh, let's say about seven to 13 Keith nails, he might get a little frustrated.
[00:06:39] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
[00:06:40] [SPEAKER_00]: Hey, you have looked at this cast a lot more closely and we'll get into more detail about like his relationship with Rob and Tony.
[00:06:46] [SPEAKER_00]: But in terms of like, uh, the field that, uh, do you feel like that there are a lot of people here that, uh, will be Jeremy's type of people?
[00:06:56] [SPEAKER_02]: Now Jeremy's type of people is an interesting question to ask me because the reality is that is where some clashes could be.
[00:07:04] [SPEAKER_02]: But I think Jeremy will always make it look like they're his people.
[00:07:07] [SPEAKER_02]: And I think that's his biggest asset.
[00:07:09] [SPEAKER_02]: I, cause I think Jeremy and there's someone else that I, uh, we'll get to later on in the previews down the line.
[00:07:16] [SPEAKER_02]: I see Jeremy as a bit of a universal hub, kind of like, you know, everyone can plug in with him.
[00:07:21] [SPEAKER_02]: And I think he works great with them.
[00:07:24] [SPEAKER_02]: Um, and I think also to take into consideration, I think he kind of got blessed with the people from survivor that he's been put on the show with.
[00:07:32] [SPEAKER_02]: I feel like he's going to by proxy, in my opinion, slide right on in and just get along with hella people.
[00:07:38] [SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
[00:07:39] [SPEAKER_00]: Um, well that's interesting.
[00:07:41] [SPEAKER_00]: That wasn't what I thought you were going to say.
[00:07:42] [SPEAKER_00]: Cause I thought you were going to, uh, reference the fact that of the, you know, the, uh, the three survivor men that are here in Rob and Jeremy and Tony, uh, all from winners at war.
[00:07:52] [SPEAKER_00]: But I do feel like that, you know, Jeremy, I think is like, uh, his, uh, claim to fame on survivor.
[00:07:58] [SPEAKER_00]: I think that he really like perfected the, having a lot of shields in front of him in survivor second chances.
[00:08:04] [SPEAKER_00]: And I do think that of those three survivor players that I think, but both of those guys are going to be like much bigger, juicier targets, uh, for either to be voted out or to be murdered by the traders.
[00:08:19] [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, absolutely.
[00:08:20] [SPEAKER_02]: A hundred percent.
[00:08:21] [SPEAKER_02]: That's exactly how I think it would play out as well, which is why I think he's well situated because, and you know, Scali earlier said, will we see,
[00:08:28] [SPEAKER_02]: Sam on the sir, Jeremy, or are we going to see more of his later game?
[00:08:31] [SPEAKER_02]: I think we're going to see more of his later game, which he's shown to be his biggest asset, something that he's perfected.
[00:08:37] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[00:08:37] [SPEAKER_00]: Now Jeremy has had, uh, some, uh, famous allies in his survivor games.
[00:08:44] [SPEAKER_00]: I wonder if, uh, you know, he probably won't find another Natalie in this cast, but do you think that there is Scali, uh, somebody who could be a Natalie for him?
[00:08:55] [SPEAKER_00]: I definitely think that there's confident on here.
[00:08:59] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
[00:08:59] [SPEAKER_01]: I do think that he could pick up some of these people.
[00:09:02] [SPEAKER_01]: I look at like potentially a Gabby from the bachelor, a Sierra from summer house, uh, someone that I think that he can pick up pretty easily outside of the people that you probably assume he would work.
[00:09:13] [SPEAKER_00]: Because I will say knowing Jeremy a little bit, um, that he, he is not, he, he's a big sports fan.
[00:09:19] [SPEAKER_00]: He is not watching a lot of, and maybe he did some studying before he went back and played, but he does not know any of these Bravo people from a hole in the wall.
[00:09:30] [SPEAKER_01]: No, I would be very shocked.
[00:09:32] [SPEAKER_01]: You know, I don't know like how big of a Bravo fan Val is, uh, but I'm not guessing it's in Jeremy's usual rotation.
[00:09:39] [SPEAKER_01]: Maybe on at the household though.
[00:09:41] [SPEAKER_01]: He has a couple of daughters also.
[00:09:42] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, maybe.
[00:09:44] [SPEAKER_00]: Um, now also Pooja, Jeremy worked very closely with, um, our friend, Steven Fishback back in survivor second chances.
[00:09:53] [SPEAKER_00]: And Steven was a good ally for Jeremy.
[00:09:56] [SPEAKER_00]: They were, they worked together, uh, really well.
[00:09:59] [SPEAKER_00]: Is there, is there a Fishback type out there?
[00:10:03] [SPEAKER_02]: Uh, first of all, you cannot replicate a Fishback.
[00:10:05] [SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
[00:10:06] [SPEAKER_02]: You were a one of one.
[00:10:07] [SPEAKER_02]: Fishback and Spencer.
[00:10:08] [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
[00:10:09] [SPEAKER_02]: Well, I, I will say, uh, Rob, looking at this cast, I don't think there's a Fishback type, but I think if the two universal hubs find each other in him and Wells Adams, I feel like that could be a very fun partnership to watch play out.
[00:10:22] [SPEAKER_02]: I feel like Wells is also very palatable socially.
[00:10:25] [SPEAKER_02]: And I think that him combined with Jeremy's charm and then Jeremy's strategic insight, that could be a good deal.
[00:10:31] [SPEAKER_02]: Tell me about Wells Adams.
[00:10:32] [SPEAKER_02]: Cause I don't know who that is.
[00:10:34] [SPEAKER_02]: So I have gotten to become familiar with Wells Adams.
[00:10:37] [SPEAKER_02]: Thanks to doing these podcasts.
[00:10:39] [SPEAKER_02]: And from what I have gathered, he used, he was on the bachelor, but then he ended up, sorry, bachelor.
[00:10:46] [SPEAKER_02]: Then he ended up being on bachelor in paradise for one season.
[00:10:49] [SPEAKER_02]: And then he, Rob, they took him, he took over the role of bartender at bachelor in paradise.
[00:10:55] [SPEAKER_02]: He basically would not only serve them drinks and talk to the, the contestants and stuff, but then he would also narrate and do confessionals and, and read upon what they were doing.
[00:11:07] [SPEAKER_02]: So he just seems like a very easy person to get along with and very easy to talk to, which I think is very good for a game like this.
[00:11:16] [SPEAKER_02]: I see him in this red shirt.
[00:11:17] [SPEAKER_00]: I feel like he looks like a young Papa John.
[00:11:22] [SPEAKER_02]: I do not think he's got Papa John tendencies.
[00:11:24] [SPEAKER_02]: I will say, I don't think, uh, no, no.
[00:11:28] [SPEAKER_02]: It is interesting though, that the red shirt took you to Papa John and not like state farm.
[00:11:32] [SPEAKER_00]: Oh, he doesn't look like Jake from state farm.
[00:11:34] [SPEAKER_00]: I'll tell you that.
[00:11:38] [SPEAKER_02]: Yo, you know what we said?
[00:11:39] [SPEAKER_02]: He kind of looks like a young, uh, Dr.
[00:11:42] [SPEAKER_02]: Will a little bit.
[00:11:43] [SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
[00:11:44] [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
[00:11:44] [SPEAKER_00]: All right.
[00:11:45] [SPEAKER_00]: Uh, well check out our, uh, Dondi previews coming up, uh, soon as well for more on that.
[00:11:52] [SPEAKER_00]: Let's talk about Jeremy and how he's going to, uh, be reunited with some of these other survivors.
[00:11:59] [SPEAKER_00]: Now, Carolyn's here.
[00:12:01] [SPEAKER_00]: He's never played with Carolyn.
[00:12:02] [SPEAKER_00]: I'm sure he's seen her season.
[00:12:04] [SPEAKER_00]: And so, um, you know, they may be meeting for the first time at the trader's manor, but Jeremy played, uh, with both Jeremy.
[00:12:15] [SPEAKER_00]: I'm sorry.
[00:12:15] [SPEAKER_00]: With, with both Tony and Rob in, uh, winners of war.
[00:12:18] [SPEAKER_00]: Let's start with Rob.
[00:12:19] [SPEAKER_00]: Cause I think that's the, the, the easier one to unpack.
[00:12:23] [SPEAKER_00]: Uh, Scali, uh, well, what do we remember about Jeremy's relationship with Rob?
[00:12:28] [SPEAKER_01]: So Jeremy and Rob have always seemed to have a pretty good relationship despite where Rob making what I think is one of his bigger survivor mistakes ever in voting out.
[00:12:37] [SPEAKER_01]: Natalie first blindsiding Jeremy.
[00:12:39] [SPEAKER_01]: It seemed like they still maintained a pretty good working relationship on winners at war.
[00:12:44] [SPEAKER_01]: And so I think that we should expect them probably to work together at this point.
[00:12:52] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[00:12:52] [SPEAKER_00]: Um, Pooja that, uh, Jeremy, of course, uh, from the Boston area, of course, uh, that Boston Rob, uh, famously number one Patriots fan.
[00:13:03] [SPEAKER_00]: So I do think that there is like a lot in common for Jeremy and Boston Rob.
[00:13:09] [SPEAKER_02]: I mean, you mentioned a big on the sports and they both come from the same area.
[00:13:13] [SPEAKER_02]: I mean, this is, they're going to want to work together.
[00:13:16] [SPEAKER_02]: I do think also for Rob, he's going to need all of them to stick around at least a little bit at the beginning.
[00:13:22] [SPEAKER_02]: I feel like you, until you know what your connections are with other people, you got to keep the people, you know, it's safety in numbers.
[00:13:29] [SPEAKER_02]: And, and we know this Rob does love him and buddy.
[00:13:32] [SPEAKER_02]: So right there.
[00:13:34] [SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
[00:13:35] [SPEAKER_00]: I think the more complicated relationship is Jeremy and Tony.
[00:13:40] [SPEAKER_00]: Now, Jeremy and Tony, uh, they have been sort of like intertwined back from Scali.
[00:13:46] [SPEAKER_00]: It was 2014 when we had survivor Kage on in the spring and survivor San Juan del Sur in the fall.
[00:13:51] [SPEAKER_00]: And, uh, back to when both of them were nominated for Mr. Survivor.
[00:13:57] [SPEAKER_00]: If you can remember all the way back to 2015.
[00:14:01] [SPEAKER_00]: And, uh, after that battle, they end up on the Island together in survivor winners at war.
[00:14:08] [SPEAKER_00]: And they had a pretty decent relationship, uh, together up until the point that Tony really, uh, flipped the script on Jeremy.
[00:14:16] [SPEAKER_00]: And Jeremy did not appreciate that.
[00:14:19] [SPEAKER_01]: No, very much not.
[00:14:20] [SPEAKER_01]: I think Jeremy does not love, uh, feeling like the wool was pulled over his eyes.
[00:14:26] [SPEAKER_01]: And I think, uh, Jeremy and Tony working decently together until Jeremy ultimately does get voted out with Tony being one of three votes to send him out of the game.
[00:14:35] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah. And I think that there were some, uh, hard feelings there towards, uh, like, I think that, uh, the, uh, Tony and Sarah and Ben, like, uh, I think that they, uh, and Denise, uh, like, I think that Jeremy was like frozen out in a way, uh, from that point in the game.
[00:14:53] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, definitely. He did not have a very many inroads left at that point.
[00:14:57] [SPEAKER_01]: And I think that he was kind of, you know, backed into a corner, unfortunately, in a way that he did not appreciate.
[00:15:01] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah. So Pouya, how do we think that Jeremy and Tony is basically like, Hey, let's leave that back in Fiji.
[00:15:09] [SPEAKER_00]: We got a new game to figure out. Or do you think that there could be payback on Jeremy's mind?
[00:15:14] [SPEAKER_02]: Listen, I think out the gate, of course, that's going to be the offer on the table, right?
[00:15:19] [SPEAKER_02]: Again, they need each other. They want to keep each other, but we, Jeremy's story on Survivor begins with a team payback.
[00:15:28] [SPEAKER_02]: We're getting the lick back on Nadia going out. Then, uh, Natalie goes out here. I think Jeremy knows a thing or two about getting some revenge.
[00:15:37] [SPEAKER_02]: And I have to imagine he's going to play his game as optimally as he can, but that's going to be on the back of his mind.
[00:15:43] [SPEAKER_00]: Can you really get revenge on traders?
[00:15:46] [SPEAKER_02]: I mean, no, not really. Cause especially if you do not suspect someone to be a trader, uh, you're kind of going to have to blow some social capital.
[00:15:57] [SPEAKER_02]: Just get rid of a fellow faithful if that's the situation. But at the end of the day, yes, getting someone banished is still payback.
[00:16:03] [SPEAKER_02]: Uh, you can still count that as payback. Uh, it just depends on if you're the one throwing the name out. Cause I feel like if half the house, like, you know, it's Tony, Tony gotta go.
[00:16:13] [SPEAKER_02]: Jeremy's going to potentially throw a vote there. I wouldn't classify that as him cooking the revenge up, but he's in on it. You know, you know, but Scali, we saw Parvati and Sandra come into trader season two.
[00:16:24] [SPEAKER_00]: We're like, Oh, okay, here we go. It's the few, but then, you know, uh, I don't know if there's a peppermint in this house that could bring, uh, these guys back together.
[00:16:31] [SPEAKER_00]: Maybe it's Boston Rob, maybe it's Carolyn. Um, but do you think that maybe that they could get back on the same page?
[00:16:38] [SPEAKER_01]: I could see them getting back on the same page. Definitely. At least initially, the thing is, I think that whether it's for revenge or to firmly solidify this relationship, I think, uh, both of them specifically, Tony need to last long enough for that move to ultimately get pulled.
[00:16:53] [SPEAKER_01]: Uh, but I think that Jeremy, you know, they say you play like the winner of your season. Take that from Natalie. Like, okay. She takes revenge when Jeremy gets voted out.
[00:17:01] [SPEAKER_01]: Go ahead. Like, wait your time. I think that he can either bide his time or firmly like make the correct relationship with Tony.
[00:17:08] [SPEAKER_00]: Scali, are there any moments from Jeremy's three season arc that stand out in your mind as things that might be, uh, impactful for how we should think about Jeremy on the traders?
[00:17:21] [SPEAKER_01]: Ooh, um, I'm trying to think off the top of my head.
[00:17:27] [SPEAKER_00]: I mean, uh, famously, uh, Jeremy wanted to surround and drown. Uh, that was, uh, the, his plan that, uh, he wanted to execute on with Natalie to, uh, get Alec Christie to come over to vote with him.
[00:17:43] [SPEAKER_00]: Uh, that do you think that, uh, that could be brought back out?
[00:17:47] [SPEAKER_01]: I could see it. I could see these survivors definitely going out and making their own relationships in order to isolate maybe some of the non gamers.
[00:17:55] [SPEAKER_01]: Uh, I do think Jeremy is, uh, pretty savvy in that way.
[00:17:59] [SPEAKER_00]: Mm-hmm. All right.
[00:18:02] [SPEAKER_00]: Pouya, it's probably a chalk pick that one of the survivors is going to be a trader.
[00:18:09] [SPEAKER_00]: Is that fair to say?
[00:18:11] [SPEAKER_02]: I feel like given what we have seen on any of the franchises, I think that's a good assumption to make that at least if not a survivor, one, a survivor or a big brother.
[00:18:22] [SPEAKER_02]: But I do think based on the cast they've put together for survivor, I will give you 90% odds.
[00:18:27] [SPEAKER_00]: Okay. Do you think that Jeremy is a likely pick to be the trader?
[00:18:34] [SPEAKER_02]: I would love that.
[00:18:35] [SPEAKER_02]: I think if you're making Jeremy the pick, you're doing the, well, they're going to assume it's one of these other folks and he gets to secretly be the actual trader.
[00:18:44] [SPEAKER_02]: Because I think that of the four of them, I would rank Jeremy probably third, which means that I'm assuming it's going to be a Boston Rob or Tony trader pick.
[00:18:55] [SPEAKER_02]: But I would personally love if it's Jeremy because of the fact that you wouldn't expect that.
[00:19:00] [SPEAKER_00]: You wouldn't expect it.
[00:19:01] [SPEAKER_00]: Uh, Scalia, how do you think that Jeremy would be as a trader?
[00:19:04] [SPEAKER_01]: I think he would be pretty good.
[00:19:05] [SPEAKER_01]: I don't think people would see him coming.
[00:19:07] [SPEAKER_01]: I think a lot of people think that the like very open, likable guy doesn't necessarily have much behind there.
[00:19:13] [SPEAKER_01]: I think we've seen that on a couple other iterations of the traders that, you know, a fun personality really can disguise a much more devious undertone.
[00:19:23] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[00:19:23] [SPEAKER_00]: I hope Jeremy is not the trade.
[00:19:25] [SPEAKER_00]: I do agree.
[00:19:26] [SPEAKER_00]: I think he would be good.
[00:19:27] [SPEAKER_00]: I don't think that they would suspect him, but I feel like I want to see Jeremy pissed that they voted out the wrong person.
[00:19:34] [SPEAKER_00]: They didn't listen to him getting for getting pissed off at the breakfast.
[00:19:38] [SPEAKER_00]: Let's say, see, I knew I knew it.
[00:19:41] [SPEAKER_00]: You didn't listen to me.
[00:19:42] [SPEAKER_00]: Like, I feel like that that's the Jeremy I want to see back on the traders.
[00:19:46] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[00:19:47] [SPEAKER_02]: The best confessionals will come from anger or frustration at the others.
[00:19:52] [SPEAKER_02]: And we have seen time and time again, you don't get better reactions than when the round table goes sideways and you vote out another faithful.
[00:19:59] [SPEAKER_02]: That would be great.
[00:20:00] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[00:20:02] [SPEAKER_00]: How do we think that Jeremy is going to interact with Carolyn?
[00:20:10] [SPEAKER_01]: I don't think it's going to be a match made in heaven.
[00:20:12] [SPEAKER_01]: I think that he could get a little frustrated and I like maybe it starts out okay, but I don't know that Jeremy loves emotional people.
[00:20:22] [SPEAKER_01]: And I think that Carolyn can play a great game with her emotions.
[00:20:26] [SPEAKER_01]: But I don't know if Jeremy is going to see that right away.
[00:20:29] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[00:20:29] [SPEAKER_00]: I'm trying to think back to the people that Jeremy has worked with the best.
[00:20:36] [SPEAKER_00]: And, you know, I feel like that I'd say Natalie is emotional, but not necessarily like I feel like in the same way that Carolyn is.
[00:20:44] [SPEAKER_00]: And I feel like, you know, Stephen is like much more logical.
[00:20:48] [SPEAKER_00]: Michelle he's worked with, but Michelle's just like really just like a straight shooter.
[00:20:55] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[00:20:56] [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
[00:20:56] [SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
[00:20:57] [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
[00:20:58] [SPEAKER_02]: This could be an interesting because, again, with the Universal Hub, they can connect with different type of personalities.
[00:21:03] [SPEAKER_02]: But this is a new challenger emerges.
[00:21:06] [SPEAKER_02]: And do I do I know how it's going to look like?
[00:21:09] [SPEAKER_02]: No, because I don't think we have seen anyone quite like her on the show.
[00:21:12] [SPEAKER_02]: So it's going to be brand new.
[00:21:15] [SPEAKER_02]: But I again, I feel optimistic that it's possible, especially, you know, when when looking at the rest of the survivors, I think she's most likely to be connecting with Jeremy, if anything, of the three.
[00:21:30] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I think that Jeremy probably is the best equipped, I think, of the three.
[00:21:37] [SPEAKER_00]: But we'll see.
[00:21:38] [SPEAKER_00]: What about of the the Big Brother people?
[00:21:40] [SPEAKER_00]: I feel like that Brittany Haynes, I don't think she really follows Survivor.
[00:21:44] [SPEAKER_00]: But I do think that Danielle Reyes, that she has said for a long time she wants to be on Survivor.
[00:21:49] [SPEAKER_00]: I bet she loves Jeremy.
[00:21:51] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I can definitely see that being a good working relationship.
[00:21:55] [SPEAKER_01]: And I think Danielle is much closer to someone that Jeremy would also try working with.
[00:21:59] [SPEAKER_01]: Very analytical, very strategic and like methodical.
[00:22:03] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
[00:22:04] [SPEAKER_00]: Maybe could that be his Natalie or Fishback?
[00:22:10] [SPEAKER_02]: I mean, listen, that is the pair I want.
[00:22:13] [SPEAKER_02]: That is that would be a great pairing to see play this game together.
[00:22:16] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it's pretty good.
[00:22:17] [SPEAKER_00]: That'd be a pretty good pairing.
[00:22:18] [SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
[00:22:19] [SPEAKER_00]: How do we think Jeremy is going to do overall on the traders?
[00:22:24] [SPEAKER_01]: I have high expectations for Jeremy.
[00:22:27] [SPEAKER_01]: I feel like there's been even slightly more of a focus on let's keep people that are good at the challenges.
[00:22:33] [SPEAKER_01]: I think there will be no issue for Jeremy there helping them gain money.
[00:22:36] [SPEAKER_01]: I think that he is going to be like just the right amount of we can throw suspicion on him if we need to.
[00:22:43] [SPEAKER_01]: So we don't necessarily need to murder him, but he's not necessarily going to be poking his head up so high that he's going to get voted out at an early roundtable.
[00:22:48] [SPEAKER_01]: I think Jeremy is like a great pick to run deep.
[00:22:52] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I agree.
[00:22:54] [SPEAKER_00]: I think that Jeremy, I totally could see him like heading into like the final ceremony.
[00:23:03] [SPEAKER_02]: I 100% could see that as well.
[00:23:05] [SPEAKER_02]: I also think Jeremy is a prime candidate for if he does end up being a faithful.
[00:23:09] [SPEAKER_02]: I think he's a primo candidate to recruit, to be on your team in the conclave as a trader.
[00:23:16] [SPEAKER_02]: And the reason I think that is because, again, I think that we're going to see somebody who is easy to get along with, doesn't look like they're going to be ruffling a lot of feathers.
[00:23:25] [SPEAKER_02]: And I think that's a juicy person to bring forward.
[00:23:27] [SPEAKER_02]: Of course, that's if you're considering someone to be a teammate and not just someone you throw to the wolves immediately.
[00:23:34] [SPEAKER_02]: So I think in that regard, he's good.
[00:23:36] [SPEAKER_02]: I think my biggest worry is Jeremy being a early murder to like cast confusion or whatever, potentially.
[00:23:43] [SPEAKER_02]: I could see that being a direction that goes.
[00:23:45] [SPEAKER_02]: But even then, if there is a survivor in that turret, you're not going to want to murder a fellow survivor because then people are like, well, that leaves three of them.
[00:23:55] [SPEAKER_02]: One of them is the trader. You don't want that. You want to keep them as long as possible.
[00:23:58] [SPEAKER_02]: So I also feel very good about his odds.
[00:24:00] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, that's a good point. All right.
[00:24:02] [SPEAKER_00]: Very fun to see Jeremy back on television.
[00:24:05] [SPEAKER_00]: Did not have that on my bingo card coming into this next season of the traders.
[00:24:11] [SPEAKER_00]: Scali, anything else you want to add about Jeremy from 10 years of Jeremy on television?
[00:24:17] [SPEAKER_00]: Oh my God, there's so much.
[00:24:19] [SPEAKER_01]: But no, I'm just really excited.
[00:24:21] [SPEAKER_01]: I do worry that there's like always that chance he's seen as like the figurehead of a faithful alliance.
[00:24:25] [SPEAKER_01]: But overall, I think Jeremy's great.
[00:24:27] [SPEAKER_01]: I think that we're going to have a ton of fun regardless of how this goes with him.
[00:24:31] [SPEAKER_01]: And more picks like these, please.
[00:24:33] [SPEAKER_01]: Okay, what about for you? Any other thoughts on Jeremy?
[00:24:36] [SPEAKER_02]: No, I am just very happy.
[00:24:39] [SPEAKER_02]: This is the kind of casting that makes traders the show, has made Trader become the show that it is with the reputation it has.
[00:24:45] [SPEAKER_02]: Because Jeremy is someone who is not only a great player, but great television and someone you wouldn't expect to see because he isn't.
[00:24:53] [SPEAKER_02]: I feel like he is in the middle era, which kind of gets lost in the shuffle a little bit.
[00:24:57] [SPEAKER_02]: So it's great to see that they have eyes over there and to see him play again will be great.
[00:25:02] [SPEAKER_02]: I'm very pumped.
[00:25:04] [SPEAKER_02]: Please don't get rid of him early because I'll be very sad.
[00:25:07] [SPEAKER_00]: Okay. All right.
[00:25:08] [SPEAKER_00]: Well, we talked about Jeremy today.
[00:25:11] [SPEAKER_00]: Tomorrow, we're going to talk about somebody that we talked about quite a bit here today.
[00:25:16] [SPEAKER_00]: Tony is going to be making the spy bunker.
[00:25:20] [SPEAKER_00]: What would you make in the Trader's Manor?
[00:25:24] [SPEAKER_00]: Spy armory?
[00:25:26] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[00:25:28] [SPEAKER_00]: The turret terrace?
[00:25:29] [SPEAKER_00]: Spy dungeon?
[00:25:29] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[00:25:30] [SPEAKER_00]: So we'll see what Tony comes up with when we talk about him coming up tomorrow.
[00:25:36] [SPEAKER_00]: And of course, make sure you're subscribed to we know traders dot com to make sure you don't miss any of our preseason coverage.

[00:26:13] [SPEAKER_01]: So go check all that out.
[00:26:15] [SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
[00:26:15] [SPEAKER_00]: Great to have you here today.
[00:26:17] [SPEAKER_00]: Scali.
[00:26:18] [SPEAKER_00]: And then Puyo, what exciting things do you have going on?

[00:26:33] [SPEAKER_02]: Annabelle will be joining me for traders UK.
[00:26:35] [SPEAKER_02]: That's going to be loads of fun as well.
[00:26:37] [SPEAKER_02]: I'm still Rob conducting that hot mess express over on 90 Day Fiance Rap Pups talking 90 days.

[00:26:50] [SPEAKER_02]: So check that out and tune into that one to hear what you may be expecting in the future.
[00:26:56] [SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
[00:26:56] [SPEAKER_00]: How do you think Jeremy is going to do?
