[00:01:25] [SPEAKER_07]: I know it's only two episodes in.

[00:01:26] [SPEAKER_07]: Everybody got to hear me vent last week, but this week I'm better.

[00:01:30] [SPEAKER_07]: I promise.

[00:01:30] [SPEAKER_07]: I was not as stressed this time.

[00:01:32] [SPEAKER_07]: Luckily, Asia was not in any bad spot this time.

[00:01:35] [SPEAKER_07]: We saw her tribe win immunity.

[00:01:37] [SPEAKER_07]: And so I got to really relax and enjoy what Survivor feels like

[00:01:40] [SPEAKER_07]: when I don't think one of my friends is going home.

[00:01:42] [SPEAKER_07]: So this time around, it was good.

[00:01:44] [SPEAKER_07]: Hopefully next time we keep the streak going.

[00:01:46] [SPEAKER_09]: Yeah.

[00:01:47] [SPEAKER_09]: Now, the fact that we didn't see as much Asia this week,

[00:01:51] [SPEAKER_09]: that made you feel better?

[00:01:53] [SPEAKER_07]: Her under-the-radar edit.

[00:01:54] [SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, yeah.

[00:01:55] [SPEAKER_07]: It's time.

[00:01:56] [SPEAKER_07]: You got to hide.

[00:01:56] [SPEAKER_07]: She's like the Asia gator or whatever.

[00:01:59] [SPEAKER_07]: She comes up and she's like, oh, she's there.

[00:02:02] [SPEAKER_07]: And she's doing the journey with TK, who she got rid of.

[00:02:05] [SPEAKER_07]: I'm giving her credit for that as well.

[00:02:06] [SPEAKER_07]: And then this episode, she went back under the water.

[00:02:09] [SPEAKER_07]: You know what I'm saying?

[00:02:09] [SPEAKER_07]: Like I'm just saying, it's the way she takes from all these other people's games

[00:02:12] [SPEAKER_07]: and makes them her own.

[00:02:14] [SPEAKER_07]: This is why she's so powerful to me.

[00:02:15] [SPEAKER_07]: To me.

[00:02:16] [SPEAKER_07]: Everybody doesn't have to be afraid of her.

[00:02:17] [SPEAKER_09]: She's staying out of the drama, which is important.

[00:02:19] [SPEAKER_07]: She is.

[00:02:20] [SPEAKER_07]: Well, you know, and she's stirring the pot a little bit.

[00:02:22] [SPEAKER_07]: I think that if she felt like her spot wasn't secure,

[00:02:24] [SPEAKER_07]: then maybe picking on somebody who might be in a less secure spot

[00:02:28] [SPEAKER_07]: is what you should do.

[00:02:29] [SPEAKER_07]: You know, not saying that she's throwing Rome under the bus,

[00:02:32] [SPEAKER_07]: but anytime he speaks or whatever, if the camera cuts to Asia,

[00:02:35] [SPEAKER_07]: she's making a face, she's saying something sarcastic.

[00:02:37] [SPEAKER_07]: She's really trying to let these people know that Rome is on the outs

[00:02:40] [SPEAKER_07]: and she's in the ins.

[00:02:42] [SPEAKER_09]: Rome is, people thinking about Rome more than once a day over on the Red Tribe.

[00:02:49] [SPEAKER_09]: We'll talk a bunch about Rome here and everything that he had going on in this episode.

[00:03:17] [SPEAKER_09]: The episode opened up, Chappelle, with Teenie finding out from Rome that there's a box.

[00:03:28] [SPEAKER_09]: A package has come.

[00:03:31] [SPEAKER_09]: I can't open it.

[00:03:32] [SPEAKER_09]: I can't read it.

[00:03:33] [SPEAKER_09]: Just want to show you.

[00:03:34] [SPEAKER_09]: Here's where...

[00:03:35] [SPEAKER_09]: This is what I found.

[00:03:38] [SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, this is tough.

[00:03:40] [SPEAKER_07]: This is a big departure from last week.

[00:03:43] [SPEAKER_07]: I think people were giving Teenie the fishy and saying,

[00:03:46] [SPEAKER_07]: they got it.

[00:03:47] [SPEAKER_07]: Teenie's got the tribe wrapped around their fingers.

[00:03:49] [SPEAKER_07]: And now it's looking like, okay, maybe, maybe Teenie flew a little too close to the sun

[00:03:53] [SPEAKER_07]: because they take this information that they get from Rome and say,

[00:03:56] [SPEAKER_07]: all right, I have to tell my real allies.

[00:03:59] [SPEAKER_07]: Bring me Kashan.

[00:04:00] [SPEAKER_07]: And they go over there, find it, and get caught.

[00:04:03] [SPEAKER_07]: I was shocked when Rome came around the corner because we saw Teenie's reaction,

[00:04:08] [SPEAKER_07]: like, oh God, I'm caught.

[00:04:10] [SPEAKER_07]: Let me try to play it off.

[00:04:11] [SPEAKER_07]: But if I'm Rome, I have no clue what's going...

[00:04:13] [SPEAKER_07]: What is going through his head at that point?

[00:04:16] [SPEAKER_07]: I don't know if I would just start screaming or just fall to my knees and be like, I'm sorry.

[00:04:19] [SPEAKER_07]: I don't know what you do when you catch your ally who you said you trusted 1,000...

[00:04:25] [SPEAKER_07]: Wait, I think 1 million percent giving away your entire game,

[00:04:30] [SPEAKER_07]: just handing it to somebody else, and then trying to play you like you're dumb.

[00:04:33] [SPEAKER_07]: Like, oh, no, it's cool.

[00:04:34] [SPEAKER_07]: I just had to tell Kashan.

[00:04:36] [SPEAKER_07]: This was a tough moment for Teenie, for sure.

[00:04:38] [SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, I mean, it didn't turn into as big of a blowup as you would have expected.

[00:04:44] [SPEAKER_09]: The closest thing I could think of is just that you're reading somebody's diary.

[00:04:49] [SPEAKER_09]: Somebody showed you, like, hey, here's where I keep the diary.

[00:04:51] [SPEAKER_09]: It's under the bed.

[00:04:52] [SPEAKER_09]: And then you walk in the room and somebody else is there reading the diary.

[00:04:57] [SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, but they're not just reading it.

[00:04:59] [SPEAKER_07]: They got their feet kicked up.

[00:05:01] [SPEAKER_07]: They're turning through the pages laughing and giggling at them.

[00:05:03] [SPEAKER_07]: Look at this entry right here.

[00:05:04] [SPEAKER_07]: Look at this.

[00:05:06] [SPEAKER_07]: That's how it felt.

[00:05:07] [SPEAKER_07]: It's like, not only did I tell you something and I trusted you so much

[00:05:10] [SPEAKER_07]: that I felt good about giving you my advantage or showing you my advantage,

[00:05:15] [SPEAKER_07]: but I just turned around for one second and you've already betrayed me.

[00:05:18] [SPEAKER_07]: And it's not like you said, hey, I know Rome has an advantage.

[00:05:22] [SPEAKER_07]: You're like, no, let me show you Rome's advantage.

[00:05:24] [SPEAKER_07]: Let me look at all the cool things it does.

[00:05:26] [SPEAKER_07]: Look at this box.

[00:05:27] [SPEAKER_07]: I was like, oh, God, Rome, this is tough.

[00:05:29] [SPEAKER_07]: And I love his percentages because he says, I 1 million percent trust Teenie.

[00:05:34] [SPEAKER_07]: That's why I'm going to show them this advantage.

[00:05:36] [SPEAKER_07]: And then afterwards he says, you know, I don't know if I 100 percent trust Teenie anymore.

[00:05:41] [SPEAKER_07]: I said, well, a million to 100.

[00:05:43] [SPEAKER_07]: You know, I don't know.

[00:05:45] [SPEAKER_07]: It sounds like the trust is falling there.

[00:05:47] [SPEAKER_07]: So maybe Rome is going to have to do something.

[00:05:49] [SPEAKER_07]: But this episode did solidify that unless Rome makes the mistakes we saw in Survivor 46,

[00:05:55] [SPEAKER_07]: he's probably going to be here for a while.

[00:05:56] [SPEAKER_07]: I mean, I think he might play his idol.

[00:05:58] [SPEAKER_07]: You know, he got it for one tribal council, right?

[00:06:01] [SPEAKER_09]: He does have it for one tribal council.

[00:06:03] [SPEAKER_09]: So if he goes to a pre-marriage tribal council, that's going to be a very interesting situation,

[00:06:08] [SPEAKER_09]: a bomb that you're going to have to disarm.

[00:06:10] [SPEAKER_09]: But can I just ask a question from Teenie's perspective?

[00:06:13] [SPEAKER_09]: What is Teenie trying to do here?

[00:06:14] [SPEAKER_09]: Like why?

[00:06:15] [SPEAKER_09]: Why go and bring Kishan to go look at the box like, OK, you want to tell Kishan or you

[00:06:22] [SPEAKER_09]: say Kishan, hey, you be the lookout.

[00:06:24] [SPEAKER_09]: I'm going to go look at the box.

[00:06:25] [SPEAKER_09]: But why?

[00:06:26] [SPEAKER_09]: Why do you have to bring Kishan to come see the box?

[00:06:30] [SPEAKER_07]: It was a flex.

[00:06:31] [SPEAKER_07]: It really was.

[00:06:32] [SPEAKER_07]: Teenie did a cool thing.

[00:06:34] [SPEAKER_07]: Teenie has the entire tribe wrapped around their finger, like I said.

[00:06:38] [SPEAKER_07]: And now the one person on the outs trust them the most.

[00:06:42] [SPEAKER_07]: And so Teenie's kind of like, y'all see me?

[00:06:45] [SPEAKER_07]: I'm kind of cooking.

[00:06:46] [SPEAKER_07]: Let me show somebody what I did.

[00:06:47] [SPEAKER_07]: You know, it's one thing to tell somebody, yeah, Rome told me about it.

[00:06:50] [SPEAKER_07]: But to be able to be like, no, look at it.

[00:06:52] [SPEAKER_07]: Look at what I did.

[00:06:53] [SPEAKER_07]: Teenie was kind of like, yeah, sing my praises.

[00:06:55] [SPEAKER_07]: But I mean, I just could imagine how just like the life left their body when Rome

[00:07:01] [SPEAKER_07]: came around the corner because I don't know, I probably would have just shat myself.

[00:07:04] [SPEAKER_07]: I don't know. Probably wouldn't have worked out.

[00:07:06] [SPEAKER_09]: Yeah. Well, all right.

[00:07:08] [SPEAKER_09]: Rome, I don't get the sense, though, is picking up on the fact that Rome could be

[00:07:13] [SPEAKER_09]: in danger. Either that or Rome is just not sweating it because we saw that Rome

[00:07:19] [SPEAKER_09]: or do you think that maybe that Rome is like, OK, I got to win these people over

[00:07:23] [SPEAKER_09]: with my stories?

[00:07:26] [SPEAKER_07]: Maybe or Rome knows that for at least one tribal council, he's cool.

[00:07:30] [SPEAKER_07]: You know, he can only use his idol at one tribal council if I'm at the bottom.

[00:07:34] [SPEAKER_07]: That's fine. But someone else is at the bottom before me because I'm definitely

[00:07:36] [SPEAKER_07]: not going home. So, I mean, that buys him some time to get in there.

[00:07:40] [SPEAKER_07]: Good graces. He has some really cool stories.

[00:07:43] [SPEAKER_07]: He can pop lock. He can dance like Michael Jackson.

[00:07:45] [SPEAKER_07]: Rome is going to do whatever it takes to get back in the game.

[00:07:47] [SPEAKER_07]: I love Rome. He can do it all.

[00:07:48] [SPEAKER_09]: He is a Renaissance man that we first hear about, that he has a background

[00:07:55] [SPEAKER_09]: in team sports.

[00:07:58] [SPEAKER_02]: Definitely had like aspirations to go to the NBA.

[00:08:01] [SPEAKER_02]: I did not have the height, but I had the speed.

[00:08:04] [SPEAKER_03]: Why didn't you get drafted?

[00:08:05] [SPEAKER_02]: I stopped playing. I stopped playing in high school.

[00:08:08] [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah. Why did you get drafted?

[00:08:09] [SPEAKER_07]: I know that tone from Asia. That's the same tone she used when she talked to me.

[00:08:14] [SPEAKER_07]: That's like, oh, Shapiro, you're going to pick the grenade this time.

[00:08:17] [SPEAKER_07]: I was like, Asia, I flinched when she said it because I thought that's how

[00:08:21] [SPEAKER_07]: she'd be doing me. I didn't read it when she does it to me.

[00:08:24] [SPEAKER_07]: Why didn't you get drafted?

[00:08:25] [SPEAKER_07]: Yeah. Seeing her say it to Rome, I said, oh, she's been playing in my face

[00:08:31] [SPEAKER_07]: this whole time. She's so good.

[00:08:32] [SPEAKER_09]: A fixture for the soundboard for, really, it's more in the big brother drafts

[00:08:36] [SPEAKER_09]: that we have people that the audience ends up getting.

[00:08:39] [SPEAKER_09]: Like, for instance, Sweet Kenny K could have got the...

[00:08:43] [SPEAKER_07]: Why didn't you get drafted?

[00:08:45] [SPEAKER_07]: Oh, no. When you, yeah, or when you bring in somebody from the community

[00:08:50] [SPEAKER_07]: to come on as a podcast and you're like, oh, you got drafted first?

[00:08:53] [SPEAKER_07]: Why didn't you get drafted first? You know, that kind of thing.

[00:08:55] [SPEAKER_07]: Or, you know, we definitely did not draft one person in this tribe.

[00:08:58] [SPEAKER_07]: I mean, on this show because they fell to Shannon, who was last.

[00:09:02] [SPEAKER_07]: So technically, I mean, she didn't really draft them.

[00:09:04] [SPEAKER_07]: So we can definitely use that in different situations.
