[00:03:51] We are talking about the immunity challenge.

[00:03:54] We're having just a discussion of the overall arc of this season.

[00:03:59] So much to get into so let me just be quiet

[00:04:02] and let's get in to this week's Survivor News.

[00:04:06] Survivor News.

[00:04:33] What's popping? What's popping? What's popping?

[00:04:35] We're back with your Purple Pants Survivor News

[00:04:39] covering Survivor Season 46 Episode 11.

[00:04:43] I am joined by the Goat of Amazon Prime.

[00:04:49] You might know him from Survivor Season Winners at War

[00:04:53] or the first Merge Boots

[00:04:56] or more recently my best friend has added something to his resume

[00:05:04] that actually counts.

[00:05:06] We'll get to that later.

[00:05:07] But welcome back to the podcast.

[00:05:09] Wendeezy from Amazon Prime, Amazon Freezy, the Gazolt.

[00:05:13] What's up?

[00:05:15] His face is just frozen in my expression.

[00:05:21] Was my face on some funny stuff?

[00:05:23] It was like a...

[00:05:28] Because Bryce is clearly having a good time over there.

[00:05:34] I am.

[00:05:35] Well, welcome to the podcast.

[00:05:37] Thank you, sir.

[00:05:38] It's good to be here.

[00:05:39] Sorry, my internet was internetting.

[00:05:41] It's okay.

[00:05:42] Now we've welcomed Wendeezy

[00:05:45] but I feel like it's time for a very special welcome

[00:05:48] for the man, the myth, the legend.

[00:05:51] We might have had to delay this podcast

[00:05:53] because Baby Boy was getting a haircut

[00:05:55] and if you are in the YouTube comments

[00:05:57] put the scissors up if you are feeling the Baby Boy

[00:06:00] from The Circle Season 2, Jack Atkins.

[00:06:03] Welcome back to the podcast.

[00:06:05] I feel like a new man.

[00:06:08] It's good to be back.

[00:06:09] I'm so excited for this episode.

[00:06:11] So much to talk about and I don't even know what to say.

[00:06:17] Thank you for the introduction.

[00:06:18] Yes, yes, yes.

[00:06:20] Wendel and I are back from Boston.

[00:06:24] Boston or Bryce and Wend present BWP Tour 46

[00:06:28] Boston Stop and Bay Bay.

[00:06:29] If you are feeling the energy that I am feeling right now,

[00:06:33] okay, full disclosure,

[00:06:35] Baby Boy decided to wet the whistle this episode

[00:06:38] because it's been a long time since we've wet the whistle

[00:06:41] but Bryce is still lit.

[00:06:43] From Boston.

[00:06:45] Boston, bean town.

[00:06:49] I don't know how you say Boston in Spanish

[00:06:51] but if I could say it, I would say it.

[00:06:53] Boston, Bostonia.

[00:06:56] Boston.

[00:06:57] Boston.

[00:06:58] Y'all showed out.

[00:07:01] Y'all showed your tail.

[00:07:04] I mean, the level of excitement,

[00:07:08] the level of special guests,

[00:07:10] the level of love,

[00:07:12] the level of jack shacks.

[00:07:15] Okay, because the jack shack was in Boston.

[00:07:19] The level of just love that was in Boston.

[00:07:24] We might have to give some shout outs.

[00:07:26] I mean, I definitely want to give a shout out to Peaches,

[00:07:30] AKA Maya,

[00:07:32] AKA May who flew in,

[00:07:35] who is a loyal Purple Pants posse member,

[00:07:38] flew in for her birthday.

[00:07:40] Her birthday was two days now,

[00:07:43] so her belated birthday,

[00:07:45] but she flew in just to show us love

[00:07:47] and she, in my opinion,

[00:07:49] holds the podcast accountable.

[00:07:52] She's not just one of the posses that's like,

[00:07:54] I love everything you do.

[00:07:55] We say something wrong.

[00:07:57] May is in the DMs educating us,

[00:08:00] showing us love.

[00:08:01] There was just, shout out to May.

[00:08:03] Happy belated birthday.

[00:08:05] Happy birthday.

[00:08:06] It was great to see her

[00:08:07] and I think we showed her a little love in return.

[00:08:10] She's great

[00:08:11] and we like to be the people that can listen.

[00:08:14] So when you need to hold us accountable,

[00:08:16] hold us accountable.

[00:08:17] I want to give a shout out to our good friend,

[00:08:20] Sollywood.

[00:08:21] Yes, Solomon.

[00:08:23] You might know him from the Boston area.

[00:08:25] Solomon did his thing.

[00:08:26] He took over the Bryce and Wynn Instagram page

[00:08:29] and just, you know,

[00:08:30] he did his thing

[00:08:31] and Sollywood,

[00:08:32] as we loving and affectionately call him,

[00:08:35] is a great asset to the survivor community at large.

[00:08:40] I think that he's amazing.

[00:08:44] I think that he should be on the show.

[00:08:46] I think that the love that he pours into us

[00:08:49] is much appreciated.

[00:08:50] He's one of those characters.

[00:08:52] If he was on the show,

[00:08:53] he would be one of those characters.

[00:08:54] I also want to give a shout out

[00:08:57] because this marked the return

[00:09:02] of DJ Caution.

[00:09:03] Oh, shout out.

[00:09:05] Shout out.

[00:09:06] Shout out.

[00:09:08] Okay, shout out to Caution.

[00:09:10] It was good to have the gang back.

[00:09:12] Caution and Hatchie on the ones and twos.

[00:09:14] Yes, shout out Joey Hatch.

[00:09:15] If you don't know,

[00:09:16] Joey Hatch is the tour manager of Bryce and Wynn Presents.

[00:09:19] So anytime you see us in the city,

[00:09:21] you will see Joey out and about looking fresh.

[00:09:24] I feel like I turned Joey Jack into a monster

[00:09:26] because on our tour stops prior to the season,

[00:09:30] Joey's like,

[00:09:31] how do you always get those fresh photos?

[00:09:33] I was like,

[00:09:34] well, I'll take a photo.

[00:09:36] And at one of the stops in LA that you were at,

[00:09:39] Jack,

[00:09:40] you took a photo.

[00:09:41] And Joey was like,

[00:09:42] why does Jack get to take a photo?

[00:09:44] I was like,

[00:09:45] Joey,

[00:09:46] you could take a photo.

[00:09:47] Go ahead.

[00:09:48] I got our photographer.

[00:09:49] Shout out to John Lee,

[00:09:50] who was from Boston and Jack ever since LA.

[00:09:53] Actually,

[00:09:54] you know what Jack is your fault because you took some solo photos in LA

[00:09:58] and Joey was like,

[00:09:59] well,

[00:10:00] I don't know.

[00:10:01] I get to check a solo photo.

[00:10:02] Jack ever since LA.

[00:10:03] I'm inspiration.

[00:10:04] Honestly.

[00:10:05] Me and Hatch.

[00:10:06] Hatch like to get a fresh cut now too.

[00:10:08] Don't tell him that.

[00:10:10] But ever since then,

[00:10:12] we can't have a stop without Joey having a photo shoot.

[00:10:16] He yeah.

[00:10:17] And you'll see him.

[00:10:18] He just,

[00:10:19] he's awkward with his hands.

[00:10:20] Anything he posts,

[00:10:21] his hands are going to be awkward,

[00:10:23] but he's gonna,

[00:10:24] he's gonna have a fresh John Lee or his facial expression,

[00:10:27] but he's going to have a fresh John Lee photo.

[00:10:29] I have four more shout outs.

[00:10:31] Prices.

[00:10:32] I have a few more shout outs.

[00:10:33] I have a few more shout outs.

[00:10:34] I have a few more shout outs.

[00:10:35] I have a few more shout outs.

[00:10:36] I have a few more shout outs.

[00:10:37] Four more shout outs.

[00:10:38] Price is that all right?

[00:10:39] I got more.

[00:10:40] Go ahead.

[00:10:41] Jack Boston was something special.

[00:10:43] I'm locked in.

[00:10:44] I'm locked out.

[00:10:45] And you might steal this one from me,

[00:10:48] but I'm gonna say it first.

[00:10:49] Bryce Isaiah.

[00:10:50] Window.

[00:10:51] Our good brother.

[00:10:53] The third member of the Philly goats,

[00:10:56] the Philly goat squad,

[00:10:58] Mr.

[00:10:59] Derek Frazier.

[00:11:00] Well,

[00:11:01] I don't need to steal that because that's your brother,

[00:11:02] but that's my sis.

[00:11:04] A shout out to Derek Frazier.

[00:11:06] The founding member of the cookout from Philadelphia.

[00:11:09] Jack,

[00:11:10] this tour has been going amazing.

[00:11:13] However,

[00:11:15] when DZ and I returned to having fights,

[00:11:17] okay,

[00:11:18] we had a fight.

[00:11:20] Shout out to the fight.

[00:11:22] Okay.

[00:11:23] And I also want to shout out to,

[00:11:25] I believe his name is Eric.

[00:11:27] There was a therapist that came to the Bryce and when

[00:11:33] we had a therapy session.

[00:11:36] And we were in the middle of the party.

[00:11:37] However,

[00:11:39] so shout out to Derek,

[00:11:40] love Derek Frazier.

[00:11:41] He is my sis,

[00:11:42] my brother.

[00:11:43] He is amazing.

[00:11:46] And I appreciate him so much because when I was ready to

[00:11:49] throw some hands,

[00:11:51] Jack.

[00:11:52] Yeah.

[00:11:53] Right.

[00:11:54] He's giving me a potion,

[00:11:55] but he also was telling me that that's your brother and let it

[00:11:59] go.

[00:12:00] And it's worth it.

[00:12:01] Let me just tell you this,

[00:12:02] right?

[00:12:04] He's a lover and a fighter.

[00:12:06] And Jack,

[00:12:07] let me just tell you this.

[00:12:08] We won't need to get into the particulars of the fight,

[00:12:10] but when,

[00:12:11] when I got into a fight,

[00:12:12] I did nothing wrong.

[00:12:15] I didn't,

[00:12:16] I didn't do anything wrong.

[00:12:18] I was attacked

[00:12:21] verbally.

[00:12:23] And so,

[00:12:24] you know,

[00:12:25] for me,

[00:12:26] if I'm a tax,

[00:12:27] I'm a leave.

[00:12:28] Right.

[00:12:29] And so after I leave Jack,

[00:12:31] I receive a text message.

[00:12:36] And I received a text message from Jack.

[00:12:37] And I'm like,

[00:12:38] I'm not going to be able to get to the Uber.

[00:12:39] Cause okay.

[00:12:40] So also let me just set the scene for you,

[00:12:41] Jack.

[00:12:42] So we arrived together to the venue to set up and during the setup.

[00:12:45] We got into a fight.

[00:12:46] And so for me,

[00:12:47] I said,

[00:12:48] I got removed myself from situation.

[00:12:50] So I call myself an Uber and I'm,

[00:12:51] you know,

[00:12:52] the second I got it.

[00:12:53] Yes.

[00:12:54] You know,

[00:12:55] I had to,

[00:12:56] I did like get to a hot bath.

[00:12:57] And so the second Jack,

[00:12:58] I got to the hot bed,

[00:12:59] the second,

[00:13:00] not that I got to the hot bath.

[00:13:01] The second I got in the Uber.

[00:13:03] I received a text message.

[00:13:04] I got to the hot bed.

[00:13:05] The second I got in the Uber.

[00:13:06] I receive a message from Wendell.

[00:13:11] So,

[00:13:12] and we're in that.

[00:13:13] And we're in a heat.

[00:13:15] Of argument.

[00:13:16] Jack Wendell texts me.

[00:13:18] LOL.

[00:13:24] He thought he was slick.

[00:13:25] This is how he responds.

[00:13:28] He gives me the haha react.

[00:13:31] Cause Wendell complains.

[00:13:32] I don't communicate effectively enough,

[00:13:35] but shout out to Derek.

[00:13:36] Also.

[00:13:37] I want to shout out to my girl,

[00:13:38] Laura super she's from Boston.

[00:13:40] She might've spilled a drink or window.

[00:13:43] That's up his outfit.

[00:13:44] My pants are in the wash right now,

[00:13:46] Laura,

[00:13:47] but she's,

[00:13:50] she's an original OG for me.

[00:13:51] When I was on Coggy on,

[00:13:53] I went to Boston because my sister got married and I just happened to post on my Instagram story.

[00:13:58] Like I'm in Boston.

[00:13:59] Laura pulled up with her family.

[00:14:01] They took me out like a dip shot.

[00:14:04] So my girl,

[00:14:05] Laura,

[00:14:06] she took my leg out.

[00:14:08] Yeah.

[00:14:09] Spill drinks.

[00:14:10] Jack.

[00:14:11] This was a spill drink.

[00:14:12] Like never before.

[00:14:14] We're breaking down.

[00:14:15] We're breaking down the,

[00:14:16] the,

[00:14:17] the merch right.

[00:14:18] And the,

[00:14:19] the like signs.

[00:14:21] She puts a whole full drink full of ice and alcohol on top of our folded up.

[00:14:29] Signage.

[00:14:30] It's the like shakiest thing you could ever put it on.

[00:14:33] I'm on a chair,

[00:14:34] not even touching the table.

[00:14:35] I just stand up.

[00:14:36] I don't even touch the table.

[00:14:37] This wobbly thing falls off and just takes my whole leg out.

[00:14:41] My leg has been more wet.

[00:14:43] Yeah,

[00:14:44] it was bad.

[00:14:45] It was bad.

[00:14:46] I heard Bryce hired her to do that after the fight.

[00:14:49] I mean,

[00:14:50] listen,

[00:14:51] the funny thing about it was there.

[00:14:52] She comes up to window.

[00:14:54] It's like what?

[00:14:55] Why is your leg?

[00:14:57] What?

[00:14:59] And she made her buy me,

[00:15:00] buy her a drink.

[00:15:02] That's crazy.

[00:15:03] Crazy.

[00:15:05] Shout out to Bob Crowley from the best season of survivor ever.

[00:15:09] Gabon,

[00:15:10] his wife pay shout out to Val,

[00:15:13] the best survivor ever.

[00:15:16] Who's she married to too?

[00:15:18] Somebody that is unattractive.

[00:15:21] Smelly.

[00:15:22] Somebody needs chapstick.

[00:15:24] Unathletic.

[00:15:27] Shout out to the Dory mates of Dory mates because they were talking about

[00:15:30] Dory.

[00:15:31] While we were there,

[00:15:32] Jimmy T shout out to Bruce.

[00:15:35] Okay,

[00:15:36] Bruce brought the arsenal of less go merchandise in the building

[00:15:42] with the Jordan logo on it.

[00:15:44] Jordan logo.

[00:15:46] So was there any surprises from other shows?

[00:15:51] So,

[00:15:52] okay.

[00:15:53] So,

[00:15:54] I mean,

[00:15:55] you know,

[00:15:56] I've been following the amazing race podcast,

[00:15:58] amazing race.

[00:15:59] And when DZ invited some of my favorite teams to the episode,

[00:16:07] he invited Zaddy Kevin and his daughter.

[00:16:13] They pulled up and surprised me,

[00:16:14] Jack,

[00:16:15] Jack.

[00:16:16] I,

[00:16:17] I hate to admit it sometimes,

[00:16:18] but as much as I love survivor,

[00:16:20] I've been falling in love with amazing race.

[00:16:23] And when I saw Kevin walk through the door,

[00:16:27] I was like,

[00:16:35] I mean,

[00:16:36] the torch was excited.

[00:16:37] And then when I saw his daughter,

[00:16:38] I was like,

[00:16:40] I'm so confused right now.

[00:16:43] So again,

[00:16:44] shout out to the amazing race season 36,

[00:16:46] Kevin and Maya.

[00:16:48] I want to say Mary,

[00:16:50] sorry.

[00:16:51] Yeah.

[00:16:52] And also,

[00:16:53] sorry.

[00:16:54] Listen,

[00:16:55] the baby boy went as well.

[00:16:56] So we won't just go a little talk,

[00:16:57] talk,

[00:16:58] talk,

[00:16:59] talk,

[00:17:00] talk.

[00:17:01] Kevin and Mary went out early.

[00:17:02] Right.

[00:17:03] And I think a part of what I love about survivor and what I love about the

[00:17:05] community that we're creating is that it doesn't matter where you go out at.

[00:17:10] It doesn't matter if you're on Netflix,

[00:17:12] the circle season two,

[00:17:14] if you good people,

[00:17:17] You lose twice on that place to see it.

[00:17:19] Circle season.

[00:17:20] Well,

[00:17:21] the floor is not lava,

[00:17:22] but it's a lot of fun.

[00:17:23] I just love the fact that this was their first party and I did a preseason with

[00:17:28] them and I talked about them and I,

[00:17:30] like I had very high hopes for them and they just never received love like

[00:17:34] this,

[00:17:35] like from just seeing people that want,

[00:17:36] and that's what I want.

[00:17:38] Bryson went to be all about.

[00:17:39] It's like,

[00:17:40] it doesn't matter where you come from.

[00:17:41] Doesn't matter how you place.

[00:17:42] Doesn't matter if you're the first merge boot.

[00:17:44] Does that matter?

[00:17:45] If you are third out,

[00:17:46] does that matter?

[00:17:47] If you don't know the difference between Revlon or Maybelline,

[00:17:50] like it's a community that we can build support and uplift.

[00:17:56] And if I could judge my time of what I had in Boston off of Mary and Kevin

[00:18:04] Jack,

[00:18:05] first of all,

[00:18:06] they came in so shy.

[00:18:07] They left.

[00:18:08] Turnt.

[00:18:09] Okay.

[00:18:12] Yes.

[00:18:13] Yeah,

[00:18:14] it was great to see them.

[00:18:15] They were actually messaging.

[00:18:16] Mary was messaging the Bryce and when page,

[00:18:19] but Bryce doesn't always look at the messages.

[00:18:21] So I'm responding to her the whole time.

[00:18:22] Like,

[00:18:23] yeah,

[00:18:24] come I sent her the itinerary.

[00:18:25] Bryce don't know she pops in and Bryce is shocked.

[00:18:28] So that was a good one.

[00:18:29] That was really good.

[00:18:30] Can I throw a shout out out real quick?

[00:18:32] Come on,

[00:18:33] Mac.

[00:18:34] I just want to say in the last week since the last episode,

[00:18:36] not only did I see,

[00:18:38] I saw both of the baby boys back on screen.

[00:18:40] We have Wendell on the first episode of the go.

[00:18:43] I thought it was a really,

[00:18:45] really fun episode.

[00:18:46] I loved how self deprecating it was.

[00:18:49] I was worried whether it was going to be the first boot,

[00:18:51] but fortunately.

[00:18:52] What show was Wendell on?

[00:18:55] The go.

[00:18:56] And then.

[00:18:57] Oh,

[00:18:58] and if you didn't know,

[00:19:00] he was on survivor.

[00:19:02] And then I also saw Bryce appear on club condo on RHAP with Chappelle

[00:19:08] and Rob.

[00:19:09] And that was a really fun episode.

[00:19:11] You hit Rob with some musical trivia.

[00:19:14] Okay.

[00:19:15] I was impressed.

[00:19:17] That Rob.

[00:19:18] Granted you did hit it with what?

[00:19:20] With a crazy love Beyonce.

[00:19:21] I mean,

[00:19:22] I could have gotten that when I was probably.

[00:19:24] I mean,

[00:19:26] I know that,

[00:19:27] but like,

[00:19:28] I'm glad that my lessons with Rob to get them ready for this moment.

[00:19:31] But it is,

[00:19:33] it is a bad look when you come up across and come across as less.

[00:19:37] Hip hop culture than.

[00:19:38] Rob see.

[00:19:40] So I got,

[00:19:41] I got to get in the lab again.

[00:19:43] Real quick,

[00:19:44] Jack,

[00:19:45] who you got?

[00:19:46] Okay.

[00:19:47] Cause you are in LA.

[00:19:48] I know.

[00:19:49] And the easy,

[00:19:50] I was at a show the other night when someone asked this,

[00:19:52] I was like a comedy show.

[00:19:53] Everyone said.

[00:19:54] And did he win the fight?

[00:19:56] The rap battle.

[00:19:57] Absolutely.

[00:19:58] But I personally like Drake's music more.

[00:20:01] And I think Drake is just a funny guy.

[00:20:03] Now.

[00:20:04] Are there some,

[00:20:05] some aspects of Drake that you would like to see in the future?

[00:20:07] I mean,

[00:20:08] I think he's a funny guy.

[00:20:09] I mean,

[00:20:10] I think he's a funny guy.

[00:20:11] Now.

[00:20:12] Are there some,

[00:20:13] some allegations out there now?

[00:20:14] We just talking.

[00:20:15] Okay.

[00:20:16] Right.

[00:20:17] I'm a Drake fan,

[00:20:19] but as far as the actual battle goes,

[00:20:21] of course,

[00:20:22] I think Kendrick won it,

[00:20:23] but you know,

[00:20:24] I rock with you.

[00:20:25] I also think Drake's so funny.

[00:20:26] He's just all over social media.

[00:20:27] He's always on some funny stuff.

[00:20:29] So me and my friends quote a lot of,

[00:20:31] a lot of Drake references,

[00:20:32] but we're not.

[00:20:33] I mean,

[00:20:34] Kendrick isn't in the,

[00:20:35] in the pop culture space,

[00:20:36] as far as like.

[00:20:37] His personality goes.

[00:20:38] His personality goes as much.

[00:20:39] Is the battle over though?

[00:20:41] I think that's hope.

[00:20:43] Let's hope it's over for Drake's sake.

[00:20:46] Or else he won't have,

[00:20:47] or else he won't have.

[00:20:48] Wendy,

[00:20:50] we know you love Kendrick and we know you're a Kendrick fan,

[00:20:53] but like two weeks ago,

[00:20:54] you were not singing the same tune.

[00:20:56] What are you talking about?

[00:20:59] All right.

[00:21:00] What are your perspectives on it?

[00:21:02] I think I was confused.

[00:21:07] I was confused.

[00:21:10] Jay Cole's participation.

[00:21:13] You were confused.

[00:21:14] Or lack thereof.

[00:21:16] Are you confused anymore?

[00:21:18] I am not confused anymore.

[00:21:20] I thought Kendrick,

[00:21:22] I thought Jay Cole's feature on the future album.

[00:21:26] Kind of confused me.

[00:21:28] But I like Jack enjoy Drake's music.

[00:21:31] I haven't enjoyed Kendrick's.

[00:21:34] I haven't gotten to a Kendrick album since his first album.

[00:21:37] But I do know from being friends with Wendell and being stuck in a car.

[00:21:42] Countless hours.

[00:21:43] Like I do appreciate Kendrick's music and listen.

[00:21:47] What I will say is.

[00:21:50] If it's a war.

[00:21:51] And we're talking the last battle.

[00:21:53] And the last battle.

[00:21:55] I was.

[00:21:56] They not like.

[00:21:59] They don't like us.

[00:22:00] They not like us.

[00:22:02] I was like.

[00:22:03] I definitely was.

[00:22:04] I definitely was.

[00:22:05] But listen.

[00:22:08] We just spent 20 minutes talking about just talking.

[00:22:12] You didn't let me finish my shout outs.

[00:22:17] You didn't let me finish saying what I had to say at the setup.

[00:22:20] Continue.

[00:22:21] Sorry.

[00:22:22] Go ahead.

[00:22:23] Who else you got?

[00:22:24] First of all.

[00:22:25] To speak about our friend.

[00:22:27] Derek Frazier.

[00:22:31] When we walk into our hotel.

[00:22:33] Joey Hatch looks to the right.

[00:22:35] And he's like, I'm going to be in this Marriott.

[00:22:38] For.

[00:22:41] Photos of like historic figures and you look and there's like.

[00:22:45] A photo of Kobe Bryant.

[00:22:47] There's a photo of Michael Jordan, Tom Brady.

[00:22:51] And then you see a photo of Ali fighting Joe Frazier.

[00:22:55] And this is for an auction for charity.

[00:22:57] So it was really cool for us to be walking in with Derek Frazier.

[00:23:02] And then we got a photo of a pop.

[00:23:04] In Boston.

[00:23:05] That was awesome.

[00:23:06] Rest in peace to the legend himself.

[00:23:08] Smoking Joe Frazier.

[00:23:09] Absolutely.

[00:23:10] I wonder.

[00:23:11] I said, Derek, take a photo.

[00:23:12] No.

[00:23:15] We were in our driving clothes.

[00:23:18] So yeah.

[00:23:19] The last three shout outs I have will go quick.

[00:23:22] Okay.

[00:23:25] Oh.

[00:23:26] Not as quick as Jack's cough.

[00:23:27] But go ahead.

[00:23:30] I love it.

[00:23:31] It's he's the best.

[00:23:33] How y'all.

[00:23:35] Let me start by saying.

[00:23:37] We brought some friends in attendance.

[00:23:38] First and foremost.

[00:23:40] Survivor tufts was in the building.

[00:23:42] We appreciate y'all for coming out.

[00:23:44] Thank you guys.

[00:23:45] Much love to you.

[00:23:46] However, your buff game.

[00:23:47] It's okay.

[00:23:49] and this was a nice buff.

[00:23:50] Now, Survivor Northwestern was in the building,

[00:23:54] but they didn't have any buffs for us.

[00:23:56] What's up with that?

[00:23:58] But I just wanna shout out all of the schools

[00:24:01] and just all the orgs and everyone that, you know,

[00:24:04] this Survivor community is incredible, it's awesome.

[00:24:07] And here in Philly, we have Survivor Philly and-

[00:24:11] Jack, can I give, just be a little shady real quick?

[00:24:15] Sure.

[00:24:15] I feel like when people learn new terminologies,

[00:24:18] they love to use them freely.

[00:24:20] Wendell, give me the definition of an org.

[00:24:23] Don't worry about it.

[00:24:24] I mean, there's gonna be a lot of orgers in the mix

[00:24:29] at the-

[00:24:29] But you know what, when someone, Jack,

[00:24:32] if someone were to say like, hey, we have a Survivor org,

[00:24:34] you know what that means, right?

[00:24:36] It's online.

[00:24:37] Right.

[00:24:39] Somebody was like-

[00:24:40] I was giving a shout out to the online community.

[00:24:42] You were, yeah.

[00:24:43] Somebody was like, finish the website.

[00:24:47] What's the rest of the websites?

[00:24:49] But also we had some Survivor Philadelphia alums

[00:24:52] in there, legends.

[00:24:54] So shout out to, I believe it's Natalia, Natalie.

[00:24:58] Natasha.

[00:24:59] Natasha.

[00:25:00] Did we have any, you know, I love the college games

[00:25:03] because I played Survivor U Chicago back in my day.

[00:25:06] Did we have any, I remember some of them popped out

[00:25:08] to the bright, DWP Chicago must've been a year and a half

[00:25:12] ago, two years ago.

[00:25:13] Did we have any more appearances from them at DWP?

[00:25:17] They were at, a couple of them were at Chicago.

[00:25:20] I believe they have started, I forget the name of it,

[00:25:24] but yes, they were there.

[00:25:25] We had some alum.

[00:25:29] Speaking of getting voted out with an idol.

[00:25:33] I did my time with that back in Survivor Chicago.

[00:25:36] So I know how it goes.

[00:25:39] You took that so seriously, Jack.

[00:25:41] I remember those days talking to you

[00:25:43] and I remember when you were like in it, in it.

[00:25:46] It was a lot.

[00:25:47] And so shout out to that.

[00:25:48] And again, from the bottom of our heart, shout out.

[00:25:51] Thank you so much, Boston.

[00:25:53] And again, every special guest that came out there,

[00:25:55] we can't thank you enough.

[00:25:57] Boston really, in my opinion,

[00:26:02] They did it.

[00:26:03] They absolutely did it and just reminded me

[00:26:07] of like why we do it.

[00:26:08] And they said, stop skipping Boston.

[00:26:13] They were very loud and clear with that message.

[00:26:16] And I was trying to talk around it like,

[00:26:17] well come two out of every three year.

[00:26:19] You know what, Boston?

[00:26:20] We're gonna try our best to get up there

[00:26:22] as often as possible.

[00:26:23] We purposely put you guys towards the end of the season

[00:26:26] and the momentum this season is building up to this finale.

[00:26:31] But what's between now and the finale is Philadelphia

[00:26:34] and we're calling it the mini finale

[00:26:36] because we just got a call today.

[00:26:39] And that's all I'm gonna say.

[00:26:41] Yeah, we got, I mean, listen.

[00:26:44] What do you mean that's all you?

[00:26:46] That's all we gonna say, Jack.

[00:26:48] Jack, that's all we gonna say.

[00:26:49] And so listen.

[00:26:50] You sound like Venus telling Charlie,

[00:26:52] I got something and I'm not gonna tell you.

[00:26:55] Okay, Wendell got something up his sleeve.

[00:26:58] He don't, he not saying he got an idol.

[00:27:03] But he has something up his sleeve

[00:27:05] and I happen to be on that call as well.

[00:27:09] And I'm just saying, Boston, you showed up.

[00:27:12] If you were in the tri-state area

[00:27:14] and you don't have anything to do next Wednesday,

[00:27:16] I'd highly suggest you come to the Bryce and Wendell

[00:27:19] at Philadelphia party because I am calling it now.

[00:27:24] I think that it will probably be one of our

[00:27:28] most epic Philadelphia parties that we've had since,

[00:27:34] let me change the view, since.

[00:27:37] Since Kageyan when Bryce-

[00:27:38] Since Kageyan when I was not here.

[00:27:41] His little dinky watch party's in the 7-Eleven.

[00:27:43] Not little dinkies, you know?

[00:27:45] Listen, it was a wah-wah

[00:27:47] and that is what got everything started.

[00:27:50] But listen, we, the tour is,

[00:27:54] I've been saying we're winding up

[00:27:55] but the tour is getting ready to wind down.

[00:27:58] And we have Philadelphia May 15th

[00:28:00] and then we are headed to the BWP finale festival.

[00:28:06] Yes, okay.

[00:28:07] They say talk it into existence.

[00:28:11] We are headed to the festival of Bryce and Wend present.

[00:28:14] And we've got multiple days of events.

[00:28:16] We have our real talk panel on that Tuesday.

[00:28:20] We also have our karaoke party.

[00:28:23] We also are, let me also change the screen real quick.

[00:28:28] The girls are international, okay?

[00:28:30] We're international.

[00:28:31] We're having a survivor international brunch, okay?

[00:28:35] We've got our Aussie friends coming.

[00:28:38] We have our Canada friends coming.

[00:28:41] We have our Quebec friends coming.

[00:28:43] And listen, if you want to have brunch

[00:28:46] with some of Survivor amazing legends,

[00:28:48] you can click the link in the Bryce and Wend present

[00:28:52] Instagram or Twitter.

[00:28:54] And you know, be a part of the festivities.

[00:28:56] We, all things lead to May 22nd in New York for the finale.

[00:29:01] I want to say hurry up and get your tickets

[00:29:04] but Wendell, how do tickets is looking?

[00:29:07] Can people still come?

[00:29:08] There's a couple left.

[00:29:09] Our comp list is closed.

[00:29:11] It's, yeah, we only have a couple of tickets left

[00:29:16] and we're thankful.

[00:29:20] My goodness, we should have gotten an even bigger venue.

[00:29:22] We thought this was huge, but yeah,

[00:29:24] New York is going to be something special.

[00:29:27] Not only will New York be special

[00:29:29] because of Bryce and Wend present,

[00:29:31] but I also, before we get into Survivor,

[00:29:34] cause like I said, I wet my whistle and I am,

[00:29:37] let me just sneeze real quick.

[00:29:40] This man is talking our ears off.

[00:29:43] Sorry, but I miss my friends.

[00:29:45] And so I'm so excited that actually Survivor News

[00:29:48] will be live and in person together,

[00:29:51] Wendell, Jack and Bryce.

[00:29:53] But I think the thing, if you know,

[00:29:55] I can cry at a drop of a dime.

[00:29:57] And I think if I had a dime, I'm dropping it now

[00:30:01] because not only am I just grateful

[00:30:04] for the love we received in Boston

[00:30:08] for the momentum of our tour,

[00:30:10] I'm just happy for the personal growth

[00:30:13] of everyone on this podcast.

[00:30:14] Wendell is on a new show on Amazon Prime right now,

[00:30:18] The Goat, make sure you shout out, listen to it.

[00:30:21] Wendell has a podcast, okay?

[00:30:23] He has a new podcast, The Goat, okay?

[00:30:26] So make sure you check that out, but also...

[00:30:31] And protect your boy on Twitter

[00:30:33] because they are coming for me on the Goat Twitter.

[00:30:37] Despite what you'd expect, The Goat's actually good guys.

[00:30:40] You gotta check it out.

[00:30:40] The Goat Twitter is getting your boy.

[00:30:43] Well, listen, I mean, keep it up.

[00:30:48] No, but also shout out to Wendeezy

[00:30:50] and I feel like that's not the only surprise

[00:30:52] Wendeezy has up his sleeve, no Venus pun intended.

[00:30:56] However, I also wanna say that

[00:30:59] while we will be in New York,

[00:31:02] our very own baby boy, who is the Jack Adkins,

[00:31:06] who this year was in his very first feature film

[00:31:11] starred in it.

[00:31:12] I believe there is a movie festival

[00:31:16] that is going to be in New York.

[00:31:18] And I think that Jack's first feature premiere

[00:31:23] was entered into this festival

[00:31:25] and my baby boy is going to...

[00:31:27] I'm sorry, because y'all know I'll play about my Jack Adkins.

[00:31:29] So Jack, tell us just a little bit more about this

[00:31:32] because you know I'm so excited

[00:31:33] and you know I'll play about my Jack.

[00:31:36] Oh my God, thank you.

[00:31:37] Yeah, it really worked out perfectly.

[00:31:39] So I starred in this short film.

[00:31:42] Little brick.

[00:31:43] Filmed it in January.

[00:31:44] It was my first lead role

[00:31:47] and we submitted to a handful of festivals.

[00:31:49] We're still waiting to hear back from a lot,

[00:31:51] but we got into our first one a couple of weeks ago,

[00:31:53] Big Apple Film Festival,

[00:31:55] which is like a pretty well-known festival in New York City

[00:31:58] and the dates lined up perfect

[00:32:00] with when I'm gonna be there for BWP, the finale.

[00:32:04] And it worked out where it's gonna be shown

[00:32:08] at 3 p.m. on Thursday, May 23rd.

[00:32:12] So I'm not gonna be missing

[00:32:13] any of the Bryce and Wynn festivities,

[00:32:15] but yeah, I'm gonna wake up from the finale,

[00:32:17] hopefully not too tired

[00:32:21] and go to that.

[00:32:23] And I'm just really excited

[00:32:25] we're being shown alongside some other shorts,

[00:32:27] but I've done a few projects acting-wise,

[00:32:30] but this is definitely my biggest project yet

[00:32:32] and my favorite one.

[00:32:33] And so I'm just excited

[00:32:34] for whatever opportunities could come out of this.

[00:32:36] And if you're in the area,

[00:32:39] I gotta figure out,

[00:32:41] if you're in the area and you wanna come watch it,

[00:32:42] tickets I think are like 20 bucks or whatever

[00:32:45] and just Big Apple Film Fest, check it out.

[00:32:48] So yeah, hopefully we can squeeze that into the mix

[00:32:51] with all the Bryce and Wynn finale festival

[00:32:54] in New York City,

[00:32:55] the finale film festival.

[00:32:57] But thank you, Bryce, I appreciate that.

[00:32:59] I'm so excited.

[00:33:00] Not only is this gonna be my only BWP of the season,

[00:33:04] because y'all didn't wanna come out last,

[00:33:05] but I also just been tied up a little bit.

[00:33:07] So I'm so excited for that.

[00:33:09] And then for the fact that it's lining up

[00:33:11] with maybe the biggest week of my life

[00:33:14] in terms of my film career,

[00:33:16] I'm so excited to get a haircut

[00:33:18] and get ready for it and get fresh.

[00:33:19] So thank you for the love, Bryce.

[00:33:21] But yeah, I'm just sitting around itching

[00:33:24] to get to New York

[00:33:25] because I'm so excited to see everyone

[00:33:28] and just have all these fun events

[00:33:30] and just celebrate with everybody.

[00:33:32] We're so excited.

[00:33:33] And the praise doesn't stop there.

[00:33:37] First of all, also, Jack,

[00:33:39] tell me you Caucasian without telling me you Caucasian

[00:33:42] that you got your hair cut two weeks before the event.

[00:33:47] But listen, I love it.

[00:33:48] I'm going to Chicago next week too.

[00:33:50] Okay, all right.

[00:33:51] So a two for one.

[00:33:52] We don't operate like that.

[00:33:53] Yeah, we don't.

[00:33:54] I don't like the morning of the flight.

[00:33:56] I will.

[00:33:58] I hold up the production because I gotta get a haircut.

[00:34:02] And then I'll still put a hat on

[00:34:04] because it matched my outfit.

[00:34:05] But listen, we love you, Jack.

[00:34:06] We're very proud of you.

[00:34:08] Shout out to Little Brick.

[00:34:09] But lastly, just want to give a little more praise

[00:34:12] to this podcast network.

[00:34:14] Not only does Wendeezy on a new reality show right now,

[00:34:18] he's got something else up his sleeve.

[00:34:20] I believe in the next couple of months, weeks, maybe days,

[00:34:30] Wendeezy's been working on a hotel

[00:34:32] and I think a part of a hotel.

[00:34:34] And I believe there will be a grand opening soon.

[00:34:38] So listen, this podcast is just all about the praise.

[00:34:41] And I know while y'all are Twitter hating,

[00:34:47] Wendeezy is over here.

[00:34:49] Elevating.

[00:34:51] Elevating, okay.

[00:34:52] Hotel making.

[00:34:53] Hotel making.

[00:34:54] Cooking up the bacon.

[00:34:56] Cooking up the bacon.

[00:34:57] Okay.

[00:34:58] Never pump bacon.

[00:34:59] Never pump bacon.

[00:35:01] ACL breaking.

[00:35:03] Ooh.

[00:35:09] Okay, round two.

[00:35:10] Name something that's not boring.

[00:35:13] Laundry?

[00:35:15] Ooh, a book club.

[00:35:16] Computer solitaire, huh?

[00:35:19] Ah, sorry.

[00:37:20] Any of that real quick,

[00:37:21] but cause this is all about celebration and just uplifting

[00:37:24] and you know, the baby boy hasn't been loose

[00:37:27] on the pod in a little bit.

[00:37:29] And so I just,

[00:37:30] I feel like I've been a part of this process

[00:37:32] for a very long time.

[00:37:33] And to know that it's coming to fruition,

[00:37:35] I think is amazing.

[00:37:37] And I also think that the construction company

[00:37:41] that has been doing the remodel,

[00:37:43] I just, I love them.

[00:37:45] Okay.

[00:37:47] Well, the hotel is in old city Philadelphia.

[00:37:51] It's a boutique hotel called the Gaslamp Hotel.

[00:37:54] You can follow it on Instagram.

[00:37:56] We are so close now.

[00:37:58] We are like finishing up the finishes in there.

[00:38:02] Furniture should be in there within the next,

[00:38:04] I'd say couple of few weeks.

[00:38:07] It's coming together very nicely.

[00:38:08] It's five suites and it's a beautiful space.

[00:38:12] There will be a juice bar on the first floor.

[00:38:16] There'll be a meetings,

[00:38:17] like a entertainment space in the basement.

[00:38:19] So yeah, it's gonna be awesome.

[00:38:22] It's been a long time coming.

[00:38:23] We've been working on this for about two years now

[00:38:26] because it's a historic property.

[00:38:28] It's a lot of hurry up and wait and a lot of permits,

[00:38:31] but it's in old city.

[00:38:32] This is the historic district in Philly.

[00:38:34] And this is where like the Liberty Bell

[00:38:36] is a couple blocks away,

[00:38:38] where they sound the declaration of independence

[00:38:40] is a couple of blocks away.

[00:38:41] So it's gonna be dope.

[00:38:42] I'm very proud of it.

[00:38:43] Bryce, I didn't even think you were gonna mention it,

[00:38:46] but thank you, Bryce.

[00:38:47] I appreciate it.

[00:38:48] Yes.

[00:38:49] And then lastly, my last thing,

[00:38:50] and then Jack, I want you to take it over

[00:38:51] cause I can keep going.

[00:38:52] I just wanna give a big, huge, amazing shout out

[00:38:56] to Christine, to Anita and Barbara,

[00:39:02] the mothers of Survivor News.

[00:39:06] As this episode comes out, it will be Mother's Day.

[00:39:09] And I just wanna shout out all the mothers real quick.

[00:39:10] You know, we love you.

[00:39:11] We support you.

[00:39:12] Shout out to Christine.

[00:39:13] I feel like she's the most active mother posse member

[00:39:17] because it ain't nothing that I don't post about Jack

[00:39:19] that she don't DM me.

[00:39:21] I don't get a text at 5 a.m. in the morning

[00:39:23] saying Jack was this, Jack was that.

[00:39:27] Shout out to Christine Atkins,

[00:39:29] you know, the head leader of the mother posse.

[00:39:32] But all right, Jack, take it away.

[00:39:33] And Christine wants to get to a BWP at some point,

[00:39:37] so we'll have to make it happen at some point.

[00:39:40] But yeah.

[00:39:41] She's from New York.

[00:39:42] She was talking New York.

[00:39:43] Isn't it crazy how before the pod,

[00:39:46] before we hit record, Bryce was like,

[00:39:51] you know we gotta keep this one under an hour.

[00:39:54] 33 minutes later, this could be a new podcast.

[00:39:58] This could.

[00:40:00] But I hope if you're still with us that you've enjoyed it

[00:40:03] and maybe we'll put a disclaimer in the description.

[00:40:05] But I love just talking shop.

[00:40:07] Subtle eyes.

[00:40:08] Some would say, Wendell, this is like a Patreon.

[00:40:13] I wouldn't.

[00:40:15] Jack would.

[00:40:17] Hey, soon enough.

[00:40:18] But yeah, another great episode.

[00:40:23] And just to get right into it,

[00:40:25] this might be what they call glazing.

[00:40:29] But I thought this was a-

[00:40:31] Wait, wait, wait, wait, no.

[00:40:32] Wait a minute, Jack, because-

[00:40:34] No, no, that's what I'm-

[00:40:35] You're gonna freak me to both.

[00:40:35] Well, wait a minute.

[00:40:37] You know I'm a part of a lot of different communities.

[00:40:40] Bryce, you be doing that.

[00:40:42] And Hunter is not in the game anymore.

[00:40:44] So I don't know what type of-

[00:40:48] Oh my gosh.

[00:40:49] Glazing.

[00:40:50] Perhaps it might derive from that community.

[00:40:54] But maybe it's a Gen Z kind of term,

[00:40:56] but it's sort of like gassing up someone too heavy.

[00:41:00] But I feel like here we're all about

[00:41:02] giving people their flowers.

[00:41:04] And so in some ways I guess that could be considered glazing.

[00:41:09] But let me just say, going into the season,

[00:41:13] the only person I had really gotten to know at all

[00:41:15] was Jalinski.

[00:41:17] And we had some high hopes for Jalinski.

[00:41:21] And I was rooting for him to go all the way.

[00:41:24] And he went all the way to the end of the first episode.

[00:41:27] But-

[00:41:28] Barely.

[00:41:29] Then I was like, hold on, Jalinski's out.

[00:41:34] I guess I'm team Charlie.

[00:41:35] And tonight, or this episode,

[00:41:40] I really thought it was a masterclass performance

[00:41:44] from Charlie.

[00:41:45] And it's amazing that it lined up with the Boston showing

[00:41:48] because he's from Boston.

[00:41:50] But I just thought on every level that,

[00:41:53] and we can get into all the ins and outs of it,

[00:41:55] I really thought this was the perfect example

[00:41:58] of fantastic new era gameplay

[00:42:01] where it's about the social relationships

[00:42:04] and it's about timing.

[00:42:05] And it's sort of about like how the best move

[00:42:08] and the biggest move can be making a subtle move

[00:42:11] and just the finesse of all that.

[00:42:13] And I also thought a big theme this season

[00:42:15] was all about taking credit and getting credit.

[00:42:18] And, oh, I deserve credit for this.

[00:42:20] I really thought he showed out in this episode

[00:42:22] by using that idea and twisting it

[00:42:25] and putting credit on other people

[00:42:27] in order to sort of line himself up very well.

[00:42:30] I disagree a little bit.

[00:42:32] So wait-

[00:42:33] Let's get into it.

[00:42:34] Let's just get into it

[00:42:35] because y'all been just yapping so long.

[00:42:37] So let's just be clear.

[00:42:39] I love Charlie.

[00:42:40] I think Charlie is playing a great game,

[00:42:42] but on this podcast, I always want to be honest

[00:42:45] where I feel like Charlie's misstep this episode was.

[00:42:51] And I feel so dirty saying this,

[00:42:55] but I'm just being a viewer because let's be clear.

[00:42:58] I love Charlie and I love Griselda Blanco.

[00:43:01] I mean, I love Dr. Maria because this episode, okay,

[00:43:06] Dr. Maria transformed into Griselda Blanco who I love.

[00:43:10] I feel like Charlie-

[00:43:14] I'm just excited that you disagree with me

[00:43:16] because now I'm like-

[00:43:17] Yeah, well, you know.

[00:43:18] So no, I don't think it was a masterclass, right?

[00:43:21] I think that the one critique I have of Charlie

[00:43:24] is that you should have hopped on the train of this era

[00:43:30] of getting your number one out.

[00:43:33] And I feel like for Charlie's best game

[00:43:36] could have been him utilizing the non-pizza alliance

[00:43:42] and potentially harping on Dr. Maria,

[00:43:47] because I feel like at this point Griselda has emerged

[00:43:52] and Griselda is strong.

[00:43:55] And what do they do to the strong people this season?

[00:43:59] Well, I forgot about that.

[00:44:00] They wave Q in their face and they snipe them.

[00:44:05] And she had immunity.

[00:44:07] Now I see why there's an argument to be made

[00:44:09] that he might make a move on Q

[00:44:12] in order to take a shot at Maria.

[00:44:15] But I like that we disagree a little bit on this though,

[00:44:18] because to me it was so clear cut.

[00:44:21] Even during the episode, I thought,

[00:44:22] okay, I think he should maybe do this or do this.

[00:44:25] And then he executed those ideas really well.

[00:44:29] I see the argument of taking a shot,

[00:44:31] but I actually think this is an example

[00:44:33] of where not taking the shot is actually the right move.

[00:44:36] And it's more impressive

[00:44:37] because I think it maintains a lot of things.

[00:44:40] No, you're right.

[00:44:41] I just feel like there was a...

[00:44:43] I just feel like this was the episode

[00:44:47] for him to separate himself a little bit from Dr. Maria.

[00:44:51] He did that.

[00:44:53] But did he though?

[00:44:54] But, and again, I love Charlie.

[00:44:55] I'm just playing devil's advocate.

[00:44:58] I feel like he would,

[00:44:59] when the non-pizza alliance was together,

[00:45:03] they was together.

[00:45:04] The second Griselda came back and said,

[00:45:06] this is what's happening.

[00:45:08] Charlie got on board

[00:45:09] and I didn't love how easily he got on board on that

[00:45:14] because I just felt like it was another check

[00:45:18] to Griselda's resume and not to Charlie's.

[00:45:23] But that's why I think,

[00:45:25] I think Charlie has set himself up in a position now

[00:45:28] where Q and Maria are the two clear next targets.

[00:45:32] And that he's gonna be able,

[00:45:34] I think he'll be able to get into the four

[00:45:37] with a group of people that he could probably be.

[00:45:41] And I think that's the perfect scenario of like,

[00:45:45] okay, here's, you have to protect yourself

[00:45:47] with a couple of people that are bigger threats than you

[00:45:50] and a couple of people that are lower than you.

[00:45:52] And I think if he takes a...

[00:45:53] Now it could be the end of the season

[00:45:56] and we, and Maria,

[00:45:57] Maria wins like one immunity.

[00:46:00] If she is able to win

[00:46:02] and if she goes on to win the game,

[00:46:04] then I, in hindsight, I absolutely agree with you.

[00:46:06] Maybe this will look back and be like,

[00:46:08] this was the time he should have taken a shot.

[00:46:11] But I do think he's got his targets lined up

[00:46:14] with a group of people

[00:46:14] that are not really gonna work together.

[00:46:17] And so he's gonna be that middle person,

[00:46:20] that divisive vote going forward

[00:46:23] through the rest of the game.

[00:46:24] And then I think he's gonna be able to show up at the end

[00:46:26] and take the credit that he deserves

[00:46:28] for a lot of these moves

[00:46:29] that he isn't taking in the moment

[00:46:31] in order to minimize his threat level,

[00:46:33] which coming off two straight immunity wins as well

[00:46:35] is so critical because...

[00:46:37] Yeah, you're right.

[00:46:38] But I genuinely like that

[00:46:40] we're not necessarily on the same page here

[00:46:42] because for me, I think Charlie,

[00:46:45] like I'll say, and this might be a little recency bias,

[00:46:48] I think if Charlie goes on to win this season,

[00:46:50] he might be the best player of the new era.

[00:46:52] And so, but the fact that you're not quite on board with that

[00:46:55] I think opens it up for some more interesting debate.

[00:46:57] Yeah.

[00:46:59] Go ahead, Wendell.

[00:47:00] What I'll say about just watching Charlie this episode,

[00:47:04] he looked like he was getting some kind of a winner's edit,

[00:47:07] but what is a winner's edit in this new era?

[00:47:11] But also, he also to me looked like someone

[00:47:14] that can get to the end and does not win,

[00:47:17] but they're making him look like it.

[00:47:20] And it's almost like there might be someone

[00:47:23] at the end with him that made the bigger flashier moves.

[00:47:27] And despite Charlie doing these humble big moves on the low,

[00:47:32] maybe he won't get so much credit

[00:47:34] as someone like Dr. Maria Griselda.

[00:47:38] But do you think Maria at this point can get to the end?

[00:47:41] I think so.

[00:47:41] I think Maria, first of all,

[00:47:43] we're about to see another idol in play

[00:47:45] and I think Maria has the chops to win some challenges.

[00:47:49] Yeah, I'm just worried that I feel like Charlie

[00:47:52] is too diplomatic, right?

[00:47:56] He is perfect.

[00:47:58] I'm not negating how Charlie is playing.

[00:48:02] Charlie is moving perfectly.

[00:48:06] I feel like I just need for Charlie

[00:48:10] to put the swift hammer down

[00:48:14] and I feel like he's just kind of in the middle

[00:48:18] a little too much.

[00:48:20] And I feel like with the jury that we have right now,

[00:48:23] I feel like they are very opinionated

[00:48:26] and I don't know how in the middle person

[00:48:31] will move the jury.

[00:48:34] But that's sort of why I think we've seen a lot

[00:48:36] in the new era that the winners a lot of times

[00:48:38] are sort of built by these moves from like seven, six, five.

[00:48:43] And because the people that are making the big moves

[00:48:45] at like, obviously we're later in the game now.

[00:48:47] Seven has proven to be a critical juncture in the game.

[00:48:52] When I think about like a Jesse taking out Cody,

[00:48:56] which I believe was at like the final seven

[00:48:58] or the final six.

[00:48:59] And to me that's sort of evidence that at that moment

[00:49:02] it's one step a little too early.

[00:49:04] And so to just delay it a little bit,

[00:49:06] I think now he's gonna be able to bring in a Liz

[00:49:10] and to bring in a Ben and to bring in a Kenzie

[00:49:13] and take out Maria,

[00:49:16] who's obviously become an apparent threat.

[00:49:18] And then also Q, who I think a lot of people beat

[00:49:21] in the end, but still has this perception

[00:49:23] that he's a threat.

[00:49:24] And I think that's two easy moves

[00:49:27] that he can really direct as the centerpiece,

[00:49:30] bring those relationships together.

[00:49:32] And then you get to the four and knock on wood,

[00:49:34] he's able to win in fire or, you know,

[00:49:38] I guess any player you have to win in fire

[00:49:40] most of the time or win a challenge.

[00:49:42] That's how you really set.

[00:49:43] And I still think back, I mean, it reminds me

[00:49:45] this is a kind of a prime example

[00:49:47] of almost the Adam Klein win,

[00:49:50] where it wasn't the smoothest win,

[00:49:53] but I think what Adam had was the understanding

[00:49:55] that you think about like the final five,

[00:49:57] he positioned himself in an alliance

[00:50:00] with David Wright and Brett LaBelle,

[00:50:02] who were considered to be bigger threats than him.

[00:50:05] And so they went at five and four.

[00:50:07] And then he also had his alliance

[00:50:08] had Hannah Shapiro and Ken,

[00:50:11] and he was able to crush them at the end.

[00:50:14] So it's not, and that sort of reminds me

[00:50:16] of like this new era gameplay

[00:50:17] where it's not always about this flashy moves,

[00:50:20] but it's about positioning yourself

[00:50:22] and timing up these eliminations

[00:50:24] in order to be that one person left

[00:50:26] at the final four or the final three

[00:50:28] that is now the clear cut winner

[00:50:30] because you just eliminated a couple of big threats.

[00:50:32] I agree with that.

[00:50:34] And again, I'm rooting for Charlie.

[00:50:36] So I don't want you to take my like questioning you

[00:50:39] as like not rooting for Charlie.

[00:50:40] What I'm just nervous is that the pace

[00:50:44] of how the new era moves, right?

[00:50:47] The fact that Quintavious is still in this damn game.

[00:50:52] Like I don't know what is up or down in the new era, right?

[00:50:58] And like that example of Adam Klein is great,

[00:51:01] but that's not the new era.

[00:51:03] The way that the new era moves is a little different.

[00:51:06] And I'm just nervous that we still have a Q in the game.

[00:51:11] We still have a Dr. Maria in the game.

[00:51:13] We still have a Kenzie in the game.

[00:51:17] And I just feel like it just makes me nervous

[00:51:21] because I am rooting for Charlie.

[00:51:23] I am rooting for Dr. Griselda.

[00:51:26] I'm rooting for Kenzie, but it's just like all of those,

[00:51:29] like there's only one winner.

[00:51:33] And I feel like I'm nervous for my baby boy, Charlie.

[00:51:38] So I was just thinking,

[00:51:40] and this might be way ahead of ourselves,

[00:51:43] but you named some of these like players

[00:51:46] or people that like look like they can win the game

[00:51:49] or big players.

[00:51:50] And again, I'd still say that Q could still win the game,

[00:51:54] but bro, I called Q Tony weeks ago on this very podcast.

[00:52:01] And now I'm hearing people on other podcasts

[00:52:03] and on Twitter comparing him to Tony.

[00:52:06] That being said, I wanted to ask you guys

[00:52:10] because oftentimes you wanna hold onto a player

[00:52:13] that you might view as someone that's beatable at the end.

[00:52:19] Or, I mean, I don't wanna call Venus a goat, okay?

[00:52:23] But what I'm saying is, was Venus the right,

[00:52:26] was that the right move this episode?

[00:52:32] When you have the Charlies and the Qs and the Kenzies,

[00:52:37] is it, yes, it's a good move to get someone

[00:52:40] that might take a place of one of these big dogs at the end.

[00:52:44] But it's like, man, like,

[00:52:47] is that what you're worried about right now?

[00:52:49] When you got-

[00:52:51] I would be if I'm Charlie.

[00:52:54] The thing is there's, I hate to say it,

[00:52:57] like there's too many goats on this season, right?

[00:52:59] We've talked, we theorized about Q, Liz, Venus,

[00:53:04] final three, right?

[00:53:05] And now they have their differences,

[00:53:07] but they have shown that they're able

[00:53:09] to put those aside sometimes and work together.

[00:53:12] I mean, we see Liz multiple times not vote for Q

[00:53:14] despite her obvious disdain for him.

[00:53:17] And so if I am a Charlie,

[00:53:18] this is why I talk about the timing here,

[00:53:21] is if you take out a Maria or a Q,

[00:53:24] I think then you rise to the top and then you get cut off.

[00:53:27] And in the end, we're looking at a final four

[00:53:29] where it's gonna be like Ben, Q, Liz, and Venus,

[00:53:34] and you beat any of those people.

[00:53:36] So get rid of a couple of them.

[00:53:38] Okay, so-

[00:53:40] Especially with the whole,

[00:53:42] I got something up my sleeve situation.

[00:53:44] Oh man.

[00:53:45] But okay, well, we can talk about that.

[00:53:50] But what I wanna say is,

[00:53:52] I'm not sure who you are considering a goat,

[00:53:54] but for me personally, I would not consider Venus a goat.

[00:53:59] And I would not consider Quinn, Quinn, Quinn.

[00:54:02] I'm not, right.

[00:54:04] I would not consider Q or Venus a goat.

[00:54:09] Only in the aspirations of,

[00:54:12] I feel like the definition of a goat

[00:54:15] is somebody that just goes along.

[00:54:18] I feel like Quintavious has played his own damn game.

[00:54:22] I don't know what game he is playing

[00:54:24] because I was playing tic-tac-toe.

[00:54:26] He's playing checkers, AKA twister.

[00:54:30] He made up a new game.

[00:54:32] He's playing twist, checker.

[00:54:35] Right, and I also feel like Venus,

[00:54:38] I just feel like by the definition of survivor goat,

[00:54:41] I don't feel like you can put Venus into that box

[00:54:44] because it's like-

[00:54:45] I think she's like really hitting him.

[00:54:49] Look, here's the thing.

[00:54:50] Uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh.

[00:54:53] Jack, I told you I was waiting my whistle.

[00:54:55] Jack, I told you I was waiting my whistle.

[00:54:57] Jack, I told you I was waiting my whistle.

[00:55:00] You, Jack, Jack, I told you I was waiting my whistle.

[00:55:04] Venus is not at all, in my opinion,

[00:55:08] the epitome of the goat because, first of all,

[00:55:11] if she's the epitome of the goat,

[00:55:13] then why y'all want to get her out so quick?

[00:55:16] I dare I say that, although I don't agree with all her moves.

[00:55:20] I'm not saying that I'm on her moves.

[00:55:22] Jack, I'm just saying in this new era,

[00:55:25] if Venus got to the end-

[00:55:30] She gets zero votes.

[00:55:32] Jack, Jack!

[00:55:33] Put on season two of Amazon freebie

[00:55:35] because they're all goats.

[00:55:38] Jack, Jack.

[00:55:40] No, no, here's the thing.

[00:55:41] No, no, no, wait, because I want you to know, Wendell,

[00:55:43] I want you to weigh-

[00:55:44] Ah!

[00:55:46] Jack, you don't want to throw those hands, Jack.

[00:55:49] Jack.

[00:55:50] But that's not a dub, this is a yelp.

[00:55:51] No, because I just feel like Jack

[00:55:54] because I know the type of survivor player you are.

[00:56:01] You're like a survivor, survivor, survivor player.

[00:56:04] But again, what I am saying to you is that

[00:56:08] I don't think Venus made all the right moves.

[00:56:11] I don't think that Venus did everything right.

[00:56:13] But what I am saying is that

[00:56:15] some of the shit that she was talking this episode,

[00:56:19] if she would have made it past that episode,

[00:56:22] Venus would have been a real problem.

[00:56:24] And I just think about people like a soda,

[00:56:29] people like, I don't know,

[00:56:31] look at who is on the-

[00:56:34] Exactly.

[00:56:35] But also, but think about, they are her original tribe.

[00:56:39] It's not an advisor.

[00:56:41] They don't think what I-

[00:56:42] This is where I'm going to flip it on you

[00:56:43] because I think you're thinking that I'm looking at this

[00:56:46] as like a strategy thing, right?

[00:56:48] I, as a survivor, you said I'm a survivor, survivor,

[00:56:51] survivor, like I'm actually saying the opposite here

[00:56:54] where I think players like Venus and like Hugh

[00:56:58] have legitimately brought a lot of good strategy to the game.

[00:57:01] I think Venus, especially this episode

[00:57:04] and also in episodes past,

[00:57:05] she always has pretty good reads of what the social dynamics

[00:57:10] and like what the right moves should be.

[00:57:12] I'm actually looking at this from a GOAT perspective,

[00:57:14] I think more from like an original old school survivor thing

[00:57:18] of like, you put, look at Hugh and look at Venus,

[00:57:21] like, and Liz, within the realm of the game,

[00:57:25] people don't really like them.

[00:57:28] But that doesn't make you a GOAT

[00:57:30] and I'm going to be spicy right now.

[00:57:31] I don't, that's not my definition of a GOAT.

[00:57:34] For me, and I'm going to be spicy

[00:57:36] because I've had enough of this season.

[00:57:38] The only GOAT that I see this season is Liz.

[00:57:42] But to me, I just look at it,

[00:57:43] maybe your definitions are different,

[00:57:44] but I think a GOAT is someone you look at

[00:57:46] and you just think they're not going to get any votes.

[00:57:48] No, I don't-

[00:57:49] If there's different types of GOATs,

[00:57:50] maybe there's a GOAT and they're just a mean GOAT

[00:57:53] and so no one likes them.

[00:57:54] But maybe there's a GOAT who is just a little bit,

[00:57:58] hanging out and just munching on the grass

[00:58:00] or maybe they're allergic to the grass.

[00:58:01] Okay, so let's, Liz,

[00:58:05] so let's, what is your definition of a GOAT?

[00:58:09] Because my definition of a GOAT is someone-

[00:58:14] Who's not involved.

[00:58:15] That you-

[00:58:16] Bring to the end to get slaughtered.

[00:58:17] Hello, thank you.

[00:58:19] So I, the way I'm looking at a GOAT is,

[00:58:22] it's not necessarily about your activity in the game,

[00:58:24] but I'm just thinking someone that you basically know

[00:58:26] you're going to beat.

[00:58:27] And I think you could, I think you could take Randon,

[00:58:31] pull him back in and sit him at the final travel council

[00:58:34] against Q and Venus.

[00:58:35] And I think Randon wins the game.

[00:58:37] Obviously that's hyperbolic, but-

[00:58:39] My neck, my neck.

[00:58:41] Look at the people in the game

[00:58:43] and look at the people on the jury.

[00:58:44] Wait-

[00:58:45] How the hell did Randy get in this?

[00:58:49] Cause that's just the example of what I already said.

[00:58:52] This man who played a few days can come in and beat them.

[00:58:56] You can put Q's Q skirt as a finalist

[00:58:58] and he's going to get more votes than Q.

[00:59:00] Okay, so Posse, this is where we're going to need you

[00:59:03] to weigh in, in the comments or tweet us.

[00:59:05] What is your definition of a GOAT?

[00:59:08] Because like for me, a GOAT is someone you bring to the end.

[00:59:14] Okay, maybe definitionally we're on different pages

[00:59:16] and that's fine.

[00:59:17] But if I'm a Charlie, just talking from his perspective-

[00:59:22] And is he a GOAT?

[00:59:23] Is Charlie a GOAT to you?

[00:59:25] No.

[00:59:26] Charlie, Maria and Kenzie to me

[00:59:27] are the best players remaining.

[00:59:29] Was Jalinski a GOAT to you?

[00:59:32] Well, episode one, there's not really any GOATs.

[00:59:36] I don't know how early they were made.

[00:59:40] I think if I was on a tribe with Jalinski,

[00:59:41] I'd say, hey, maybe I'd like to sit next to this guy

[00:59:44] at the end.

[00:59:46] But there's a lot of game to be played.

[00:59:47] But if I'm a Charlie, Maria or a Kenzie

[00:59:50] who I think are the strongest players left by far,

[00:59:54] I think I look at Ben, Liz, Q and Venus

[00:59:57] and think if I sit with any combination of those people,

[01:00:00] I win the game.

[01:00:05] I just disagree with that statement

[01:00:08] because I feel like, Jack, again, I agree with you.

[01:00:13] I don't think that they have played the best game

[01:00:16] but I think there is something to be said

[01:00:18] that if Q or Venus made it to the end of the game-

[01:00:24] Who's voting for Q?

[01:00:25] But I'm just saying,

[01:00:26] but they weren't GOATed to the end of the game.

[01:00:29] I don't think they were dragged along strategically

[01:00:32] and that's why maybe-

[01:00:33] Okay, all right.

[01:00:33] Okay, all right.

[01:00:34] I got a question for you.

[01:00:35] Okay.

[01:00:36] Q, Liz, Ben.

[01:00:39] Ben, I think.

[01:00:44] Yeah, well, I mean, one, no votes, Liz.

[01:00:47] Then it would be...

[01:00:50] Because I also feel like

[01:00:51] if we can just change the subject real quick,

[01:00:53] I also feel like there is, for me as a viewer,

[01:00:57] something a little weird of the lack of edit

[01:01:00] that we're getting from Ben.

[01:01:02] And I feel like that's an edit point

[01:01:06] because I have said on this podcast time, time, time, time,

[01:01:10] again, when there is a crucial vote,

[01:01:13] we constantly see Griselda, Maria, Charlie

[01:01:19] and a Ben scene, right?

[01:01:21] And I feel like they're not just going to Ben for nothing.

[01:01:26] I just feel like we've...

[01:01:28] This edit of Ben is a little weird for me

[01:01:30] because it's like he's clearly a pivotal member

[01:01:34] of this season.

[01:01:35] I'm just unaware as to why we're not seeing more of him.

[01:01:38] So I just wanted to-

[01:01:39] Yeah, and that's why in that final three,

[01:01:41] I wouldn't worry for Ben,

[01:01:42] just from an edit standpoint

[01:01:43] because we don't see a lot of him.

[01:01:45] But just from the outside looking in,

[01:01:46] if I were watching the game,

[01:01:48] I think Ben beats any combination of like a Venus,

[01:01:51] a Q and a Liz.

[01:01:54] Simply because look at the season,

[01:01:56] even looking after the season on like Twitter and whatnot

[01:01:59] and just things that we've noticed and observed,

[01:02:03] there's a lot of toxicity within the cast this season.

[01:02:07] And obviously that's something that was planted

[01:02:10] out on the island.

[01:02:12] And so I think, I mean, you put-

[01:02:14] Well, yeah.

[01:02:15] Like Ben and Liz and several others

[01:02:19] are never voting for Q.

[01:02:20] Not the several others.

[01:02:21] What I wanna know for you, Jack,

[01:02:23] as someone that's watching with that final three

[01:02:25] of a Ben, a Liz and a Q,

[01:02:27] is there not anything that in your survivor bank

[01:02:32] that is like, damn, Qtavious is here.

[01:02:39] Qtavious has been a mess this whole season.

[01:02:44] Qtavious has done a lot,

[01:02:46] but Qtavious landed his ass at the end.

[01:02:53] There isn't anything in your survivor bank

[01:02:56] that's like, hmm.

[01:02:57] Well, there's a lot.

[01:02:58] There's a lot where obviously Q played a more dynamic game

[01:03:03] up to this point than maybe anybody.

[01:03:05] And definitely a Ben and a Liz.

[01:03:07] But this is why I'm saying,

[01:03:08] I think my thoughts here might be counter

[01:03:11] to what you sort of expect from me

[01:03:13] is that if I'm looking at a Q, Liz and Ben final three,

[01:03:18] I think at least half of the jury

[01:03:20] would never vote for Q for anything.

[01:03:24] I think most of the jury would not wanna vote for Liz,

[01:03:27] especially considering the fact

[01:03:28] that she's flexed her alleged wealth.

[01:03:31] And I think everybody likes Ben.

[01:03:34] And so that's why this has been such a messy season

[01:03:37] where it's kind of like a new era.

[01:03:38] Gabon is the comparisons that have been made.

[01:03:41] And you look at Gabon,

[01:03:43] Bob didn't play a fantastic season three game.

[01:03:47] He was left out more often than Ben was,

[01:03:50] but people like Bob.

[01:03:51] And so Bob happened to get the votes

[01:03:53] because he was sitting next to people like a Sugar,

[01:03:55] who I actually think is really fun and like a nice person.

[01:03:59] Corinne and her friends on the jury didn't like Sugar.

[01:04:02] And I mean, Suzy almost won the season.

[01:04:07] To name one thing about Suzy,

[01:04:10] nobody knows.

[01:04:11] I can name several and I can name several about Bob.

[01:04:15] I think, so the fact that you just tied that into Gabon,

[01:04:21] I think I'm feeling what you're putting down though.

[01:04:25] I feel it.

[01:04:26] However, what I will say about Gabon

[01:04:28] and what I will say about this

[01:04:29] is that this is the new era.

[01:04:31] So you never know.

[01:04:32] Wendy, I would love for you to weigh in on this.

[01:04:36] Oh, I was just about to do my nails.

[01:04:40] I'm just kidding.

[01:04:42] I think, like, I think I'm not off this Q train right now.

[01:04:50] I think Q has something in him.

[01:04:52] But I also think we're getting some good

[01:04:56] Maria and Charlie content to where it's like-

[01:04:58] No, that's not the question.

[01:05:00] What's the question?

[01:05:01] Liz, Ben, Q.

[01:05:05] Who wins?

[01:05:07] Q.

[01:05:09] And what's your-

[01:05:10] I think that's possible.

[01:05:11] But I think-

[01:05:13] I just, I a thousand percent agree with you, Jack.

[01:05:18] Like Ben is likable.

[01:05:19] He has these connections.

[01:05:21] Again, I just think to my season with Tony

[01:05:24] where although Q Quintavious,

[01:05:28] because I want to start saying his name,

[01:05:30] although he rubbed people the wrong way,

[01:05:33] I think that sometimes we forget,

[01:05:35] drawers might be like, I respect that.

[01:05:38] Right?

[01:05:40] I think that you're just like oblivious.

[01:05:43] Like there are plenty of winners that I can name,

[01:05:45] but I won't because I've been wet in the whistle

[01:05:47] of like where people might've liked,

[01:05:49] but then people won because people respected the gameplay.

[01:05:53] And I think that like,

[01:05:54] you're just kind of like missing the aspects.

[01:05:57] I don't, I'm not there with you, Bryce.

[01:05:58] I don't think that they'll respect that.

[01:06:01] I think Q is a smart man.

[01:06:03] And I think that if he's sitting at the end,

[01:06:05] whatever story he will concoct will-

[01:06:08] I don't think that,

[01:06:09] like I don't think they respected much

[01:06:11] of what he might have done,

[01:06:13] but whatever he sits there and says at the end,

[01:06:16] I think he might be able to swing four or five votes.

[01:06:19] Maybe.

[01:06:20] That might be all you need.

[01:06:22] Only because, you know,

[01:06:23] right now Ben isn't being edited as a potential winner.

[01:06:26] Right.

[01:06:27] But here's the difference between Q and Tony

[01:06:29] is Tony was always able to maintain,

[01:06:31] you know, relationships with the people he was with.

[01:06:33] He always had allies.

[01:06:34] If he crossed someone,

[01:06:36] he was usually able to pull them back in

[01:06:37] and make another move.

[01:06:39] And ultimately I think he had the respect of his peers.

[01:06:42] Q, there's so many people,

[01:06:44] especially after he tried to quit for the fifth time,

[01:06:47] who were just fed up with him.

[01:06:48] I mean, look at Tiffany and Kenzie.

[01:06:50] It probably, he went to them with open arms

[01:06:53] and basically like was like,

[01:06:54] I got nothing.

[01:06:55] I want to work with you guys.

[01:06:56] And it was probably the best move for them.

[01:06:59] And they're like, Q, we don't mess with you.

[01:07:01] Liz hates Q.

[01:07:03] Ben seems to hate Q.

[01:07:04] And so I just struggle to see why they would want-

[01:07:08] Okay, bring two people to the end

[01:07:13] that their game is hating one person.

[01:07:16] That might even help him at the end.

[01:07:18] Yeah, I just, I agree with all your points.

[01:07:21] I'm just saying that there is, in my opinion,

[01:07:23] a nuance to all of that

[01:07:26] that actually could potentially a jury member say like-

[01:07:32] Q, I mean, Q's on the line.

[01:07:33] So I would like to see a world where,

[01:07:37] I think it would be fun to see Q go up against

[01:07:39] like a Ben and a Liz

[01:07:40] and somehow spin a story where he wins.

[01:07:43] I think that would be really interesting.

[01:07:46] But no, so at this point, again,

[01:07:48] this is why we sort of have the different definition of a goat.

[01:07:50] I thought Q and Venus both brought

[01:07:52] a lot of fun strategy here.

[01:07:54] I think they're very entertaining.

[01:07:56] I would love to see them both back.

[01:07:57] So I don't look at them as goats in the sense of like

[01:08:00] they didn't play the game or they just sat down.

[01:08:02] But I just think if I'm out there

[01:08:05] and I'm a Charlie and Maria or a Kenzie,

[01:08:07] I'm like, please let me sit next to them.

[01:08:09] I could say nothing at the end and win against them.

[01:08:14] Yeah, I disagree a little bit in the same context

[01:08:18] that I feel like Venus from her entire time

[01:08:23] that we have seen her has bucked against

[01:08:27] the norm of the group,

[01:08:29] has been a drummer boy to her own beat.

[01:08:33] And for her to get this far,

[01:08:36] if she would have played that idol,

[01:08:39] I feel like that could have been enough whipped cream

[01:08:43] on my Ben Jerry's Sunday for me to be like,

[01:08:47] it's all you Venus.

[01:08:48] But can we also, no, yes.

[01:08:52] For her to properly play an idol in a season

[01:08:55] where nobody's playing an idol properly,

[01:08:57] that will not win you the game.

[01:08:59] I'm not saying, okay, go ahead.

[01:09:01] Okay, now correct yourself or me.

[01:09:04] No, I'm correct you.

[01:09:05] I'm saying if Venus would have executed this idol correctly,

[01:09:09] yes, been here next week,

[01:09:13] the possibilities of her potentially winning

[01:09:15] individual immunity,

[01:09:17] because we saw that it was here this episode,

[01:09:19] we see she's got Kenzie on her side.

[01:09:22] Like, I don't know,

[01:09:22] I'm just saying the trajectory of Venus

[01:09:26] is like out of this Mars.

[01:09:29] Well, I wouldn't say it's out of this world,

[01:09:31] but I do think there is a world at this point

[01:09:33] where Venus was starting to put some pieces together.

[01:09:36] Say that again.

[01:09:37] I'll say it again.

[01:09:40] Your connection broke up, say it again, Jack.

[01:09:43] I'll say it again,

[01:09:43] but I'm happy to say it again because ultimately,

[01:09:46] I mean, she was starting to put some pieces together.

[01:09:49] I mean, since she finds the idol, she has Kenzie.

[01:09:52] I was like, this is starting to look decent

[01:09:56] where maybe she could win against like a few in a row.

[01:09:59] And then, well, I mean, clearly it wasn't that good

[01:10:03] because if you watch the end of the episode,

[01:10:06] in classic Venus fashion,

[01:10:10] just messes it up.

[01:10:13] We're not going to put it in classic Venus fashion

[01:10:15] and classic this season's new era fashion.

[01:10:19] Y'all want to hold onto a damn idol.

[01:10:23] For sure.

[01:10:24] But I think this one might've been the most egregious

[01:10:26] in my opinion.

[01:10:27] Where, well, I think that what I mean by classic Venus fashion

[01:10:33] is her interaction with Charlie.

[01:10:36] I think that was bad.

[01:10:39] How you going to talk your way out of that one, Bryce?

[01:10:41] And I might have something up my sleeve.

[01:10:44] I'm not saying it's me, but handshake.

[01:10:48] And I think this,

[01:10:51] also the reason I think this might be the most egregious

[01:10:53] is Tiffany last episode

[01:10:57] just never really caught wind of the fact her name was up.

[01:10:59] So Hunter wasn't egregious?

[01:11:01] Hunter's was pretty bad, but he took,

[01:11:03] I think at that phase of the game,

[01:11:06] took a calculated risk of, if I play it now,

[01:11:09] I'd probably go out in the next couple.

[01:11:14] Look, it was bad,

[01:11:15] but I think he made a calculation in his head

[01:11:18] where he looked at the numbers,

[01:11:19] he thought he had someone that he didn't,

[01:11:21] and he thought if I play it,

[01:11:23] even if I'm right, I might not be long for the game.

[01:11:26] And what was the sum of the total of Hunter?

[01:11:29] Well, it went bad.

[01:11:30] I still thought that was bad.

[01:11:31] I thought that was the second worst one.

[01:11:33] But for Venus,

[01:11:35] I feel like she must've caught wind that she was an option.

[01:11:38] And in this situation where it's you or your target,

[01:11:41] and you really never really had enough footing

[01:11:45] to feel confident in having all these votes,

[01:11:49] just play the, right?

[01:11:50] Just play the, I don't get your target out.

[01:11:52] But why is that not the same message

[01:11:55] to Hunter or to Tiffany?

[01:11:57] Well, it's more of a message to Hunter,

[01:11:59] but I think earlier in the game,

[01:12:01] there is the idea of like,

[01:12:05] if I have to play my idol now,

[01:12:08] even if I survive this Tribal,

[01:12:09] I might not be long for the game.

[01:12:11] But now it's Final Seven.

[01:12:14] As time goes on,

[01:12:15] there's obviously less of a reason to hold onto it

[01:12:17] because there's fewer Tribals left.

[01:12:19] And why isn't this the same message to Tim?

[01:12:24] What?

[01:12:25] Didn't Tim have idol?

[01:12:27] No.

[01:12:29] Who else had an idol this season, Jem?

[01:12:31] Jem and Randon.

[01:12:33] And Jem, I mean, obviously Jem,

[01:12:35] I gave Jem some grief for how she played too.

[01:12:39] And so why isn't this the same message to Randon?

[01:12:43] Cause he just got to sleep in a different house.

[01:12:46] Ain't nobody to tell you to sleep on your left side.

[01:12:49] And he can see a chiropractor and figure it out.

[01:12:54] Look, like I said, I joked about it,

[01:12:57] but when I played Survivor Chicago,

[01:12:58] I went home with an idol at the Merge.

[01:13:00] And like-

[01:13:02] Was that egregious?

[01:13:04] I don't think it was egregious, but it was bad.

[01:13:06] But again, the fact that I got voted out at the Merge

[01:13:10] probably means even if I play it,

[01:13:12] I'm just going to get a big target

[01:13:13] and I'm still going to go out soon.

[01:13:15] Wait, why you say Merge like that?

[01:13:19] What I said?

[01:13:20] You said the fact that I got voted out at the Merge,

[01:13:24] I felt like that was like a stray.

[01:13:26] Yeah, it was a shot at you, Bryce.

[01:13:29] It wasn't a shot at anyone.

[01:13:30] Okay, all right.

[01:13:31] You're not the only first Merge boot on the podcast, man.

[01:13:35] That's all.

[01:13:35] No, I know.

[01:13:36] Oh, did Wendell just catch a stray?

[01:13:40] Yeah.

[01:13:41] Jax-

[01:13:42] Well, I'm not saying it was a stray

[01:13:43] cause I'm right there with them, but-

[01:13:44] Well, no, the stray for me was the emphasis on Merge

[01:13:48] as if everyone on this podcast has been made on Merge.

[01:13:52] That wasn't my, I'm just fired up.

[01:13:54] But no, that wasn't a like-

[01:13:58] How Wendell get in it?

[01:13:59] Okay, Jax said he's not the only first Merge.

[01:14:03] Well, cause I thought you were talking about strays.

[01:14:05] I was like, well, if there was a stray,

[01:14:06] it would be that.

[01:14:07] I was like right at the Merge,

[01:14:09] but obviously in this context of the game,

[01:14:15] I'm still the one who got voted out.

[01:14:16] So I can't throw strays

[01:14:17] if that's what I'm talking about for me.

[01:14:20] So let me, you got to answer this question.

[01:14:24] Since you are first Merge boot at the U Chicago org

[01:14:29] and Wendell happened to be a first Merge boot

[01:14:32] at the winners that were, who was in a better position?

[01:14:36] Who's more first Merge boot was more egregious?

[01:14:43] That's a good question.

[01:14:44] I did get voted out in a plurality vote.

[01:14:46] So I wasn't the majority.

[01:14:55] But the egregious part was I overslept tribal.

[01:14:58] And so I showed up a little bit late.

[01:14:59] So I didn't have a chance to get a read on everybody.

[01:15:02] So that's on me, but-

[01:15:04] And Jack was sad.

[01:15:06] It was a bad day for Jack.

[01:15:10] He was.

[01:15:11] Wait, so was there a plurality with Wendell's vote out?

[01:15:19] Not.

[01:15:22] So the plurality means like-

[01:15:26] It means when you have the most votes,

[01:15:29] but it's not the majority of votes.

[01:15:31] So I feel like it's more respectable

[01:15:36] to have the plurality though.

[01:15:37] Yeah.

[01:15:38] Okay.

[01:15:40] It's like three to two to one.

[01:15:42] That's a plurality vote.

[01:15:43] As opposed to somebody,

[01:15:44] as opposed to they all voted somebody out.

[01:15:47] Yeah.

[01:15:50] Say there's 11 votes, right?

[01:15:52] A majority would be six or more,

[01:15:55] but you could theoretically get voted out

[01:15:56] like five to four to three.

[01:15:58] Or five to four to two.

[01:15:59] What's more respectable to get voted out

[01:16:01] with the majority or the plurality?

[01:16:03] I think a plurality because a plurality means that

[01:16:06] a big, a plurality vote's always a big move.

[01:16:09] That's more respectable, right?

[01:16:11] Because it's the numbers game.

[01:16:13] Or one might argue that you were a bigger target.

[01:16:16] So more people needed to target you.

[01:16:19] If that were the case,

[01:16:20] it would be more of like a plurality

[01:16:21] of like how the votes kind of like cascaded in my opinion.

[01:16:26] Right, Jack?

[01:16:28] No.

[01:16:29] It's either here, not to harp on this college game.

[01:16:32] Like it's not as-

[01:16:32] But I'm just, no, but I'm just talking numbers though.

[01:16:35] It's like, it's more respectable

[01:16:38] even if you're a bigger threat.

[01:16:39] Well, depends who it is.

[01:16:42] I was also in South Africa when we played.

[01:16:43] I was also voted out on a plurality.

[01:16:45] Yeah, well that's also because you were shady, but I mean-

[01:16:48] Yeah, no, I mean, I messed up both times.

[01:16:50] Yeah, you did.

[01:16:51] But more-

[01:16:52] Can we get back to the episode please?

[01:16:54] But so we're clear though,

[01:16:56] the respectability of getting voted out is-

[01:17:00] But I also had an idol,

[01:17:01] so maybe that's a worse thing obviously

[01:17:04] because I could have stuck around.

[01:17:06] But again, I think there's-

[01:17:09] You should have been on 45.

[01:17:10] There's a lot of flux in Survivor,

[01:17:12] but obviously I think if you have to play an idol

[01:17:14] early to stay, it usually means

[01:17:17] you're not in a great position.

[01:17:18] So-

[01:17:19] What if you're a bank?

[01:17:21] I mean like a Brandon Cottom,

[01:17:22] he played his idol first tribal

[01:17:24] and he made it to the middle of the merge, so-

[01:17:26] He played it, keyword, played it.

[01:17:28] Exactly, yeah.

[01:17:29] But I would be like, if I'm first tribal,

[01:17:32] I'm like, damn, I got to play my idol.

[01:17:34] It might not be looking good for you long term.

[01:17:36] But also as much love as I'm giving Venus,

[01:17:39] I do want to like,

[01:17:41] let me give her same energy that I was giving Charlie

[01:17:45] in the beginning of this episode.

[01:17:46] Girl, I love my Venus,

[01:17:48] but girl, not her out there with Kenzie.

[01:17:53] I don't see no idol.

[01:17:56] She actually played it pretty well though,

[01:17:57] I won't even lie.

[01:17:58] I thought she did that well.

[01:17:59] Well, not with Kenzie,

[01:18:01] in her confessionals, like girl.

[01:18:03] That does, so, but Kenzie wasn't receiving that as,

[01:18:06] oh, Venus has it.

[01:18:08] Kenzie receiving that as-

[01:18:09] No way.

[01:18:10] Venus don't know how to look for an idol.

[01:18:11] Okay, so may, okay.

[01:18:12] All right, okay.

[01:18:14] No, Venus has flashes of brilliance.

[01:18:17] I mean, and again,

[01:18:18] I think as much flack as I and others give her,

[01:18:22] ultimately she has a lot of, like I said, great reads

[01:18:25] and the pulse on the game.

[01:18:27] She just struggles-

[01:18:28] That's like a plurality of a winner.

[01:18:29] She just struggles, I think,

[01:18:32] with the social maneuvering sometimes in the game.

[01:18:36] And that's obviously a very critical thing,

[01:18:38] but strategy-wise,

[01:18:39] she's got a really good strategic head on her shoulders.

[01:18:44] Not that my two cents matters that much about that,

[01:18:47] but like it's-

[01:18:50] She deserves some props.

[01:18:52] So, I mean, there's so much else to talk about

[01:18:56] in this episode.

[01:18:57] Let's get to this reward challenge

[01:19:00] or the immunity challenge, I suppose,

[01:19:01] which comes with a reward.

[01:19:03] And I still don't know exactly how I feel.

[01:19:07] I mean, obviously Maria blundered in some ways

[01:19:12] and was painted as kind of a villain.

[01:19:14] I didn't think it was that extreme,

[01:19:18] but it definitely threw her game for a loop when...

[01:19:23] I mean, how would you describe how it all shook out?

[01:19:26] I'm still kind of...

[01:19:27] Also, I'll be back in 20 seconds.

[01:19:31] I gotta...

[01:19:33] But kick it off, kick it off.

[01:19:34] Got you.

[01:19:35] For me, I think Griselda did great.

[01:19:38] I think she just led with,

[01:19:40] I wanna feed the frail and the hungry.

[01:19:45] Like I was like,

[01:19:46] no, Dr. Maria, why would you say that?

[01:19:49] Well, she picked-

[01:19:50] And then she picks Ben first.

[01:19:52] So she picked Ben first,

[01:19:53] which I don't think anyone had any issues with.

[01:19:55] It was really when it kind of came down to Q and Liz.

[01:20:00] And I feel like it was just her leading of the words

[01:20:03] of like, she essentially just describes Liz.

[01:20:07] Like- Liz.

[01:20:08] Right.

[01:20:09] And then-

[01:20:09] They threw her back door.

[01:20:10] Right.

[01:20:11] But I wasn't mad at her picking Q

[01:20:13] because again, understanding Maria's game,

[01:20:15] Q has been a constant vote for her.

[01:20:18] She knows she has Charlie

[01:20:20] and like, let me make Q feel more comfortable.

[01:20:24] And when she made them do the rock, paper, scissor

[01:20:26] and Q won.

[01:20:28] Now for me, if I would have played rock, paper, scissor

[01:20:32] and lost immediately,

[01:20:33] I would have been like best out of three.

[01:20:36] But I love how Q was like, big mistake, done.

[01:20:40] So let's do a real quick rock, paper, scissor competition

[01:20:45] and see who can win.

[01:20:48] I will, Jack and me will go.

[01:20:51] So I also been taught rock, paper, scissor.

[01:20:56] You don't-

[01:20:56] But you don't-

[01:20:57] It's rock, paper, scissor, shoot.

[01:21:01] Okay.

[01:21:04] On shoot is when you're doing whatever it is.

[01:21:06] Right.

[01:21:07] So you don't hit the hand and go up.

[01:21:09] All right.

[01:21:10] But when-

[01:21:11] Is it just one?

[01:21:11] We're just best-

[01:21:13] One and then the person will face Wendy Z

[01:21:16] and then that is our winner.

[01:21:18] Okay.

[01:21:18] Wendy Z.

[01:21:20] Can you-

[01:21:21] Ready?

[01:21:22] Rock, paper, scissor, shoot.

[01:21:25] Jack won.

[01:21:26] Woo!

[01:21:30] Okay.

[01:21:31] Jack and Wendy Z.

[01:21:33] Hold on, let me take myself out.

[01:21:39] Bryce, you're not gonna count us in.

[01:21:41] Oh, I thought you could still hear me.

[01:21:43] Okay, hold on, wait.

[01:21:44] I'll just turn my camera off.

[01:21:45] Hold on.

[01:21:52] I'm not Jack.

[01:21:53] I'm not Jeffrey Probst.

[01:21:54] I'm not out here giving licorice.

[01:21:57] Put your hand up.

[01:21:58] Rock.

[01:21:59] No, I'm not ready.

[01:22:01] You're not having the option of getting ready.

[01:22:03] You got five seconds.

[01:22:04] No, Dr. Maria took her time.

[01:22:07] Processed.

[01:22:07] I'm not watching you.

[01:22:09] Griselda, it's the plurality.

[01:22:15] Are you ready?

[01:22:16] Yes.

[01:22:17] Rock, paper, scissor, shoot.

[01:22:22] Got it.

[01:22:23] Night, night.

[01:22:24] All right, now Wendell,

[01:22:25] in order for you to be the true winner,

[01:22:27] you have to then defeat me.

[01:22:30] The loser.

[01:22:31] The first loser.

[01:22:32] No, that makes sense.

[01:22:33] If you beat me once,

[01:22:34] Yeah, you only get one more round, Wendy.

[01:22:36] Right.

[01:22:36] It's a round-round for you.

[01:22:38] All right, Jackery, Lil' Brit.

[01:22:40] Not ready.

[01:22:42] Jack, let Wendell know this ain't celebrity.

[01:22:47] Rock, paper, scissors, shoot.

[01:22:51] Okay.

[01:22:52] Rock, paper, scissors, shoot.

[01:22:57] I don't know, we all do the trouble.

[01:22:59] Okay, all right, so I've been-

[01:23:00] Look, look.

[01:23:01] No, no, Jack, no.

[01:23:03] That was a rock, Wendell, come on.

[01:23:04] All right, so in order for me to win,

[01:23:08] now I have to now beat Jack.

[01:23:10] If I beat Jack,

[01:23:12] hello?

[01:23:13] I only lost one time.

[01:23:14] Let's see, let's see.

[01:23:15] Okay.

[01:23:16] I only lost one time.

[01:23:17] Rock-

[01:23:18] We're all one and one, Wendy.

[01:23:19] Right, we're all one and one.

[01:23:21] So if I beat Jack, I win.

[01:23:24] And then if Jack wins-

[01:23:26] You have to lose twice to be eliminated.

[01:23:30] Okay, well we're all one and one, so-

[01:23:32] Quintavious.

[01:23:33] So whoever loses this one is out.

[01:23:35] Okay, Quintavious.

[01:23:36] All right, you gotta lose twice to be eliminated.

[01:23:38] I'm just gonna eat one of these ice breakers.

[01:23:40] Okay, Quintavious.

[01:23:42] Rock, paper, scissors.

[01:23:49] Ready?

[01:23:51] Rock, paper, scissors, shoot.

[01:23:55] Jack is outta here.

[01:23:58] My, my, my.

[01:24:00] Is Bryce Isaiah the comeback kid?

[01:24:03] How the tables have turned.

[01:24:05] All right, ready?

[01:24:08] You hear that, Bryce?

[01:24:09] So Bryce is two and one.

[01:24:10] Wendell, you're one and one.

[01:24:12] Yeah, he has to beat me twice.

[01:24:13] No, that's not the plurality.

[01:24:16] You have to lose twice, actually.

[01:24:18] Yeah, I've lost.

[01:24:20] Whoever wins, wins.

[01:24:21] Yes.

[01:24:24] Yeah, all right.

[01:24:25] Jack.

[01:24:27] I'm not ready.

[01:24:28] Ready?

[01:24:29] Jack is not-

[01:24:33] All right.

[01:24:35] Fist, rock, paper, scissors, shoot.

[01:24:40] Okay, ready?

[01:24:42] Wait.

[01:24:43] That's a tie.

[01:24:45] Rock, paper, scissors, shoot.

[01:24:48] Oh!

[01:24:51] Get, get!

[01:24:54] Not season, not, nevermind,

[01:24:56] cause I don't wanna be too hype,

[01:24:57] cause I was about to say,

[01:24:58] not season five, I don't know.

[01:25:00] Bryce?

[01:25:02] So Bryce, you get to go on the reward.

[01:25:05] Who do I pick?

[01:25:08] But-

[01:25:09] Me and Jack can do rock, paper, scissors.

[01:25:13] To go with you.

[01:25:14] To go on the reward.

[01:25:16] No, but the biggest thing,

[01:25:18] my biggest takeaway,

[01:25:18] I agreed, again, at Tribal with Venus,

[01:25:20] where you're entitled to pick who you wanna pick.

[01:25:23] I don't think there's any necessity

[01:25:25] to take a Venus or take a Liz,

[01:25:27] but don't preface picking Q with,

[01:25:30] I'm gonna take who really is starving

[01:25:32] and really needs it.

[01:25:34] Right.

[01:25:34] That's kind of like,

[01:25:35] I think the thing about Maria,

[01:25:37] and I love Maria,

[01:25:38] I think she's bringing a lot of-

[01:25:39] Gazelda.

[01:25:40] Strategy cutthroat to the game,

[01:25:43] like she's playing cutthroat game.

[01:25:44] I think now after last episode

[01:25:45] that people realize that she's a player,

[01:25:48] I think now the way that she's communicating with people-

[01:25:52] Is hyper-structured.

[01:25:53] Is starting to come off a little bit of like,

[01:25:55] saying what you're supposed to say, right?

[01:25:58] Like she's sort of premeditated.

[01:26:00] Like, ah, but-

[01:26:01] And I feel like she's trying to play

[01:26:04] like the nicer older mom,

[01:26:07] where the conversation she's having,

[01:26:08] she's sort of like hitting buzzwords.

[01:26:10] And here she's trying to look good and saying,

[01:26:12] hey, I'm gonna take who needs it.

[01:26:14] But now because she's shown

[01:26:16] that she's willing to be cutthroat,

[01:26:18] I think that rhetoric doesn't really land the same.

[01:26:23] And maybe that's me watching as a viewer,

[01:26:25] but now I see sort of like,

[01:26:28] I don't know,

[01:26:29] when Liz blew up at her a little bit back at camp,

[01:26:32] again, still kind of a weird blow from Liz.

[01:26:35] But to me, Maria's response was almost like too calculated

[01:26:39] where it's like-

[01:26:40] I said no.

[01:26:41] Thank you for sharing that with me.

[01:26:43] Like, I'm always here for you.

[01:26:44] Sometimes you need some real, like some real itch.

[01:26:48] Like Maria's almost,

[01:26:49] her communication to me is almost a little bit too clean.

[01:26:53] Where now that I know that she is like a player,

[01:26:56] if she's giving me sort of like,

[01:26:59] vanilla answers,

[01:27:01] it might obviously keep me in the loop with her

[01:27:03] because I'm like, oh, Maria's on board or whatever.

[01:27:06] But once you know the game she's playing,

[01:27:09] to me, maybe this is a weird take,

[01:27:11] but to me it almost comes across as like,

[01:27:13] well now she's just telling me

[01:27:14] what I wanna hear a little bit.

[01:27:16] Whereas Liz, it's like,

[01:27:20] better for us, Liz is keeping a stack with everybody.

[01:27:23] Like if she doesn't like you,

[01:27:24] she's gonna tell you

[01:27:26] and you're gonna know where you stand with Liz.

[01:27:29] But is that-

[01:27:30] I think that's sort of what's gonna bite Maria

[01:27:32] at this point.

[01:27:34] Yeah, I agree.

[01:27:35] I'm definitely worried for Maria in that same stance.

[01:27:39] But I also feel like,

[01:27:41] has Q not been keeping it a buck with you?

[01:27:47] Q keeps it a buck and you know,

[01:27:50] well, sometimes he keeps it a buck

[01:27:53] and sometimes he just says whatever jumps to his head

[01:27:55] and you don't really get it.

[01:27:56] For me, my biggest issue with Liz is that yes,

[01:28:00] we know your biggest move is Q,

[01:28:03] but yet you'll be a part of anyone else's move

[01:28:05] for someone else.

[01:28:06] So like Charlie-

[01:28:09] Like Charlie-

[01:28:09] I'm not saying Liz, don't worry.

[01:28:10] Well, I mean, well, but I'm just saying,

[01:28:12] cause I wanna talk about Liz a little bit, right?

[01:28:14] Like, I feel like it's like,

[01:28:17] you're not in a bad position.

[01:28:19] Like, I feel like my critique of you

[01:28:22] is that like, you can't get off of Q

[01:28:25] and then it's like, you will jump on anyone else's move,

[01:28:27] but then back to the Q move.

[01:28:30] And I feel like what Charlie was saying

[01:28:32] earlier in this episode,

[01:28:33] like if you can't beat them, join them.

[01:28:35] Like Liz, who would ever suspect

[01:28:39] if you teamed up with Q?

[01:28:41] Like, you know what I mean?

[01:28:42] Like change the narrative.

[01:28:44] Like don't do what like people are-

[01:28:46] She can get you to-

[01:28:47] Right, like, it's like you go to Q.

[01:28:49] That's what I've been dying for.

[01:28:51] It's like a Liz to Q and to be like,

[01:28:53] hey!

[01:28:55] Yeah, no, that wasn't any sort of reflection on Liz's game.

[01:28:59] That was more so to say,

[01:29:00] and I'm struggling with how to,

[01:29:01] I feel like Maria,

[01:29:03] the reason she's been in such a strong spot

[01:29:05] almost all game is because she is

[01:29:10] an excellent communicator, I think, on paper, right?

[01:29:13] She's kind of a motherly figure.

[01:29:15] She's been very trustworthy and she,

[01:29:19] for lack of better words,

[01:29:20] kind of tells you what you wanna hear.

[01:29:22] It makes you feel comfortable.

[01:29:24] But the reason now that I think she is,

[01:29:25] kind of her game is exposed

[01:29:27] is because she pulls off this big Tiffany blindside

[01:29:31] and then she comes back to you

[01:29:32] sort of with that same nurturing communication style.

[01:29:37] But if I'm like a Kenzie

[01:29:39] and she's coming back to me

[01:29:40] giving me the same energy she did

[01:29:41] before she lied to my face,

[01:29:44] now it's like, I don't know.

[01:29:45] Like, you're so good at communicating.

[01:29:46] I never know if I can trust you.

[01:29:48] Whereas a Liz, it's like, if Liz doesn't like you,

[01:29:51] you're gonna know that

[01:29:52] and you're gonna know where you're at.

[01:29:54] It's kind of like the comparison

[01:29:55] I've made in the past, Bryce,

[01:29:56] when we've talked about in life with friends.

[01:30:00] Sometimes you want a friend that talks a little shit

[01:30:02] because if they're gonna talk a little shit about someone

[01:30:05] but they never have anything bad to say about you,

[01:30:07] you're like, all right,

[01:30:08] at least I know that our friendship's legit.

[01:30:11] Like, they like me.

[01:30:12] But you still wanna have those friends that show love.

[01:30:16] But can your friend not talk a little shit

[01:30:17] and show you love and be nurturing?

[01:30:20] But I think that's the good thing

[01:30:21] is like Maria doesn't really talk much.

[01:30:24] Like, every conversation feels really calculated.

[01:30:29] And I'm sort of like, now that she has pulled off this move,

[01:30:33] her combos are so good that you're sort of like,

[01:30:36] well, I don't know.

[01:30:38] Now I can't read on you.

[01:30:39] She can't explain you a Venus.

[01:30:42] It's sort of similar with Charlie

[01:30:43] where he's been a great communicator throughout the game

[01:30:46] but he's never really flipped the script on anybody.

[01:30:49] But if I was communicating with someone like Charlie

[01:30:52] as an ally in the game, and then he blindsided me,

[01:30:53] I'd be like, man, I was so bought into

[01:30:56] what you were telling me.

[01:30:57] How am I ever supposed to believe what you tell me again?

[01:31:00] Because you're so good at lying to me,

[01:31:02] which is sort of like what Maria's doing.

[01:31:03] But that's also the energy that I brought to you

[01:31:06] is that like everything that you said about Maria, right?

[01:31:08] Like she's never brought that energy to Charlie.

[01:31:10] And I think that like Charlie sitting back,

[01:31:12] seeing all of that, which is why I feel like it was a,

[01:31:15] although he couldn't do anything this episode

[01:31:18] because she had the necklace,

[01:31:21] but I've just felt like you could plant more seeds.

[01:31:23] But I also just feel like with Maria,

[01:31:25] it's like two things can be true at the same time.

[01:31:28] I could be a, have you ever not watched Oxygen snapped?

[01:31:33] Like people can be mothers, people can be lovers

[01:31:36] and people can be stone cold killers.

[01:31:38] Oh yeah, no, that wasn't a,

[01:31:40] I think Maria is a phenomenal player.

[01:31:42] I'm saying why at this point now,

[01:31:44] I think she's in a bit of trouble.

[01:31:46] Because it's like, it's right.

[01:31:47] Now they see it.

[01:31:49] Right, exactly.

[01:31:49] Now they see it and I'm like,

[01:31:52] if I was in the game and I'm a Kenzie

[01:31:54] and I just got left out of this vote,

[01:31:55] I'm gonna be like, well, I trusted Maria so much.

[01:31:59] I liked Maria so much.

[01:32:01] But now she just made this huge move and left me out

[01:32:03] and I thought I was in.

[01:32:05] I don't feel like that's Kenzie's energy.

[01:32:07] I feel like Kenzie's energy.

[01:32:08] I feel like Maria had the kahunas to pull it off.

[01:32:12] Maria-

[01:32:12] I don't mean Kenzie specifically.

[01:32:15] I just mean for some people in the game,

[01:32:16] that's why now everyone's like,

[01:32:18] well, we gotta get Maria out

[01:32:20] because she's emerged as such a big threat

[01:32:21] because like you said, right, she is so dynamic.

[01:32:23] She has all these different parts of her personality

[01:32:27] and she was able to play up the more trustworthy ones

[01:32:30] and put herself in a great position in the game.

[01:32:33] But the issue is I think kind of like what people

[01:32:36] are pointing to is maybe this move came a tad too early

[01:32:38] against Tiffany and now she's just revealed

[01:32:40] how dynamic she is, where if she gets to the end,

[01:32:43] she's gonna win because she can do it all.

[01:32:45] And who, but I think the good thing about Griselda

[01:32:49] that is Maria is look who she's aligned with.

[01:32:54] Q.

[01:32:55] Quint, Quintavious.

[01:33:01] Quintavious.

[01:33:02] Quint, Quintavious.

[01:33:03] And all Griselda gotta do is put it on Quintavious.

[01:33:08] Yeah, that's why I think Q goes next

[01:33:11] and I think Maria probably goes at five.

[01:33:14] Damn.

[01:33:15] Because I also think for Charlie,

[01:33:17] again, the reason I like this move a lot

[01:33:19] is Charlie's not gonna have any issue getting Ben on board

[01:33:23] to actually vote Q out, right?

[01:33:25] I think it might be a little harder

[01:33:27] to get Ben to vote Maria, but if you can get Q next,

[01:33:30] then Charlie could flip back with Liz and Kenzie

[01:33:33] and then take out a Maria at five.

[01:33:35] And then he's there at the four with Kenzie, Ben and Liz.

[01:33:40] And I really like his chances

[01:33:41] to win any final four challenge against that group

[01:33:44] or make fire and then get to the final three

[01:33:47] with potentially the only threat being Kenzie.

[01:33:49] Although I do think Kenzie,

[01:33:51] and I'd love to hear your thoughts on this.

[01:33:53] I think Kenzie's a very solid player,

[01:33:54] but I do think she's starting to lose her hold

[01:33:58] on the game a little bit.

[01:34:02] I feel like we're seeing bigger personalities.

[01:34:07] They've been disassembling her structure, if you ask me.

[01:34:12] Like getting that Tiffany out of there

[01:34:15] before she could make that move.

[01:34:17] Now you're stranded.

[01:34:19] Not only did we take your ally

[01:34:21] who didn't know that you were gunning for her,

[01:34:23] we also took your move from you.

[01:34:28] Sorry, Wanda, go ahead.

[01:34:29] No, that's all I got.

[01:34:30] But is it taking my move from me

[01:34:32] if I told you the move and that's what I wanted?

[01:34:35] Yeah, because now you're like,

[01:34:36] I was left out of the vote.

[01:34:38] But it...

[01:34:41] Yeah, okay.

[01:34:43] Well, my...

[01:34:45] See, I thought that for Kenzie,

[01:34:48] last week-

[01:34:48] It worked out better for her.

[01:34:50] Secretly could have been a great event in her game

[01:34:56] where someone you wanted out goes to the jury,

[01:34:59] but you had no part in it.

[01:35:00] And so Tiffany could be a great advocate for you

[01:35:02] and it can kind of open up the game.

[01:35:04] My issue where I think Kenzie's starting

[01:35:06] to lose her step a little bit is how she reacted to that,

[01:35:11] where not only is she upset,

[01:35:15] she's not understanding why she got left out of the vote.

[01:35:17] It's like, well, the train was moving

[01:35:20] and you didn't hop on it.

[01:35:21] That's why you got left out.

[01:35:23] Also, she was, I think, fearing that she kind of

[01:35:26] didn't have a place in the game anymore

[01:35:28] when I think if you just accept that that's why it shaped,

[01:35:31] that's how the vote shaped up and it happened

[01:35:33] and you can move forward,

[01:35:35] I think then you're still in good shape.

[01:35:37] And then also, again, this is the theme

[01:35:41] why I think Charlie's in such a good spot

[01:35:43] is Kenzie's got this weird obsession

[01:35:46] with getting the credit and making this specific move

[01:35:49] and taking out your number one

[01:35:50] where I think Kenzie's a phenomenal social player,

[01:35:54] but I think that's the reason she's still a potential winner

[01:35:56] because strategy-wise, I don't think it was a good move

[01:35:59] for her to want Tiffany out,

[01:36:00] especially at the early junction that she did.

[01:36:04] And I don't think her response

[01:36:05] to when Tiffany got voted out was very good.

[01:36:08] So now I think Kenzie's a really strong social game,

[01:36:10] but I think she's a little bit lost strategically

[01:36:14] and just not, right?

[01:36:15] So like, sorry, I'm having a little bit of a hard time.

[01:36:18] A weird nuance for me, Jack, though,

[01:36:20] is harping on what you're harping on, right?

[01:36:23] Like her wanting Tiffany out for her game is great,

[01:36:26] but her getting Tiffany out, not great.

[01:36:28] However, it happening the way it did,

[01:36:31] what did it do?

[01:36:32] Bonds her with Venus, right?

[01:36:35] And so now she's like, never in a million years

[01:36:37] would I ever wanna work with Venus.

[01:36:38] Now we're working and now Venus goes out.

[01:36:41] So now she's got two people.

[01:36:42] Now she's got like, look at like,

[01:36:44] so in a weird way, although it's not her doing,

[01:36:49] but it's weird how like, if Kenzie can make it to the end,

[01:36:53] how she's accumulating these votes by default.

[01:36:56] So put Kenzie, Maria and Ben at the end.

[01:37:02] I think, well, it's close.

[01:37:04] I think, look, I think Charlie, Kenzie and Maria

[01:37:10] are sort of in a league above the other four

[01:37:13] or the other three.

[01:37:15] I think Kenzie obviously beats like a Ben, a Q or a Liz.

[01:37:20] It would be a little closer against Maria, I think.

[01:37:23] But Kenzie's social game is just that good.

[01:37:27] That's a great comparison, Bryce,

[01:37:28] because it sort of reminds me almost like a,

[01:37:30] what's like a heroes versus villains Sandra,

[01:37:33] where she's calling out these ideas.

[01:37:37] She's not directly involved in them.

[01:37:39] It should be what's happening.

[01:37:41] And then people don't like who she's sitting next to

[01:37:44] at the end, but they're like,

[01:37:45] well, she was trying to work with us.

[01:37:47] Like Kenzie was trying to be with us.

[01:37:50] And so Kenzie could definitely catch some votes.

[01:37:51] But I do think she's just so charismatic and likable

[01:37:55] that that alone, if she sits at the end,

[01:37:57] could win her the game.

[01:37:59] But her actual strategic insight,

[01:38:02] I don't think it's the strongest,

[01:38:05] just in the way that it's like,

[01:38:07] she's so caught up on like not getting the credit

[01:38:09] for the Tiffany move.

[01:38:09] But I'm kind of like,

[01:38:10] I don't think Tiffany was ever the right move for you

[01:38:12] at the point that you were thinking about it.

[01:38:16] Is there ever a world where you floated out,

[01:38:19] never intend on pulling the trigger,

[01:38:21] but plant the seed that it happens

[01:38:23] so that like, you're not, that she's not there?

[01:38:28] Yeah. I mean, I think she did plant the seed, but-

[01:38:30] Is that strategy?

[01:38:31] Would y'all consider that respectable strategy though?

[01:38:33] But it's sort of like if you plant,

[01:38:35] if you're hungry and you plant the seeds for some tomatoes.

[01:38:39] Gluten free?

[01:38:40] Might be gluten free.

[01:38:43] But, and then someone else,

[01:38:45] and then you just are like, you know what?

[01:38:48] I just ordered Applebee's.

[01:38:49] I don't want the tomatoes anymore.

[01:38:51] And then someone else comes into your garden

[01:38:54] and they water them and they harvest them.

[01:38:56] You're no longer getting any of those tomatoes, right?

[01:38:58] Are you not though?

[01:39:00] I don't think you are.

[01:39:01] I think if you go back inside

[01:39:02] and cuddle up and eat your Applebee's

[01:39:04] and someone else comes into the garden

[01:39:07] and takes your tomatoes,

[01:39:09] those aren't your tomatoes anymore.

[01:39:11] But you're right.

[01:39:12] But the question is though,

[01:39:14] they're not your tomatoes anymore,

[01:39:18] but can you still take a piece of them?

[01:39:21] I think so.

[01:39:22] So, right.

[01:39:23] So I think that that's literally Kenzie.

[01:39:28] But I actually think it's better

[01:39:29] if Kenzie doesn't take that piece, right?

[01:39:32] Because maybe the tomatoes were a little bit rotten

[01:39:35] and people go home with the tomatoes

[01:39:37] and they pass them out to their friends

[01:39:39] and they're like, hmm, I don't really like these tomatoes.

[01:39:44] Kenzie, now Kenzie should be like,

[01:39:45] I had, she was like,

[01:39:47] maybe I knew the tomatoes were growing

[01:39:49] but I knew they were gonna be bad.

[01:39:51] Right, but it also works the same way

[01:39:54] if what if the tomatoes were good?

[01:39:57] That's all about the telling your narrative

[01:39:59] at the end of the game.

[01:40:00] Right, so it's like, it's a weird,

[01:40:02] like this new era just has me effed up

[01:40:05] because it's like, where's Waldo?

[01:40:09] Exactly, and again, I think with that,

[01:40:12] it's that, but with getting credit for things.

[01:40:15] And I think that's why a lot of people

[01:40:16] have really been fumbling the bag

[01:40:19] where I hate to bring up James Jones,

[01:40:23] but maybe this isn't directly to his point,

[01:40:28] but let the dominoes fall how they fall

[01:40:31] because while the dominoes are falling,

[01:40:33] you don't necessarily know,

[01:40:35] or while the tomatoes are growing,

[01:40:37] you don't necessarily know if the tomatoes

[01:40:38] are gonna be good tomatoes or bad tomatoes.

[01:40:41] So rather than in the moment be like,

[01:40:43] hey, those are my tomatoes.

[01:40:46] Let everyone eat the tomatoes

[01:40:48] and at the end, at the final travel council,

[01:40:50] if they're good, take that credit.

[01:40:53] And if they're bad, let that brush by

[01:40:56] and just build your team, game unfold,

[01:40:59] look back and then be like,

[01:41:00] hey, this is where I made my mark

[01:41:02] and take those good pieces

[01:41:04] rather than in the moment always being like,

[01:41:06] well, I did this, I did this, I did this.

[01:41:07] It's gonna raise your threat level

[01:41:09] and it's also gonna give you responsibility

[01:41:10] for some moves that might not be good moves.

[01:41:14] Sorry, that's-

[01:41:15] No, I get you.

[01:41:16] I like the domino analogy though

[01:41:18] because it's like let the dominoes fall where they fall.

[01:41:20] But like how I think the delicate dance of the dominoes are,

[01:41:27] let the dominoes fall where they fall,

[01:41:29] but also don't be a domino.

[01:41:34] True.

[01:41:35] I feel like that's Survivor 46.

[01:41:39] And it's like, well,

[01:41:40] how the hell am I supposed to not be a domino?

[01:41:42] I don't know.

[01:41:43] I can only figure it out after they fall.

[01:41:46] Well, after they fall, if I'm like,

[01:41:50] then I'm a part of the,

[01:41:51] like, I don't know.

[01:41:52] I feel like it's so, this season,

[01:41:56] it stresses me out too much

[01:41:57] because it's the fact that I am sitting here,

[01:42:02] dare I say, Quintavious, a little bit,

[01:42:09] like that just has me effed up.

[01:42:12] Like that-

[01:42:13] Rooting for Quintavious.

[01:42:16] That has me a little effed up a little bit.

[01:42:17] And also me being like,

[01:42:20] if Viennese didn't go home this episode,

[01:42:22] she could have won!

[01:42:24] Like I feel like the Survivor almanac

[01:42:28] of what I know is crazy,

[01:42:30] but I just, I feel like this new era is erring,

[01:42:33] a new era.

[01:42:37] Yeah.

[01:42:39] It's a special season.

[01:42:41] For sure.

[01:42:42] The fact that like, yeah, but again, I just-

[01:42:44] Bhanu was on this season.

[01:42:48] He was the first domino to really get things going.

[01:42:50] And he was-

[01:42:51] Jalinsky!

[01:42:52] Jalinsky!

[01:42:53] And now we're down to the final several,

[01:42:55] and Jep is still saying several.

[01:42:57] And then let's talk about Jeffrey.

[01:42:59] Let's talk about Jeffrey Probst.

[01:43:04] He reminds me of me on the pod.

[01:43:08] Okay.

[01:43:09] But listen, Jeffrey,

[01:43:12] if you're having back problems,

[01:43:14] if you've been sitting in that seat for a long time,

[01:43:18] say that.

[01:43:22] Because you bringing that cushion

[01:43:24] from grandmom's front porch on them old metal chairs

[01:43:28] that used to sit out that you had to tie,

[01:43:30] like, you're not for anybody.

[01:43:32] But also it's like,

[01:43:33] what do y'all think about this soft Jeffrey

[01:43:36] that's giving him food?

[01:43:39] I remember a time where he would be like,

[01:43:43] ugh, ugh!

[01:43:45] Like, I don't know.

[01:43:47] I think someone pressed him about this

[01:43:49] on the On Fire podcast,

[01:43:50] and he was sort of like-

[01:43:52] Who?

[01:43:53] It might've been Dee.

[01:43:54] And I think she was sort of like,

[01:43:57] or he was sort of like,

[01:43:59] it's the reward for being entertaining.

[01:44:01] Like, maybe that's not pure survivor,

[01:44:04] but look,

[01:44:07] if knowing that you might get a little something

[01:44:09] out of making good TV from a meta perspective,

[01:44:13] maybe that's not a bad thing.

[01:44:15] I don't know.

[01:44:17] Jeff is definitely trying to have his moments,

[01:44:19] but overall I think they've been pretty fun.

[01:44:22] And also I did see a lot of discussion

[01:44:23] that if Liz is gluten-free,

[01:44:26] she technically can't eat licorice.

[01:44:29] Okay.

[01:44:30] And also another little known fact,

[01:44:34] the gluten-free pizza wasn't just for Liz.

[01:44:37] It was for Quintavious.

[01:44:43] Jack, when you be listening to all these podcasts,

[01:44:46] where do you listen to them at?

[01:44:48] In your car, in your bedroom, in your shower?

[01:44:51] Usually when I'm playing video games,

[01:44:53] I'll just throw it up on the side.

[01:44:55] But I didn't listen to the On-

[01:44:57] I don't listen to the On Fire one though.

[01:44:59] I just heard the clip on Instagram.

[01:45:01] I'm just asking.

[01:45:04] So you normally listen to them

[01:45:05] like when you're playing your video games,

[01:45:07] but don't you be having your headphones

[01:45:08] and you'd be talking to your people?

[01:45:10] If I am, then I don't listen to them.

[01:45:12] But if I'm just playing by myself,

[01:45:13] I'll just like set it up on the side of my phone

[01:45:15] and just kind of dual action.

[01:45:17] So you don't even put it on a speaker?

[01:45:19] You just play it directly off your phone?

[01:45:22] Yeah, I mean, how loud does it have to be?

[01:45:24] Wendeezy, when do you normally,

[01:45:26] when you listen to podcasts?

[01:45:28] I'll put on a pod in the morning as I'm waking up,

[01:45:31] put them through the speakers in the house.

[01:45:34] When I'm drunk, I'll listen to them.

[01:45:36] I won't listen to them when I'm working out

[01:45:38] or something like that.

[01:45:39] You listen to them when you work.

[01:45:41] When I work, yeah.

[01:45:42] Is there a reason when you listen to the podcast

[01:45:44] in the house, like why you put all the Sonos speakers

[01:45:49] upstairs, downstairs, kitchen, bathroom,

[01:45:51] when you're just in one room?

[01:45:53] No, I move around in the house.

[01:45:56] So just today, like I should be walking over there

[01:45:59] to change my laundry

[01:46:01] because my pants were soaked last night.

[01:46:05] So I need to put them in the dryer.

[01:46:06] But yes, I walk around the house.

[01:46:08] So preemptively, you just put them

[01:46:09] in all the spaces of the house?

[01:46:11] Not all, it's usually the basement move,

[01:46:14] the basement bathroom, the basement five,

[01:46:18] the kitchen five and the first floor one.

[01:46:23] So all around the house?

[01:46:25] So what?

[01:46:27] All around the house.

[01:46:29] It's in like five of the spots.

[01:46:32] You have six rooms in your home.

[01:46:36] That's not all the rooms in the house.

[01:46:38] I mean, it's not several, but okay.

[01:46:41] So I guess my last question is,

[01:46:43] was Venus the right move this week?

[01:46:46] I think so.

[01:46:49] Get out a wild card, clean it up a little bit.

[01:46:54] I don't know though, because again,

[01:46:56] like you got some big dogs still hanging around.

[01:47:02] I think it makes the numbers for,

[01:47:04] I mean, the swing vote here was Charlie

[01:47:05] and I think it makes the path to the end

[01:47:09] a lot more clear and like obvious,

[01:47:13] but I guess we'll see.

[01:47:16] The thing that I guess worries me the most though,

[01:47:20] like I hate the fact that Charlie has been the swing vote

[01:47:23] and they know that he's a swing vote

[01:47:25] because I feel like in past seasons,

[01:47:28] the target normally shifts to the swing vote,

[01:47:31] but I am very proud of Charlie still being here,

[01:47:35] playing a very under the radar,

[01:47:39] but loyal and in the know type of game.

[01:47:44] I have a question for you guys.

[01:47:46] Yeah.

[01:47:47] Did you guys see the preview?

[01:47:49] You know I don't like spoilers.

[01:47:51] Remind me what happened.

[01:47:53] Well, Dr. Marie is laying crying

[01:47:56] and she said like, I don't know if she said

[01:47:58] this is gonna be really hard or what,

[01:48:01] but I feel like Charlie starts really going against her

[01:48:07] on the low and word gets back to her.

[01:48:10] That's what I think is gonna happen.

[01:48:13] I think that, I think that, I think that,

[01:48:16] but I mean, you know, or she could just be laying there

[01:48:18] thinking about her family.

[01:48:20] Yeah.

[01:48:22] Cause remember when, remember the preview

[01:48:24] where they had Hunter in the tree?

[01:48:26] Yeah.

[01:48:27] And I'm like, Ooh, he got a new spot.

[01:48:29] That fool was playing hide and go seek man.

[01:48:31] He was looking for me.

[01:48:32] But that's the thing.

[01:48:34] I think now Charlie is poised to win this battle

[01:48:37] with Maria because I think Liz leans Charlie's way.

[01:48:41] I think Kenzie leans Charlie's way.

[01:48:44] I think Ben probably leans Charlie's way.

[01:48:47] And that's the four that you need to take out

[01:48:49] Q and Maria.

[01:48:50] And that could be a good final four

[01:48:51] for someone like Charlie or Kenzie potentially.

[01:48:53] So.

[01:48:55] Yeah.

[01:48:56] It's crazy.

[01:48:57] And it's what's crazy to think is that

[01:48:58] we only have two more episodes left.

[01:49:00] I know.

[01:49:03] I do.

[01:49:03] I feel like I did.

[01:49:04] Sorry, I feel like I interjected a lot this pod

[01:49:07] but is there anything?

[01:49:08] Wendell, is there anything that stood out to you?

[01:49:11] Cause I feel like I didn't mean to talk over you at all.

[01:49:14] Yeah man, you didn't let me talk this pod, man.

[01:49:17] That's crazy.

[01:49:18] What was that?

[01:49:19] Can I give you the floor right quick?

[01:49:21] What stood out to you?

[01:49:23] Is it lava though?

[01:49:26] The floor is not lava.

[01:49:27] Take it.

[01:49:29] It could be a projection going forward.

[01:49:32] It could be a standout moment.

[01:49:35] I think Venus opened her mouth, man.

[01:49:40] She said, I have something up my sleeve.

[01:49:43] And it's like, come on, man.

[01:49:45] You made it so far

[01:49:46] and it hasn't been an easy road for you

[01:49:50] but right when you finally get something

[01:49:54] and that's what happens.

[01:49:55] People get comfortable.

[01:49:58] They get confident.

[01:49:59] They get cocky a little bit.

[01:50:01] And it's like, Charlie's a very, very, very smart guy.

[01:50:07] That's all he needed.

[01:50:09] So keep it shut.

[01:50:13] Keep it shut and play your idol

[01:50:15] if you feel like you gotta play your idol.

[01:50:17] That's all I got.

[01:50:18] Well, no, I think that that's bad advice.

[01:50:20] Don't play your idol

[01:50:21] when you feel like you should play your idol.

[01:50:22] Play your idol when you get it.

[01:50:25] That's bad advice.

[01:50:27] Is it?

[01:50:29] Yes.

[01:50:29] Is it?

[01:50:30] Cause I feel like

[01:50:34] if several people have taken that advice this season

[01:50:38] it would be a different, like, I don't know.

[01:50:39] It's just such a hard thing.

[01:50:41] Yeah. I mean, this season is definitely a standout

[01:50:43] as far as that goes.

[01:50:44] Cause usually you can hold,

[01:50:47] even in early new era seasons,

[01:50:50] I felt like having an idol that was known

[01:50:52] kind of served as a shield

[01:50:53] where people weren't really thinking about you

[01:50:55] cause they didn't want to have to deal with that blind side

[01:50:57] but we've got some more,

[01:51:00] some players taking more initiative this season

[01:51:02] to make those moves.

[01:51:04] I guess the last thing too that I wanted to mention was

[01:51:06] we saw a tribal, Ben voted for Kenzie

[01:51:09] and I saw a lot of people, you know, online sort of

[01:51:13] why did Ben vote for Kenzie?

[01:51:14] Cause A, they're working together

[01:51:15] and B, it's like how that was kind of a random vote.

[01:51:17] I thought it was in case Venus did play an idol

[01:51:19] that you would have sort of like a effective split.

[01:51:22] But was there, what, did you guys have a takeaway

[01:51:24] from any of the way that the votes fell in terms of it?

[01:51:27] I thought that was it.

[01:51:28] I thought that was the reason.

[01:51:29] I also just feel like it disqualifies my point

[01:51:32] that we're not seeing enough of Ben's edit.

[01:51:34] And I feel like Ben has been tapped in enough

[01:51:37] that he's just not randomly throwing a vote on Kenzie.

[01:51:41] And I feel like it's just more to the eye

[01:51:43] that we're not seeing from Ben.

[01:51:47] And to the same point of the votes,

[01:51:49] I mean, it ended up being everyone voting Venus

[01:51:52] except for Ben who split a vote on the Kenzie.

[01:51:54] Clearly, I guess there was some stuff

[01:51:56] that we didn't really see unfold.

[01:51:59] How do you guys think ultimately this vote struck out

[01:52:02] for everyone to get on the same page?

[01:52:06] For me, I would have to believe that, again,

[01:52:09] Charlie is a tapped in enough player

[01:52:12] that Venus being like, there's something up my sleeve.

[01:52:15] I feel like Charlie having a conversation with Dr. Maria

[01:52:19] who would then lead it to Q,

[01:52:22] who would then, it would just spread like wildfire.

[01:52:25] And so I really feel like her kind of like,

[01:52:27] I feel like the deception that Charlie felt

[01:52:29] I felt like was enough of a reason

[01:52:32] to anyone who wasn't trying to vote for her

[01:52:35] is a reason that it's like, yeah,

[01:52:37] if she potentially has the idol,

[01:52:38] then all right, I can sign off on that.

[01:52:43] Yeah.

[01:52:44] Do you guys think it was,

[01:52:44] because I feel like ultimately it was probably Charlie

[01:52:46] realizing that Venus was the vote

[01:52:48] and wanting to clue in Liz and Kenzie.

[01:52:51] Do you guys think that was smart to bring them in?

[01:52:53] Or do you think maybe he leaves them out

[01:52:55] and makes it more of like his move?

[01:52:58] I think that that's another low key move on Charlie, right?

[01:53:01] Like where it's not a flashy move,

[01:53:04] but if you're sitting at the end and you can describe that,

[01:53:07] I think that that is very respectable for like that.

[01:53:12] That's up on a resume.

[01:53:18] Any final words on Venus, the icon?

[01:53:22] She played a great game.

[01:53:27] I don't think that in this new era

[01:53:29] we have seen someone like a Venus,

[01:53:32] so strong, so dynamic,

[01:53:37] so leading the charge.

[01:53:41] I feel like there are so many times that people will bend.

[01:53:45] People will go with the majority

[01:53:47] just because they go with the majority.

[01:53:49] And I think that a lot of what Venus says

[01:53:52] about her standing for women's rights,

[01:53:54] I feel like it's very evident in her game.

[01:53:55] Although they might not have been the best moves,

[01:53:58] Venus wasn't moved, shook or shaken.

[01:54:01] If that's what she wanted, she went for it.

[01:54:04] So like I love Venus.

[01:54:06] I really feel like she's an icon in the making.

[01:54:09] And I feel like how people love people

[01:54:12] like a Kelly Wentworth,

[01:54:13] I feel like a Venus will go down in that like archetype.

[01:54:16] And I'm very happy to have a Venus in that archetype.

[01:54:21] Yeah, she brought a lot to the season, so.

[01:54:27] Yeah.

[01:54:30] Yeah, shout out to you Venus, Queen Venus.

[01:54:32] You will be missed, but you made your mark.

[01:55:00] What episode is that?

[01:55:05] Huh?

[01:55:06] 13, the finale is 13.

[01:55:09] What do they call the episode before the finale, Bryce?
