[00:02:57] [SPEAKER_00]: We have a new cast of Survivor 47 and we can't do a first look without the Survivor Uncles.
[00:03:04] [SPEAKER_00]: Okay, now to be an uncle you got to be of a certain age.
[00:03:08] [SPEAKER_00]: I necessarily don't qualify but we have a lot of people on this podcast that absolutely
[00:03:13] [SPEAKER_00]: do qualify.
[00:03:15] [SPEAKER_00]: Let's welcome back Wendell Holland, the winner of Ghost Island first merge boot of winners
[00:03:22] [SPEAKER_00]: at war and word on the block ABC Extreme Home Makeover is coming to ABC near you.
[00:03:31] [SPEAKER_00]: What's going on?
[00:03:32] [SPEAKER_01]: How we doing?
[00:03:33] [SPEAKER_01]: Good to be back with my brothers.
[00:03:36] [SPEAKER_01]: Or my my uncle good to be back with the Uncs.
[00:03:39] [SPEAKER_00]: Yes, hailing in from Survivor Season 43 Philly's own James Jones was popping.
[00:03:48] [SPEAKER_06]: I'm excited to be here.
[00:03:50] [SPEAKER_06]: Always good for another Survivor Season.
[00:03:53] [SPEAKER_06]: I'm excited about this because I try to stay away from the cats as much as possible.
[00:03:56] [SPEAKER_06]: Just as you kind of as I get, you know, quote-unquote Survivor old.
[00:04:01] [SPEAKER_06]: So I'm excited to be here and kind of see what's happening with this new cast 47.
[00:04:06] [SPEAKER_00]: Yes, glad to have you here and listen last but certainly not least the NFL season has
[00:04:12] [SPEAKER_00]: just kicked off.
[00:04:13] [SPEAKER_00]: We just started September.
[00:04:15] [SPEAKER_00]: So we just retire Bryce Isaiah zaddy of August.
[00:04:20] [SPEAKER_00]: Let's welcome back Survivor 44 Brandon Cottom.
[00:04:24] [SPEAKER_00]: Welcome back to the podcast.
[00:04:27] [SPEAKER_04]: Thank you.
[00:04:27] [SPEAKER_04]: Thank you.
[00:04:27] [SPEAKER_04]: It's great to be back.
[00:04:28] [SPEAKER_04]: You know, this definitely one of my favorite times of the year Survivor Season comes around
[00:04:32] [SPEAKER_04]: this like we right back into it.
[00:04:34] [SPEAKER_04]: So definitely excited to get this going.
[00:04:36] [SPEAKER_00]: It is I do want to know James and Brandon.
[00:04:40] [SPEAKER_00]: I think I asked you this last season but being even more two more seasons removed two and
[00:04:46] [SPEAKER_00]: three seasons removed from your seasons.
[00:04:47] [SPEAKER_00]: How does it feel the excitement of another cast coming out?
[00:04:53] [SPEAKER_06]: I just like seeing the excitement at the cast members have like, I mean, you remember you
[00:04:58] [SPEAKER_06]: get the you get the calls you get a text you get the tweets.
[00:05:01] [SPEAKER_06]: I was on Twitter.
[00:05:02] [SPEAKER_06]: So that was my dumb fault.
[00:05:03] [SPEAKER_06]: But but again, so this is good to see everybody exciting.
[00:05:06] [SPEAKER_06]: It's just kind of I feel like there's just like this excitement about anxiety about what's
[00:05:10] [SPEAKER_06]: going to happen because you never know kind of what is going to happen in the season.
[00:05:15] [SPEAKER_06]: And I think that's the beauty of some.
[00:05:19] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, for me, it kind of brings me back to when you know, I was up on the chopping block
[00:05:22] [SPEAKER_04]: and you know, getting ready to get going and ready to watch my own season.
[00:05:26] [SPEAKER_04]: So I'm excited for them.
[00:05:28] [SPEAKER_04]: Obviously, we got a lot of some good gameplay.
[00:05:30] [SPEAKER_04]: So I'm excited to see what everybody brings to the table and get this season going and
[00:05:34] [SPEAKER_04]: also get to these watch parties because you know, that's that's always one of the best
[00:05:37] [SPEAKER_04]: parts you see to write some.
[00:05:39] [SPEAKER_06]: I mean, you know, we're going to be in New York in a couple of weeks.
[00:05:45] [SPEAKER_06]: So just so y'all know, you know, y'all probably should be there.
[00:05:48] [SPEAKER_06]: But if you don't be there, that's on you.
[00:05:50] [SPEAKER_06]: But I'm saying I don't even know they got tickets left.
[00:05:53] [SPEAKER_06]: I don't even know if tickets are even left.
[00:05:55] [SPEAKER_06]: So I think I need to go get them Jones ASAP.
[00:05:57] [SPEAKER_06]: But that's just me.
[00:05:58] [SPEAKER_06]: You know, I may be in the building.
[00:05:59] [SPEAKER_06]: Some other people may be in the building.
[00:06:01] [SPEAKER_06]: You may as well go and do that.
[00:06:04] [SPEAKER_00]: You are absolutely right, James.
[00:06:05] [SPEAKER_00]: It's a little different this year, though, James, that, you know, I
[00:06:09] [SPEAKER_00]: am running.
[00:06:10] [SPEAKER_00]: I am. We are on a campaign trail.
[00:06:13] [SPEAKER_00]: We want to unite the survivor community together.
[00:06:18] [SPEAKER_00]: So you should join us on the BWP Tour 47, the campaign.
[00:06:23] [SPEAKER_00]: This is our biggest tour yet.
[00:06:25] [SPEAKER_00]: We are hitting 10 cities, not four, not six, not eight, but 10 cities
[00:06:32] [SPEAKER_00]: to unite the survivor kingdom.
[00:06:35] [SPEAKER_00]: Me as your I'm running for president.
[00:06:38] [SPEAKER_00]: You know, I want Wendell to be my VP.
[00:06:42] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I'm still I'm still trying to figure out if I want to be his running
[00:06:45] [SPEAKER_01]: mate or not, but I think I should be at the top of the ticket.
[00:06:49] [SPEAKER_01]: But that's that's for another day.
[00:06:52] [SPEAKER_06]: It is gracious.
[00:06:54] [SPEAKER_06]: You know, you put that to our vote.
[00:06:56] [SPEAKER_06]: Who's at the top of the ticket?
[00:06:57] [SPEAKER_06]: And who?
[00:06:58] [SPEAKER_06]: Oh, like, like, you know,
[00:07:01] [SPEAKER_03]: I really love.
[00:07:04] [SPEAKER_03]: Let's get it.
[00:07:05] [SPEAKER_00]: Let's get it.
[00:07:05] [SPEAKER_00]: I mean, you know, Rob, Rob has a podcast, did do a survivor 54.
[00:07:10] [SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I did make it to the second round window.
[00:07:12] [SPEAKER_00]: What rail did you make it?
[00:07:15] [SPEAKER_01]: So wait, wait, wait.
[00:07:16] [SPEAKER_01]: You only made it in a second round.
[00:07:19] [SPEAKER_01]: Wait, Bryce.
[00:07:20] [SPEAKER_01]: Wait a minute. Hold on.
[00:07:21] [SPEAKER_01]: Let me get this right.
[00:07:22] [SPEAKER_01]: Bryce Isaiah only made it to the second round.
[00:07:26] [SPEAKER_01]: That what top 50.
[00:07:28] [SPEAKER_00]: No, I was the top 50.
[00:07:30] [SPEAKER_00]: But then, you know, they had to dwindle it down to 18.
[00:07:32] [SPEAKER_00]: You know what I said?
[00:07:33] [SPEAKER_00]: Give it to the young kids.
[00:07:34] [SPEAKER_00]: You know, been there, done that.
[00:07:36] [SPEAKER_00]: You know, give it to the young kids.
[00:07:40] [SPEAKER_00]: But we really are excited for tour 47.
[00:07:43] [SPEAKER_00]: It is shaping up to be our, our biggest tour ever.
[00:07:45] [SPEAKER_00]: We are kicking it off in New York, September 18th.
[00:07:50] [SPEAKER_00]: We're headed to Dallas.
[00:07:53] [SPEAKER_00]: From Dallas, L.A., from L.A. to Nashville.
[00:07:56] [SPEAKER_00]: From Nashville, we're heading to New Orleans, to Chicago, to Philadelphia,
[00:08:00] [SPEAKER_00]: to Boston, to our city's capital.
[00:08:03] [SPEAKER_00]: Shout out to D.C. because D.C.
[00:08:05] [SPEAKER_00]: Our nation's capital.
[00:08:06] [SPEAKER_00]: Our nation's capital, D.C.
[00:08:08] [SPEAKER_00]: And we are ending it right back in New York.
[00:08:11] [SPEAKER_00]: Tickets are available.
[00:08:12] [SPEAKER_00]: You can click the link in the Bryce and Wynn present Instagram or Twitter bio.
[00:08:16] [SPEAKER_00]: And we hope to see you on the campaign trail near you.
[00:08:21] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[00:08:21] [SPEAKER_00]: So let's just give the listeners and some of the unks,
[00:08:24] [SPEAKER_00]: because, you know, being an uncle, your memory ain't that good.
[00:08:28] [SPEAKER_00]: So first look is all about.
[00:08:31] [SPEAKER_00]: We are going to read where the contestants are from.
[00:08:34] [SPEAKER_00]: We're going to look at their photos and just based on what they look like,
[00:08:38] [SPEAKER_00]: we're going to offer them some uncle advice on how they should be playing
[00:08:43] [SPEAKER_00]: or what they should be doing in the game.
[00:08:46] [SPEAKER_00]: Simple fun.
[00:08:47] [SPEAKER_00]: Nothing but love.
[00:08:48] [SPEAKER_00]: We are rooting for everybody this season.
[00:08:50] [SPEAKER_00]: And so this is just, you know, the uncles getting together and having a good time.
[00:08:55] [SPEAKER_00]: So it's all fun and love.
[00:08:57] [SPEAKER_00]: And we support all of the cast.
[00:08:58] [SPEAKER_00]: But, you know, we excited to to have a little fun, you know?
[00:09:03] [SPEAKER_05]: What was that?
[00:09:04] [SPEAKER_05]: Oh, that was an interesting.
[00:09:08] [SPEAKER_00]: I mean, listen, so I mean, right off the bat, we have the cast.
[00:09:14] [SPEAKER_00]: We are looking at the cast of season 47.
[00:09:16] [SPEAKER_00]: Any first takes any first wish our first look.
[00:09:21] [SPEAKER_00]: The money.
[00:09:23] [SPEAKER_04]: I think it's a good looking cast.
[00:09:25] [SPEAKER_04]: I think, you know, we got a couple of characters just based off of,
[00:09:28] [SPEAKER_04]: you know, first initial eye test.
[00:09:32] [SPEAKER_04]: I think it's going to be a good season.
[00:09:35] [SPEAKER_04]: You know, for me, this is a genuine first.
[00:09:37] [SPEAKER_04]: I don't like to spoil it before we get to this.
[00:09:39] [SPEAKER_04]: I really like this to be a genuine first reaction.
[00:09:42] [SPEAKER_04]: So I'm enjoying what I'm seeing.
[00:09:43] [SPEAKER_04]: I think it's going to be a good time and I'm excited to see what they bring
[00:09:46] [SPEAKER_04]: to the table.
[00:09:47] [SPEAKER_01]: I think it looks like we have some personalities and coming off
[00:09:51] [SPEAKER_01]: of a 46 where it was personality heavy.
[00:09:54] [SPEAKER_01]: 45 was like game strategic, heavy 46 was personality heavy.
[00:09:59] [SPEAKER_01]: This one, I think we got a good mix,
[00:10:02] [SPEAKER_01]: but I see some people that I could see being those characters.
[00:10:10] [SPEAKER_06]: JJ, I just I feel like I look at this from a does everybody there's
[00:10:16] [SPEAKER_06]: no one that like from a physical standpoint that looks like they're
[00:10:18] [SPEAKER_06]: like a super dominating physical presence, which I think is like
[00:10:23] [SPEAKER_06]: interesting for kind of how the cash are going to think about voting
[00:10:26] [SPEAKER_06]: when it comes to the first challenge.
[00:10:28] [SPEAKER_06]: It's like there's no one it's looking like you see Brammy cotton,
[00:10:30] [SPEAKER_06]: you see a Jonathan, you don't see like a super Hawking person.
[00:10:34] [SPEAKER_06]: So I think that's just interesting when it comes to thinking about,
[00:10:37] [SPEAKER_06]: you know, how they're going to think about strength and how the game is
[00:10:40] [SPEAKER_06]: going to play out.
[00:10:41] [SPEAKER_00]: It's funny you say that James, because my first look at this cast as a
[00:10:45] [SPEAKER_00]: whole, it reminded me of your cast season 43, right?
[00:10:48] [SPEAKER_00]: Like there weren't any big bulky people,
[00:10:52] [SPEAKER_00]: but they all looked like they knew the game.
[00:10:54] [SPEAKER_00]: So if I had to give a first look, this cast, in my opinion,
[00:10:57] [SPEAKER_00]: is going to give us a mixture of season 43 and a season of 45 mixed
[00:11:02] [SPEAKER_00]: together. You get 40 several.
[00:11:05] [SPEAKER_04]: I like it.
[00:11:07] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah. Because you know, there isn't, you know, as JJ would say,
[00:11:12] [SPEAKER_00]: the threat level, right? When you look at everyone,
[00:11:14] [SPEAKER_00]: it seems like the threat level, the threshold,
[00:11:17] [SPEAKER_00]: the threshold of the threat level seems to be pretty even, right?
[00:11:20] [SPEAKER_00]: There isn't anyone that's just like, Oh,
[00:11:22] [SPEAKER_00]: now I'm sure I could find a Zaddy or two because that's,
[00:11:27] [SPEAKER_00]: that's not hard. But there it is interesting.
[00:11:32] [SPEAKER_00]: So, I mean, but let's get right into it.
[00:11:34] [SPEAKER_00]: Who do we have as the first person we are giving a first look to when
[00:11:38] [SPEAKER_01]: First up,
[00:11:39] [SPEAKER_01]: we have the one and only,
[00:11:40] [SPEAKER_01]: and I'm going to apologize in advance. If I butcher any names,
[00:11:45] [SPEAKER_01]: we have some names that aren't the easiest to read.
[00:11:50] [SPEAKER_01]: So first I'm going to start with Tini.
[00:11:52] [SPEAKER_01]: Say you want uncle.
[00:11:55] [SPEAKER_01]: Chirichillo, Chirichillo.
[00:11:57] [SPEAKER_01]: I'm probably pronouncing it wrong, but we've seen Tini before 24 years old from
[00:12:03] [SPEAKER_01]: Manahawken, New Jersey. She's a freelance writer.
[00:12:06] [SPEAKER_01]: Three words to describe her social mischievous and introspective.
[00:12:09] [SPEAKER_01]: And Tini,
[00:12:13] [SPEAKER_01]: what do we think about Tini? Tini actually,
[00:12:15] [SPEAKER_01]: my first look is Tini kind of reminds me almost of Evvy a little bit.
[00:12:21] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah. The short haircut.
[00:12:24] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
[00:12:26] [SPEAKER_06]: For me, I like Tini.
[00:12:28] [SPEAKER_06]: I feel like she has to kind of make sure she blends in in the beginning where
[00:12:34] [SPEAKER_06]: I feel like people aren't going to look at her as a super big threat.
[00:12:36] [SPEAKER_06]: So getting through the first half of the game is going to be the most difficult
[00:12:41] [SPEAKER_06]: part. But if she makes it to the merge,
[00:12:43] [SPEAKER_06]: I guess he'd be one of those people that people can find it.
[00:12:45] [SPEAKER_06]: They don't maybe see her as a super big threat and she can build a lot of
[00:12:49] [SPEAKER_06]: friendships.
[00:12:51] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[00:12:53] [SPEAKER_00]: Go ahead, Bryce.
[00:12:54] [SPEAKER_00]: I was going to say my first take at Tini is I just sneaky, right?
[00:12:59] [SPEAKER_00]: Sneaky in a good survivor way.
[00:13:00] [SPEAKER_00]: And so the fact that you read mischievous Wendell, right?
[00:13:03] [SPEAKER_00]: That is kind of like, oh, I feel like Tini is going to be the one that's looking
[00:13:08] [SPEAKER_00]: for an idol, accusing somebody of having an idol or something.
[00:13:10] [SPEAKER_00]: So my advice to Tini is stay low.
[00:13:14] [SPEAKER_00]: Don't be be mischievous in your head.
[00:13:17] [SPEAKER_00]: Keep your keep it in your head, but don't put it out to the mass because I'm
[00:13:20] [SPEAKER_00]: worried because I don't want them to label you as like the troublemaker.
[00:13:23] [SPEAKER_00]: But I think she has good energy and I think amazing TV we are in store for.
[00:13:28] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, that's actually exactly what I was going to say.
[00:13:30] [SPEAKER_04]: She does give the vibe of kind of like a little bit sneaky, but at the same time,
[00:13:34] [SPEAKER_04]: like really cool personality, somebody who could sit down, have a good
[00:13:37] [SPEAKER_04]: conversation with. So I think it's like teetering on that line of like, do you
[00:13:40] [SPEAKER_04]: want to be the likeable person or do you want to be the person where everybody
[00:13:43] [SPEAKER_04]: is like, I don't know if I could trust her.
[00:13:45] [SPEAKER_04]: I feel like she's going to be on either side of that line.
[00:13:49] [SPEAKER_04]: But I'm excited to see kind of what she brings and how she kind of carries
[00:13:54] [SPEAKER_04]: herself in the game. Because when you come out saying you want to be
[00:13:56] [SPEAKER_04]: mischievous, that immediately makes me think, all right, yeah, I'm trying to
[00:13:59] [SPEAKER_04]: get right into the nitty gritty and really have, you know, cause some chaos.
[00:14:03] [SPEAKER_04]: So I'm excited to see how she plays it.
[00:14:05] [SPEAKER_01]: I don't want her to come out the gate too mischievous.
[00:14:09] [SPEAKER_01]: I want her to I want her to make her bonds and then slowly ramp up the
[00:14:14] [SPEAKER_01]: tactics or the antics. And I'm hoping I'm hoping that that's what Tini does.
[00:14:20] [SPEAKER_00]: So let me ask you all this, right? Because now you're saying, oh, I don't
[00:14:23] [SPEAKER_00]: want her to be too mischievous at first. Now on season 40, 46.
[00:14:29] [SPEAKER_00]: Y'all was all mad that it was a slow beginning.
[00:14:32] [SPEAKER_00]: Everybody was like the first four episodes are corny.
[00:14:35] [SPEAKER_00]: Nothing's happening. So which one is it?
[00:14:38] [SPEAKER_06]: I think I think you have to play your individual game.
[00:14:41] [SPEAKER_06]: I like the quote unquote, like, you know, slow, quote unquote, boring.
[00:14:45] [SPEAKER_06]: I don't think anything is slow and boring.
[00:14:47] [SPEAKER_06]: So I'm always trying to read it between the lines.
[00:14:49] [SPEAKER_06]: And I think it depends on like your position in the tribe.
[00:14:51] [SPEAKER_06]: So if you're not one of the bigger people and it's at the beginning,
[00:14:55] [SPEAKER_06]: you want to make sure that you're building those strategic friendships where
[00:14:58] [SPEAKER_06]: when you are like a more physical presence in the tribe,
[00:15:02] [SPEAKER_06]: you have a little bit more leeway in the beginning of the game.
[00:15:04] [SPEAKER_06]: The other kind of the game is really situational about like when you choose
[00:15:08] [SPEAKER_06]: to be mischievous and when you choose to use information,
[00:15:11] [SPEAKER_06]: we choose not to use information.
[00:15:13] [SPEAKER_06]: And you're a little mischievous a little too early.
[00:15:15] [SPEAKER_06]: And that's with anybody. You can get caught up.
[00:15:19] [SPEAKER_06]: That's what happens.
[00:15:21] [SPEAKER_00]: Okay. We will see. Who do we have next?
[00:15:27] [SPEAKER_01]: On to the next. The next gentleman we have is a gentleman by the name of Rome Cooney.
[00:15:33] [SPEAKER_01]: Rome is 30 years old from Corvallis, Oregon.
[00:15:37] [SPEAKER_01]: I'm probably pronouncing that wrong.
[00:15:39] [SPEAKER_01]: His current residence is Phoenix, Arizona.
[00:15:42] [SPEAKER_01]: He's an e-sports commentator.
[00:15:44] [SPEAKER_01]: Three words to describe him. Charismatic, entertaining and cutthroat.
[00:15:53] [SPEAKER_01]: And let's say favorite hobbies,
[00:15:55] [SPEAKER_01]: playing video games while listening to podcasts and his pet peeves are ordering
[00:16:00] [SPEAKER_01]: food with someone. Then when we get the food,
[00:16:02] [SPEAKER_01]: they still want to take some of my fries or what I got.
[00:16:05] [SPEAKER_01]: If you want some, then order some.
[00:16:10] [SPEAKER_02]: I feel him on that. I ain't gonna lie to you.
[00:16:12] [SPEAKER_02]: I feel him on that. I hate that too.
[00:16:15] [SPEAKER_06]: I feel like that pet peeve may not be on the island.
[00:16:21] [SPEAKER_06]: You sharing everything once you get out there.
[00:16:22] [SPEAKER_06]: You got to put those pet peeves aside.
[00:16:25] [SPEAKER_06]: That may be something that if you got a kind of somebody
[00:16:28] [SPEAKER_06]: drink out of your water bottle is what it is.
[00:16:30] [SPEAKER_06]: Sometimes you let those things rock out.
[00:16:33] [SPEAKER_06]: I wonder how that's going to vibe.
[00:16:36] [SPEAKER_06]: We'll see how it works out.
[00:16:38] [SPEAKER_06]: Energy is going to be 100.
[00:16:40] [SPEAKER_06]: I think a lot of times you want to make sure that you're matching
[00:16:43] [SPEAKER_06]: the energy level of your tribe.
[00:16:45] [SPEAKER_06]: If he can do that and if they're high, he's good.
[00:16:47] [SPEAKER_06]: If they're low, bring that energy down.
[00:16:49] [SPEAKER_06]: I look forward to seeing how he blends in with other people.
[00:16:54] [SPEAKER_04]: I feel like it's kind of different ordering as opposed to being on the island.
[00:16:57] [SPEAKER_04]: On the island, you know, all right, I'm going to have to share.
[00:17:01] [SPEAKER_04]: I can't openly outright be like,
[00:17:03] [SPEAKER_04]: no, you can't get my water bottle or you can't get this or that.
[00:17:06] [SPEAKER_04]: With that being said, he does to me look like he's high energy.
[00:17:10] [SPEAKER_04]: I feel like that's kind of a good thing, especially early on.
[00:17:15] [SPEAKER_04]: You want somebody who's high energy who's going to be around camp
[00:17:17] [SPEAKER_04]: doing what they got to do.
[00:17:19] [SPEAKER_04]: Also going back to what he said.
[00:17:22] [SPEAKER_04]: How much are you willing to contribute to everybody else?
[00:17:24] [SPEAKER_04]: Even if they don't have to ask for it necessarily,
[00:17:26] [SPEAKER_04]: I think that'll be an interesting part to see.
[00:17:30] [SPEAKER_04]: Is he willing to get out there and say, all right, you know what?
[00:17:32] [SPEAKER_04]: I'll go get your water bottle even though you didn't ask for it.
[00:17:34] [SPEAKER_04]: I'll go do this for you.
[00:17:36] [SPEAKER_04]: I'll do that for you just to try to kind of get in people's good graces
[00:17:39] [SPEAKER_04]: early on, especially.
[00:17:42] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I see Rome being very high energy.
[00:17:46] [SPEAKER_00]: I also see Rome crashing out, right?
[00:17:48] [SPEAKER_00]: Because you telling me you playing video games and listening to podcasts.
[00:17:53] [SPEAKER_00]: Tell me, you know, you have like ADHD where it's like you got to have
[00:17:58] [SPEAKER_00]: so many things going on to kind of like calm you a little bit.
[00:18:01] [SPEAKER_00]: So I'm worried that Rome is going to go on with real high energy
[00:18:05] [SPEAKER_00]: and people are going to expect him to stay that high energy.
[00:18:08] [SPEAKER_00]: But as the game gets going and you got to worry about,
[00:18:12] [SPEAKER_00]: can I trust you? Can I trust you?
[00:18:14] [SPEAKER_00]: Like, I feel like we might see Rome crash out,
[00:18:17] [SPEAKER_00]: crash out in a way of like cussing somebody out or like really kind of going
[00:18:21] [SPEAKER_00]: in a little bit because he presents really nice.
[00:18:25] [SPEAKER_00]: But that high energy, you got to release it some way, shape or form.
[00:18:28] [SPEAKER_00]: And if you're not trying to share your fries and you're cooped up in the shack
[00:18:32] [SPEAKER_00]: or, you know, with people for 24 hours, you know, I've been out there
[00:18:35] [SPEAKER_00]: for three days, so I know it can get a little crazy at times.
[00:18:39] [SPEAKER_00]: So I think that Rome is going to be great TV.
[00:18:41] [SPEAKER_00]: And I think that we are going to get really good performances from Rome.
[00:18:46] [SPEAKER_01]: I think, I think, I think we should dig a little deeper in some of Rome's bio
[00:18:52] [SPEAKER_01]: because he has some other things in here.
[00:18:55] [SPEAKER_01]: First thing is what, where were, okay.
[00:19:00] [SPEAKER_01]: What is something you'd never know from looking at you?
[00:19:02] [SPEAKER_01]: He says, I haven't eaten a vegetable other than corn in over two decades.
[00:19:07] [SPEAKER_01]: And I want to be the next host of Survivor when Jeff retires.
[00:19:11] [SPEAKER_01]: It's the greatest job in the world.
[00:19:13] [SPEAKER_01]: And I would be humbled to be a successor.
[00:19:16] [SPEAKER_01]: So I think first and foremost, Rome, love you.
[00:19:19] [SPEAKER_01]: We don't want to retiring.
[00:19:22] [SPEAKER_01]: That's something that is never going to happen.
[00:19:24] [SPEAKER_01]: So we don't talk about that.
[00:19:27] [SPEAKER_00]: First of all, second of all, say, what's your second as an uncle?
[00:19:32] [SPEAKER_00]: You need to get him a carrot. Okay.
[00:19:34] [SPEAKER_06]: That's a wild take.
[00:19:38] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, that's, I mean, hey man, that's confidence though.
[00:19:41] [SPEAKER_06]: And I think sometimes in the game,
[00:19:44] [SPEAKER_06]: you don't want to come off as confident as you are.
[00:19:47] [SPEAKER_06]: Like, I think that sometimes hinders you as well.
[00:19:49] [SPEAKER_06]: Like when you, when you present, like you,
[00:19:51] [SPEAKER_06]: you kind of are that person or you're not worried about people.
[00:19:55] [SPEAKER_06]: Even if you, you had to present that idea that you are worried about folks.
[00:19:59] [SPEAKER_06]: It does rub people the wrong way when you really just like,
[00:20:03] [SPEAKER_06]: I'm going to continue y'all.
[00:20:05] [SPEAKER_06]: When you present that way, it's tough.
[00:20:08] [SPEAKER_06]: No, from experience.
[00:20:10] [SPEAKER_04]: I thought that goes back to like self-awareness.
[00:20:12] [SPEAKER_04]: Cause even like to make a statement like that is like,
[00:20:16] [SPEAKER_04]: that's kind of out there to say, I mean, we might, you might think it,
[00:20:19] [SPEAKER_04]: but you don't actually say that, especially to, you know,
[00:20:21] [SPEAKER_04]: whatever, whoever you're talking to, that's a,
[00:20:23] [SPEAKER_04]: that's a wild take to have. So now that kind of makes me think,
[00:20:26] [SPEAKER_04]: does he have the self-awareness to be out there and to realize where he's at
[00:20:29] [SPEAKER_04]: in the tribe and not openly outright saying, you know what I mean?
[00:20:34] [SPEAKER_01]: So, and I just want to say one more thing.
[00:20:36] [SPEAKER_01]: If we're talking about self-awareness Rome, I love you, brother.
[00:20:40] [SPEAKER_01]: I want you to win this right question.
[00:20:42] [SPEAKER_01]: When will you be the, why will you be the sole survivor answer?
[00:20:47] [SPEAKER_01]: I will play my idols.
[00:20:48] [SPEAKER_01]: I will win at least four individual, individual immunity challenges.
[00:20:53] [SPEAKER_01]: Oh, I have a way with words to get people to do what I want.
[00:20:56] [SPEAKER_01]: Oh, and having anyone but me mentality.
[00:21:00] [SPEAKER_01]: I hope you do all of that.
[00:21:02] [SPEAKER_01]: I really do.
[00:21:04] [SPEAKER_06]: This is giving, I'm going to do a lot in the beginning.
[00:21:09] [SPEAKER_06]: And I'm going to get out there and I don't know.
[00:21:12] [SPEAKER_06]: I wish Rome the best, but yeah, man, I feel like we,
[00:21:16] [SPEAKER_00]: listen, I'm not mad at the anybody but me mentality, right?
[00:21:20] [SPEAKER_00]: Like that's a, I wish I had that about a decade ago.
[00:21:23] [SPEAKER_00]: Anybody put me, uh, because that is a good mentality to have.
[00:21:28] [SPEAKER_00]: Like I said, I, I said what I said,
[00:21:30] [SPEAKER_00]: I feel like Rome is going to crash out, but not crash out in a bad way.
[00:21:34] [SPEAKER_00]: Crash. That's what the young folks say.
[00:21:35] [SPEAKER_00]: You know, you know, the unks try to be cool.
[00:21:37] [SPEAKER_00]: Uh, crash out means I feel like he gonna go in on somebody or he
[00:21:41] [SPEAKER_00]: gonna go in on an immunity run and be like, you ever be in the art?
[00:21:46] [SPEAKER_06]: He's not making no immunity run.
[00:21:48] [SPEAKER_04]: Well, I only cut out a lot of stuff.
[00:21:54] [SPEAKER_00]: Like you cut out you ever, now this, this might be a little TMI.
[00:22:00] [SPEAKER_00]: You ever like go into the bathroom and you'd be like, I ain't eat no corn.
[00:22:06] [SPEAKER_06]: Next, next cast member.
[00:22:08] [SPEAKER_06]: Thank you James.
[00:22:09] [SPEAKER_03]: We got to keep this one moving.
[00:22:11] [SPEAKER_01]: The next cast member we have since right, we have Anika Dar is our next cast member.
[00:22:18] [SPEAKER_01]: I hope I'm or Anika. I'm sorry.
[00:22:20] [SPEAKER_01]: I hope I'm pronouncing it right. Probably not.
[00:22:22] [SPEAKER_01]: She's 26 from Santa Rosa, California.
[00:22:24] [SPEAKER_01]: She lives in LA. She's a marketing manager.
[00:22:26] [SPEAKER_01]: Three words to describe you exuberant, curious, and calculated.
[00:22:32] [SPEAKER_01]: Why do you want to be a part of survivor being on survivors and instinctual need of mine from the very first episode I watched season 28.
[00:22:42] [SPEAKER_01]: I hope she watched the first episode because Bryce was only on tour.
[00:22:46] [SPEAKER_01]: I immediately Googled how to apply to get on survivor.
[00:22:49] [SPEAKER_01]: I truly believe that survivors the most Epic game to exist.
[00:22:52] [SPEAKER_01]: It is challenging the human body, both mentally and physically.
[00:22:55] [SPEAKER_01]: I want the challenge.
[00:22:57] [SPEAKER_01]: I believe I can win this game and I can't wait to see how it plays out.
[00:23:03] [SPEAKER_00]: I love her.
[00:23:04] [SPEAKER_00]: I get J Maya vibes from her, right?
[00:23:06] [SPEAKER_00]: Like I almost feel like girl, let's get justice for J Maya.
[00:23:09] [SPEAKER_00]: I feel like calculating.
[00:23:11] [SPEAKER_00]: I love it.
[00:23:12] [SPEAKER_00]: That means you're methodical.
[00:23:13] [SPEAKER_00]: That means I also I feel like she a little petty, right?
[00:23:16] [SPEAKER_00]: And sometimes a survivor, you got to be petty.
[00:23:18] [SPEAKER_00]: You got to remember what somebody did to you on day one.
[00:23:21] [SPEAKER_00]: And on day 13 time to strike the iron.
[00:23:24] [SPEAKER_00]: My advice is that to my sis is that I want you to stay in the forefront.
[00:23:30] [SPEAKER_00]: I don't want you to fall into the background.
[00:23:32] [SPEAKER_00]: I want you to be a part of the conversations that matter because I feel like you've got a smart mind on you and I could see Anika going far.
[00:23:42] [SPEAKER_04]: I feel like that was my mission.
[00:23:45] [SPEAKER_04]: Or do you think B?
[00:23:46] [SPEAKER_04]: That was my mission.
[00:23:47] [SPEAKER_04]: She seems very smart and like and like she said calculated, especially with her being in marketing.
[00:23:51] [SPEAKER_04]: I feel like she knows how to present herself, even though it might not be what she wants, what it really is inside.
[00:23:58] [SPEAKER_04]: So I'm excited to see what she does.
[00:24:00] [SPEAKER_04]: I think she's going to be one who kind of plays a slow at first is kind of sitting back watching everybody and making the right like she said calculated.
[00:24:11] [SPEAKER_04]: Who's presenting herself the right way since she is a marketing, a marketing way.
[00:24:17] [SPEAKER_04]: She is a marketing manager.
[00:24:21] [SPEAKER_04]: So she manages people.
[00:24:23] [SPEAKER_04]: Marketing manager.
[00:24:23] [SPEAKER_04]: OK, so she's so exactly.
[00:24:25] [SPEAKER_04]: She's not new to this.
[00:24:27] [SPEAKER_04]: So and I think a big part of survivors marketing yourself, whether it's how you actually feel or how you want to be portrayed.
[00:24:33] [SPEAKER_04]: It's a big part of our this is who I want you to see.
[00:24:36] [SPEAKER_04]: This is what I want you to feel is how I want you to feel about me.
[00:24:39] [SPEAKER_04]: And when it comes out, that's all marketing.
[00:24:42] [SPEAKER_06]: And I feel like working in marketing teams, you have to work with different dynamics.
[00:24:47] [SPEAKER_06]: So you're used to kind of working with people that are passionate about ideas.
[00:24:51] [SPEAKER_06]: I think it's underestimated from a marketing standpoint where you have you have a bunch of creators in the room and creators are really passionate about their ideas.
[00:24:58] [SPEAKER_06]: So managing those personalities is almost akin to, you know, the big personalities or the people on Survivor.
[00:25:04] [SPEAKER_06]: And the calculating part is I think people are going to perceive her as smart.
[00:25:09] [SPEAKER_06]: So managing that perception of people thinking that she's smart and what does that mean for their game?
[00:25:14] [SPEAKER_06]: So my advice would be to, you know, make sure that people think that you're using your, you know, perceived smartness for the benefit of whoever you're working with.
[00:25:23] [SPEAKER_06]: So that would be my, you know, uncle advice.
[00:25:25] [SPEAKER_01]: OK. What was I?
[00:25:31] [SPEAKER_01]: Oh, her hobbies are dancing, specifically hip hop.
[00:25:34] [SPEAKER_01]: Bryce, oh, ceramics, throwing on the wheel, cooking for people I love, gardening and being a plant mom and yoga and meditation.
[00:25:44] [SPEAKER_01]: She's going to kill it out there.
[00:25:46] [SPEAKER_01]: These are a lot of things that she seems like, you know, would would make for someone that is social and also good at challenges and also Zen enough to take things with with a grain of salt or in the right stride.
[00:25:59] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I think I think she can do well.
[00:26:01] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah. We were a little yoga people.
[00:26:03] [SPEAKER_06]: We are like to write my balance is one of those things like balance is probably one of the biggest things on the show.
[00:26:09] [SPEAKER_06]: Like just in general, balance strength is great.
[00:26:13] [SPEAKER_06]: But balance is probably one of the more important things that it's funny like here and all, you know, she's in yoga.
[00:26:20] [SPEAKER_04]: She's a plant mom. Like I immediately start thinking, Jane, because Jamie off my season, she did all those.
[00:26:25] [SPEAKER_04]: She was very in the plants.
[00:26:26] [SPEAKER_04]: She did yoga. She was very Zen.
[00:26:29] [SPEAKER_04]: She was kind of kind of be all over the place.
[00:26:30] [SPEAKER_04]: But at the same time, she had it together in a way that we didn't even really realize while we were out there.
[00:26:35] [SPEAKER_04]: So I'm curious to see how her game might kind of be similar to like to Jamie's in a way, because they have a lot of similar hobbies and things like that.
[00:26:46] [SPEAKER_00]: And since you brought up Jamie from season 44, I like to take the time to just give her her flowers.
[00:26:52] [SPEAKER_00]: Right. Since knowing the cast, hearing stories.
[00:26:56] [SPEAKER_00]: Right. I feel like the edit did Jamie horrible.
[00:26:59] [SPEAKER_00]: Right. Like I feel like her scene, like she know what was going on.
[00:27:05] [SPEAKER_00]: She was like, but listening to Jamie, listening to jam, listening to you, listening to so many people.
[00:27:11] [SPEAKER_00]: Jamie was running it out there.
[00:27:14] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah. Like he was locked in that it did not do her well for a very long time.
[00:27:20] [SPEAKER_04]: To be honest, Jamie, Jamie was a lot more locked in than anybody can really know, because obviously you're going to see what they want to show you.
[00:27:27] [SPEAKER_04]: There's a whole backstory to everything, which a lot of people will never know.
[00:27:31] [SPEAKER_04]: But us were out there. No. Yes. Initially, even me, I said I was like she felt like a chicken out there with her head cut off.
[00:27:37] [SPEAKER_04]: But then as I started to learn more and I realized she's actually making a lot more connections than I even saw or that, you know, and I thought I was in a great spot.
[00:27:46] [SPEAKER_04]: I'm like, she was very, very, very underestimated from day one.
[00:27:52] [SPEAKER_04]: So definitely shout out to Jamie. You got to give her flowers because she was a lot more in touch with what was going on and she put off.
[00:28:00] [SPEAKER_00]: Absolutely. Who we got next?
[00:28:03] [SPEAKER_01]: Next, we have Taryn T.K. Foster. I am I'm excited about this brother right here because I'm getting Q vibes already.
[00:28:12] [SPEAKER_01]: I am praying. To all things, to all the survivor guys that we have Q 2.0 here.
[00:28:21] [SPEAKER_00]: Let's say at this point in time, any brother.
[00:28:25] [SPEAKER_00]: With a Nick, we're out with letters as a nickname.
[00:28:29] [SPEAKER_00]: OK, T.V. goal.
[00:28:32] [SPEAKER_00]: OK, I just know T.K., you don't even need to read nothing about him.
[00:28:37] [SPEAKER_00]: I just know with that bun and that dance, T.K. is going to be a problem.
[00:28:44] [SPEAKER_00]: I'm worried. I worry for the Easter Bunny.
[00:28:46] [SPEAKER_00]: OK, I'm worried. OK, I'm worried for the holidays with T.K.
[00:28:51] [SPEAKER_01]: What? OK, T.K. is 31 years old.
[00:28:54] [SPEAKER_01]: He's from PG County, Maryland. He lives in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.
[00:28:58] [SPEAKER_01]: He's an athletic marketing manager.
[00:29:01] [SPEAKER_01]: Three words to describe him. Spontaneous, genuine and ambitious.
[00:29:05] [SPEAKER_01]: Why do you want to be a part of Survivor?
[00:29:07] [SPEAKER_01]: I feel as if my entire life has led me to this moment to take on a challenge from my dad going to prison at a very young age to being diagnosed with a kidney disease.
[00:29:16] [SPEAKER_01]: That almost killed me in high school.
[00:29:19] [SPEAKER_01]: Since I was born, I've been beating the odds.
[00:29:21] [SPEAKER_01]: This beautiful game gives me a chance to do that once again.
[00:29:26] [SPEAKER_01]: Who do you think you will play most like?
[00:29:30] [SPEAKER_01]: My favorite player of all time is Tony.
[00:29:33] [SPEAKER_00]: Oh, let me go on record right now.
[00:29:40] [SPEAKER_00]: Could this be our fourth black man winner?
[00:29:45] [SPEAKER_00]: I got a little goosebumps listening to him talk.
[00:29:50] [SPEAKER_00]: I'm just saying that.
[00:29:51] [SPEAKER_00]: Who were the first three?
[00:29:54] [SPEAKER_00]: It was Jeremy Collins, Earl Cole and.
[00:29:59] [SPEAKER_00]: I don't know.
[00:30:02] [SPEAKER_07]: Jeremy Collins.
[00:30:05] [SPEAKER_07]: Like Jim, Jim got a nice little team.
[00:30:07] [SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, Jeremy Collins, Jeremy Collins, Earl Cole, Jim.
[00:30:12] [SPEAKER_07]: Jim, Jim.
[00:30:13] [SPEAKER_07]: Jim, Jim.
[00:30:19] [SPEAKER_01]: I'll tell you what about TK, man.
[00:30:22] [SPEAKER_01]: If when when you guys were talking earlier about there's no standout physical threat.
[00:30:28] [SPEAKER_01]: I'm scared that like once TK comes out of his shirt, he might.
[00:30:32] [SPEAKER_01]: Oh, whoa.
[00:30:35] [SPEAKER_07]: You know what?
[00:30:36] [SPEAKER_07]: Your Internet was breaking up.
[00:30:38] [SPEAKER_07]: What did you say, Wendell?
[00:30:39] [SPEAKER_07]: Your Internet was breaking up.
[00:30:41] [SPEAKER_01]: I recant that statement.
[00:30:42] [SPEAKER_01]: I think TK might be a strong and good person.
[00:30:47] [SPEAKER_06]: Come out of the shirt, man.
[00:30:50] [SPEAKER_06]: Okay.
[00:30:51] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, so Wendell, I understand what you're saying.
[00:30:54] [SPEAKER_06]: I think that's the hardest part like about when you look at the pictures is seeing like physical presence.
[00:31:00] [SPEAKER_06]: Like that's the hardest part to figure out like, yo, who really is exerting like who's that person saying like, oh, yeah.
[00:31:07] [SPEAKER_06]: And if he's that person that people look at like that, you have to monitor the way you play the game because you have to show some types of deficiencies out there.
[00:31:15] [SPEAKER_06]: So if you are and it's like you're playing Super Health of Skeletor and people see that you are physical, is that you have to like be an Austin and kind of manager your threat level from when people just look at you like you physical, whether you are or you aren't.
[00:31:29] [SPEAKER_06]: So.
[00:31:31] [SPEAKER_06]: It's hard to do a lot when people have eyes on you and if people have eyes on you, you have to be mindful.
[00:31:37] [SPEAKER_06]: So I think he's going in with a really good strategy, really good energy.
[00:31:41] [SPEAKER_06]: I feel like his team will look at him as tribal, look at him as an asset, but making sure that you can kind of get threat level as an asset doesn't get too high of going into the merge.
[00:31:51] [SPEAKER_06]: Because, you know, a double that double tribal comes up, you know what I'm saying?
[00:31:56] [SPEAKER_06]: And, you know, people get the cut.
[00:31:58] [SPEAKER_01]: They do. And it's usually OK.
[00:32:01] [SPEAKER_01]: Now, I want to his favorite hobbies watching football, going to the gym, playing Xbox, something that people would never know from looking at you.
[00:32:12] [SPEAKER_01]: So I think those I think some of those things resonate with Brandon, the football thing.
[00:32:15] [SPEAKER_01]: But then something you would never know about from looking at you.
[00:32:18] [SPEAKER_01]: I'm kind of a nerd at heart.
[00:32:20] [SPEAKER_01]: I love video games, anime, sci fi films.
[00:32:24] [SPEAKER_01]: I really like nature documentaries as well.
[00:32:26] [SPEAKER_01]: So I feel like James James with him also.
[00:32:30] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah. I mean, hey, I don't I mean, after hearing that, maybe similar to me, I do.
[00:32:36] [SPEAKER_06]: I love anime. I love sci fi.
[00:32:38] [SPEAKER_06]: I don't know about the nature docs, but I do watch Naked and Afraid and Alone and Autumn Jones.
[00:32:42] [SPEAKER_06]: So in a way, and I think maybe it's coming from me, where is this like you?
[00:32:47] [SPEAKER_06]: I feel like you have that many weaknesses.
[00:32:49] [SPEAKER_06]: I think in this game you want to figure out what we miss.
[00:32:52] [SPEAKER_06]: You want to try to perceive out there when you do have a lot of tangibles.
[00:32:55] [SPEAKER_06]: Like you said, he looks like a winner. Right.
[00:32:57] [SPEAKER_06]: So when you look like a winner, you have to do things to make you look less winnery because if you're saying that looking at people looking at him upon the road, they're thinking the same thing.
[00:33:07] [SPEAKER_06]: Well, we're upon the line.
[00:33:08] [SPEAKER_06]: You know who that who that and when people are saying who that for you upon the road, it's like a good and bad thing.
[00:33:14] [SPEAKER_06]: We're like you have a pain of you and you go ahead.
[00:33:17] [SPEAKER_06]: Energy that smile is a double edged sword.
[00:33:21] [SPEAKER_06]: So he's got managed that if he can, he can definitely do some damage.
[00:33:25] [SPEAKER_00]: So yeah.
[00:33:28] [SPEAKER_00]: Wendell James question for you.
[00:33:31] [SPEAKER_00]: And I need you to think on the fly.
[00:33:33] [SPEAKER_00]: You got three seconds to answer it.
[00:33:36] [SPEAKER_00]: Paul Braw, TK, Brandon, see who you got.
[00:33:39] [SPEAKER_00]: Three seconds. I got caught him.
[00:33:42] [SPEAKER_07]: But but bottom is how tall do we think he is?
[00:33:47] [SPEAKER_07]: How tall do we think you don't know?
[00:33:50] [SPEAKER_02]: It's like you can't even tell me this.
[00:33:52] [SPEAKER_02]: He might be about five, five, ten.
[00:33:55] [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, but put him against.
[00:33:57] [SPEAKER_01]: I just because I could see six foot with the bun.
[00:34:02] [SPEAKER_01]: But brother, you can't put a giant against even if someone is small and strong like you can't cut him.
[00:34:09] [SPEAKER_01]: Kind of a person.
[00:34:11] [SPEAKER_01]: Go ahead. Go ahead.
[00:34:13] [SPEAKER_01]: I play basketball.
[00:34:14] [SPEAKER_01]: Cut him every week and I watch him muscle everybody.
[00:34:17] [SPEAKER_01]: OK, so what are you saying?
[00:34:19] [SPEAKER_01]: I'm saying Cardinal beat him.
[00:34:22] [SPEAKER_06]: Well, you're saying size wise.
[00:34:23] [SPEAKER_06]: I have confidence.
[00:34:24] [SPEAKER_06]: Kind will be anybody in Survivor in a home run.
[00:34:27] [SPEAKER_01]: Like I was the difference between two titles.
[00:34:31] [SPEAKER_01]: I put TK against someone more evenly.
[00:34:34] [SPEAKER_01]: Put him against Q and it'll be a good one.
[00:34:36] [SPEAKER_00]: Why is he not evenly matched against Brandon?
[00:34:38] [SPEAKER_01]: Because he's not as big as Brandon got 50 pounds on him.
[00:34:42] [SPEAKER_01]: What do you say?
[00:34:43] [SPEAKER_06]: Oh, you just want to say that big is great.
[00:34:45] [SPEAKER_06]: You know, this is all he wanted you to say.
[00:34:48] [SPEAKER_06]: You know, like all he wanted to say.
[00:34:50] [SPEAKER_06]: You went right.
[00:34:53] [SPEAKER_06]: Yo, shut him down.
[00:34:54] [SPEAKER_03]: Oh, my God.
[00:34:56] [SPEAKER_03]: Like this.
[00:34:58] [SPEAKER_07]: OK.
[00:34:58] [SPEAKER_07]: Oh, oh, oh, oh.
[00:35:01] [SPEAKER_07]: Uncle Winslow.
[00:35:04] [SPEAKER_04]: You know what, though?
[00:35:05] [SPEAKER_04]: They really should like show their heights.
[00:35:08] [SPEAKER_04]: Maybe not the weight, but they should show the heights on these profiles.
[00:35:11] [SPEAKER_04]: Just because you can't really tell from any of these.
[00:35:15] [SPEAKER_04]: The picture.
[00:35:17] [SPEAKER_09]: Yeah.
[00:35:17] [SPEAKER_04]: When I'm together, you can kind of tell like the reference between each other.
[00:35:20] [SPEAKER_04]: But you can't really tell how tall people are up.
[00:35:23] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah.
[00:35:24] [SPEAKER_00]: I definitely say it's probably five, 11, six.
[00:35:26] [SPEAKER_00]: But I would see that.
[00:35:26] [SPEAKER_00]: But all right.
[00:35:28] [SPEAKER_00]: Welcome back with easy.
[00:35:29] [SPEAKER_00]: Who we got next?
[00:35:30] [SPEAKER_01]: Next, we have Tiana Hollins or Tiana.
[00:35:33] [SPEAKER_01]: I'm sorry.
[00:35:35] [SPEAKER_01]: She's 27.
[00:35:36] [SPEAKER_01]: She's from Hawaii and she's a flight attendant.
[00:35:41] [SPEAKER_01]: And three words to describe you.
[00:35:43] [SPEAKER_01]: Adventurous, multi passionate and funny.
[00:35:48] [SPEAKER_01]: Why do you want to be a part of Survivor?
[00:35:50] [SPEAKER_01]: Oh, my God.
[00:35:51] [SPEAKER_01]: Why don't I want to be on Survivor?
[00:35:52] [SPEAKER_01]: I love challenging myself.
[00:35:53] [SPEAKER_01]: I want to see who I am when everything is stripped away from me.
[00:35:57] [SPEAKER_01]: I want to I want to afford and thrive in Hawaii as a native Hawaiian.
[00:36:03] [SPEAKER_01]: I want to support my family in all aspects.
[00:36:05] [SPEAKER_01]: I love adventure.
[00:36:06] [SPEAKER_01]: I'm constantly pushing the envelope.
[00:36:08] [SPEAKER_01]: I want to show out for Hawaii.
[00:36:10] [SPEAKER_01]: Shout out to Cody from Hawaii also.
[00:36:13] [SPEAKER_01]: Right.
[00:36:14] [SPEAKER_01]: I want to show out for Hawaii and let everyone know that Hawaii is more than Aloha spirit.
[00:36:19] [SPEAKER_01]: I love.
[00:36:21] [SPEAKER_01]: She's dangerous.
[00:36:27] [SPEAKER_06]: She's a danger.
[00:36:29] [SPEAKER_06]: So like I feel like you're at people that like TK there are these hourly.
[00:36:33] [SPEAKER_06]: Oh, yeah, that's TK.
[00:36:34] [SPEAKER_06]: He can win the game threats.
[00:36:36] [SPEAKER_06]: You have people like Tiana who I'm scared of where I'm like, everybody will love
[00:36:40] [SPEAKER_06]: this person.
[00:36:41] [SPEAKER_06]: They don't necessarily present super threat.
[00:36:43] [SPEAKER_06]: And they're going to try to take it like I'm more quote unquote threatening
[00:36:47] [SPEAKER_06]: this person.
[00:36:48] [SPEAKER_06]: So to me, like a player like Tiana, I want to align with.
[00:36:52] [SPEAKER_06]: And is this like she reminds me she's going to be a threat.
[00:36:53] [SPEAKER_06]: She's giving me Carla energy.
[00:36:55] [SPEAKER_06]: Just like in my head when I just kind of see her and that kind of like just the vibe
[00:37:00] [SPEAKER_06]: is like, you know, I'm here.
[00:37:02] [SPEAKER_06]: I'm confident and people are going to roll me and like me flight attendants.
[00:37:06] [SPEAKER_06]: You got to deal with a bunch of crazy people all day, like people management.
[00:37:09] [SPEAKER_06]: And I don't think she's going to come off super intimidating, which is going to make
[00:37:13] [SPEAKER_06]: you a good ally where she's going to have a lot of information coming her way.
[00:37:16] [SPEAKER_06]: So I think she's one of those people that you're not.
[00:37:19] [SPEAKER_06]: I don't think people are going to target off hand as being someone that's like, oh,
[00:37:23] [SPEAKER_06]: she's super smart.
[00:37:25] [SPEAKER_06]: Oh, she's super like I feel like you get the play.
[00:37:27] [SPEAKER_06]: This is my personality.
[00:37:29] [SPEAKER_06]: I vibe with people and they're not going to be threatening.
[00:37:31] [SPEAKER_06]: And those people are threatening to me.
[00:37:33] [SPEAKER_06]: But I'm scared of her in the game.
[00:37:35] [SPEAKER_00]: So let me be clear.
[00:37:38] [SPEAKER_00]: I love her.
[00:37:38] [SPEAKER_00]: I think her biggest issue is going to be coming off of season 45, having a winner
[00:37:45] [SPEAKER_00]: like D, right?
[00:37:46] [SPEAKER_00]: I think that she embodies a lot of what I remember first entering with D.
[00:37:51] [SPEAKER_00]: And so I think her my biggest advice to her is downplay a lot of your strengths in
[00:37:57] [SPEAKER_00]: the beginning because like you don't want that.
[00:37:59] [SPEAKER_00]: This cast has 45 is fresh.
[00:38:03] [SPEAKER_00]: And I see a lot, but go ahead, Brandon.
[00:38:08] [SPEAKER_01]: Oh, wait, wait, let me drop some more gems in here.
[00:38:10] [SPEAKER_01]: I just I look through her bio again.
[00:38:12] [SPEAKER_01]: This is my winner pick, yo.
[00:38:14] [SPEAKER_01]: Like she the amount of stuff in this.
[00:38:17] [SPEAKER_01]: It's she just has a lot to her.
[00:38:19] [SPEAKER_01]: And first, I want to say one.
[00:38:22] [SPEAKER_01]: She's the previous player she identifies with.
[00:38:24] [SPEAKER_01]: Of course, she says poverty.
[00:38:25] [SPEAKER_01]: A lot of people say poverty, but she also says I loved Gabler.
[00:38:29] [SPEAKER_01]: He was constantly networking, but knew when to take a backseat.
[00:38:33] [SPEAKER_01]: He listened and observed before making a move.
[00:38:35] [SPEAKER_01]: And he won an individual individual immunity challenge and could read
[00:38:39] [SPEAKER_01]: situations. Okay.
[00:38:41] [SPEAKER_01]: Then favorite hobbies, reading, yoga, hiking, going to the beach, eating a lot.
[00:38:47] [SPEAKER_01]: Volleyball, travel, pickleball.
[00:38:49] [SPEAKER_01]: I just journaling.
[00:38:50] [SPEAKER_01]: I just think there's a lot to her that keeps her Zen, but also like athletic
[00:38:55] [SPEAKER_01]: enough to do certain challenges.
[00:38:57] [SPEAKER_01]: And then I want to say the last thing I saw was and I'm sorry for like
[00:39:02] [SPEAKER_01]: throwing all this out there.
[00:39:07] [SPEAKER_01]: Okay. What's something we would never know from looking at you?
[00:39:10] [SPEAKER_01]: You wouldn't know that I'm really deep thinker.
[00:39:12] [SPEAKER_01]: I love asking people deep questions and I'm fascinated by the human psyche.
[00:39:16] [SPEAKER_01]: I think she's going to be one of these people that connect with people on an
[00:39:20] [SPEAKER_01]: individual level. And I think she I think she's a threat.
[00:39:25] [SPEAKER_01]: Like I think scary, scary, scary, scary.
[00:39:29] [SPEAKER_04]: And nervous for it's so funny here.
[00:39:33] [SPEAKER_04]: You sell this stuff, right? Like you say, yeah, she's she's a deep thinker.
[00:39:37] [SPEAKER_04]: The first thing I was going to say before you even said she kind of like aligns
[00:39:40] [SPEAKER_04]: herself with like a Gabor type player. She's from Hawaii, right?
[00:39:43] [SPEAKER_04]: So she's going to give you off those like she said, Aloha vibes.
[00:39:47] [SPEAKER_04]: Immediately people are going to be like, oh, she's cool.
[00:39:49] [SPEAKER_04]: She's chill and she might not be, you know, once when she comes across
[00:39:53] [SPEAKER_04]: initially, oh, she's here to enjoy the game.
[00:39:56] [SPEAKER_04]: She's here to, you know, for the experience.
[00:39:58] [SPEAKER_04]: And those are the scariest people because yes, that's what they're trying
[00:40:02] [SPEAKER_04]: to, you know, give you as a perception.
[00:40:04] [SPEAKER_04]: But the whole time, like, like she said, I'm a deep thinker, a deep thinker.
[00:40:09] [SPEAKER_04]: She's going to be the one who's going to come up and buy people on the ass.
[00:40:12] [SPEAKER_04]: She's going to be the one who surprises people with some of these challenges
[00:40:15] [SPEAKER_04]: because like she said, she does all these different athletic activities.
[00:40:18] [SPEAKER_04]: She might not look it, but she's going to be the one who surprises you
[00:40:22] [SPEAKER_04]: at kind of every turn. And I think that's that's what kind of gives you
[00:40:25] [SPEAKER_04]: like Wendell said, she could be a winner pick right?
[00:40:28] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, absolutely. Right.
[00:40:30] [SPEAKER_00]: But you'll have to remember, this is the new era, right?
[00:40:35] [SPEAKER_00]: They study the show. We keep thinking of these idols like Tony,
[00:40:40] [SPEAKER_00]: like Boston Rob, like Bryce, like these people, right?
[00:40:44] [SPEAKER_00]: Their new idols are Boston Rob, Jeremy Collins, Bryce Gabler.
[00:40:52] [SPEAKER_00]: Like they keep looking at these idols that are older.
[00:40:55] [SPEAKER_00]: But what I'm saying to you, why I worry and first of all, I love her.
[00:40:59] [SPEAKER_00]: Everything I say and I agree with what I am worried is in this new era,
[00:41:02] [SPEAKER_00]: we have Gabler's, we have Jam Jam's, we have D's, we have Kenzie's.
[00:41:08] [SPEAKER_00]: Those we and they are relatively new archetypes that we have seen.
[00:41:13] [SPEAKER_00]: And I'm just worried that this cast is going to like sniff that out right away.
[00:41:18] [SPEAKER_04]: I think once you get out there, go be.
[00:41:20] [SPEAKER_04]: I must say the reason I think that those type archetypes are winning
[00:41:24] [SPEAKER_04]: is because in the moment when you're out there, you feel comfortable with them.
[00:41:29] [SPEAKER_04]: I think that it's like you can sit back and like watching it back.
[00:41:32] [SPEAKER_04]: You can say, oh yeah, that's the type of person who's going to win.
[00:41:35] [SPEAKER_04]: But when you're out there in the grid of it, you're like, oh,
[00:41:37] [SPEAKER_04]: this is somebody I feel comfortable with who I think I can beat,
[00:41:40] [SPEAKER_04]: who I'm not really too worried about.
[00:41:41] [SPEAKER_04]: And I think those are the ones that kind of sneak up on you and bite you in the ass.
[00:41:47] [SPEAKER_06]: Exactly, Brandon. That's exactly what I'm about to say.
[00:41:49] [SPEAKER_06]: Like when you get out there, a lot of the rules you make in your head,
[00:41:53] [SPEAKER_06]: you kind of forget about. And you're sitting there thinking about,
[00:41:56] [SPEAKER_06]: she looks like someone that I can't possibly be,
[00:41:58] [SPEAKER_06]: as opposed to TK or kind of a Caleb type where you're like,
[00:42:02] [SPEAKER_06]: look at this guy. Right. Look at this person.
[00:42:04] [SPEAKER_06]: She is what she is. She does have a presence that people are going to like.
[00:42:09] [SPEAKER_06]: So it's like those are like the dangerous place where you're out there.
[00:42:13] [SPEAKER_06]: We were looking at a person who signed somebody up is one thing to be outside
[00:42:17] [SPEAKER_06]: the game where you're in the game. You're like, oh, they cool.
[00:42:20] [SPEAKER_06]: You got these three other people that are conniving and connecting all super
[00:42:23] [SPEAKER_06]: strong at the game. This is my person. We can rock out.
[00:42:26] [SPEAKER_06]: But quietly she's cool with those people too.
[00:42:28] [SPEAKER_01]: And like, those are the people that are dangerous.
[00:42:31] [SPEAKER_01]: I'd venture to say guys in this new era, there's no,
[00:42:34] [SPEAKER_01]: there's no archetype of a winner. I feel like these winners are so there,
[00:42:41] [SPEAKER_01]: there might've been one for the first 40 seasons or whatever,
[00:42:44] [SPEAKER_01]: but now it's just like, again,
[00:42:45] [SPEAKER_01]: whoever gets the end by making you feel most comfortable or whatever,
[00:42:50] [SPEAKER_01]: that's who you're going to award.
[00:42:51] [SPEAKER_01]: So like we, I don't think we can look at all these winners and say, all right,
[00:42:54] [SPEAKER_01]: all of the blah, blah, blahs are the, are the winners of the new era. So yeah,
[00:43:00] [SPEAKER_01]: I don't think that there's a box that we can put winners in any moment.
[00:43:03] [SPEAKER_06]: I will argue with you at another date.
[00:43:04] [SPEAKER_06]: Cause I definitely have some theories about this, but it's all good.
[00:43:07] [SPEAKER_00]: All right. Listen, I'm I'm all I'm saying is I like sis make it to the end.
[00:43:13] [SPEAKER_06]: Like would you want to align with her? Yes. Would she be sure to end? Yes.
[00:43:17] [SPEAKER_06]: Like that's like, like she's a problem. That's for sure.
[00:43:21] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah. All right. Up next we have Rachel Lamont.
[00:43:27] [SPEAKER_01]: Rachel is 34 years old. She's from Dexter, Michigan.
[00:43:31] [SPEAKER_01]: She resides in Southfield, Michigan.
[00:43:33] [SPEAKER_01]: She's a graphic designer down to earth bubbly and determined.
[00:43:37] [SPEAKER_01]: I discovered survivor in 2017 when my husband, Derek randomly put it on my TV,
[00:43:42] [SPEAKER_01]: I was immediately captivated by the game. I love people. I love,
[00:43:46] [SPEAKER_01]: I love pushing myself out of my comfort zone. I love games and I love money.
[00:43:51] [SPEAKER_01]: Why wouldn't I want to be part of survivor?
[00:43:54] [SPEAKER_00]: Lover. I, I get Franny vibes. I get Aubrey vibes.
[00:44:01] [SPEAKER_00]: I get very like intuitive vibes. Right.
[00:44:04] [SPEAKER_00]: And when I think about people like Franny, Sophie,
[00:44:09] [SPEAKER_00]: I think sometimes they get my biggest advice is like, don't you always want to be
[00:44:14] [SPEAKER_00]: in the know, but make sure you're driving some votes.
[00:44:18] [SPEAKER_00]: Make sure you're like, you're going the way that you want it to go and not just
[00:44:22] [SPEAKER_00]: going the way that people are saying to go. Cause it keeps you safe.
[00:44:25] [SPEAKER_00]: Like, you know, strike out. But I love her. I love her energy.
[00:44:28] [SPEAKER_00]: I feel like I get new era from her hobbies, pottery, traveling, golf, and yoga.
[00:44:35] [SPEAKER_01]: We got a lot of Yogi's body. I feel like at 34,
[00:44:40] [SPEAKER_06]: which is old for survivor cats in the new era,
[00:44:44] [SPEAKER_06]: just making sure that she can blend in with the younger people.
[00:44:48] [SPEAKER_06]: And, but she'll still have that wisdom that, you know,
[00:44:51] [SPEAKER_06]: and then life experience that the mid twenties don't have.
[00:44:54] [SPEAKER_06]: And that can make her dangerous.
[00:44:56] [SPEAKER_06]: And I think if she can kind of keep her threat level relatively, you know,
[00:45:00] [SPEAKER_06]: no one blend in, I feel like she could do some damage.
[00:45:03] [SPEAKER_06]: Cause I feel like she has that unassuming nature,
[00:45:06] [SPEAKER_06]: unassuming kind of personality.
[00:45:08] [SPEAKER_06]: And I feel like those are people you want to work with.
[00:45:10] [SPEAKER_06]: And you also feel like you can beat, but in the day,
[00:45:13] [SPEAKER_06]: they may be building great relationships with people that where people are coming
[00:45:16] [SPEAKER_06]: to her as a, you know, more mature person, X, Y, Z.
[00:45:19] [SPEAKER_06]: And she's building a different type of relationship than you may be building
[00:45:21] [SPEAKER_06]: with people. So she's one of those people that looks that you think, Oh,
[00:45:24] [SPEAKER_06]: I can be, and I can bring them far,
[00:45:26] [SPEAKER_06]: but you don't know the way that they're building and they're not getting blood
[00:45:29] [SPEAKER_06]: in their hands on the way. So that's my thought process.
[00:45:32] [SPEAKER_00]: It's something to, if I don't know why we don't hear this enough,
[00:45:36] [SPEAKER_00]: it's something to somebody saying, I like money. Right? Like,
[00:45:39] [SPEAKER_00]: cause it's like what you won't do for money. Right.
[00:45:41] [SPEAKER_00]: I think I like that about Rachel. I don't think we hear that enough.
[00:45:45] [SPEAKER_00]: And I think that people would do some strange things for some change.
[00:45:49] [SPEAKER_00]: So it's like, I feel like Rachel might be out here risking it all for the
[00:45:53] [SPEAKER_00]: million. And I don't think people would see a comment. I love that.
[00:45:57] [SPEAKER_00]: I'm saying that as like a very positive thing.
[00:46:00] [SPEAKER_06]: And I feel like when you play, when you're like,
[00:46:02] [SPEAKER_06]: when you play you've been through some things like you do,
[00:46:05] [SPEAKER_06]: like you really value the money. Like people, like she may give off the,
[00:46:08] [SPEAKER_06]: I'm not out here. Like she gets very wholesome and like vibey, but she's,
[00:46:13] [SPEAKER_06]: she not may not tell him I'm out here for the money,
[00:46:14] [SPEAKER_06]: but you can tell her mentality is I'm out here for the money. I mean,
[00:46:18] [SPEAKER_06]: you know, check baby check, you know? And that's not like,
[00:46:21] [SPEAKER_06]: I feel like that's a good thing in the air where you want to present one way,
[00:46:24] [SPEAKER_06]: but have another way behind underneath.
[00:46:26] [SPEAKER_06]: So I think she's in a good position as long as she can make it past the early
[00:46:30] [SPEAKER_06]: part of the game.
[00:46:31] [SPEAKER_01]: When she was asked what player she identifies with the most or who she'd like
[00:46:36] [SPEAKER_01]: to play. Like she said, Kellan Bechtold shout out to Ghost Island.
[00:46:41] [SPEAKER_01]: Kellan Kellan was a player for real. Her, her, you know,
[00:46:46] [SPEAKER_01]: and it wasn't the greatest or whatever, but Kellan was a player.
[00:46:49] [SPEAKER_01]: And she also said Omar, Omar, two players. Yeah. I like that.
[00:46:56] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah. So shall we continue?
[00:46:59] [SPEAKER_01]: Let's go next up. We have John love it. 42 years old,
[00:47:04] [SPEAKER_01]: Long Island, New York lives in LA, California. He's a podcast host.
[00:47:09] [SPEAKER_01]: I believe, I believe I follow his pod, even though I haven't listened to it,
[00:47:13] [SPEAKER_01]: but I think it's one of the most popular pods in the country pod save America.
[00:47:19] [SPEAKER_01]: And three words to describe you opinions for days.
[00:47:25] [SPEAKER_01]: Why do you want to be on survivor? What I love about survivor is yeah,
[00:47:28] [SPEAKER_01]: it's about deprivation and endurance and puzzles and challenges,
[00:47:31] [SPEAKER_01]: but at its root, it's an experiment in democracy.
[00:47:35] [SPEAKER_01]: It ends in a vote and the players decide what it means to earn that vote.
[00:47:39] [SPEAKER_01]: I want to be a part of that experiment.
[00:47:44] [SPEAKER_06]: Is he, all right, here's the question. Are you threatened if you're playing
[00:47:48] [SPEAKER_06]: window, are you threatened by playing with them? Yes.
[00:47:52] [SPEAKER_06]: Right. So you're doing it by playing. Absolutely. What's threatening?
[00:47:56] [SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I just feel like for, uh, I don't,
[00:48:00] [SPEAKER_00]: I don't know enough about John, but from my perspective,
[00:48:03] [SPEAKER_00]: from what I see, I would be threatened by him. I feel like, uh,
[00:48:11] [SPEAKER_00]: it's America. He's a white man. Like, you know,
[00:48:14] [SPEAKER_00]: like there are things that like I in everyday life that I like, you know,
[00:48:19] [SPEAKER_06]: this is, this may be interesting. Right. Cause on the Island,
[00:48:22] [SPEAKER_06]: we typically don't talk about politics a lot. So like, this is like,
[00:48:26] [SPEAKER_06]: this may be an interesting dynamic that may get added to survival,
[00:48:31] [SPEAKER_06]: which hasn't really been there.
[00:48:32] [SPEAKER_06]: Which could be interesting thing where you had these conversations where people
[00:48:37] [SPEAKER_06]: aren't saying, Oh yeah, I'm a, you know, Congress person or I'm, if you're,
[00:48:41] [SPEAKER_06]: if my job is I have a, and I can't lie about it.
[00:48:44] [SPEAKER_06]: I talk about political stuff, right? Then that's,
[00:48:48] [SPEAKER_06]: I feel like at some point if you lie,
[00:48:51] [SPEAKER_06]: when you are part of the largest podcast,
[00:48:54] [SPEAKER_06]: we'll get to another podcaster that's coming up too. Well, you can't like lie.
[00:48:58] [SPEAKER_06]: I'm not doing, that's not me. Cause like once someone sees that,
[00:49:01] [SPEAKER_06]: it's kind of just like, like window can't go on the go and say, no,
[00:49:04] [SPEAKER_06]: I'm not on survivor or Bryce, you can't go on, you know,
[00:49:08] [SPEAKER_06]: anonymous next year and be like, I don't know who I am.
[00:49:11] [SPEAKER_06]: Like you can't do this. I could, I'm pretty sure.
[00:49:19] [SPEAKER_06]: I think it's an interesting dynamic that it may bring.
[00:49:22] [SPEAKER_06]: Cause Lisa, I do a podcast about, you know, voting and democracy.
[00:49:25] [SPEAKER_06]: You may see conversations or we may have conversations on the beach that we
[00:49:29] [SPEAKER_06]: didn't have because no one was like, yo, you, no one had those conversations.
[00:49:33] [SPEAKER_06]: You ain't want to do. I know who John Lovett. Yeah, no,
[00:49:38] [SPEAKER_06]: I have not listened to him or anything. I don't know anything.
[00:49:40] [SPEAKER_01]: I know he has a podcast.
[00:49:41] [SPEAKER_01]: So, um, and I know this is first look and it's off of, you know, a brief thing,
[00:49:46] [SPEAKER_01]: but I listened to too many pods.
[00:49:48] [SPEAKER_01]: I was listening to our buddies at the survivor specialists and they said that
[00:49:53] [SPEAKER_01]: love it. He's, he's very, very, very liberal. Um,
[00:49:57] [SPEAKER_01]: and I don't think he, from my perspective,
[00:50:00] [SPEAKER_01]: I don't think he will be able to not talk politics out there, but we'll see.
[00:50:04] [SPEAKER_01]: Um, and apparently he's, he's an Obama speech writer on the level where he can
[00:50:12] [SPEAKER_01]: message Obama like, Hey, you mess, you messed up this part of the speech or,
[00:50:15] [SPEAKER_01]: Hey, you skipped this part of the speech.
[00:50:17] [SPEAKER_01]: So I feel like putting this person on survivor,
[00:50:21] [SPEAKER_01]: I would like for John to be so self-aware to, um, to,
[00:50:26] [SPEAKER_01]: cause if I could text Obama, man, y'all can't tell me nothing.
[00:50:30] [SPEAKER_01]: So I want him to be so socially aware that he curves any of that or,
[00:50:37] [SPEAKER_01]: and for this guy to be so accomplished. That's what I want.
[00:50:40] [SPEAKER_00]: Can you imagine him getting to the end and his,
[00:50:45] [SPEAKER_00]: I want John to get to the end and I want to hear his speech.
[00:50:49] [SPEAKER_00]: I would say John's today.
[00:50:51] [SPEAKER_05]: That's the player I'll go to the end with.
[00:50:54] [SPEAKER_06]: He already rich. Yo, give me the million. He got bread. He cool.
[00:50:58] [SPEAKER_00]: You like me more. He was annoying y'all. Like I would take a break to the end.
[00:51:01] [SPEAKER_00]: You wouldn't know that from just a first look. Also from a first look,
[00:51:06] [SPEAKER_00]: you know who he reminds me of a little bit. I get a little Mike White.
[00:51:10] [SPEAKER_00]: Oh my fight.
[00:51:11] [SPEAKER_00]: And Mike and Mike.
[00:51:13] [SPEAKER_00]: And I don't know what y'all remember about Mike White, uh,
[00:51:17] [SPEAKER_00]: other than his hilarious life and six on the island.
[00:51:21] [SPEAKER_00]: Mike White went far and Mike White had connections and Mike White was a big
[00:51:29] [SPEAKER_00]: name. People. You, that's what I'm saying. Like,
[00:51:32] [SPEAKER_06]: you want to connect with him? Like,
[00:51:33] [SPEAKER_06]: are you voting him out in the beginning or are you building connections?
[00:51:35] [SPEAKER_00]: What did you do? Would you align with him? Brandon first look on the Island.
[00:51:44] [SPEAKER_01]: Uh, maybe I'd align with him until I realized how good he is.
[00:51:52] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah. But you can't say that window. Yes, you can.
[00:51:57] [SPEAKER_00]: And when you realize how good he is, it's too late. No. James.
[00:52:03] [SPEAKER_06]: Yo, he's going to say who he is, what he does.
[00:52:06] [SPEAKER_06]: You had to make that decision as a player. Am I,
[00:52:09] [SPEAKER_06]: am I down to play with a player like this or I don't. And if you are,
[00:52:13] [SPEAKER_06]: like you want to have someone like that in front of you,
[00:52:16] [SPEAKER_06]: that is a big name that you can always point to.
[00:52:19] [SPEAKER_06]: Oh, we can't let him get to the end.
[00:52:20] [SPEAKER_06]: That's somebody you kind of want to play with.
[00:52:22] [SPEAKER_06]: And if you are comfortable going against them, it's a good ally to have.
[00:52:25] [SPEAKER_06]: So I think he's a different type of shield where he's a, he's very popular.
[00:52:30] [SPEAKER_06]: Don't go to the inside shield possibly like that.
[00:52:33] [SPEAKER_06]: You could play with that. You know, people may want to grab it towards,
[00:52:37] [SPEAKER_06]: or it also could be that I don't,
[00:52:38] [SPEAKER_06]: people don't want to vote them out and they vote you out.
[00:52:40] [SPEAKER_06]: So you don't know how it's going to go. But I,
[00:52:44] [SPEAKER_06]: I personally probably would want to align with somebody that I feel people
[00:52:48] [SPEAKER_06]: don't want to sit in with and that you can pull out things like he writes
[00:52:51] [SPEAKER_06]: pieces. Like it's going to be hard for him to hide.
[00:52:54] [SPEAKER_00]: But he's not going to pull that out though.
[00:52:56] [SPEAKER_00]: Like in what world would he be like, Hey,
[00:53:01] [SPEAKER_00]: he has one of the top 10 podcasts in the freaking country.
[00:53:05] [SPEAKER_00]: Podcast is audio. People might not.
[00:53:07] [SPEAKER_00]: I think that I don't think people are going to recognize him.
[00:53:11] [SPEAKER_06]: You recognize John Rocker. People recognize the lesser people. Like,
[00:53:15] [SPEAKER_01]: you know, like it's John Rocker can't hide that he's John Rocker.
[00:53:22] [SPEAKER_00]: I mean, he can't hide Latin America.
[00:53:24] [SPEAKER_00]: I knew who he was and I never saw his past. Fair enough. James,
[00:53:27] [SPEAKER_00]: I just know if we didn't have his name and read his thing and I showed you
[00:53:30] [SPEAKER_00]: three different photos, you wouldn't know.
[00:53:32] [SPEAKER_01]: I wouldn't know who he was.
[00:53:33] [SPEAKER_01]: And in that case, maybe hide your identity a little bit.
[00:53:40] [SPEAKER_01]: Could you go on? So I wrote a fake name. Yes.
[00:53:45] [SPEAKER_06]: If you think like, like if I went on there, it's like, you know, dog.
[00:53:52] [SPEAKER_06]: All right. My bad. I may be violating the first look.
[00:53:55] [SPEAKER_06]: I'm just saying like,
[00:53:56] [SPEAKER_00]: I said, his grandmother died. Why couldn't you,
[00:54:01] [SPEAKER_00]: you could go out there and say whatever name you wanted.
[00:54:04] [SPEAKER_00]: So I'm gonna do next time. I'm gonna try that.
[00:54:06] [SPEAKER_00]: That'll be like the circle, but you already played James.
[00:54:11] [SPEAKER_06]: James will be on 50. Like,
[00:54:15] [SPEAKER_06]: Hey, you know, you're not going to expect my name change.
[00:54:19] [SPEAKER_06]: My name is Jesse. I am Jesse Lopez.
[00:54:24] [SPEAKER_07]: Right. Jesse Lopez is crazy. Your name is Bryce.
[00:54:31] [SPEAKER_01]: That might work.
[00:54:34] [SPEAKER_01]: Next up we have Genevieve.
[00:54:38] [SPEAKER_01]: Much a look. Okay. She is 33 years old from Winnipeg, Manitoba.
[00:54:46] [SPEAKER_01]: That's Canada. I believe she's a corporate lawyer, energetic,
[00:54:50] [SPEAKER_01]: friendly, and organized.
[00:54:51] [SPEAKER_01]: I began watching the show when I was a preteen.
[00:54:54] [SPEAKER_01]: And even back then I had this unearned sense of confidence.
[00:54:58] [SPEAKER_01]: Like I could do that. I got older, but never lost that belief.
[00:55:02] [SPEAKER_01]: So here I am to test out and challenge myself and prove myself.
[00:55:08] [SPEAKER_01]: Favorite hobbies. Am I too old to say video games here? Aside from that,
[00:55:13] [SPEAKER_01]: I like anything social time with family or friends.
[00:55:16] [SPEAKER_01]: I also love trying to cook any recipe I see on Instagram that involves a
[00:55:21] [SPEAKER_01]: cheese pull. James, what's a cheese pull?
[00:55:24] [SPEAKER_06]: Yo, that's a very good question. I actually don't have any idea.
[00:55:27] [SPEAKER_06]: Cheese pull. Brandon, you feel me?
[00:55:30] [SPEAKER_04]: Like say you got a grilled cheese and you cut that joint in half.
[00:55:33] [SPEAKER_00]: Brandon, what if it's a mozzarella stick?
[00:55:44] [SPEAKER_06]: Same thing.
[00:55:49] [SPEAKER_06]: He's from Canada so it's automatically a threat.
[00:55:54] [SPEAKER_06]: I would vote out Canadians first.
[00:55:56] [SPEAKER_06]: I don't got no time for you making this to the end and going far.
[00:55:59] [SPEAKER_06]: You gotta go.
[00:56:01] [SPEAKER_06]: Does she say she's a lawyer?
[00:56:03] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, you gotta go.
[00:56:04] [SPEAKER_06]: Does she come out and say she's a lawyer?
[00:56:08] [SPEAKER_01]: She looks like...
[00:56:11] [SPEAKER_01]: Is someone's internet frozen? Oh, we're here.
[00:56:13] [SPEAKER_01]: She looks like she can go out there and not say she's a lawyer.
[00:56:17] [SPEAKER_01]: She looks like she could say I'm a yoga instructor or something like that.
[00:56:21] [SPEAKER_06]: She's dangerous. Like she's smart.
[00:56:25] [SPEAKER_06]: She's been through things. She's in her mid thirties.
[00:56:27] [SPEAKER_06]: I feel like people can come to her.
[00:56:29] [SPEAKER_06]: And having experience, I think just having a different vantage point,
[00:56:34] [SPEAKER_06]: being in Canada, it's like a different...
[00:56:36] [SPEAKER_06]: I think you view things differently. You communicate differently.
[00:56:39] [SPEAKER_06]: I feel like it's just less threatening overall from a personality standpoint
[00:56:43] [SPEAKER_06]: that she's gonna bring to the table. Big smile, good energy.
[00:56:46] [SPEAKER_06]: It's kind of like, is that somebody you wanna play with? Yes.
[00:56:49] [SPEAKER_06]: Is that somebody I think I may be able to beat?
[00:56:51] [SPEAKER_06]: Oh, whatever she's at a progressionist, teacher, whatever it is,
[00:56:55] [SPEAKER_06]: I may be able to beat her and I can play with her.
[00:56:57] [SPEAKER_06]: Like she's not somebody that you're looking at probably like,
[00:56:59] [SPEAKER_06]: yeah, I have no chance of beating this person.
[00:57:01] [SPEAKER_01]: I think she's dangerous.
[00:57:03] [SPEAKER_01]: Why will you be the sole survivor?
[00:57:06] [SPEAKER_01]: I connect easily with others so they won't hate living with me.
[00:57:09] [SPEAKER_01]: And I'm very objective focused out here.
[00:57:12] [SPEAKER_01]: Nothing, no bond, deal, fear relationship will stop me from doing
[00:57:16] [SPEAKER_01]: what I think needs to be done to further my game.
[00:57:20] [SPEAKER_01]: Killer instinct vibes in Fiji for me.
[00:57:23] [SPEAKER_01]: Hmm.
[00:57:24] [SPEAKER_06]: That's that Marianne right there.
[00:57:26] [SPEAKER_06]: It's like where you don't think they cut your throat and then be like,
[00:57:30] [SPEAKER_06]: oh yeah.
[00:57:33] [SPEAKER_00]: Keeping on topic.
[00:57:34] [SPEAKER_00]: What with first look we are offering advice based on the information
[00:57:40] [SPEAKER_00]: in our first look on them.
[00:57:41] [SPEAKER_00]: So what is your advice James to a player that is from the North
[00:57:45] [SPEAKER_00]: that is saying that gives you Marianne vibes?
[00:57:48] [SPEAKER_06]: I just say this, let people like you, like just let the chips fall.
[00:57:52] [SPEAKER_06]: I feel like sometimes people want to put their imprint on the game.
[00:57:55] [SPEAKER_06]: And I think sometimes it may be better just to not put your imprint
[00:57:59] [SPEAKER_06]: on the game and be able to take that back seat.
[00:58:01] [SPEAKER_06]: And I think that's hard as a player.
[00:58:02] [SPEAKER_06]: Like, I feel like, you know, there's going to be times in the game
[00:58:04] [SPEAKER_06]: where she wouldn't want to make a move because you're going to have
[00:58:07] [SPEAKER_06]: information and it may be best not to make a move.
[00:58:10] [SPEAKER_06]: I think that is, you know, for the betterment of your game.
[00:58:14] [SPEAKER_06]: So that's kind of what I would think from an advice standpoint
[00:58:16] [SPEAKER_06]: will be for her.
[00:58:18] [SPEAKER_00]: I like that.
[00:58:19] [SPEAKER_00]: I kind of agree with you, right?
[00:58:22] [SPEAKER_00]: Just looking at this photo, she has a strong aura about her, right?
[00:58:25] [SPEAKER_00]: I think that people are going to gravitate to her.
[00:58:28] [SPEAKER_00]: She's from the North and we know Canadians do extremely well
[00:58:36] [SPEAKER_00]: if taking in James advice, that's probably one place
[00:58:39] [SPEAKER_00]: where I would start the lie yet.
[00:58:41] [SPEAKER_00]: I'm from Maine.
[00:58:42] [SPEAKER_00]: I wouldn't even say Canada.
[00:58:45] [SPEAKER_00]: And yeah, I think it's like really like let the people come to you
[00:58:48] [SPEAKER_00]: because I don't think that she's going to have a problem
[00:58:50] [SPEAKER_00]: connecting with people for me.
[00:58:51] [SPEAKER_00]: It's like, let them come to you.
[00:58:53] [SPEAKER_00]: I feel like with the strong aura that I'm getting,
[00:58:56] [SPEAKER_00]: I don't think that you need to sway and go with the votes.
[00:59:00] [SPEAKER_00]: I think that you need to kind of just be with them
[00:59:02] [SPEAKER_00]: and roll with them because I feel like you'll be able
[00:59:06] [SPEAKER_00]: to come out on top.
[00:59:06] [SPEAKER_00]: And I'll be James always says it's like I think not even so much
[00:59:11] [SPEAKER_00]: in the new era.
[00:59:11] [SPEAKER_00]: People are always worrying about their resume.
[00:59:13] [SPEAKER_00]: And yes, that is good.
[00:59:16] [SPEAKER_00]: But what's the point of worrying about your resume
[00:59:18] [SPEAKER_00]: and you're not sitting at the end?
[00:59:20] [SPEAKER_00]: Worry about your resume that final night.
[00:59:23] [SPEAKER_00]: And I think that that she she possesses that.
[00:59:25] [SPEAKER_00]: So I like her.
[00:59:27] [SPEAKER_01]: I think she I'm kind of getting Kendra vibes.
[00:59:31] [SPEAKER_02]: I just want to say the same thing.
[00:59:34] [SPEAKER_02]: So the same thing I'm getting Kendra vibes.
[00:59:37] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
[00:59:39] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
[00:59:39] [SPEAKER_01]: And and she's I think if she can I think if she can minimize
[00:59:43] [SPEAKER_01]: her being a Canadian, like you said, the Canadians got
[00:59:46] [SPEAKER_01]: the winter DNA to him.
[00:59:47] [SPEAKER_01]: And if she can just minimize like how smart she probably is,
[00:59:52] [SPEAKER_01]: like just, you know, curb that and be this free flowing
[00:59:56] [SPEAKER_01]: kind of person.
[00:59:57] [SPEAKER_01]: I think she could be dangerous in this game.
[01:00:01] [SPEAKER_06]: Like Mary is a freaking genius almost like, you know,
[01:00:04] [SPEAKER_06]: like how much stuff she knows versus like the perception.
[01:00:07] [SPEAKER_06]: So it's like being able to, you know, do that is
[01:00:10] [SPEAKER_06]: and you can make your resume up.
[01:00:11] [SPEAKER_06]: No one checks resumes.
[01:00:13] [SPEAKER_06]: That's why they work to final tribal council.
[01:00:14] [SPEAKER_06]: You make your resume up and make a good one when you're there.
[01:00:17] [SPEAKER_06]: That's all you got to do.
[01:00:18] [SPEAKER_06]: Make it good resume up.
[01:00:20] [SPEAKER_06]: Your employer isn't looking at it.
[01:00:21] [SPEAKER_06]: They're not bad checking.
[01:00:22] [SPEAKER_06]: They're not calling your old boss.
[01:00:24] [SPEAKER_00]: I saw the Tick-Tock the other day that had me cracking up
[01:00:29] [SPEAKER_00]: and it was like, if y'all don't got no job, it's your own fault.
[01:00:32] [SPEAKER_00]: They was like, you should be putting you were the GM.
[01:00:36] [SPEAKER_00]: You were in charge of marketing sales exec for Toys R Us
[01:00:40] [SPEAKER_00]: Circus City and Radio Shack.
[01:00:42] [SPEAKER_00]: How they gonna know?
[01:00:44] [SPEAKER_00]: How they gonna know?
[01:00:47] [SPEAKER_07]: It works.
[01:00:49] [SPEAKER_00]: I'm just saying you might be on to something James.
[01:00:52] [SPEAKER_00]: Who we got next Wendy's next.
[01:00:55] [SPEAKER_01]: We have Gabe Ortiz gave his 26 from Baltimore, Maryland.
[01:00:59] [SPEAKER_01]: Still lives in Baltimore.
[01:01:00] [SPEAKER_01]: He's a radio show host three words to describe James.
[01:01:05] [SPEAKER_01]: Oh, I'm sorry.
[01:01:06] [SPEAKER_01]: I just clicked off of it.
[01:01:09] [SPEAKER_01]: His name he going out there as James or game.
[01:01:13] [SPEAKER_01]: Oh, game.
[01:01:14] [SPEAKER_01]: All right, my bad three words to describe you opportunistic
[01:01:17] [SPEAKER_01]: resourceful and blunt and be careful now to curb that
[01:01:22] [SPEAKER_01]: bluntness out there.
[01:01:23] [SPEAKER_01]: My man.
[01:01:24] [SPEAKER_01]: Why do you want to be part of Survivor?
[01:01:25] [SPEAKER_01]: The new era opened a door to write yourself into a new set
[01:01:29] [SPEAKER_01]: of history books.
[01:01:30] [SPEAKER_01]: I like that.
[01:01:31] [SPEAKER_01]: I wanted to make my mark before those books got written.
[01:01:34] [SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
[01:01:38] [SPEAKER_00]: I like Gabe.
[01:01:39] [SPEAKER_00]: He gives me a little Kayla vibes.
[01:01:41] [SPEAKER_00]: If Caleb had a twin, I think Gabe could potentially be like
[01:01:46] [SPEAKER_00]: the evil twin of Caleb and I say that in a good way because
[01:01:50] [SPEAKER_00]: what was what was Caleb's biggest issue?
[01:01:53] [SPEAKER_00]: Likeable.
[01:01:54] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, it was likeable.
[01:01:56] [SPEAKER_00]: And so maybe maybe Gabe has that bluntness about him
[01:02:02] [SPEAKER_00]: that actually might make people not like him as much as Caleb.
[01:02:06] [SPEAKER_00]: And so he has a positive aura around him.
[01:02:09] [SPEAKER_00]: So I I like Gabe.
[01:02:10] [SPEAKER_00]: I think you know what game come out there and be yourself.
[01:02:14] [SPEAKER_00]: You know what?
[01:02:14] [SPEAKER_00]: Let's roll the dice.
[01:02:15] [SPEAKER_00]: That's my advice to you.
[01:02:16] [SPEAKER_00]: Go write your history.
[01:02:19] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I think I think it was from a bystander point.
[01:02:22] [SPEAKER_06]: I think it would be maybe to tone down the to tone down the
[01:02:26] [SPEAKER_06]: wanting to make of market history.
[01:02:29] [SPEAKER_06]: So I feel like he may be the Senate.
[01:02:30] [SPEAKER_06]: You may find yourself in a good place.
[01:02:32] [SPEAKER_06]: Sometimes you just fall into a good place in your tribe and
[01:02:34] [SPEAKER_06]: like everything is working.
[01:02:36] [SPEAKER_06]: But then the hard part about survivors, I want to do something.
[01:02:39] [SPEAKER_06]: And it's like I think that may be something that Gabe struggles
[01:02:42] [SPEAKER_06]: with. So I think that may be a thing.
[01:02:45] [SPEAKER_06]: But I think he's in a good position.
[01:02:46] [SPEAKER_06]: He looks like someone that you know radio host.
[01:02:49] [SPEAKER_06]: They understand people.
[01:02:50] [SPEAKER_06]: They can deal with different things, you know, different different.
[01:02:53] [SPEAKER_06]: I feel like that's a good place to be interacts with people
[01:02:56] [SPEAKER_06]: and that'll put them in a good situation and just kind of
[01:02:59] [SPEAKER_06]: letting the game come to him and picking and choose when he
[01:03:02] [SPEAKER_06]: tries to make that move.
[01:03:06] [SPEAKER_00]: I have a question.
[01:03:07] [SPEAKER_00]: Oh, go ahead, Bryce.
[01:03:08] [SPEAKER_00]: I have a question about your advice, James.
[01:03:11] [SPEAKER_00]: So you said don't go into it wanting to play like you're
[01:03:15] [SPEAKER_00]: writing history.
[01:03:17] [SPEAKER_06]: I'm saying you want to make the moves are best for you to win
[01:03:20] [SPEAKER_06]: the game. So like if people are coming to you and you're in
[01:03:23] [SPEAKER_06]: the knowledge, you're in the know, right?
[01:03:25] [SPEAKER_06]: You're in the power position, right?
[01:03:27] [SPEAKER_06]: You want to like I think you want to make sure other people
[01:03:30] [SPEAKER_06]: feel like they have agency in the game because people are
[01:03:32] [SPEAKER_06]: coming out there to make moves, right?
[01:03:35] [SPEAKER_06]: So it's perceived that you're making all the moves to like
[01:03:38] [SPEAKER_06]: other people want to eat.
[01:03:40] [SPEAKER_06]: They want to they want to feel like you saw Tevin and Liz.
[01:03:42] [SPEAKER_06]: You took my move. Oh, that's my move.
[01:03:45] [SPEAKER_06]: You want to make sure that you are doling out the the juice
[01:03:49] [SPEAKER_06]: nowadays. You don't want to take all the juice.
[01:03:51] [SPEAKER_06]: You don't want to be the because like you make that history
[01:03:54] [SPEAKER_06]: right and move who's going to want to sit next to you at the
[01:03:56] [SPEAKER_06]: end. There's no Tony Wu thing happening here anymore.
[01:04:00] [SPEAKER_06]: Survivor you make that big move early.
[01:04:04] [SPEAKER_06]: It's tough to make it to the end.
[01:04:06] [SPEAKER_01]: It just is. I think I'm a little scared for Gabe guys.
[01:04:12] [SPEAKER_01]: All right, he says he's blind right and then okay, but also
[01:04:18] [SPEAKER_01]: which which previous player do you identify with the most?
[01:04:21] [SPEAKER_01]: Who do you think you'll play with? I think there are I think
[01:04:24] [SPEAKER_01]: there are bits of a lot of players. I resonate with and
[01:04:26] [SPEAKER_01]: will emulate but to be honest, I don't want people to watch me
[01:04:29] [SPEAKER_01]: and say wow. He's like X Z. It says X Z Y. Wow. He's like X
[01:04:34] [SPEAKER_01]: Z Y. I want people to look at players that come after me and
[01:04:37] [SPEAKER_01]: be like, wow. He's like Gabriel. This is giving Matt vibes.
[01:04:44] [SPEAKER_01]: I'm just getting I'm like I wonder how much of a fan Gabriel
[01:04:52] [SPEAKER_01]: is. I think it's somebody you play with. Huh? I think it's
[01:04:57] [SPEAKER_06]: a might remind me of somebody that Brandon played with. Am I
[01:04:59] [SPEAKER_06]: right? Like who's Matt? He made the big I don't want to do a
[01:05:03] [SPEAKER_02]: lot of stuff. He's off the rock. No, but Matt was a super fan
[01:05:07] [SPEAKER_02]: though. You gotta remember that. I don't know how much Survivor
[01:05:13] [SPEAKER_06]: is watched. That's an advantage. Look at Cody. I'm not saying
[01:05:18] [SPEAKER_06]: I don't think that's a bad thing though. Like I don't think
[01:05:20] [SPEAKER_03]: right. I'm just saying I don't know. I think I think when you
[01:05:26] [SPEAKER_04]: come into the game like trying to play like somebody else
[01:05:29] [SPEAKER_04]: and you're like, oh, how am I going to react to a situation
[01:05:31] [SPEAKER_04]: or how would they do that? Whereas if you don't know
[01:05:34] [SPEAKER_04]: anything about the game, you're coming in like, all right. Well,
[01:05:36] [SPEAKER_04]: this is how I'm gonna deal with this situation regardless of
[01:05:38] [SPEAKER_04]: whatever, you know who came before me is going to do it. So
[01:05:42] [SPEAKER_04]: respectfully bad thing. What? No, no, no, listen, listen,
[01:05:46] [SPEAKER_04]: listen. Let me get my button. Let me get my bed landed. Oh,
[01:05:51] [SPEAKER_04]: yeah. I do think there are situations and there are certain
[01:05:58] [SPEAKER_04]: nuances to the game where having a prior knowledge of it
[01:06:01] [SPEAKER_04]: is going to help you not make the same mistakes because there
[01:06:04] [SPEAKER_04]: are a lot of very surface level mistakes that you'll make if
[01:06:07] [SPEAKER_04]: you've never watched this game and not even think that you're
[01:06:10] [SPEAKER_04]: making that mistake. You know what I mean? Like like you're
[01:06:14] [SPEAKER_01]: you're like you don't come back and flip stuff. Like there are
[01:06:18] [SPEAKER_01]: certain things that are making flip stuff. Yeah, like no, no
[01:06:23] [SPEAKER_01]: what I'm saying is Brent. I agree with Brandon that like
[01:06:25] [SPEAKER_01]: all right, there are things that you just you know from
[01:06:28] [SPEAKER_01]: watching the game that like there are things like our these
[01:06:31] [SPEAKER_01]: because I've watched so much of the game. I know to do or to
[01:06:34] [SPEAKER_01]: not move certain ways. Well, even like small things like when
[01:06:37] [SPEAKER_04]: you first get the camp, you know, you don't go and look for
[01:06:40] [SPEAKER_04]: Idol Day one. You don't do certain things like you don't
[01:06:42] [SPEAKER_04]: you know, I mean, you don't when it comes to food, you don't
[01:06:45] [SPEAKER_04]: give me the food out or eat all the citrus up like this little
[01:06:48] [SPEAKER_04]: thing like that. There's certain things, you know, watching
[01:06:50] [SPEAKER_04]: people in the past who have made these mistakes and you're
[01:06:53] [SPEAKER_04]: playing with people who play this. They know this game. So
[01:06:57] [SPEAKER_04]: they're automatically thinking. All right, what am I red flag?
[01:06:59] [SPEAKER_04]: We're in a situation where I'm looking for whatever I can to
[01:07:02] [SPEAKER_04]: get them out of here. So if they don't even know that they're
[01:07:04] [SPEAKER_04]: doing something wrong, but everybody else around them does
[01:07:06] [SPEAKER_04]: you have to have that awareness to know. All right, I can't
[01:07:09] [SPEAKER_04]: put myself in this situation because it's been the downfall
[01:07:12] [SPEAKER_04]: of XYZ or whoever else before me. You know, I mean, so I think
[01:07:16] [SPEAKER_00]: it can play either way, you know, I I agree with Brandon. I
[01:07:22] [SPEAKER_00]: also feel like hearing all of this stuff about Gabe. Dare I
[01:07:27] [SPEAKER_00]: say. Am I Alicia Keys falling? I don't know. I don't know if I
[01:07:33] [SPEAKER_00]: need to like let Austin know anything yet, but I don't know
[01:07:37] [SPEAKER_00]: hearing this like, you know, I want, you know, I want me
[01:07:40] [SPEAKER_00]: somebody that said I'm going to beat to the own drum of my
[01:07:44] [SPEAKER_00]: name. I want somebody to say I don't want to play like nobody
[01:07:47] [SPEAKER_00]: else. I want people to play like me that kind of like yes,
[01:07:52] [SPEAKER_01]: that's right. You know, that turns you on that moistens the
[01:07:55] [SPEAKER_00]: butchers a little bit. I just say, yeah, I don't know. But
[01:08:01] [SPEAKER_00]: here's my thing with you gave down, right? Gabe, if you if
[01:08:06] [SPEAKER_00]: you know, if you come to my house, we have a barbecue and
[01:08:11] [SPEAKER_00]: the electric slide comes on. I'm going to need for you to do
[01:08:17] [SPEAKER_00]: the electric slide. I don't need for you to be breakdancing
[01:08:20] [SPEAKER_00]: while the family is doing the electric slide because we're
[01:08:23] [SPEAKER_00]: going to look at you crazy. So that's where I work because
[01:08:26] [SPEAKER_00]: Gabe said he don't want to play like nobody else. I get to
[01:08:29] [SPEAKER_00]: play his own game. And what I'm saying is when the electric
[01:08:32] [SPEAKER_00]: slide comes on Gabe, you do the electric slide. You don't hit
[01:08:38] [SPEAKER_00]: him with that, you know, you know, you you do the electric
[01:08:42] [SPEAKER_00]: slide. So I'm agreeing with you Brandon. All right, that's
[01:08:48] [SPEAKER_01]: all right. I'm going to start to get a good luck. You're in
[01:08:50] [SPEAKER_01]: Baltimore. We're all in Philly. So, you know, pull up all price
[01:08:54] [SPEAKER_01]: punch him in the throat. Now we're going to meet you again.
[01:08:57] [SPEAKER_01]: Good luck. Well, okay, you know what our next little soon?
[01:09:02] [SPEAKER_01]: That's a little soon. Our next person is Kyle Oswald 31 from
[01:09:08] [SPEAKER_01]: Sheboygan, Michigan construction worker fun ambitious creative.
[01:09:13] [SPEAKER_01]: I want to be part of Survivor to help inspire my children to
[01:09:18] [SPEAKER_01]: chain to change to chase their wildest dreams. I want to share
[01:09:23] [SPEAKER_01]: some of my challenges in life to show others that just because
[01:09:26] [SPEAKER_01]: life knocks you down. It doesn't mean that you're not worthy of
[01:09:29] [SPEAKER_01]: a journey that happens more than we like, but it's not about the
[01:09:33] [SPEAKER_01]: knockdown. It's about how we choose to get back up no matter
[01:09:36] [SPEAKER_01]: how hard it is because every single time you get back up you
[01:09:39] [SPEAKER_01]: end up a little taller and a little better than before. I
[01:09:43] [SPEAKER_00]: like that. I like that a lot and Kyle seems tall. So I feel
[01:09:47] [SPEAKER_00]: like he might have been knocked down a little bit in his life
[01:09:50] [SPEAKER_00]: because he is a lot taller. I get a Jeremiah from my season. I
[01:09:55] [SPEAKER_00]: get a Hunter from last season. I get a Jalinski. I get a oh my
[01:10:02] [SPEAKER_00]: God, a Jesse Lopez. I get a lot from Kyle. I feel like Kyle
[01:10:07] [SPEAKER_00]: gives me quirky funny, but don't sleep on them. I get Kyle might
[01:10:13] [SPEAKER_00]: be able to play an idol. He could change your oil and he could
[01:10:17] [SPEAKER_00]: win Soul Survivor. I like Kyle a lot. I my advice to Kyle would
[01:10:22] [SPEAKER_00]: be like you it seems like you lived a deep long life and I
[01:10:28] [SPEAKER_00]: think that you have enough experience to like I want you to
[01:10:31] [SPEAKER_00]: go out there and be yourself. I like Kyle. I mean, I like how
[01:10:35] [SPEAKER_06]: you're talking about Kyle to like anything. I was I thought
[01:10:37] [SPEAKER_06]: just I was scared of Jesse like people with kids and stuff and
[01:10:40] [SPEAKER_06]: good stories scare me like so so like but I don't think he's
[01:10:44] [SPEAKER_06]: going to be really super. I think he's going to be like Jesse
[01:10:47] [SPEAKER_06]: with the Cody unassumingness. Do you have like Jesse with the
[01:10:51] [SPEAKER_06]: ability to you know, I got kids. I'm homely. I'm a good person.
[01:10:56] [SPEAKER_06]: Then you have the Cody looks like he's pretty athletic. He's
[01:10:58] [SPEAKER_06]: handy so he can build like he will be getting around camp. So
[01:11:01] [SPEAKER_06]: I feel like he can be that like person in the middle where
[01:11:05] [SPEAKER_06]: you're like, hey, I'm your I'm your guy. I'm a nice guy. I got
[01:11:09] [SPEAKER_06]: family. I got kids. I'm trying to set an example, but you know
[01:11:12] [SPEAKER_06]: Jesse's had an example by cutting Cody through that six. So
[01:11:15] [SPEAKER_06]: I mean it's just like those are the people so I feel like my
[01:11:19] [SPEAKER_06]: advice to him would be to I think it's similar to I feel like
[01:11:23] [SPEAKER_06]: you shouldn't have he's not gonna probably connecting with
[01:11:24] [SPEAKER_06]: people. It's just been hoping that when he does will people
[01:11:27] [SPEAKER_06]: out making sure hopefully keeps that good feeling but people
[01:11:31] [SPEAKER_06]: out. I feel like he's gonna be almost like when the quote
[01:11:33] [SPEAKER_06]: unquote the mom gets the backlash for the older person
[01:11:36] [SPEAKER_06]: is the backlash running out. I feel like he's someone that's
[01:11:38] [SPEAKER_06]: going to get that everybody's gonna relate. So hopefully that
[01:11:41] [SPEAKER_06]: he doesn't get that backlash when he goes to pull out. I want
[01:11:44] [SPEAKER_01]: to add a couple more things about about our friend here. He
[01:11:47] [SPEAKER_01]: lived in a van traveling around the country for six years that
[01:11:52] [SPEAKER_01]: he personally built which is something Wow. They can't go
[01:11:56] [SPEAKER_07]: to be lit. He got you beat with hey does he does what he
[01:12:03] [SPEAKER_07]: resembles a little bit of Scooby-Doo now that you say he
[01:12:05] [SPEAKER_01]: lived in a van just a little bit. You'll leave him alone. He
[01:12:12] [SPEAKER_01]: also his hobbies. He loves to travel. He his biggest
[01:12:19] [SPEAKER_01]: accomplishment building my family a house by myself with
[01:12:23] [SPEAKER_01]: minimum to no help from anybody. Wow. Yo, they can't go be lit.
[01:12:29] [SPEAKER_01]: I'm excited. Hope you show it hit by be crazy. Mm-hmm. He
[01:12:34] [SPEAKER_01]: plays guy. It's this guy. I think he has a lot in him and he
[01:12:38] [SPEAKER_01]: has a lot that he's playing for his family. He really loves his
[01:12:41] [SPEAKER_01]: family. It's like he almost has the Rocky story when he says you
[01:12:45] [SPEAKER_01]: get knocked down you keep fighting you keep going you
[01:12:47] [SPEAKER_01]: keep I'll be the sole survivor because I'm pouring every ounce
[01:12:51] [SPEAKER_01]: of heart and soul into this game. I'm playing for my family.
[01:12:57] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, this guy is me. Jeremy Collins type player like
[01:13:02] [SPEAKER_00]: he has a lot of heart. Don't let him be the end. Don't let
[01:13:07] [SPEAKER_00]: him be the end. But when James talks about threat level.
[01:13:13] [SPEAKER_00]: I don't know. Is he going to be higher? Go ahead be. I think
[01:13:21] [SPEAKER_04]: so when you like so I think with him, I think that the
[01:13:25] [SPEAKER_04]: biggest question with him that I would have would be like,
[01:13:26] [SPEAKER_04]: all right. He has a lack of personality. Like when you first
[01:13:29] [SPEAKER_04]: see him the first person I thought was honey. I think he
[01:13:31] [SPEAKER_04]: reminds me of somebody like that who is going to he's going
[01:13:33] [SPEAKER_04]: to be great around camp. He's going to be pretty good in
[01:13:37] [SPEAKER_04]: these challenges. My thing is like I wonder how much or what
[01:13:41] [SPEAKER_04]: his social game is really going to be like because we can put
[01:13:44] [SPEAKER_04]: a lot into the story, right? The story is a big part of it.
[01:13:46] [SPEAKER_04]: But at the same time, you still play the game and that's where
[01:13:49] [SPEAKER_04]: I think my question would be was how does he play the game?
[01:13:51] [SPEAKER_04]: It's like what is his, you know, as far as his actual gameplay,
[01:13:55] [SPEAKER_04]: what is that going to be like because it can't all be about
[01:13:57] [SPEAKER_04]: what is my this is my story. You know, I have kids. I got
[01:14:01] [SPEAKER_04]: this. I do that at the end of the day. You still got to play
[01:14:03] [SPEAKER_04]: the game and I think that's my biggest question mark with him.
[01:14:06] [SPEAKER_04]: Now, I think if he can put that together, I think he's going
[01:14:08] [SPEAKER_04]: to be super dangerous because like I said, I think everybody's
[01:14:12] [SPEAKER_04]: going to like him. I think he's going to be great around camp.
[01:14:14] [SPEAKER_04]: He's probably going to build some wild shelter that you know,
[01:14:19] [SPEAKER_04]: I've never seen before something crazy like that and people
[01:14:21] [SPEAKER_04]: are going to love that. But same time, how is his social
[01:14:24] [SPEAKER_04]: game going to do with other people? I think that's my
[01:14:27] [SPEAKER_04]: biggest question about him, but I'm excited to see how he plays.
[01:14:30] [SPEAKER_04]: I'm you know, I think he's going to do well, especially up
[01:14:33] [SPEAKER_06]: into the merge. Hey, man, I would love to have him as my
[01:14:36] [SPEAKER_06]: number two or someone on my team where I have a partner.
[01:14:39] [SPEAKER_06]: You can kind of paint them as a little bit of a target.
[01:14:42] [SPEAKER_06]: You don't want to next to him and he's a good person.
[01:14:44] [SPEAKER_06]: I think you're going to get information from him. I think
[01:14:46] [SPEAKER_06]: one of the things I think you just think he gets very
[01:14:48] [SPEAKER_06]: unassuming and I think, you know, laid back smile like those.
[01:14:52] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, yeah. Father all that good stuff. Yeah. What do you say?
[01:14:56] [SPEAKER_06]: I'm at the end James. I mean, I'm going to be anybody then
[01:15:00] [SPEAKER_06]: when I get there, you gotta make up a lot. All you gotta do is
[01:15:02] [SPEAKER_06]: make it up your resume. No, no, no, no, no. You got to sell
[01:15:10] [SPEAKER_06]: your story like, no, you gotta tell your story, bro. Hey, like
[01:15:14] [SPEAKER_01]: what was the last time you were at the end? Oh, it's not just
[01:15:19] [SPEAKER_01]: James. You don't want to sit next to the wrong person at the
[01:15:23] [SPEAKER_00]: end brother. What is what did you tell him at the end on 40
[01:15:27] [SPEAKER_06]: window? I said, Michelle, good luck. I think by the nature of
[01:15:36] [SPEAKER_06]: a game, you're going to make moves. But I think it's how you
[01:15:38] [SPEAKER_06]: frame your moves at the end. It's like how you frame a vote
[01:15:41] [SPEAKER_06]: and if it resonates with the people in the jury, they'd be
[01:15:43] [SPEAKER_06]: like, that's true. Like, you know, if you sit so you can do
[01:15:46] [SPEAKER_06]: things suddenly to dominate the game and not necessarily get
[01:15:49] [SPEAKER_06]: all the quote-unquote credit. Like that's how like when Jim
[01:15:52] [SPEAKER_06]: my mother's game everybody's like, oh shit. Yeah. Well, he's
[01:15:55] [SPEAKER_06]: in the middle there. He's in the middle of there. I'm assuming
[01:15:58] [SPEAKER_06]: that's gonna happen. Like he was doing a lot more than I
[01:16:00] [SPEAKER_06]: thought he was playing that he was doing as opposed to being
[01:16:02] [SPEAKER_06]: the quote-unquote, you know, I did this damn like that's that's
[01:16:07] [SPEAKER_06]: super old school. Like they're not like the one you sit next
[01:16:10] [SPEAKER_00]: to it. True. My advice to Kyle though is play like Jeremy
[01:16:14] [SPEAKER_00]: Collins played the second time. Don't make your whole storyline
[01:16:18] [SPEAKER_00]: about your family make it about your family at the end. Have
[01:16:22] [SPEAKER_00]: people be like, oh, Val's home pregnant. Like, you know, don't
[01:16:26] [SPEAKER_00]: that that's my one advice to him is like as much as you love
[01:16:29] [SPEAKER_00]: your family try to hold back from making that such a huge
[01:16:33] [SPEAKER_00]: part of your game talk about it in your confessionals, but not
[01:16:36] [SPEAKER_00]: at tribe because that's something that again all of these
[01:16:40] [SPEAKER_00]: things that we're saying about you. We love and that builds a
[01:16:44] [SPEAKER_00]: huge target like well damn he can build stuff. Well, damn he
[01:16:47] [SPEAKER_00]: funny. Well, damn he gonna change my carburetor when we get
[01:16:49] [SPEAKER_00]: out of here. Well, damn he got kids like it's gonna be so much
[01:16:52] [SPEAKER_00]: stuff. So that that would be my one advice for him and who
[01:17:00] [SPEAKER_01]: we got next. Next. We have Kashan Patel 28 from Fullerton,
[01:17:05] [SPEAKER_01]: California lives in San Francisco, California and ER
[01:17:08] [SPEAKER_01]: doctor. Oh nurturing composed and adorable. I've been playing
[01:17:14] [SPEAKER_01]: some form of survivor for as long as I can remember whether
[01:17:17] [SPEAKER_01]: it was knowing who to trust as a closeted gay Indian American
[01:17:21] [SPEAKER_01]: and waiting for the right moment to share my secret to
[01:17:24] [SPEAKER_01]: experiencing the hustle as a child of immigrant parents
[01:17:27] [SPEAKER_01]: raised in our family owned liquor store Survivor is the
[01:17:31] [SPEAKER_01]: most chaotic beautiful complex reflection of individual of
[01:17:35] [SPEAKER_01]: each individual identity. And I want to show that every story
[01:17:38] [SPEAKER_01]: deserves to be shared and heard plus it's obviously fun. I'm
[01:17:43] [SPEAKER_01]: excited for Kashan's story to be told. I'm sorry. Did did you
[01:17:48] [SPEAKER_00]: say ER doctor? Oh, what do you call me there?
[01:17:58] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah. We say
[01:17:59] [SPEAKER_06]: thank you for reading his bio. I feel like the liquor store
[01:18:05] [SPEAKER_06]: thing is like when you're I feel like being able to navigate
[01:18:09] [SPEAKER_06]: people see different situations. I feel like I feel like he's
[01:18:14] [SPEAKER_06]: somebody that everybody is going to to like but the question
[01:18:19] [SPEAKER_06]: is perfect. Like I think it's going to be like, is he going
[01:18:22] [SPEAKER_06]: to be able to and how is he physically going to stack up
[01:18:26] [SPEAKER_06]: with the taller guy? He's like a bigger guy. Kenny, is he
[01:18:30] [SPEAKER_06]: going to get in there and be a physical physical be able to
[01:18:32] [SPEAKER_00]: help? You know, sound. Why would you why would you assume that
[01:18:34] [SPEAKER_00]: he wouldn't be physical though? Because I get physical from him.
[01:18:38] [SPEAKER_06]: What I'm saying is look, I just look at it. So let's go.
[01:18:41] [SPEAKER_06]: When you when you are a bigger person, you have expectations
[01:18:44] [SPEAKER_06]: to be exceedingly well in the challenge. When you're when
[01:18:47] [SPEAKER_06]: you like if you're a smaller person, no one was mad when geo
[01:18:50] [SPEAKER_06]: dropped the boxes like is geo. He's not going to carry a box.
[01:18:54] [SPEAKER_06]: But if you are a bigger person and you drop a box people are
[01:18:57] [SPEAKER_06]: like what is wrong with you? So it's different perceptions
[01:19:00] [SPEAKER_06]: people go into like it break like when when Brandon passed
[01:19:03] [SPEAKER_06]: out, they need to bring it up. You know, say we were like,
[01:19:05] [SPEAKER_06]: yo, what is this guy bringing to the table? Yeah, it's like
[01:19:10] [SPEAKER_06]: the same thing. So it's not the kind of fit to those
[01:19:13] [SPEAKER_06]: archetypes. If you're if you that may not be your strong suit.
[01:19:18] [SPEAKER_00]: So it's not I also I want to disagree with you a little bit
[01:19:22] [SPEAKER_00]: like and no disrespect to Dr. Patel, but Dr. Patel is tall
[01:19:26] [SPEAKER_00]: but like I don't like he's thin built right? Like I wouldn't
[01:19:30] [SPEAKER_00]: expect if I saw like him in a Brandon like I would expect
[01:19:33] [SPEAKER_00]: Brandon to be able to pick up a lot. Like, I don't know. Like
[01:19:35] [SPEAKER_00]: I don't I agree with what you're saying, but I feel like Dr.
[01:19:40] [SPEAKER_00]: Patel is tall. I feel like he's handsome. I feel like he's
[01:19:45] [SPEAKER_00]: charismatic. I feel like, you know, it's you know, I feel
[01:19:50] [SPEAKER_00]: like if I'm feeling like Brandon out there on his season and
[01:19:54] [SPEAKER_00]: not right. So fake injury out there. He's the ER doctor
[01:19:57] [SPEAKER_00]: right? So big right right out there be bad. I mean, Dr.
[01:20:02] [SPEAKER_07]: Patel CPR. I can't breathe.
[01:20:08] [SPEAKER_00]: So I love his story and I think that again him being an ER doctor
[01:20:14] [SPEAKER_00]: him being in the closet for a period of his life. I feel like
[01:20:19] [SPEAKER_00]: he has a lot of things that he's ready to come out here and play
[01:20:23] [SPEAKER_00]: and shine and dare I say maybe Justice for by new through Dr.
[01:20:30] [SPEAKER_00]: Patel, right? I feel like you know, we you know by new walked
[01:20:35] [SPEAKER_00]: so that Dr. Patel could fly. I I'm getting winter vibes. I like
[01:20:41] [SPEAKER_00]: Dr. Patel. I agree. All right. That's Bryce's letter. I mean
[01:20:50] [SPEAKER_06]: it's like I think I think he just seems so nice. Like you just
[01:20:54] [SPEAKER_06]: see like I gotta go see people does not get me along with them.
[01:20:57] [SPEAKER_06]: Like I'll see I'll see you'll be never person where people are
[01:20:59] [SPEAKER_06]: like, yeah, you need to go home. Like he's a cool person like
[01:21:04] [SPEAKER_00]: but didn't they tell you don't judge a book by his cover and
[01:21:07] [SPEAKER_00]: he's an all we do we judge people. They always want judge
[01:21:11] [SPEAKER_02]: book by covers. I'm going to say that it's all covers here. Like
[01:21:19] [SPEAKER_06]: the second you second you walk in the Ponderosa and just the
[01:21:22] [SPEAKER_06]: sneakers you had on is like, yo, Jay your sneakers were crazy. I
[01:21:25] [SPEAKER_06]: was like, I'm like people look at everything that you bring to
[01:21:29] [SPEAKER_00]: the table. Speaking of that random question, right? Because
[01:21:35] [SPEAKER_00]: you're right. People do judge a book by its cover. Do you feel
[01:21:38] [SPEAKER_00]: like because we all left from LA, right? We were sequestered
[01:21:44] [SPEAKER_00]: and they brought you down to the hotel lobby and then y'all
[01:21:47] [SPEAKER_00]: left. Is that how it went for the majority of y'all? Yeah. Do
[01:21:51] [SPEAKER_00]: you think it's more helpful for you to be the first in the
[01:21:53] [SPEAKER_00]: lobby or the last in the lobby? I'd say first. I don't think it
[01:22:00] [SPEAKER_06]: matters. I feel like the like the stuff you like the energy you
[01:22:07] [SPEAKER_06]: put out like you can feel energy. You can feel like people are
[01:22:11] [SPEAKER_06]: doing stuff with a clothing people do something with a water
[01:22:14] [SPEAKER_06]: bottles. Like it's a lot of things that go into it and it's
[01:22:18] [SPEAKER_06]: like the people that you feel that are the most like I'm like
[01:22:22] [SPEAKER_06]: he's the person that you'd like you would like. He has a diffuse
[01:22:24] [SPEAKER_06]: liquor store. He has a diffuse situations. Like I feel like
[01:22:27] [SPEAKER_06]: those type of people are like great folks where I can see him
[01:22:30] [SPEAKER_06]: being a comedy presence at camp. I can see him ER doctor. Someone
[01:22:35] [SPEAKER_06]: cuts their foot them. They cannot stitch it like I feel like
[01:22:39] [SPEAKER_00]: he's a dangerous player. You could also apply that to
[01:22:41] [SPEAKER_00]: challenges calm under pressure, you know, y'all could have been
[01:22:44] [SPEAKER_00]: back far in the physical part. Y'all get to the puzzle. Dr.
[01:22:48] [SPEAKER_00]: tell is calm focus locked it like, you know, yeah, I mean,
[01:22:53] [SPEAKER_06]: hey man, and I always helps. I wonder what's the average height
[01:22:56] [SPEAKER_06]: like a height is always a good thing and survivor challenges
[01:22:58] [SPEAKER_06]: for the most part and it always goes well. So I think he's yeah,
[01:23:04] [SPEAKER_06]: I don't know. I don't know if I have any advice. I feel like
[01:23:06] [SPEAKER_06]: he's in a good situation. Like I feel like he's a player that
[01:23:10] [SPEAKER_06]: like, you know, can just people can kind of cruise and just not
[01:23:13] [SPEAKER_06]: get to go with everybody will be the thing maybe, you know, keep
[01:23:18] [SPEAKER_06]: some secrets that he has that are really good. We're
[01:23:21] [SPEAKER_00]: more. No, no, we
[01:23:24] [SPEAKER_00]: have no more secret relationship with Dr. DePelle. Okay, let
[01:23:27] [SPEAKER_00]: everybody know who your allies are. Okay, we here for you.
[01:23:31] [SPEAKER_00]: Who's the next person we have? We have Sam Phelan
[01:23:35] [SPEAKER_01]: 2324 years old from Schaumburg, Illinois. I think that is that's
[01:23:39] [SPEAKER_01]: close to Chicago. If not in Chicago now, he lives in
[01:23:41] [SPEAKER_01]: Nashville, Tennessee. He's a sports reporter passionate
[01:23:44] [SPEAKER_01]: stubborn and ambitious playing Survivors of childhood dream. I
[01:23:49] [SPEAKER_01]: love both mental and physical competitions Survivors the
[01:23:52] [SPEAKER_01]: greatest game ever created and I need to prove that I have a
[01:23:54] [SPEAKER_01]: what it takes also a million dollars. Now, I want to just
[01:23:59] [SPEAKER_01]: say briefly about Sam. I'm getting Sammy vibes and I think
[01:24:05] [SPEAKER_01]: regarding Sam, I think he's going to be one of these
[01:24:08] [SPEAKER_01]: characters that people enjoy watching. He's going to be a fun
[01:24:12] [SPEAKER_01]: character. He's going to bring something fun to the game. He's
[01:24:15] [SPEAKER_01]: 24 years old. He's a sports reporter. He's comfortable on a
[01:24:19] [SPEAKER_01]: camera. I think he's going to be someone fun to watch. I don't
[01:24:23] [SPEAKER_01]: know if I get winter vibes, but I think I get fun to watch vibes.
[01:24:29] [SPEAKER_00]: If he was from the city of Philadelphia and I was looking
[01:24:31] [SPEAKER_00]: at him, I'll be like he's an Eagles fan, right? Like I feel
[01:24:35] [SPEAKER_00]: like I get sports from him and from that I feel like like an
[01:24:39] [SPEAKER_00]: Eagles fan or a sports fan, you know, you ride hard for your
[01:24:43] [SPEAKER_00]: team and sometimes it's like we just made it into the playoffs
[01:24:48] [SPEAKER_00]: through the wild card. I don't think we're going to the bowl,
[01:24:51] [SPEAKER_00]: but they go hard anyway because like I feel like we're going to
[01:24:53] [SPEAKER_00]: have very high energy from Sam and I think yeah, he will be I
[01:24:59] [SPEAKER_00]: think he's going to go for the big moves. Yeah, that's what I
[01:25:02] [SPEAKER_04]: was going to say when I look at him. I think he's going to have
[01:25:05] [SPEAKER_04]: to be like a cool person to talk to but I think he's going to
[01:25:07] [SPEAKER_04]: be like a cool person to talk to but I think he's going to be
[01:25:07] [SPEAKER_04]: handle the butt heads with a couple people early on and not
[01:25:09] [SPEAKER_04]: be scared to show it like especially coming out saying
[01:25:12] [SPEAKER_04]: that you're stubborn. That was before you even said that I was
[01:25:14] [SPEAKER_04]: like he looks like somebody who's like this is my way. This
[01:25:18] [SPEAKER_04]: is what I feel and whether you win or whether you're not, we're
[01:25:22] [SPEAKER_04]: going to think I'm going to figure it out regardless and that's
[01:25:23] [SPEAKER_04]: kind of the vibe that I get in and I think that might rub some
[01:25:26] [SPEAKER_04]: people the wrong way, but I think either way regardless is going
[01:25:29] [SPEAKER_06]: to be fun television to watch. Yeah, I agree. I feel like also
[01:25:33] [SPEAKER_06]: in the beginning. I feel like he looks like he's a physical guy
[01:25:36] [SPEAKER_06]: looks like a bigger guy. So in that case typically with the
[01:25:39] [SPEAKER_06]: challenges being physical in the beginning of the game, you can
[01:25:42] [SPEAKER_06]: exert some more power over the tribe like based if that's
[01:25:45] [SPEAKER_06]: something that your tribe is going for but I think once you
[01:25:48] [SPEAKER_06]: get to that, I think that does sometimes limit you once you
[01:25:51] [SPEAKER_06]: get to the merge as far as are you building those authentic
[01:25:54] [SPEAKER_06]: bonds with people or are people bonding with you because you
[01:25:58] [SPEAKER_06]: what you bring to the table strictly for the physical aspect
[01:26:01] [SPEAKER_06]: of the game. So I think my advice to Sam is like just to
[01:26:04] [SPEAKER_06]: find your people and to get your get your people to protect you
[01:26:08] [SPEAKER_06]: and try to find some people that you're at. You're really low
[01:26:11] [SPEAKER_06]: within your home tribe that you know people want to go to the
[01:26:14] [SPEAKER_06]: one to go to the mattress for you and that's hard and survivors
[01:26:17] [SPEAKER_06]: people don't want to go to the mattresses, but you need some
[01:26:19] [SPEAKER_06]: people when you're a bigger player that want to go to the
[01:26:22] [SPEAKER_06]: matches for you. I feel like that's what he needs to do
[01:26:25] [SPEAKER_04]: something. We would never know. Oh, go ahead Brandon. I was
[01:26:29] [SPEAKER_04]: going to say I'll be honest his his first day attire is
[01:26:33] [SPEAKER_04]: extremely similar to mine. All right, I was
[01:26:38] [SPEAKER_00]: extremely simple not saying that's a good thing or a bad
[01:26:41] [SPEAKER_00]: thing. Are you saying you can see a diaper? Can you see it?
[01:26:44] [SPEAKER_04]: Are we going to get the diaper part to I don't think anybody
[01:26:49] [SPEAKER_04]: would have I think that's why I stay where it was at. But
[01:26:52] [SPEAKER_04]: that was not purposeful, but it was funny when I first looked
[01:26:56] [SPEAKER_04]: at him like that. He reminds me of myself not in what he's
[01:27:01] [SPEAKER_04]: wearing. He reminds me of myself a little bit which I think is
[01:27:03] [SPEAKER_04]: a great thing. So I think you know, how you how you do on
[01:27:08] [SPEAKER_00]: 44 Brandon. I know I haven't seen a long time. I'll
[01:27:14] [SPEAKER_02]: have to use. I don't know you yet. So if you've seen it, let
[01:27:17] [SPEAKER_02]: me know please. It was a blur to me. But you made the merge
[01:27:21] [SPEAKER_07]: though. I do what I had to do. You know, everyone in this chat
[01:27:25] [SPEAKER_06]: made the merge, right? Is it the merge section of the
[01:27:36] [SPEAKER_06]: conversation when we just talk about the merge? We have like
[01:27:40] [SPEAKER_06]: merge talk and then like that's what we go ahead to do.
[01:27:43] [SPEAKER_00]: The merge talk section. He ha listen Survivor Philadelphia
[01:27:48] [SPEAKER_00]: season 4 is going to be coming up again. See me a survivor
[01:27:52] [SPEAKER_00]: Philadelphia y'all see me a survivor Philadelphia Brandon.
[01:27:55] [SPEAKER_00]: They gonna vote you off first. You know, let's get Survivor
[01:27:58] [SPEAKER_07]: Philadelphia James. I will get them to vote you off first.
[01:28:02] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, you're waiting in the Survivor. O-R-G. Okay, one
[01:28:08] [SPEAKER_01]: thing what two things on two things on our guy something we
[01:28:12] [SPEAKER_01]: never know from looking at him. I did a lot of drama musical
[01:28:15] [SPEAKER_01]: theater and slam poetry growing up. I love the arts. I'm way
[01:28:20] [SPEAKER_01]: smarter than I look I can gel with any group of people. I'm
[01:28:24] [SPEAKER_01]: a and I love this part. I'm a physical strategic and social
[01:28:27] [SPEAKER_01]: force that will never be perceived as the strongest
[01:28:31] [SPEAKER_01]: smartest or loudest person in the room. You might see me
[01:28:35] [SPEAKER_01]: coming. I feel like he's going to never see me going rice is
[01:28:40] [SPEAKER_00]: a grain, but my soul is a growing. I want that Idol, but
[01:28:46] [SPEAKER_00]: I'm coming for the top. Don't ever count me out because it's
[01:28:51] [SPEAKER_00]: not sweat or savvy because I'm holding up the rock. Oh,
[01:28:56] [SPEAKER_01]: Sam. I didn't know where he's going with all of that. I did
[01:29:00] [SPEAKER_06]: not mean I mean with that being said, I feel like you see
[01:29:05] [SPEAKER_06]: the finest people musical TV the finest mattress people. He
[01:29:08] [SPEAKER_06]: isn't going to be perceived as strong. I think it's one thing
[01:29:10] [SPEAKER_06]: you can't like do is um, people will perceive you as what they
[01:29:13] [SPEAKER_06]: want to perceive you as a your sports reporter. That is young
[01:29:17] [SPEAKER_06]: 24 people want to be like you are the young strong guy whether
[01:29:20] [SPEAKER_06]: you want to believe it or not whether you are not it's just
[01:29:23] [SPEAKER_06]: what people are going to think so. I almost get a little Owen
[01:29:27] [SPEAKER_00]: vibes from him a little bit hearing all of that lie. I don't
[01:29:30] [SPEAKER_00]: know. I just like I feel like I think he's Sammy. I feel like
[01:29:34] [SPEAKER_06]: Sammy plays this 24. He may go to in the wind like on like
[01:29:37] [SPEAKER_06]: you should be told. I feel like if you can get that youthful
[01:29:40] [SPEAKER_06]: thing and get somebody like, oh, I'm the young guy. Take me
[01:29:42] [SPEAKER_06]: under your wing approach, you know, take me under your wing,
[01:29:46] [SPEAKER_06]: you know, and then choose his time to make a move and keep
[01:29:49] [SPEAKER_06]: his likability factor thing about Sammy was because he was
[01:29:51] [SPEAKER_06]: younger. He would do duck will do stuff that will bring people
[01:29:54] [SPEAKER_06]: stress and say, oh, I'm young and I'm good. So if you have
[01:29:57] [SPEAKER_06]: that type of relationship, then you're good. I think if he
[01:30:00] [SPEAKER_06]: fosters that, you know, but he's the leader and you do stuff
[01:30:03] [SPEAKER_06]: is kind of like so I think it's kind of make sure he figures
[01:30:07] [SPEAKER_06]: out how he's perceiving him and kind of acting accordingly
[01:30:09] [SPEAKER_06]: versus how he's perceiving himself. Okay, we'll have to
[01:30:13] [SPEAKER_01]: see who do we have next? Next? We have Andy Ruda
[01:30:18] [SPEAKER_01]: from 31 years old from Buffalo, New York lives in Brooklyn,
[01:30:21] [SPEAKER_01]: New York AI research assistant three words to describe you
[01:30:24] [SPEAKER_01]: frenetic warm and creative. Why do you want to be part of
[01:30:27] [SPEAKER_01]: Survivor playing Survivor has been a dream and a source of
[01:30:30] [SPEAKER_01]: motivation for the last decade of my life. I don't think my
[01:30:33] [SPEAKER_01]: life makes as much sense. If it didn't include ultimately
[01:30:37] [SPEAKER_01]: playing I am so so ready to scratch this itch and transition
[01:30:41] [SPEAKER_01]: my role in this weird ecosystem from super fan to player. He's
[01:30:46] [SPEAKER_01]: a super fan. We've seen him at Bryce and one events. We know
[01:30:49] [SPEAKER_01]: Andy very well. He gives me looking at him. I get Austin
[01:30:55] [SPEAKER_01]: vibes a little bit. What else hobbies Minesweeper road trips,
[01:31:01] [SPEAKER_01]: even though I can't drive. Oh and being a K-pop stan. Oh,
[01:31:07] [SPEAKER_01]: come on. K-pop. Yeah, but do you say my sweeper? My is that the
[01:31:11] [SPEAKER_06]: game with the squares or the game little squares in the X
[01:31:15] [SPEAKER_06]: that we always fail at speak for yourself. But y'all don't know
[01:31:22] [SPEAKER_06]: how to actually play that game. Andy or when the number comes
[01:31:26] [SPEAKER_06]: in the bomb was it is in three like points of every space is
[01:31:30] [SPEAKER_05]: the way right? We're to get I used to play. That's what I
[01:31:36] [SPEAKER_05]: I like. I don't know where you find that game to play though.
[01:31:40] [SPEAKER_05]: I don't know where you go to get that game. That will be as
[01:31:45] [SPEAKER_06]: fine. Like I don't know. Thanks. All right. Well, if he's good
[01:31:50] [SPEAKER_00]: at Minesweeper, he has to be good at something. I like Andy.
[01:31:53] [SPEAKER_00]: I think his spirits are amazing. I think that he is a sweet
[01:31:57] [SPEAKER_00]: guy. I think that he has what it takes. I am worried that he
[01:32:04] [SPEAKER_00]: might not be able to I don't want him to come off as the nice
[01:32:08] [SPEAKER_00]: gullible young fun guy. Like I want Andy to like mean business.
[01:32:13] [SPEAKER_00]: So my advice to Andy is be yourself but put your foot down
[01:32:19] [SPEAKER_00]: and remember you're playing a game for one not for like, you
[01:32:23] [SPEAKER_00]: know, you are playing a game for yourself. Not everybody. I love
[01:32:27] [SPEAKER_06]: that goes far. I think you're one the one thing. I mean, I
[01:32:31] [SPEAKER_06]: felt like I was super fan and saw I've met super fans. Like I
[01:32:33] [SPEAKER_06]: thought I was going into the show as super fan until I met
[01:32:36] [SPEAKER_06]: super fans. And I think the one thing sometimes super fans really
[01:32:39] [SPEAKER_06]: worry about is like doing things like from the perception of
[01:32:43] [SPEAKER_06]: house fans watch the show and they're really worried about
[01:32:47] [SPEAKER_06]: their perception of the ideal way. They think they want to play
[01:32:49] [SPEAKER_06]: the game versus how the game is going. So like I know people get
[01:32:54] [SPEAKER_06]: out there and like, yeah, I want to play a certain way. I think
[01:32:57] [SPEAKER_06]: sometimes you have to be able to take back and figure out. Okay,
[01:33:01] [SPEAKER_06]: the game's not going the way I wanted to go. But how can I
[01:33:04] [SPEAKER_06]: navigate the game that's happening? Because it's not the
[01:33:06] [SPEAKER_06]: way I envisioned it, you know, because we watch Survivor. I
[01:33:10] [SPEAKER_06]: want to play like this. I won't play like that as opposed to not
[01:33:12] [SPEAKER_06]: having any advice. You're just playing the game. You know,
[01:33:14] [SPEAKER_06]: you're not worried about I'm doing well. I'm not doing well.
[01:33:17] [SPEAKER_06]: I'm what it's like. You're just I'm out there experiencing when
[01:33:19] [SPEAKER_06]: you're thinking about that outside stuff. So hopefully you
[01:33:22] [SPEAKER_06]: can kind of zero take that out of it. Don't worry about I'm not
[01:33:25] [SPEAKER_06]: making the right move here or houses when we proceed here and
[01:33:29] [SPEAKER_06]: really just focus on the people at the and not worry about at
[01:33:33] [SPEAKER_04]: the end. Any advice Brandon? I think he played played played
[01:33:44] [SPEAKER_04]: across how they lie. Like James saying don't overthink it. I
[01:33:49] [SPEAKER_04]: mean, honestly, when I first look at Andy, I think he looks
[01:33:52] [SPEAKER_04]: like he's a fun guy. I think he probably has a good personality.
[01:33:55] [SPEAKER_04]: I've never met him personally, but you met him. Have I? Yes.
[01:34:02] [SPEAKER_04]: Now, then I might have had a couple drinks. So, but I think,
[01:34:10] [SPEAKER_04]: you know, you know, my advice to him is, you know, be yourself
[01:34:14] [SPEAKER_04]: at the same time. Remember that remember the game you're playing
[01:34:16] [SPEAKER_04]: and, you know, put your best foot forward. Do what you got
[01:34:18] [SPEAKER_04]: to do. Don't overthink it like James said, especially the super
[01:34:21] [SPEAKER_04]: fans. I think some people, you know, they're they're so caught
[01:34:25] [SPEAKER_04]: up on what they've seen or what they know or their knowledge
[01:34:27] [SPEAKER_04]: of the game. But you got to remember is that every game is
[01:34:30] [SPEAKER_04]: different. Every moment is different and it's all pertinent
[01:34:33] [SPEAKER_04]: to who you're there with and the personalities that you're
[01:34:35] [SPEAKER_04]: around. So kind of find your piece in the puzzle and, you
[01:34:39] [SPEAKER_06]: know, play your game. Can I say something? I don't see any
[01:34:43] [SPEAKER_06]: like overall like easy, easy obvious outs like so far. I
[01:34:48] [SPEAKER_06]: really like it. Like it's like I'm like everybody like if you
[01:34:52] [SPEAKER_06]: were from a baseline, I feel like everybody no one's giving
[01:34:55] [SPEAKER_06]: up like red flag. They go home first. But there's nobody
[01:34:57] [SPEAKER_06]: that's like they have a glaring, glaring weakness. I would say
[01:35:01] [SPEAKER_00]: I agree but reading some of these hearing some of these
[01:35:06] [SPEAKER_00]: bios. There are some red flags though. I cannot. Can I be
[01:35:11] [SPEAKER_01]: real with y'all? There's somebody in that came to one of
[01:35:16] [SPEAKER_01]: the Bryce and when events that I met him and I'm like excited
[01:35:19] [SPEAKER_01]: to watch him. But some somehow I'm getting kind of JD vibes.
[01:35:26] [SPEAKER_01]: Remember JD how he was like, he just he just threw himself in
[01:35:31] [SPEAKER_01]: too many things too soon and he kind of if he would have just
[01:35:34] [SPEAKER_01]: chilled out a little bit. I think he could have done a lot
[01:35:36] [SPEAKER_01]: better. I'm very scared for my man Rome. I want Rome to do
[01:35:41] [SPEAKER_01]: very well, but I'm scared. Here for room to eat the smallest
[01:35:45] [SPEAKER_01]: guy on his tribe. Is this kind of I just I think I saw on his
[01:35:50] [SPEAKER_01]: Instagram yesterday a photo of him jumping up and touching his
[01:35:54] [SPEAKER_01]: ceiling. What's wrong with that? You don't have a game with
[01:35:59] [SPEAKER_06]: windows making fun of the gamers. He's in the game.
[01:36:02] [SPEAKER_06]: Hey, what was really making fun of it?
[01:36:07] [SPEAKER_06]: He's been a gamer. He was exercising by jumping such and
[01:36:10] [SPEAKER_00]: so that's why they say that Brandon was wrong with jumping
[01:36:15] [SPEAKER_00]: up and touching your ceiling. I'm confused. He said, well,
[01:36:18] [SPEAKER_06]: me when no lap job. I mean, I've never did.
[01:36:23] [SPEAKER_02]: Brandon will never see me. I'm not a feeling bag.
[01:36:30] [SPEAKER_02]: Let me record myself. You know what?
[01:36:33] [SPEAKER_06]: I go. That's horrible.
[01:36:38] [SPEAKER_06]: But the gamers, the gamers, the gamers at window Holland,
[01:36:42] [SPEAKER_06]: all social networks. Don't let some y'all gamers ain't athletic.
[01:36:46] [SPEAKER_06]: That's what he just said. Yeah. Well, next time we are all
[01:36:50] [SPEAKER_00]: together. We are making a video of us jumping up trying to
[01:36:54] [SPEAKER_00]: touch the ceiling. Okay, I've just put it out. I got Roman
[01:36:58] [SPEAKER_01]: in a race. Now, Romo smoke.
[01:37:01] [SPEAKER_02]: I'm not going to have a guy. You want to race?
[01:37:04] [SPEAKER_06]: He could live in a basement apartment.
[01:37:07] [SPEAKER_06]: Roam versus you in a race. I mean, I feel like you,
[01:37:11] [SPEAKER_06]: I'm like, you don't represent for the gamers. Yo James, don't
[01:37:13] [SPEAKER_06]: look fast. You had to see him in Fortnite though.
[01:37:16] [SPEAKER_06]: You had to come on for tonight and have you got, you got to
[01:37:19] [SPEAKER_06]: come see him. Train them up. Smoke me at Fortnite.
[01:37:23] [SPEAKER_00]: Windows still has a Sega Genesis plugged into his wall.
[01:37:26] [SPEAKER_00]: I don't think he's playing Fortnite. I don't have no respect
[01:37:29] [SPEAKER_06]: for the gamers. That's what it is. I was giving it.
[01:37:32] [SPEAKER_00]: We're about to get an uncle moment. I could feel it.
[01:37:36] [SPEAKER_00]: I can, I was feeling up.
[01:37:38] [SPEAKER_01]: Let me tell you, let me tell you gamers what you not going
[01:37:41] [SPEAKER_01]: to do because I dare one of y'all to see me at some Mario
[01:37:46] [SPEAKER_01]: cart on a Nintendo 64.
[01:37:48] [SPEAKER_06]: Well, that is a challenge. Yo Rome, he's just challenged
[01:37:50] [SPEAKER_06]: you to marry. I know you, you got to get smoke, bro.
[01:37:53] [SPEAKER_06]: I'm jumping up and down right now.
[01:38:00] [SPEAKER_06]: You go on streaming on Twitch.
[01:38:02] [SPEAKER_06]: Everybody, everybody. I'm a repost it.
[01:38:06] [SPEAKER_00]: James, matter of fact, I do. And I said,
[01:38:09] [SPEAKER_00]: Rome was going to crash out. I didn't mean Mario go car.
[01:38:12] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah. But all right. Who we got next?
[01:38:15] [SPEAKER_01]: Wendy Z. Next up we have, I'm going to scroll down.
[01:38:20] [SPEAKER_01]: We have Sue Smei up next.
[01:38:22] [SPEAKER_01]: Sue is from, she's 59 years old from Kirkland, Kirkwood,
[01:38:27] [SPEAKER_01]: New York. That gentleman is North of Scranton.
[01:38:30] [SPEAKER_01]: Actually. Current current residents,
[01:38:33] [SPEAKER_01]: Putnam Valley, New York flight school owner.
[01:38:37] [SPEAKER_01]: Three words to describe you. Badass, fearless,
[01:38:40] [SPEAKER_01]: adrenaline junkie. Yo, I'm excited for Sue.
[01:38:43] [SPEAKER_01]: I love Sue.
[01:38:45] [SPEAKER_06]: She's running. Yeah. I'm excited.
[01:38:49] [SPEAKER_06]: She likes to be holding back energy right now.
[01:38:51] [SPEAKER_06]: Like I feel like she's like, she's holding back right now.
[01:38:54] [SPEAKER_06]: Like I feel like this is a picture.
[01:38:56] [SPEAKER_06]: She has mad energy wants to come out and she's holding it back.
[01:38:59] [SPEAKER_00]: Like I'm excited. Sue is going to,
[01:39:02] [SPEAKER_00]: she's coming from mama Tina's spot.
[01:39:05] [SPEAKER_00]: Uh, I feel like Sue has the energy.
[01:39:08] [SPEAKER_00]: I feel like Sue, Sue reminds me of from the older season.
[01:39:11] [SPEAKER_00]: I believe not a little Tina Weston,
[01:39:13] [SPEAKER_00]: but the other Tina that we went to survivor Africa with Wendell,
[01:39:16] [SPEAKER_00]: remember her name? No.
[01:39:20] [SPEAKER_00]: Uh, Tina, but other Tina, I like her energy.
[01:39:24] [SPEAKER_00]: I feel like, uh, Tina Sue is coming in as the older woman,
[01:39:28] [SPEAKER_00]: but I also feel like she has an energy about her.
[01:39:31] [SPEAKER_01]: Uh, she ain't gonna hold back. She, she ain't gonna hold back.
[01:39:35] [SPEAKER_01]: I hope that she's not voted out early.
[01:39:38] [SPEAKER_01]: Cause I want to see her not hold back all season long.
[01:39:42] [SPEAKER_01]: I want to see her going hard.
[01:39:43] [SPEAKER_01]: She says she wants to play like a combination of Tony and Sari.
[01:39:48] [SPEAKER_01]: Wow. I can see her doing that though. I mean, cause like,
[01:39:52] [SPEAKER_06]: if she, if she is the like, you know, motherly person,
[01:39:56] [SPEAKER_06]: let me take your clothes out. Let me put your dryer clothes.
[01:40:00] [SPEAKER_06]: Let me make sure the fire is going blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
[01:40:02] [SPEAKER_06]: You have the capital to didn't do the, you know,
[01:40:05] [SPEAKER_06]: treacherous stuff that you need to do to sometimes win the game that,
[01:40:08] [SPEAKER_06]: as you can do it with a smile and you know, hopefully she can make it.
[01:40:12] [SPEAKER_06]: I feel like, yeah, I, yeah, I think the one thing is,
[01:40:16] [SPEAKER_06]: I feel like her allies are going to be important and having people that really
[01:40:18] [SPEAKER_06]: will ride with her. So this is a hot take.
[01:40:21] [SPEAKER_00]: I don't want Sue to come in like that, mom.
[01:40:23] [SPEAKER_00]: I want Sue to come in like a deadbeat mom that, you know, lives her life.
[01:40:29] [SPEAKER_00]: Uh, you know, her mom raised the kids and then she came back as an adult.
[01:40:33] [SPEAKER_00]: I want Sue to be like, I'm here for myself.
[01:40:36] [SPEAKER_00]: I asked him kids and I play, I want Sue to play for her.
[01:40:39] [SPEAKER_00]: I, I want Sue to kill it.
[01:40:42] [SPEAKER_00]: And so I say that metaphorically of the sense of like,
[01:40:46] [SPEAKER_00]: I want Sue to be like, say she's Diana Ross and she had kids, right?
[01:40:50] [SPEAKER_00]: Like she was a mother on the road.
[01:40:52] [SPEAKER_00]: She wasn't there laying the clothes out for the kids every morning.
[01:40:55] [SPEAKER_00]: Cause she was on the road. I want Sue to come out here and wow us.
[01:40:58] [SPEAKER_00]: I want, I want Sue to be in them streets.
[01:41:01] [SPEAKER_06]: I feel like Sue going to be able to survive.
[01:41:03] [SPEAKER_06]: I feel like she's a survivor streets getting, I feel like she,
[01:41:07] [SPEAKER_06]: I feel like also when you, I feel like she's not,
[01:41:09] [SPEAKER_06]: she's not going to have anything to lose.
[01:41:11] [SPEAKER_06]: Like I feel like, I feel like a lot of times people play.
[01:41:13] [SPEAKER_06]: Like I feel like she's going to play like this is her last time playing the game
[01:41:17] [SPEAKER_06]: or this may could be her last time playing the game.
[01:41:19] [SPEAKER_06]: And I feel like that is going to bode well.
[01:41:22] [SPEAKER_06]: And I'm excited to see,
[01:41:24] [SPEAKER_06]: cause I don't think we've seen someone like with that much energy at that age
[01:41:27] [SPEAKER_06]: where I feel like she's in shape.
[01:41:29] [SPEAKER_06]: Like she outrun me right now.
[01:41:31] [SPEAKER_06]: You know what I'm saying? Like, I feel like she's in shape.
[01:41:33] [SPEAKER_06]: She's not, I thought she was going to be a beast.
[01:41:35] [SPEAKER_06]: And I feel like she also just has that wisdom that you should have.
[01:41:38] [SPEAKER_06]: I feel like she's double some people, these people's ages.
[01:41:42] [SPEAKER_06]: And you can't put a price on wisdom, you know,
[01:41:45] [SPEAKER_06]: and having an experience, you know, you also had a season.
[01:41:49] [SPEAKER_06]: I came from a season where Gabler won a 51.
[01:41:51] [SPEAKER_06]: I don't think many people had on winning or gave him a shot going into it.
[01:41:55] [SPEAKER_06]: So I feel like that's something else where you automatically look into it.
[01:41:59] [SPEAKER_06]: She's 59. She's starting with a low threat level.
[01:42:01] [SPEAKER_06]: So being able to kind of maintain that relationships,
[01:42:04] [SPEAKER_06]: we've seen that when in a new era.
[01:42:06] [SPEAKER_06]: So I wonder if people are going to be guarded against that,
[01:42:09] [SPEAKER_06]: or maybe they're not. Or maybe they're looking at Gabler like,
[01:42:12] [SPEAKER_06]: Oh, that was lucky XYZ.
[01:42:13] [SPEAKER_06]: And she can be a person that you think people can carry to the end.
[01:42:16] [SPEAKER_06]: You get to the end and she's like, Nope, I'm cool with this person.
[01:42:19] [SPEAKER_06]: I'm cool with this person. I'm cool with this person.
[01:42:21] [SPEAKER_06]: I know what you did. I know what you did.
[01:42:22] [SPEAKER_06]: I know your grandma, I know your mom.
[01:42:25] [SPEAKER_06]: We doing this, I'm cooking this here.
[01:42:26] [SPEAKER_06]: And you sitting there like, Whoa, when did this happen?
[01:42:29] [SPEAKER_06]: Like, I thought you were just chilling.
[01:42:32] [SPEAKER_06]: So, you know, may watch opposite.
[01:42:34] [SPEAKER_06]: I'm just saying.
[01:42:36] [SPEAKER_00]: I like to watch out for Sue.
[01:42:38] [SPEAKER_00]: I like mama Sue.
[01:42:40] [SPEAKER_00]: I'm excited who we got next one.
[01:42:42] [SPEAKER_00]: DZ airline Vidmar is 27 from Palestine.
[01:42:45] [SPEAKER_01]: You said she's a flight school owner.
[01:42:47] [SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
[01:42:49] [SPEAKER_00]: So what does that mean?
[01:42:50] [SPEAKER_00]: Does that mean she's a pilot or she just owns a like a school?
[01:42:55] [SPEAKER_00]: So that means, yeah, that means Sue got money.
[01:42:59] [SPEAKER_00]: So you don't need money.
[01:43:01] [SPEAKER_00]: So that means Sue crashing out.
[01:43:03] [SPEAKER_00]: And when I meet my friend out,
[01:43:04] [SPEAKER_00]: I'm like, Oh, no, not like that.
[01:43:08] [SPEAKER_00]: Wow.
[01:43:11] [SPEAKER_06]: Not talking about an airline owner like that.
[01:43:14] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
[01:43:14] [SPEAKER_06]: I don't mean it like that.
[01:43:16] [SPEAKER_06]: Even before that, though, to even be a pilot.
[01:43:22] [SPEAKER_06]: You'd be in flight school.
[01:43:24] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
[01:43:25] [SPEAKER_06]: It's like, you know, also, I feel like you're dealing with a.
[01:43:29] [SPEAKER_06]: You cut out brain as I started talking.
[01:43:31] [SPEAKER_06]: That's why.
[01:43:32] [SPEAKER_04]: But even before that, to be able to even get into the car,
[01:43:36] [SPEAKER_04]: you have to be a problem solver.
[01:43:38] [SPEAKER_04]: Right.
[01:43:39] [SPEAKER_04]: That's no easy task.
[01:43:41] [SPEAKER_04]: I mean.
[01:43:43] [SPEAKER_01]: I let Brian Brandon.
[01:43:46] [SPEAKER_01]: My bad.
[01:43:48] [SPEAKER_01]: Can't you fly?
[01:43:49] [SPEAKER_04]: I was Brian.
[01:43:50] [SPEAKER_04]: Terrible because I'm in your like three minutes behind me.
[01:43:55] [SPEAKER_02]: So I'm saying what I feel.
[01:44:00] [SPEAKER_06]: I know you got some gold right there.
[01:44:03] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I know you got a little bit.
[01:44:05] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
[01:44:07] [SPEAKER_06]: You know, I feel like that.
[01:44:09] [SPEAKER_06]: You're crazy.
[01:44:11] [SPEAKER_06]: We can't.
[01:44:13] [SPEAKER_06]: Enjoy you.
[01:44:14] [SPEAKER_03]: You're late.
[01:44:20] [SPEAKER_01]: Brandon, aren't you a pilot?
[01:44:23] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I am a pilot, actually.
[01:44:25] [SPEAKER_04]: That's what that's what initially kind of brought me to it.
[01:44:27] [SPEAKER_04]: When I heard a flight school owner, I know how difficult that world is.
[01:44:31] [SPEAKER_04]: So to even put yourself in a position not only to want to be a pilot, but
[01:44:34] [SPEAKER_04]: then also be a flight school owner.
[01:44:36] [SPEAKER_04]: That takes a lot of a lot of grit, a lot of perseverance.
[01:44:41] [SPEAKER_04]: I mean, a lot of problem solving.
[01:44:43] [SPEAKER_04]: It's not no easy task at all.
[01:44:45] [SPEAKER_04]: So that I think that's going to be overlooked by a lot of people.
[01:44:48] [SPEAKER_02]: But that's that's kind of big in my book.
[01:44:51] [SPEAKER_02]: To be honest, I know I know the difficulty that comes with that.
[01:44:53] [SPEAKER_06]: You know, David, it reminds me a lot of Gabor, too.
[01:44:56] [SPEAKER_06]: When Gabor is like, yeah, I'm he's a medical device.
[01:45:00] [SPEAKER_06]: So very difficult to get into.
[01:45:01] [SPEAKER_06]: You have to be super smart to be in the ER.
[01:45:03] [SPEAKER_06]: You have to know a lot of things where he's like, yeah, I you know, I'm in the
[01:45:06] [SPEAKER_06]: it's like it's kind of sometimes people don't understand certain things and
[01:45:11] [SPEAKER_06]: don't understand what goes into it for that to be successful.
[01:45:14] [SPEAKER_06]: You say flight school owner, you may not think that deeply about it.
[01:45:16] [SPEAKER_06]: You know, as somebody who's doing a lot of different things when really they are.
[01:45:21] [SPEAKER_00]: And she could say she go out there and say, I work as a receptionist at a
[01:45:26] [SPEAKER_00]: flight school to even lower her threat even more because my girl Sue, she
[01:45:31] [SPEAKER_00]: don't have nothing to lose out there.
[01:45:32] [SPEAKER_00]: She's got the money. She got a business.
[01:45:34] [SPEAKER_00]: Like, I really feel like Sue going to come and we might be crowning a winner.
[01:45:39] [SPEAKER_00]: The queen, Sue. I'm excited.
[01:45:41] [SPEAKER_00]: But let's learn a little bit more about Caroline.
[01:45:44] [SPEAKER_01]: When do you. Caroline Bidmer, Caroline's 27 from Palos
[01:45:47] [SPEAKER_01]: Vernes, California, from Chicago, no currently residing in Chicago, Illinois.
[01:45:54] [SPEAKER_01]: She's a strategy consultant, adventurous, enthusiastic and supportive.
[01:45:59] [SPEAKER_01]: Why do you want to be on Survivor?
[01:46:01] [SPEAKER_01]: It's been my dream to be on Survivor since I was five years old.
[01:46:04] [SPEAKER_01]: When I was younger, I loved watching Survivor and seeing how happy people were
[01:46:08] [SPEAKER_01]: when they won a challenge. And as I grew older and began to understand
[01:46:12] [SPEAKER_01]: how grueling and tough Survivor is, the more I fell in love with the show.
[01:46:15] [SPEAKER_01]: Watching survivors who are down on their luck still fight, persevere and even
[01:46:20] [SPEAKER_01]: thrive taught me the power of resilience.
[01:46:22] [SPEAKER_01]: And now I'm ready to put my damn resilience to the test and play the most
[01:46:27] [SPEAKER_01]: epic game there is.
[01:46:29] [SPEAKER_00]: I love it. She almost gives me a little I almost get a little Emily flipping
[01:46:33] [SPEAKER_00]: energy, like slightly a little bit.
[01:46:36] [SPEAKER_00]: But I like someone that is playing with their back against the wall.
[01:46:40] [SPEAKER_00]: I get scrappy. I get I'm excited.
[01:46:43] [SPEAKER_00]: I feel like I want her to use her voice. Let let me hear you.
[01:46:47] [SPEAKER_00]: I want you out here in these Survivor stands playing Caroline.
[01:46:52] [SPEAKER_00]: I'm excited for her.
[01:46:52] [SPEAKER_01]: He resonates with Tory from 42 and Emily from 45 because of their honest takes
[01:46:58] [SPEAKER_01]: and their insights being spot on.
[01:47:01] [SPEAKER_06]: I mean, my one red flag is honesty.
[01:47:05] [SPEAKER_06]: You know, like honesty is not a strong thing you want to have in Survivor
[01:47:11] [SPEAKER_06]: because, you know, it's like it puts you in a bad spot.
[01:47:15] [SPEAKER_06]: It's fun to watch, but you got to be lying out there.
[01:47:18] [SPEAKER_06]: Like so I think sometimes people think, yo, I'm being honest.
[01:47:20] [SPEAKER_06]: I'm being real is like, no, you don't want to keep it real to real out there.
[01:47:25] [SPEAKER_06]: It was real adjacent.
[01:47:26] [SPEAKER_06]: So I think, you know, maybe one thing where it's like honesty is not the best
[01:47:31] [SPEAKER_06]: policy. So I would encourage just I feel like more lying is needed whenever
[01:47:35] [SPEAKER_06]: you think you should like line that can't be fact checked.
[01:47:38] [SPEAKER_06]: Just a lot like it doesn't hurt you.
[01:47:40] [SPEAKER_06]: But I feel like to tell a lot how it is, but it's getting confessionals,
[01:47:44] [SPEAKER_06]: but not playing the game. So that'd be my one worry.
[01:47:47] [SPEAKER_06]: You know, like the story with the person that communicated how she felt
[01:47:51] [SPEAKER_06]: and she she doesn't mean wasn't in a stronger position.
[01:47:54] [SPEAKER_06]: Emily found her footing, you know, but she wasn't in a strong position
[01:47:58] [SPEAKER_06]: because she was communicating how she was really feeling.
[01:48:01] [SPEAKER_00]: You can play an honest game and be deceptive.
[01:48:04] [SPEAKER_00]: You could play an honest game and lie.
[01:48:07] [SPEAKER_00]: You can play an honest game.
[01:48:09] [SPEAKER_00]: So I'm saying like you could be on the up, up, up and play an honest game.
[01:48:15] [SPEAKER_00]: But tell a white lie here and there.
[01:48:19] [SPEAKER_06]: I mean, but I think this is a different conversation.
[01:48:22] [SPEAKER_06]: I feel like that's where a lot of times people people take those those honest
[01:48:26] [SPEAKER_06]: game and white lies that people say that personally at the end is like you
[01:48:30] [SPEAKER_06]: want to be you want to be a liar, be a like I'm playing the game.
[01:48:33] [SPEAKER_06]: Like I don't think people respect that.
[01:48:34] [SPEAKER_06]: I'm playing an honest game. I don't know if people respect.
[01:48:37] [SPEAKER_00]: I was maybe respecting it at the end when at the end isn't the time to tell
[01:48:41] [SPEAKER_00]: the white lie at the end is the time to be like, I did lie to you.
[01:48:45] [SPEAKER_00]: And the reason why I lied to you.
[01:48:49] [SPEAKER_06]: I'm just saying, hey, man, I think Carolyn, I feel like I feel like she
[01:48:55] [SPEAKER_06]: could be underestimated. Hopefully, I'm like a good place to start.
[01:48:59] [SPEAKER_06]: Like starting underestimated is a good place in this game to start.
[01:49:02] [SPEAKER_06]: I feel like you have a good foundation and hopefully she lets the
[01:49:05] [SPEAKER_06]: personalities around her rather take take themselves out.
[01:49:09] [SPEAKER_06]: And then she kind of is the person that is looked at as the diffuser.
[01:49:13] [SPEAKER_06]: You know, hopefully I think she can be a nice little floater where people
[01:49:16] [SPEAKER_06]: can be threatened by her, but they will all want her vote, you know,
[01:49:19] [SPEAKER_06]: and she can stay in that position and then strike what she has to.
[01:49:22] [SPEAKER_06]: That would be my advice and my thoughts.
[01:49:26] [SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
[01:49:27] [SPEAKER_01]: Next up, we have who I'm going to call the people's champ.
[01:49:31] [SPEAKER_04]: I think it's interesting to see how she did.
[01:49:38] [SPEAKER_01]: Brandon caught him.
[01:49:39] [SPEAKER_01]: This delay is crazy.
[01:49:43] [SPEAKER_07]: We were so excited.
[01:49:47] [SPEAKER_07]: Brandon is flying.
[01:49:50] [SPEAKER_01]: His delay is wild.
[01:49:54] [SPEAKER_01]: The next person up is who I'm going to call the people's champ, Asia Welch.
[01:50:00] [SPEAKER_01]: Everybody, all the podcasters know her.
[01:50:03] [SPEAKER_01]: She is a part of our podcast or part of the community.
[01:50:06] [SPEAKER_01]: We've seen her before.
[01:50:07] [SPEAKER_01]: We're rooting for her very much so.
[01:50:10] [SPEAKER_01]: She's 32 from DeSoto, Texas, lives in H-town, Houston, Texas.
[01:50:13] [SPEAKER_01]: She's an IT consultant.
[01:50:15] [SPEAKER_01]: Three words to describe you, overachiever, unique and joyful.
[01:50:19] [SPEAKER_01]: Why do you want to be a part of Survivor?
[01:50:21] [SPEAKER_01]: I've watched Survivor since I was 12.
[01:50:22] [SPEAKER_01]: My mom started watching season one, so she put me on.
[01:50:26] [SPEAKER_01]: I always thought that Survivor was too hard, but I've reached the point in my life
[01:50:31] [SPEAKER_01]: where I've accomplished a lot personally and I'm ready for my next biggest challenge.
[01:50:35] [SPEAKER_01]: Not only is this my dream, but it's my family's too.
[01:50:38] [SPEAKER_01]: I'm so excited to see Asia on this season.
[01:50:41] [SPEAKER_00]: Asia is my future sister-in-law and I am excited for Asia.
[01:50:47] [SPEAKER_00]: I love her.
[01:50:49] [SPEAKER_00]: I don't have no advice for her.
[01:50:51] [SPEAKER_00]: Be the queen that we know you to be, queen.
[01:50:54] [SPEAKER_00]: And let's break this million dollars.
[01:50:57] [SPEAKER_00]: Okay, let's go, Asia.
[01:50:58] [SPEAKER_00]: I love Queen Asia, sister-in-law.
[01:51:01] [SPEAKER_00]: What's up?
[01:51:02] [SPEAKER_06]: I feel like she probably has from a...
[01:51:06] [SPEAKER_06]: Probably talked to a lot of Survivor players.
[01:51:08] [SPEAKER_06]: Probably has some great relationships.
[01:51:10] [SPEAKER_06]: Has been analyzing the game for a very long time.
[01:51:14] [SPEAKER_06]: I mean, if I was out there, I would vote her out.
[01:51:19] [SPEAKER_06]: I mean, she literally has no weaknesses.
[01:51:22] [SPEAKER_06]: She's one of those no weakness players where she's athletic.
[01:51:25] [SPEAKER_06]: She's clearly smart and she clearly can get along with people.
[01:51:29] [SPEAKER_06]: The three things you need to win the game.
[01:51:31] [SPEAKER_06]: So she's one of those people that's going to have this super high threat level
[01:51:34] [SPEAKER_06]: just off the grid.
[01:51:36] [SPEAKER_06]: So I think the hardest thing is to really lower her threat level
[01:51:41] [SPEAKER_06]: enough where people aren't threatened.
[01:51:43] [SPEAKER_06]: And to have people that are willing to go to their mattresses for her.
[01:51:46] [SPEAKER_06]: Because the superfan era,
[01:51:50] [SPEAKER_06]: they're going to know who or maybe know who she is.
[01:51:52] [SPEAKER_06]: She may disclose who she is.
[01:51:54] [SPEAKER_06]: And you don't know how people are going to react to that.
[01:51:58] [SPEAKER_06]: So I do worry.
[01:52:00] [SPEAKER_06]: But I feel like I don't have any advice to give.
[01:52:03] [SPEAKER_06]: She probably knows more stuff than me.
[01:52:07] [SPEAKER_06]: So I was going to let her cook.
[01:52:10] [SPEAKER_01]: Do we think that if she lets people know that she's an R-Hat podcaster
[01:52:16] [SPEAKER_01]: or that she's in the community, does this make her a bigger threat?
[01:52:25] [SPEAKER_00]: I don't think so.
[01:52:27] [SPEAKER_00]: Her podcast, the one like she has talked about Big Brother.
[01:52:30] [SPEAKER_00]: Her podcast is about like 90 Day Fiance.
[01:52:33] [SPEAKER_00]: It's like very survivor adjacent.
[01:52:35] [SPEAKER_00]: So if anything, I think it gives her cool points of like, you know,
[01:52:38] [SPEAKER_00]: hey, I'm a pot like again, I think it's setting her up
[01:52:42] [SPEAKER_00]: for the right art that we need to see.
[01:52:45] [SPEAKER_06]: That's just reality.
[01:52:46] [SPEAKER_06]: So you hear R-Hat.
[01:52:48] [SPEAKER_06]: You know what I'm saying?
[01:52:49] [SPEAKER_06]: Like it's kind of one of those things where enough people
[01:52:53] [SPEAKER_06]: it's like you kind of want to get in front of this 90 Day Fiance.
[01:52:56] [SPEAKER_00]: I'm just saying.
[01:52:58] [SPEAKER_01]: But I heard of R-Hat when I was on my season
[01:53:00] [SPEAKER_01]: and I know what R-Hat was or what survivor podcasts were.
[01:53:04] [SPEAKER_00]: Which is the reason why we're doing a uncle's podcast right now.
[01:53:07] [SPEAKER_06]: Yes, and now people do.
[01:53:10] [SPEAKER_06]: And now back in your era, you know, back when you're back in your era,
[01:53:15] [SPEAKER_06]: sir, Mr. Right Hand Dribble 90s basketball player.
[01:53:18] [SPEAKER_00]: Oh, wait, time out.
[01:53:20] [SPEAKER_00]: Brandon, prior to you going out there, if you were out there
[01:53:23] [SPEAKER_00]: and you heard someone say, I'm an R-Hat podcaster,
[01:53:27] [SPEAKER_00]: what would you think?
[01:53:29] [SPEAKER_01]: He's going to answer in five minutes.
[01:53:32] [SPEAKER_01]: Three, two, one.
[01:53:34] [SPEAKER_01]: I'm speaking.
[01:53:41] [SPEAKER_06]: This is actually hilarious.
[01:53:43] [SPEAKER_06]: This is.
[01:53:45] [SPEAKER_06]: They got to fix our Wi-Fi.
[01:53:47] [SPEAKER_04]: This is wild.
[01:53:49] [SPEAKER_06]: That was a great answer.
[01:53:51] [SPEAKER_06]: Wow.
[01:53:52] [SPEAKER_06]: We feel that answer like.
[01:53:57] [SPEAKER_06]: I mean, I'm going to speak for Brandon and say,
[01:53:59] [SPEAKER_06]: I feel like it depends on your confidence level in the game.
[01:54:03] [SPEAKER_06]: I feel like people that are there to aren't intimidated,
[01:54:06] [SPEAKER_06]: they want to play with their is going to be a good thing where if you
[01:54:10] [SPEAKER_06]: if you're looking for reasons to pull people out and you want to just
[01:54:12] [SPEAKER_06]: increase someone's threat level, you can use that as a thing.
[01:54:15] [SPEAKER_06]: So I think it depends on how the game goes for each season
[01:54:18] [SPEAKER_06]: and kind of the mentality that the players have,
[01:54:20] [SPEAKER_06]: where I think having enough people where it's not really that big a deal,
[01:54:25] [SPEAKER_06]: but to some people it could be and figure out who those people are
[01:54:29] [SPEAKER_06]: who are like, who is poisoning your well behind?
[01:54:32] [SPEAKER_06]: Who's like, oh, whatever. That's cool.
[01:54:34] [SPEAKER_06]: Like I'm like, that's what I don't really care what you do.
[01:54:36] [SPEAKER_06]: That's great.
[01:54:38] [SPEAKER_06]: The people that are like, oh, my God, that's those people.
[01:54:41] [SPEAKER_00]: You have to figure out who those people are. Get those people up.
[01:54:43] [SPEAKER_00]: I just I don't see that in her spirit. Right.
[01:54:45] [SPEAKER_00]: Like I've known Asia for many years now.
[01:54:49] [SPEAKER_00]: And I feel like even if she was a survivor,
[01:54:52] [SPEAKER_00]: she had a sole survivor about podcast.
[01:54:55] [SPEAKER_00]: I feel like her spirit, her energy,
[01:54:57] [SPEAKER_00]: I feel like isn't going to exude that.
[01:55:00] [SPEAKER_00]: So I have very high hopes for my podcasting sister
[01:55:04] [SPEAKER_00]: and future sister in law.
[01:55:06] [SPEAKER_00]: Who do we have next?
[01:55:10] [SPEAKER_01]: Next, we have Sierra Wright, 27 from Wilmington, Delaware,
[01:55:14] [SPEAKER_01]: lives in Phoenix, PA, another bill.
[01:55:19] [SPEAKER_01]: Oh, well, Bill,
[01:55:23] [SPEAKER_01]: Sierra ambitious, intuitive.
[01:55:25] [SPEAKER_01]: And she's a hoot.
[01:55:28] [SPEAKER_06]: I feel like she's been to the Bryson one of its life.
[01:55:32] [SPEAKER_06]: I feel like I hope she can go under the radar
[01:55:37] [SPEAKER_06]: and I feel like she may be underestimated, which could be a good thing.
[01:55:41] [SPEAKER_06]: So I just I mean, I feel like looks like she's in great shape.
[01:55:45] [SPEAKER_06]: Like I feel like very bubbly personality.
[01:55:48] [SPEAKER_06]: Like I think she's one of people that connect with a lot of people.
[01:55:51] [SPEAKER_06]: So I just hope that, you know, she can just navigate,
[01:55:56] [SPEAKER_06]: you know, the beginning of the game.
[01:55:57] [SPEAKER_06]: I build some good relationships because I do think people are going to see her
[01:56:01] [SPEAKER_06]: kind of as a threat to to win.
[01:56:06] [SPEAKER_06]: And I feel like you got to kind of worry about that when you people look at you
[01:56:09] [SPEAKER_06]: and think, oh, yeah, you can I can see you winning the game.
[01:56:12] [SPEAKER_06]: Like you want to worry about that.
[01:56:14] [SPEAKER_06]: I think that's the hardest part.
[01:56:15] [SPEAKER_06]: I feel like she's going to be great.
[01:56:18] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, she looks young.
[01:56:19] [SPEAKER_00]: She looks fun.
[01:56:21] [SPEAKER_00]: She's from our area.
[01:56:22] [SPEAKER_00]: She's from the hometown crew.
[01:56:24] [SPEAKER_00]: So my advice to you is go farther than myself.
[01:56:29] [SPEAKER_00]: Brandon James, Brandon, Mariah and Wendell.
[01:56:33] [SPEAKER_00]: The second time he played and bring us the money.
[01:56:37] [SPEAKER_00]: Let's go, Sierra.
[01:56:38] [SPEAKER_01]: Yes, yes, yes.
[01:56:44] [SPEAKER_01]: Why will you be so survivor?
[01:56:46] [SPEAKER_01]: If there's one thing I know about me, it's that I work my ass off at everything
[01:56:50] [SPEAKER_01]: I do. There's no such thing as 100 percent in my book.
[01:56:52] [SPEAKER_01]: I always give one hundred fifty percent or nothing.
[01:56:55] [SPEAKER_01]: I plan to follow suit here.
[01:56:57] [SPEAKER_01]: Also, I like to say I'm a pretty good time.
[01:56:59] [SPEAKER_01]: My friends tell me my laughter is contagious.
[01:57:02] [SPEAKER_01]: I hope my tribe feels the same.
[01:57:03] [SPEAKER_01]: I practiced the last year, so I expect those four a.m.
[01:57:07] [SPEAKER_01]: gym wake up calls to shine through in the challenge.
[01:57:10] [SPEAKER_06]: Oh, you know, she gave me Lindsay energy, too.
[01:57:13] [SPEAKER_06]: Like I feel like this is like Lindsay.
[01:57:16] [SPEAKER_06]: It's like like it is like someone that you can hang with anybody
[01:57:20] [SPEAKER_06]: that's down for a good time.
[01:57:21] [SPEAKER_06]: Like who like on my seat, I feel like got an interesting edit where she was
[01:57:26] [SPEAKER_06]: like in the mix, like doing a lot of stuff.
[01:57:28] [SPEAKER_06]: And I think Sierra can do some damage, you know?
[01:57:33] [SPEAKER_06]: And I think it's just her making sure that she's not like I feel like she could
[01:57:37] [SPEAKER_06]: be intimidating if she's at the gym and people see her beastly challenges.
[01:57:40] [SPEAKER_06]: It's like managing that threat level when you may not want to be perceived
[01:57:45] [SPEAKER_06]: as that big physical threat, you know, going in like a Tory where Tory
[01:57:50] [SPEAKER_06]: was like a beast and challenges are like, oh, shoot, we got to get rid
[01:57:54] [SPEAKER_06]: of this person. But I think, you know, yeah, she's going to do good.
[01:57:57] [SPEAKER_00]: We are excited. Would you agree, Brandon?
[01:58:06] [SPEAKER_09]: I really get the thumbs up.
[01:58:09] [SPEAKER_00]: All right. We're on to our last player.
[01:58:13] [SPEAKER_01]: Wendeezy, who is Solomon, also known as Sol Yee.
[01:58:17] [SPEAKER_01]: So Sol is 43 from Dell City, Oklahoma.
[01:58:21] [SPEAKER_01]: He lives in Norwalk, Connecticut. Medical device sales.
[01:58:25] [SPEAKER_01]: Witty, friendly and lucky.
[01:58:28] [SPEAKER_01]: Why do you want to be a part of Survivor?
[01:58:30] [SPEAKER_01]: Besides Oklahoma football, Survivor is what I love to watch the most.
[01:58:35] [SPEAKER_01]: I have everything I've ever wanted in life now that I get to play my
[01:58:39] [SPEAKER_01]: favorite game.
[01:58:41] [SPEAKER_01]: OK. Can you read more about him?
[01:58:45] [SPEAKER_01]: I think he's interesting. Yeah, yeah.
[01:58:46] [SPEAKER_01]: Hobbies. Poker, working out, personal growth, eating kimchi, pet peeves,
[01:58:52] [SPEAKER_01]: treating people in the service industry like crap. Be kind.
[01:58:55] [SPEAKER_01]: I like that.
[01:58:58] [SPEAKER_01]: What is the accomplishment you are most proud of?
[01:59:03] [SPEAKER_01]: Take a look at my wife.
[01:59:04] [SPEAKER_08]: Oh, oh, no, man.
[01:59:06] [SPEAKER_08]: This is my guy. This is my guy.
[01:59:09] [SPEAKER_08]: This is my guy. Let's go.
[01:59:13] [SPEAKER_00]: Listen, I need somebody that's going to be that excited about me.
[01:59:19] [SPEAKER_00]: Come on, Solomon. OK, listen. OK.
[01:59:22] [SPEAKER_01]: So I'm playing with y'all.
[01:59:23] [SPEAKER_01]: What is something you would never know from looking at you?
[01:59:26] [SPEAKER_01]: I used to live with international pop sensation Ryan Cabrera.
[01:59:33] [SPEAKER_05]: Not Ryan Cabrera.
[01:59:35] [SPEAKER_00]: Ryan Cabrera.
[01:59:36] [SPEAKER_06]: I don't know if Bryce is acting or like Bryce.
[01:59:38] [SPEAKER_00]: No, you don't know who Ryan Cabrera is?
[01:59:41] [SPEAKER_06]: You see our face reactions?
[01:59:43] [SPEAKER_06]: We're brothers.
[01:59:44] [SPEAKER_06]: Oh my God. Y'all are uncles.
[01:59:46] [SPEAKER_00]: Y'all are uncles. Oh my God.
[01:59:50] [SPEAKER_06]: Yo, yo, so this guy played, all right, love poker players.
[01:59:54] [SPEAKER_06]: Sidebar fact, a lot of chess people play poker professionally.
[01:59:57] [SPEAKER_06]: So like he's definitely going to be weighing the options, weighing the moves.
[02:00:01] [SPEAKER_06]: I feel like that's going to be good for him.
[02:00:04] [SPEAKER_06]: I feel the only thing is with the age thing is making sure that he can connect with younger people.
[02:00:09] [SPEAKER_06]: And, you know, I think that may be the only like thing where when you're an outlier, it's just tough.
[02:00:15] [SPEAKER_06]: It's in general with anything.
[02:00:17] [SPEAKER_06]: You want to be kind of closer to the mesh where we're like, you know, things change what you want to do for fun.
[02:00:22] [SPEAKER_06]: I don't know if the kids even like poker or play poker.
[02:00:24] [SPEAKER_06]: So like it was kind of one of those things where I feel like he's going to be a solid in challenges.
[02:00:30] [SPEAKER_06]: He has that grown man strength, which people don't understand.
[02:00:33] [SPEAKER_06]: Like you had a young, that young guy strength is cool.
[02:00:36] [SPEAKER_06]: But that grown man strength is something too where I don't know the other tribes have someone that has that much grown man strength with them.
[02:00:42] [SPEAKER_06]: You know, like Bruce, like Bruce is a beast in challenges.
[02:00:45] [SPEAKER_06]: You know, so we talk about like an older guy that's in shape.
[02:00:48] [SPEAKER_06]: They got to step together smart.
[02:00:51] [SPEAKER_06]: I mean, I feel like he has to be, he has to be one of those people that he looks like he can like be good at the game in all aspects.
[02:00:57] [SPEAKER_06]: So I feel like those people that look like that and feel like that, they need to bond together and go to the matches.
[02:01:02] [SPEAKER_06]: You got to find your folks.
[02:01:03] [SPEAKER_06]: Hopefully you got some people that go to the matches with you.
[02:01:07] [SPEAKER_00]: I love his confidence.
[02:01:08] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I think that that will do him well.
[02:01:12] [SPEAKER_00]: He's a medical device seller, similar to Gaebler.
[02:01:15] [SPEAKER_00]: Gaebler, yeah.
[02:01:16] [SPEAKER_00]: So that's, you got to sell things.
[02:01:18] [SPEAKER_00]: You got to like persuade people.
[02:01:20] [SPEAKER_00]: You have to have a certain je ne sais quoi.
[02:01:23] [SPEAKER_00]: And I think that he might have that.
[02:01:26] [SPEAKER_00]: I, I'm excited for this cast.
[02:01:29] [SPEAKER_00]: I don't know about y'all.
[02:01:29] [SPEAKER_00]: Brandon, can we get a thumbs up if you excited for season 47 with us?
[02:01:33] [SPEAKER_00]: Cause like, I really, there's only a couple super red flags.
[02:01:40] [SPEAKER_06]: I kind of can see where I see only a couple of layups or I'm like, you know, that could be a layup.
[02:01:44] [SPEAKER_06]: Like in, I think it's going to be good.
[02:01:47] [SPEAKER_06]: It's going to be a good one.
[02:01:47] [SPEAKER_00]: It's going to be interesting.
[02:01:48] [SPEAKER_00]: I mean, it is, it's going to be amazing.
[02:01:52] [SPEAKER_00]: I see no red flags.
[02:01:53] [SPEAKER_00]: The only green flags I see is headed straight to the BWP Tour 47.
[02:01:58] [SPEAKER_00]: We are kicking off our premiere party in two, you know, less than 10 days.

[02:02:37] [SPEAKER_00]: You know, tell me you didn't win Survivor without telling me you didn't win Survivor when your internet is giving cricket wireless.
[02:02:45] [SPEAKER_03]: Oh, it's working now.
[02:02:50] [SPEAKER_07]: It's working now.
[02:02:51] [SPEAKER_03]: Here we go.
[02:02:53] [SPEAKER_03]: Yo, that's crazy.
[02:02:55] [SPEAKER_03]: It's working now.
[02:02:58] [SPEAKER_00]: James, we appreciate you so much.
[02:03:00] [SPEAKER_00]: Thank you.
[02:03:02] [SPEAKER_00]: Wynn Deasy is always a pleasure.
