Survivor 46 | RHAP B&B Season Preview

Mike and Liana come together in the Survivor pre-season to preview the cast.

[00:00:00] It is Ryan here and I have a question for you.

[00:00:02] What do you do when you win?

[00:00:04] Like, are you a fist-pumper?

[00:00:06] A woohooer?

[00:00:07] A hand clapper?

[00:00:08] A high-fiver?

[00:00:09] I kind of like the high-five, but if you want to hone in on those winning moves,

[00:00:24] Start having the most fun ever at chumbacacino.com. Hi everybody and welcome to the RHAP B&B for the pre-season of Survivor 46.

[00:01:43] The doors have opened once again. know, you they're strangers, they're complete strangers to me. And I'm going to get to know the ins and the outs of all of them throughout the course of the season. So this is always the really, really fun time we get to just theorize about what's going to happen, how people are going to do who's gonna like whom and how this whole season is going to play out. So I'm just excited to now have the opportunity to bounce back and forth with you about these people instead of just

[00:03:02] hearing your beautiful voice.

[00:03:03] Don't you mean Q is gonna like Q?

[00:04:03] segments and just general shenanigans around everything. So we are here for a good time.

[00:04:06] I think if you are into some of the sillier, lighter moments

[00:04:10] of Survivor and especially the new era,

[00:04:13] this is the place to be, B&B, if you will.

[00:04:17] And listen, we had spoils galore last season in Survivor 45.

[00:04:22] As we talked about in that finale podcast,

[00:04:24] it felt so B&B coded with just all the nonsense that Everybody had some kind of a weird quirk to them. Like there's something interesting about everybody. And to me, no one really stood out as being boring. And I think that no matter how these people interact with one another, it's gonna be fireworks. And then of course, as you mentioned, throw a production in on top of that, of whatever dear God production will do. Look, I'm here for it.

[00:05:40] Yeah, so look, suffice it to say,

[00:05:43] I think people pure. Yeah.

[00:07:00] Yeah.

[00:07:01] Here's to you next Tuesday.

[00:07:02] I mean, with the art and everything, right?

[00:07:05] She was just someone who immediately stood off the page

[00:07:07] is like, oh my gosh, I love you.

[00:07:08] It was very much a reaction. such an even playing field. And I really don't know how the season is going to go. I completely agree across multiple circumstances that, yes, the people who have the best things going for them, you have to have reservations because you're like, if I'm seeing it, how does not at least one of the other 17 people see it? And that causes them to get rid of you.

[00:08:20] I mean, we even saw last season where

[00:08:22] I think you kind of go in with like, all right,

[00:08:24] maybe there's like six to eight people that could win.

[00:08:26] And then you have someone like Sabaya get taken out It's a whole new world. It's a whole new era. D was sort of that bridge where I talked about this, which was the reason why I picked Kelly was like, okay, I can see you winning a season in the thirties or even a season in the twenties. I don't know if we're gonna deviate back to that also because like, I don't necessarily think we're getting a lot of those more down to earth qualities

[00:09:40] about being completely honest and a lot of these,

[00:09:41] this cast who lovingly so have a lot of quirks to them. Yeah, I actually yeah, I know. I've seen actually multiple seasons in the future. So just Claire, Claire, you can call me Leona, Claire, boy, it because my male name's Claire. That only works. Oh, wait, really? OK. Yeah, yeah. That's you know, you know, when you're on a player voyage, we want to clear boy and Boris. That's me. I look, I think that the I don't want to say problem,

[00:11:03] but I want to say problem with the three tribe format is

[00:12:03] and trying to just anticipate what will go on for the season. Which is great.

[00:12:03] I mean, I think some people from a certain perspective

[00:12:05] say then like, what does the preseason matter?

[00:12:08] Because then everything's going to change

[00:12:09] once we see the people on the beach.

[00:12:10] First off, it's fun.

[00:12:11] I love talking with these people.

[00:12:13] I love getting to know these people as players,

[00:12:16] as people before they become players, I should say.

[00:12:18] Because the new era has done a better job of us

[00:12:21] getting to see who they are.

[00:12:23] But it's still now, what, 65 minutes

[00:12:27] distilled out of a two to three day period. I'm yeah, I really need you. I don't know. You're not probably not allowed to do this, but like I needed to know every single time his name or not his name, obviously. But like the description of this person came up. I was just like, why are you not in the season? I need to know who you are. I wonder if maybe Rob could hire like a police sketch artist to do a mock up of this person based on the way he was described by the castaways.

[00:13:43] Exactly. Yes. Based on what everybody else said about him.

[00:13:46] Like, what do we think that this person is going to look like?

[00:14:41] a blue, red and yellow. I think that would have worked really well.

[00:14:43] I mean, in terms of it compared to 40 or yeah, 45 with the big ass bird on it.

[00:14:50] Yeah. The big ass bird.

[00:14:51] Also, what was the one with the person drowning?

[00:14:54] Oh, that was 41.

[00:14:56] Yes, 41.

[00:14:57] Strong with a person being drowned.

[00:14:59] Last gas. Yeah.

[00:15:00] So compared to the drowning, I mean, obviously,

[00:15:02] I think that this is an improvement.

[00:15:04] They have people walking through the water, not like.

[00:15:06] Well, I don't know.

[00:15:07] Could this be like I mean, I we see the three teams lugging a giant gecko around. Which I am so excited for people to get into. It is ridiculous. These are 500 pound geckos that they have to carry the entire challenge. It is truly, truly ridiculous.

[00:16:22] I think the geckos are honestly the worst thing about the logo.

[00:16:25] I mean, there's some weird stuff goingos are the idols, geckos. What's not like the idols were birds? Well, here's the thing, though, about geckos or maybe it's salamanders cut off their tail. It grows back. Here's the thing about the cast could be salamanders. The outcast twist is returning, Leona. You thought you cut their tail off. No, I'm pretty I'm pretty sure they're similar in that they have

[00:17:42] regenerative qualities like really hyper.

[00:17:45] So there you go. Edge of extinction made it making its return.

[00:18:41] That's so sad. I really like they had a pink one.

[00:18:43] I don't remember what it was called, but the color was pink and I really loved it.

[00:18:47] It had like 18,000 grams of sugar, but as a child, that was exactly what you wanted.

[00:18:52] I remember they had a very, in my opinion, disquieting white one.

[00:18:57] Let me see if I can find it.

[00:18:58] Oh, you know what?

[00:18:59] Actually, I did find it.

[00:19:00] It was.

[00:19:01] Let me see if I could share this one.

[00:19:03] This is.

[00:19:04] Uh, let's see.

[00:19:05] Oh, no.

[00:19:06] It's it's Whatever. So yeah. Giant bottle of that. Can I just remind everybody why season 45 was so B&B coded as we're talking about getting off get go? Yeah. Yeah. Well, that didn't take long. B&B is back, baby. Yeah. Oh my God. Oh boy. All right. Anyway.

[00:20:20] Okay. So logo. Great.

[00:20:22] I do say I like that.

[00:20:24] I kind of like the kind of like dark's get into that. That's it. No, it's fine. I mean, come on. Like we're 46 seasons in. What are they going to come up with? Although I'm very curious if they ever start using like AI

[00:21:41] to generate their logos.

[00:21:42] And we're going to start getting some weird ass logos.

[00:21:44] That would actually kind of be my vibe.

[00:21:45] So maybe I do want them to do that.

[00:21:47] But yeah, for not AI, this is great. heartwarming or perhaps not. Who's to say? A lot of people this season, a lot of backstories, a lot of wise as to why they are on Survivor. So, Liana, amongst them, who from the Survivor 46 cast do you think is most likely to get a personal segment on the show? This you could pick. I could justify anyone.

[00:23:00] Literally, they have a person on the cast.

[00:23:02] I'll justify why I think they're going to get a personal segment.

[00:23:05] So for me, it's not about who opportunity to invite that in. What are your overall thoughts about Teven someone who I was, of course, very high on? Are you giving as rave reviews for the performer as me?

[00:24:23] He was one of the ones that of course, immediately I'm like, Oh my gosh, you've won the Nexus of Power. Power, yes, exactly. Oh, and does he mention Mr. Suave? Yes, Mr. Suave is the name of Blackbeard. Yes, oh, and he picked Whitney Houston. He has Madison. There was just so much about him that I was sort of like immediately connecting with that I appreciated. Also, for the first time, I learned

[00:25:40] that Goochland was a real place.

[00:25:42] Love that.

[00:25:43] But anyway, I sort of had him and Liz

[00:25:46] together as part of that. I was just thinking, you know, Tevin is a master of weaponizing, perhaps his BFA, but we already had Lydia weaponize her BFJA.

[00:27:02] Hey, yeah.

[00:27:03] OK, I don't know.

[00:27:04] Here. There we go.

[00:27:06] I slapped my butt in celebration of that.

[00:28:04] you know, win-win scenario of like, oh, you have this back story and you love survivors so much. You're the perfect person

[00:28:08] to start this off. So I do think that sort of like Tevin, I was

[00:28:12] using kind of that same methodology for someone like

[00:28:13] Bono.

[00:28:15] Yeah, I think, I think that that is totally, totally valid,

[00:28:19] especially because he has not that okay, everybody's story is

[00:28:24] different. Okay, and everybody's to play out. I think Rob even mentioned that he was a bit nervous for him. I'm hoping that the intensity works in his favor and not in a way that he interests his shoulder again, because I'm also concerned about that whole thing for him. But I'm hoping that this is a way where he's able to use that intensity in more of a Marianne

[00:29:40] way, right?

[00:29:41] To like create the bonds and be there and not be annoying.

[00:29:44] That's what I'm, I'm nervous.

[00:29:45] Well, so that's interesting because I was like, OK, so we're going to bring this kind of hot suck up energy like this, you know, very like, oh, I love that. I love that for you. It's so great. I love that. I love that. Maybe if that's the energy, then that can work. Well, we know that Jeff, of course, coin the infamous phrase. Sorry for you, Liana,

[00:31:00] you can show up the shirt. Do you think Jeff with the loss because the other tribe ate and left no crumbs Now uh, Bonu it seems like the way Jelinski is saying is no cap you could be in trouble tonight How f or how f RF are do you think he is oh

[00:32:23] My god, okay has like one of those like Diplo haircuts

[00:33:21] This is. When would I say this is my hair?

[00:33:24] This is my haircut.

[00:33:25] Why would I say either of those?

[00:33:26] Well, if somebody ever asked you what's on the top of your head there.

[00:33:29] My hair.

[00:33:30] My haircut.

[00:33:31] This is my hair.

[00:33:32] Well, I guess they'll or you would refer to like, oh, the way that she's wearing it as

[00:33:37] opposed to my haircut.

[00:33:38] Maybe for comparison.

[00:33:39] My haircut, but also you can style your hair, which I would not say is the same thing as

[00:33:43] a cut, like a cut in a style.

[00:33:45] So that's interesting.

[00:33:46] Yeah. Let's go to the other side of the visibility spectrum here.

[00:35:00] From popping in the personal to not popping at all

[00:35:04] like a baby's haircut, who is most Sika wins a lot. I don't know how often we're going to her for content. Yeah, the I was also thinking of picking someone from the Sega Sega tribe, because for me, they are, I think the most like quote unquote, normal of them all. She was not the one that I was leaning towards, even though I can see the I can see behind

[00:36:23] that that she's somebody who unless she is extremely paramount

[00:36:26] to the initial strategy that's're focusing on that and also if Siga

[00:37:42] keeps winning challenges, like that's not really

[00:37:44] a necessity to go back to the episodes are two hours long. Wait, the first two episodes are both two hours.

[00:39:03] So the premiere is two hours and then the next weekkey. OK. Yeah. Well, first off, pinball is not the slot machine that he works on. Oh. Secondly. I thought he had a survivor pinball machine. Survivor slot machine. Oh. Also. Well, they blurred it in the, I watched his video, his audition video, and they blurred it.

[00:40:21] They blurred the slot machine.

[00:40:23] I mean, I think it's like they probably

[00:40:25] acquired the rights from Survivor

[00:40:26] to make the slot machine.

[00:40:27] So I don't know if they's a thing. He but he like he never struck me as 22 year old as a 22 year old necessarily. I do think when he brought up his arrogance, I was like, Okay, now I'm sort of starting to see a little bit of like where the 22 year old is in all of this and all of this. But his story about his parents both being addicts, having to take

[00:41:41] care of themselves, like, Oh my gosh, like you're somebody who's lived 1000 lifetimes, it seems like.

[00:42:43] focused in its first half that he is all about not only making tight pairs, but as a game that is also about like maintaining

[00:42:46] and simultaneously disintegrating some of those tight

[00:42:49] pairs as well. And so I think if Delinty is coming in from like

[00:42:52] a one on one mindset that could also lead him to be able to do

[00:42:56] sort of that big brother gameplay of okay, you can make

[00:42:59] ride or dies, but you could easily break them as well.

[00:43:02] Right? Yes, exactly. And I think that that he's going to be

[00:43:04] playing like balls to the wall. I think be live after the episode Franny Marin will join me for the first word on a survivor 46 after the two-hour premiere Wednesday night then on Thursday I'll have an exit interview and survivor know-it-alls with Stephen fish pack plus everything we have coming up for you in our survivor Podcast feed you can check all that out and more when you go to talk about the castle. I'll just invite in as many names as possible. Sure. I'll give my two here. The first I have Sota because I talked about this after my interview with Sota that while she again has this really great, sunny personality that I think comes from her work and just her general ebullence,

[00:45:40] she was very adamant to me in my interview about how like,

[00:45:43] no, she's not afraid to take out anybody who is a threat to her,

[00:45:46] that she is there to win the manner of speaking. So the soda I think is the more active, okay, it's time to get rid of you, so I need to turn on you. This other person might be more of a, I wouldn't say passive flipper, but I could see Flip in this situation of like,

[00:47:01] oh my God, there's so much chaos going on.

[00:47:03] I just got to make this move tonight.

[00:47:05] I'm jumping ship.

[00:47:06] And that's Jess. that she talks about really relying on emotional intelligence to make decisions. Because I love the question about like the gut intelligence, like what do you use to make decisions? I thought that was a very intriguing question. So I appreciated you asking that. And so for her, I felt like she's somebody who would be like this nice mix of writing the middle, like being able to do both to rely on her emotional intelligence to read the situation,

[00:48:20] but also not making sort of like, imp can do it. Like change your life,

[00:49:42] move to another country, you can make it happen in the art of

[00:49:45] love Bonneux voyage to sadness.

[00:50:41] Number.

[00:50:44] Tevin can choose Tevin can pick whether he wants people in him or not. I mean, that's up to his discretion.

[00:50:46] And otherwise, how about a compromise?

[00:50:48] Tevin minutes in Tevin.

[00:50:50] Tevin minutes in.

[00:50:55] That reminds me of one time I got a fortune like a Chinese

[00:51:00] fortune. Yeah.

[00:51:00] Fortune cookie. That was like, why wait for someone else to pleasure you?

[00:51:04] And you can do it yourself.

[00:51:06] What were you waiting?

[00:52:04] it, but I think it's a job that has a niche. And so a podcast about that, that's what you said it would be about, right? Yeah, it should have been an email. It should have been an

[00:52:08] email. I love that. I love that. What are your overall thoughts about little Shambo

[00:52:11] here? Yeah, little Shambo. Little Shambo is very wacky. came across as very intense.

[00:52:20] You know, she, I'm a little nervous. I'm not gonna have to like constantly carry Epi pens around. I mean, I think more so for her. It's this idea of like, I haven't died yet. So I'm not gonna die here. Yeah, but I was so confused cuz she was like, well, I'm gonna use that. Oh, I can't catch fish or I can't touch coconuts or I can't do any of that to like just like cuz then I don't know

[00:53:42] It's very bizarre. The whole thing was guys. I'm just puffy. You don't need to keep your. Yeah, I can't do anything. Individual. Sure. I can see that working group stage of the game. Absolutely not. When you're going to try with someone and you're like,

[00:55:00] I don't know if swollen McGee over here is going to survive to the next challenge.

[00:55:04] Like we should probably just get rid of her.

[00:55:05] That would be my concern for some reason.

[00:55:07] I don't know why the first are very keen on that podcast. Yes. Well, you know, you put up bluey, you put up whatever else kids watch

[00:56:23] and they're like, Oh, but pens, bookie.

[00:56:26] It's a market where if you don't know how it's going to work. I don't know if he's going to make fetch happen, but he's trying to make shred happen. Definitely, Ben's buggy has got to feature a lot of shredding. Yeah. So give me your thoughts on Ben. I think in a cast that is to get in full of these quirky personalities, one of the bigger characters, he literally says he's going to be perceived as a cartoon character.

[00:57:41] I said that I have no idea how he's going to do in the game.

[00:57:45] Have you honed in on an outcome for him?

[00:57:47] And it's so very well for him. But also, yes, I see the cartoon character of it all. Yeah, could he be like, I guess if you're talking about the kids podcast, a podcast for children is a very Freddie spaghetti of like talking about Andy Dwyer as well. All right, he's got this this guitar aspect to him because he's also like a rock and roll metal guitarist,

[00:59:02] but he does work with kids. So I think he is get as much out of her interview as some other people. I felt like she was kind of keeping some things like closer to her chest, not that she's hiding necessarily. I just felt like she wasn't

[01:00:22] as like open about every single thing that was going on in her brain even though he seems like he's in a prime position to be like the leader of SEGA and therefore probably be in a fairly safe spot. We just again saw with Sabaya last season, we're like, he might get in a situation where like he loses his vote or he ends up getting a very public idol that then has everybody turning on him.

[01:01:42] Yeah, he's he's a really interesting one for me because I felt like I really liked him everything that he does. And instead of just it doesn't matter. It doesn't matter if you're imperfect. It doesn't matter if you're their best friend or not. You just have to be able to be that authentic self enough to break through initially and overthinking I think is not going to put you in a good spot. All right. Let's finish off our superlatives here with Ben initially, and the song would be I have the tiger because of his of course, iconic garb of the overall with the tiger covered shirt. Yes. Okay, that's so funny. Actually, the exact same idea. It's not the one that I went with. But I thought of the

[01:04:20] same thing. I was like, Well, Ben, I have a tiger gotta be

[01:04:22] well, first, I was like, it's gotta be Ben, you know, I don't

[01:04:24] know for why because music connection, something else. Although I did see when Game of Thrones was popular, there was a version of the Game of Thrones theme song, but it was just the lyrics were Peter Dinklage, Peter Dinklage, Peter P. Now, when you mean there was a version, did you mean like you ran into somebody on the street who just sang it like that? It was a YouTube video. So it must be real. So basically the same thing.

[01:05:41] I don't know why I saw that for some reason.

[01:05:43] I'm like the targeted person for that kind of content.

[01:05:46] It made me laugh, but that was funny.

[01:05:47] Well, we're sort of running low on these topics. that like this person is going to be a great listener. It felt like she's a great talker. And if you guys have something in common, you can banter back and forth and have a really strong conversation. But with people who don't share the same interests, how well is she going to be able to vibe with them? That was really the biggest negative, if you can call it that for her that I had, because otherwise I do think that the idea of going with subtle influence, like of course, classic.

[01:07:01] We love that.

[01:07:03] She's gonna be good at puzzles, hopefully,

[01:07:04] which will be good for her.

[01:07:05] But yeah, the listening part just seemed to be leaves on her or something and then they'll look the same. Yes. You got to get allergic to your time to swell. Oh, there'll be the tagline of seven minutes in Tevin. Yes, it's your time to swell. Have a swell time. All right. Yes. No, I mean, I also, I'm curious how she's going to fit into

[01:08:23] the tribe as well, because that's the other thing,, I mean, that is I think a very obvious fit. Like, he's especially not only a

[01:09:40] science teacher, but also one who's been so creative to come

[01:09:43] up with all of these challenges for the kids that he works with.

[01:09:46] So that's somebody who definitely screams resourceful I know him. Yeah. Oh, I wasn't talking about the people that were used for the facsimiles of the survivor logo. I was talking about my my uncle and my third aunt once removed on there. Oh, I was going to say the survivor crews also can turn into geckos because that'd be very helpful to like place cameras and stuff like way up high in the trees and if they need to do any of that. I don't know. But geckos can't lug cameras.

[01:11:00] They're not like ants.

[01:11:01] Oh, they're not like ants.

[01:11:02] They can't lift things that are.

[01:11:03] I don't think they can get left.

[01:11:05] So it'd be 250 times their body weight.

[01:11:07] Yeah. But like a GoPro. life lessons, man, more you learn as we are. She is someone who is from science. I am from science, hunters from science. And when I first saw Hunter, I was like, okay, I don't really know what to make of this, like very tall blonde man. And the more he spoke, the more I vibed with him, the more I liked where he was coming from.

[01:12:20] I think he had a really good sense of self, especially in terms of of what other people

[01:12:24] are going to perceive him as like the fact that he felt like someone who I could see doing that. Yeah, I think that makes a lot of sense. Yeah, so let's do a quick roundup. Maybe have some other people that we haven't talked

[01:13:44] about. I'll just mention a name Liana and you give me. Love that for her. How about someone who might cut her friends as well as cut your hair, except if you're a baby, you mentioned Kenzie before someone who were feeling really good about it. I want to hear more about that. Uh, yes, I can't help it. I just when charismatic women come across my screen, I can't help it immediately vibe.

[01:15:01] I, I thought that what also is working in her favor is multiple people mentioned that

[01:15:06] they wanted to work with her. I was like, Oh, wow, that's so tough. You've literally played survivor your entire life. So you're out here just doing doing essentially the same thing. Now, will his siblings be the same as this cast? And that's where I think there's going to be a little bit of an issue. He also clocked, Oh, there are women

[01:16:20] sharing flowers. And I'm not part of that group of women

[01:16:24] sharing flowers. And that makes me a little nervous. But you It's not too dissimilar from the way he was coming across in my interview with him. Yeah, yeah. Well, he he was also one of the ones because I felt like there were a lot of people who oh, my wife watches, my husband watches, my family watches. He's one of them, right? That ended up applying because their wife got him into the show during the pandemic and then he ended up getting into it and then wanted to apply. Okay, yeah, I hope that that's I hope that that's okay.

[01:17:43] I'm always a little nervous when it's like, why on earth would you ever go into something being like, I'm going to do a terrible job. Now, maybe this is some kind of, I don't know, some type of psychological thinking that I'm just not up to date on the current literature. And maybe this is something that will be successful for him. In my opinion, never go up setting yourself up for failure because you're just going to get there and second gets yourself.

[01:19:00] And you're going to be like, Oh my God, I'm doing such a bad job. Like Brandon, believe

[01:19:03] in yourself.

[01:19:04] Where's where's butch where you need him with'm saying? Um, to be clear, I don't condone any of the German children or paparazzi photos for that matter. It's there by okay. No one sue me. Um, yeah, but that's, I mean, that to me gave me a glimpse into

[01:20:22] not just him, but also his family and like the way remember if people said it in interviews, like Jeff has been saying it, like the majority of you won't win. So play balls to the walls, right? Like that kind of mentality. He said that in the opening of 45. And apparently he said that in Ponderosa in 46 as well of like, play like it's your second time because the fact of the matter is 17 of you won't win. Right. And I'm okay with like coming to terms like,

[01:21:41] look, the likelihood of me getting, winning the game, getting this grant,

[01:21:46] getting this, whatever, like getting this job,

[01:21:48] maybe the likelihood is low. in the actual words that she's saying, she's saying so many negatives. But when I'm hearing her talk, I'm like, yeah, but that's fine. You're gonna be fine. Like on paper, like, oh, I should be nervous for you. But I'm not. And it's just because I think she's such a presence. And again, 33 perfect age. I love that. And I think that she's just someone who is gonna excel

[01:23:02] so much at the the socialization aspect of it. Oh, and she picked

[01:23:07] Hermione also for who you want to bring of an immediate like, OK, yes, we have no choice, but to stand, but to stand. I am a little nervous for her, though, in terms of how she's going to do in the game. I think she's she's young, she's 24 years old and not again. We've seen this proven that not that young people can't win the game.

[01:24:21] Right. Mary Ann is a classic example of that.

[01:24:24] But I I did get the sense in the conversation that she was young.

[01:25:25] And she actually might have been my pick for purple edit as well as kind of a runner up because I think again like When you talk to her, it's awesome

[01:25:27] And I talked about this a number of times and Rob felt the same way of like

[01:25:31] Honestly, you have one preconception of her looking at her because we're humans or in my case lizard

[01:25:36] And then you talk with her and she is

[01:25:39] Incredibly astute and like a very deep person who has gone through a lot in her life and is working for an incredibly passionate cause

[01:26:43] that people don't think that she is naive or try to take advantage of her or something like that.

[01:26:44] I'm hoping that she is able to connect with with other members of her tribe.

[01:26:49] Yeah. So those are our thoughts on this castle role and these superlatives.

[01:26:52] We'll come back at these superlatives in the finale as well to

[01:26:55] like our predictions, see how wrong we are.

[01:26:57] But these were a lot easier to sort than sorting out how the actual castle do.

[01:27:02] Yes, honestly. Yes.

[01:27:04] Because I'm in the middle, in my dentist's office. More than once, actually. Do I have to say? Yes, you do. In the car before my kids PTA meeting. Really? Yes. Excuse me, what's the weirdest place you've gotten lucky? I never win and tell. Well, there you have it. You can get lucky anywhere, playing at LuckyLandSlots.com.

[01:28:25] 18 plus terms and conditions apply.

[01:28:27] See what's up for details. all so mean. And to in part, I blame the content that CBS was putting out because I felt like the so okay, for context, went to the survivor Facebook page, pulled comments, the way I pulled the comments were comments about a specific person. So okay, Facebook, they put out a real a Facebook reel

[01:29:41] about soda about Tiffany about whatever. And then comments from

[01:29:46] there. Okay, so your job If you're going to insult someone, be creative about it. That's all I'm saying. Regardless, we will still be jumping into the waters of of touring it of like, all right, I see that what your body has a little bit before you kind of go under the hood and mixing my metaphors.

[01:32:22] I'm gonna say it's been

[01:32:24] okay, so you were right. It remembered it clearly for a reason. So, you know, just say. All right. Here's your next comment. Good luck with this one. Oh, no. He is a he is a breathe of fresh air. I love him.

[01:33:41] OK, this is a man.

[01:33:43] I breathe a fresh air.

[01:33:46] Yes. OK. other comments about Tevin. He'll be fun to watch here wins me a jam jam. I like him. But I think his being extra will get him voted out. But yeah, overall positive about Tevin. I mean, I do think in like a post Carolyn world, which again, produced a phenomenon I've never seen in the fandom of survivor, which is every single pocket of the internet basically united in love with this woman. I wonder if the survivor casual community

[01:35:02] is more open now to like the big over the top kooky characters.

[01:36:03] Bono had the top knot. I thought it'd be the Bowie Jane sort of like weird pigtails.

[01:36:11] You want to guess again? Is it? Okay. So now I gotta think about who has Bowie Jane. Is it Tiffany with the space buns?

[01:36:16] It took me forever to figure it out. I don't know why I was like, but why like Bowie Jane had like

[01:36:24] toddler hair with like poofs by guess it's just two things of hair on top of your head. That's Culfer. From Glee fame. All that work and what did it get me? Why did I do it? OK, I mean, it has to be Charlie, right?

[01:37:46] They're complete opposite people. when all of what's his name, Brendan students just absolutely nailed Bradley to the wall. All right. There was the other one that was like, you remind me of my son. Oh, yeah. And then Bradley was like, thank you. And then she was like, or the person replied like, he's in jail. That's not a compliment or something like that. That's so funny. Anyway, so yes, you

[01:39:00] have the same job as my son. He is very smart. So I'm going to go with someone who has a

[01:39:04] job that has that implied intelligence to it, gave him back that piece of tooth? Yes. Oh my God. Oh, all of. It is a pretty attractive cast all in all. Yeah. I think they also they we got some really good weather that morning. And so the photographer was like taking full advantage of it. Even Charlie when he gets hit with that Chris Colfer spotlight, like has that beautiful sun behind his head. Not even Charlie.

[01:41:41] Even of all the others in the world.

[01:41:44] Yeah.

[01:41:45] Why don't we choose to bag on Charlie?

[01:41:46] Poor Charlie.

[01:41:47] Of all people.

[01:41:49] Whatever. Man, I don't know if I typify him as beautiful, but okay, let's do it. Absolutely Let's break like the the gender norms of not referring to men is beautiful Well, they didn't say beautiful confident and articulate man. Where do I put beautiful from? I don't know I wasn't listening. Maybe I read it wrong. My bad confident and articulate man We are the same age, but I look way younger than him

[01:43:01] Okay, I could see that cuz random also has like the sort of grays going on in the beer that I could imagine

[01:43:07] They're like, oh, yeah. Wait, what? Yeah, yeah. I mean, it makes sense. We know that Sifu likes to occasionally refer to himself with the third person for the very enigmatic things. Remember when Sifu just like there was that shot where he was in the background, he was just kind of sitting in the sand at the waves just looking out at the ocean. It looks so sad. Yeah, that was hilarious.

[01:44:22] Maybe that was the the after photo of the logo where it's like he watched all his friends walk I mean, I will just go with the simplest route here to finish things off. I won't overthink it. I'm going with Ben. Yes. Well, three letters is where you needed to be. But instead of a B should have gone to a T because it was Tim. I don't know. I had so little to work with because they were being such a buttholes.

[01:45:41] This is what I was left with.

[01:45:43] So you went the only people that weren't being assholes on the casual Jason Sanders, J.A.C.E. Space Sanders. He has sixty six thousand followers on Instagram. Oh, OK. Jay Sanders. Five nine zero. Ah, oh, God. What I mean. Well, I'm just getting her pictures of him shirtless standing in the exact same position in the exact same room. What is even this page?

[01:47:03] Are you not?

[01:47:03] Are you sure that Jay Sanders didn't post this himself?

[01:47:06] This might be. is it so his his only fans page says you made it this far. Why not subscribe? Solid argument. Yeah, I love that. Hey, you already stepped into the store. You might as well buy something. That's gem strategy, right? Yep. All right. Well, congratulations, I guess. Yeah, we talked about the 80 contestants of this season,

[01:48:21] as well as future contestant, Jay Sanders.

[01:48:24] He's going to play alongside Blackbeard in season 47.

[01:48:26] They'll be the captains on the knuckles. Ooh, yes. Do you think it says like get busy living or get busy dying? And then he has that like either maybe around the bottom

[01:49:41] of the cheek or like up above?

[01:49:43] That sounds like a hell of a design.

[01:49:45] And I don't know because that would imply

[01:49:46] like a little bit of ink on your butt hole. Kitchen, a charity created by Jose Andres that basically provides food for a number of causes to people who for various reasons might not necessarily be able to get it. In the past, they have given food to people in relief from natural disasters. They've been on the front linesh Talking survivor 46 and we're gonna continue this next week or should I say next weekend? That's when we usually record the B&Bs. So two-hour premiere of survivor 46 again if The environment I experienced out there on the island in the first three days is any indication

[01:52:24] The malarkey is going to continue on the episode reality shows you're covering? Yeah, well, most of my focus podcast elite is with drag race, drag race season 16 has been so fun. So far, Mike actually joined

[01:53:43] a modern eye as our guest this week. So we're doing a super, You still have plenty of time to check out all the interviews I did with these contestants out on the island They're about like 20 to 30 minutes apiece if you pace them out properly You'll get to know everything you need to know about this cast before the premiere on Wednesday night as mentioned before I also have some other ancillary stuff some Jeff probes quotes as well and some previewing of

[01:55:01] The season that is a nice way to I think get us ready for what will surely be a very

[01:56:01] I could not recommend more. Yeah, I could not at all, especially compared to like season 45, which I think continues on this trend of like people playing hard, but people not necessarily playing well.

[01:56:11] It just shows how entertaining that can be.

[01:56:13] So very much record.

[01:56:14] You check it out and hey, if you do, you get four days of survivor in a row because they're Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and then you get Wednesday on survivor US.

[01:56:22] So spend more than half your week watching survivor.

Like we appreciate anyone and everyone who listens to this nonsense each and every season and each and every week. And so if you have random ideas for us to blather on about, please send it out because the vast majority of the time we'll probably use it.

[01:57:42] No, no idea is too small.

[01:57:45] We even sometimes we'll get ideas that we don't end up using the original idea, To your momma that they're not super lame And if that all sounds cool I can tell you the name It's the R-H-A-P-B-M-E Mike and Liana, you're not playing some games You gotta pray to your momma that they're not super lame And if that all sounds cool I can tell you the name
