[00:01:34] [SPEAKER_02]: I talk to my friends out in the crowd to the dogs back at the crib who get to watch this

[00:01:40] [SPEAKER_02]: You know, so I have a great time at all the events.

[00:01:43] [SPEAKER_02]: And then of course afterwards we do the after party and I get to meet more friends.

[00:01:46] [SPEAKER_02]: And I, sometimes I get to talk to some survivor players.

[00:01:49] [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.

[00:01:49] [SPEAKER_02]: Always a great time.

[00:01:50] [SPEAKER_08]: You know, so we posted our video of the live event that we did.

[00:01:54] [SPEAKER_08]: And really we tried to do a multi cam set up that we've never done that before.

[00:01:59] [SPEAKER_08]: And so we really tried to put a lot into bringing the video to everybody.

[00:02:03] [SPEAKER_08]: So everybody at home got to experience what we had at the show because we've had some

[00:02:10] [SPEAKER_08]: times where people are like, Hey, what is this?

[00:02:11] [SPEAKER_08]: You shoot this on an iPhone.

[00:02:12] [SPEAKER_08]: And then that, that pisses me off.

[00:02:14] [SPEAKER_08]: So we did a really great job here with the video from this one, but the video started

[00:02:20] [SPEAKER_08]: with, uh, you know, you're on the stage introducing me.

[00:02:23] [SPEAKER_08]: Did you happen to see any of the comments?

[00:02:26] [SPEAKER_02]: No, no.

[00:02:27] [SPEAKER_02]: You know me.

[00:02:28] [SPEAKER_02]: I try to avoid the comments.

[00:02:29] [SPEAKER_02]: I don't like for people to, you know, like I watched it.

[00:02:32] [SPEAKER_02]: I watched the live show live, but then I did watch the video, but I don't think I ever

[00:02:36] [SPEAKER_02]: went in like delved in.

[00:02:37] [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.

[00:02:38] [SPEAKER_08]: So a lot of comments that were saying like, wow, no about, I didn't know that Chappelle,

[00:02:44] [SPEAKER_08]: Chappelle was that tall.

[00:02:46] [SPEAKER_08]: Chappelle has short King energy.

[00:02:50] [SPEAKER_08]: And people did not realize your actual height.

[00:02:55] [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.

[00:02:56] [SPEAKER_02]: Um, I got a raggedy friend named Tidra who says that I get five, three, whatever that

[00:03:01] [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.

[00:03:01] [SPEAKER_08]: Well, I think that that's what's surprising that I'm sure you must get it in person of

[00:03:05] [SPEAKER_08]: like, Oh my God, you're so tall.

[00:03:07] [SPEAKER_08]: Cause I think that people who only see you from like the nips up that they probably think

[00:03:13] [SPEAKER_08]: that you're that cause you are tall, but then people probably are expecting shorter.

[00:03:19] [SPEAKER_08]: So you must seem extremely tall when people meet you in person.

[00:03:24] [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.

[00:03:24] [SPEAKER_02]: Cause they see me from nips up here, but when they see me in person, a lot of times it's

[00:03:27] [SPEAKER_02]: like nip to eye level.

[00:03:29] [SPEAKER_02]: And so they're like, Whoa, back up a little bit.

[00:03:31] [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.

[00:03:32] [SPEAKER_02]: And yeah.

[00:03:32] [SPEAKER_02]: And so I don't realize that about me.

[00:03:35] [SPEAKER_02]: So when I walk into, I assume that everybody was like, knows that I'm going to be tall.

[00:03:40] [SPEAKER_02]: And then when they react, so like drastic, I was like, Oh, okay.

[00:03:44] [SPEAKER_02]: This happens often.

[00:03:45] [SPEAKER_02]: Uh, but no, it, it happens.

[00:03:47] [SPEAKER_02]: I don't, I don't know what short King energy is, but hopefully I'm harnessing it and doing

[00:03:52] [SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.

[00:03:53] [SPEAKER_08]: Well, I think that maybe because you have such a great personality, people are expecting

[00:03:57] [SPEAKER_08]: you to not be as tall.

[00:04:03] [SPEAKER_02]: Like, yeah, obviously like it's like, there's like, there must be something wrong with him.

[00:04:19] [SPEAKER_02]: But yeah, I, God gave me a little height.

[00:04:21] [SPEAKER_02]: Uh, and I, and I've been in the gym, so I'm looking slim these days as well.

[00:04:25] [SPEAKER_02]: So yeah, no, I've been feeling it.

[00:04:26] [SPEAKER_02]: I'm very, uh, thankful for all the kind words.

[00:04:29] [SPEAKER_02]: And if you had some mean words to say, keep them to yourself.

[00:05:24] [SPEAKER_08]: Maybe we'll hear some stories from Chappelle along the way from his trip to New York.

[00:05:29] [SPEAKER_08]: But it really was a great time in New York.

[00:05:31] [SPEAKER_08]: Quick trip for me.

[00:05:32] [SPEAKER_08]: I was just in New York for Tuesday night and Wednesday night.

[00:05:35] [SPEAKER_08]: I went to my mom's house after the show on Wednesday.

[00:05:39] [SPEAKER_02]: Okay.

[00:05:40] [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.

[00:05:40] [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.

[00:05:40] [SPEAKER_02]: I saw that you dipped out Thursday.

[00:05:43] [SPEAKER_02]: I got to wander the city, you know, and I got to go to a Broadway show.

[00:05:48] [SPEAKER_02]: That was cool.

[00:05:49] [SPEAKER_02]: But Wednesday was really, really was really a great night.

[00:05:52] [SPEAKER_02]: You know, we had the live event.

[00:05:54] [SPEAKER_02]: It was an amazing crowd of people from all over the place.

[00:05:58] [SPEAKER_02]: I was giving shout outs to all the people came from all over the place.

[00:06:00] [SPEAKER_02]: It was good.

[00:06:01] [SPEAKER_02]: It was so much fun.

[00:06:02] [SPEAKER_02]: And then, of course, the after party, too.

[00:06:04] [SPEAKER_02]: And I think it was a great show, a great episode of Survivor to be having a live show for because it got there were some fireworks.

[00:06:11] [SPEAKER_02]: I thought it was perfect.

[00:06:12] [SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.

[00:06:13] [SPEAKER_08]: All right.

[00:06:13] [SPEAKER_08]: Well, let's get into it a little bit.

[00:06:15] [SPEAKER_08]: And so let's start off with the exit of Annika out of the game.

[00:06:22] [SPEAKER_08]: And so what was your reaction to seeing Annika get blindsided?

[00:06:28] [SPEAKER_02]: Okay.

[00:06:28] [SPEAKER_02]: So let me set the stage for you.

[00:06:30] [SPEAKER_02]: So during the commercial breaks, I'm going up and I'm like, you know, talking to the crowd, trying to keep everybody involved while Elsbeth is behind me doing whatever the hell she does.

[00:06:37] [SPEAKER_02]: And so I'm standing to the side and then next to me, Michael Bloom of my a Mike Bloom type comes and stands next to me.

[00:06:46] [SPEAKER_02]: And he got his he has his camera phone out like LeBron James with that little flip phone.

[00:06:50] [SPEAKER_02]: I said, Mike, what are you doing?

[00:06:51] [SPEAKER_02]: Oh, nothing.

[00:06:52] [SPEAKER_02]: Okay.

[00:06:53] [SPEAKER_02]: All right.

[00:06:53] [SPEAKER_02]: And then I can just see the devilish grid on his face.

[00:06:56] [SPEAKER_02]: I said, oh, something's about to happen because, you know, Mike Bloom only laughs as the most tragic moments in Survivor history.

[00:07:02] [SPEAKER_02]: You know, we talk about the Malcolm, the Malcolm of it all.

[00:07:06] [SPEAKER_02]: We talk about, you know, I'm pretty sure he laughed at Russell Swan as well.

[00:07:12] [SPEAKER_02]: Probably.

[00:07:12] [SPEAKER_02]: I mean, Jeff, you know, like Mike Bloom's over there cracking up at this kind of stuff.

[00:07:16] [SPEAKER_02]: So I'm automatically kind of thinking what the hell is about to happen?

[00:07:19] [SPEAKER_02]: And so when it does happen, Annika is blindsided and it is the best reaction we've had in a while.

[00:07:27] [SPEAKER_02]: I thought Asia, Asia did a really good reaction of just kind of looking like, did you know?

[00:07:31] [SPEAKER_02]: Did you did you know?

[00:07:33] [SPEAKER_02]: Okay.

[00:07:33] [SPEAKER_02]: Well, good luck to you.

[00:07:34] [SPEAKER_02]: And then leaving.

[00:10:25] [SPEAKER_02]: You know, like, that's the kind of energy that I need.

[00:10:48] [SPEAKER_02]: And so, yeah, you had to just sit in awkwardness as she tried to put all the pieces together.

[00:10:55] [SPEAKER_02]: It was three votes.

[00:10:55] [SPEAKER_02]: There's three of us.

[00:10:56] [SPEAKER_02]: I don't know what that, what's the confusion, you know?

[00:10:59] [SPEAKER_02]: And then to cap it off with the, all right, bye Annika.

[00:11:02] [SPEAKER_02]: And she hit them with the, nah.

[00:11:04] [SPEAKER_02]: I said, oh yeah.

[00:11:05] [SPEAKER_02]: That's what I'm talking about.

[00:11:06] [SPEAKER_02]: Queen.

[00:11:07] [SPEAKER_08]: That was a good moment.

[00:11:09] [SPEAKER_08]: It was also interesting.

[00:11:10] [SPEAKER_08]: The producers left in then that was a shot that we almost never see.

[00:11:14] [SPEAKER_08]: Maybe not since the edge of extinction.

[00:11:16] [SPEAKER_08]: The shot that's like behind when, when the players leave, when we saw her like crying

[00:11:22] [SPEAKER_08]: and like weeping on the way out.

[00:11:24] [SPEAKER_08]: Uh, that was very powerful also.

[00:11:26] [SPEAKER_08]: And we almost never get that angle.

[00:11:28] [SPEAKER_02]: She walked for so long.

[00:11:29] [SPEAKER_02]: You know, I was really thinking that they were about to pull a twist out and then she's

[00:11:32] [SPEAKER_02]: going to make, all right.

[00:11:33] [SPEAKER_02]: She's about to get to the fork in the road where it's like edge of extinction.

[00:11:37] [SPEAKER_02]: I was like, oh God, what are we doing here?

[00:11:39] [SPEAKER_02]: But no, they gave us a lot.

[00:11:41] [SPEAKER_02]: They really made a meal of Annika's exit.

[00:11:43] [SPEAKER_02]: And I think she handled it like a G.

[00:11:47] [SPEAKER_02]: Um, I, I heard her cousin was in the house, uh, and a standing ovation for Annika and Annika's
