[00:04:06] 13, we took a week off because of the Super Bowl Texas Holder or as we should call it

[00:04:13] the Usher Bowl.

[00:04:14] I mean, I was going to say Texas rodeo okay 16 carriages.

[00:04:20] Okay, all right, she did that, she did that.

[00:04:24] She Mother 8 and so while the Usher Bowl while Texas Holder was popping, we are back this

[00:04:32] week giving you your Real Housewives of Potomac before we started to this week's episode

[00:04:38] because sharing is caring.

[00:04:42] Oh, well, you know, today I am making it work today.

[00:04:47] That is really the thing.

[00:04:48] I'm not feeling so great but you know what, heart hands, we're going to make it through.

[00:05:23] Yeah, so this episode kicks off Mia not in the house, but in the penthouse apartment her

[00:05:30] and Gordon, Gordon is getting ready for a field day.

[00:05:33] And Mia is recapping the happy Eddie event.

[00:05:37] She seems to leave out some key details of...

[00:05:40] Just a little bit.

[00:05:42] She almost got it like perfectly because of course Mia is known for recapping facts and

[00:05:48] stating things that she heard them.

[00:05:51] So of course, you know, she almost gets it right here.

[00:05:56] Almost.

[00:05:57] And so she just tells Gordon about the event and her getting into getting into it with

[00:06:04] the grandum as we know now.

[00:06:07] But you know, leaves out the part about potentially effing the rapper, the rapper that allegedly

[00:06:13] her and Gordon hang out together.

[00:06:15] Nevertheless Ashley stops by and again Mia is on her Barbara Walsers this season.

[00:06:22] She's asking the questions, getting to know.

[00:06:24] She shares with Ashley that her and Gordon on their last date night or date afternoon because

[00:06:31] you know they don't got a nanny.

[00:06:32] So what's date after?

[00:06:33] Date.

[00:06:34] Date.

[00:06:35] Date dates.

[00:06:36] She was sharing that Gordon proposed to Mia that if they were ever to break up, that it

[00:06:41] would more be a situational ship.

[00:06:43] They'll have to work out something in arrangement.

[00:06:47] So she asked the ultimate situation ship holder.

[00:06:51] And Ashley, you know, she was like, well, how, you know, I feel like what they did show

[00:06:56] was actually explaining her situation ship and telling me this is an asshole girl in

[00:07:01] a situation ship.

[00:07:02] But she does say, oh yeah, you know, I'm going to divorce them.

[00:07:06] My birthday's coming up and you know by the end of the year.

[00:07:10] And I don't think we saw that at the end of the year.

[00:07:13] Did you?

[00:07:15] My internet because you know, I'll be keeping my ears to the streets.

[00:07:19] We do know that Michael Darby's lawsuit with Candace was thrown out.

[00:07:23] I didn't see an official divorce.

[00:07:26] I didn't see any other court action and you know, we be on Darby watch.

[00:07:29] So I mean, we would have known I think but you know, it's good to see that she has plans

[00:07:34] maybe we'll see them soon.

[00:07:35] But yeah, they're just, you know, two girls chatting about their situations with their husbands.

[00:07:41] Yeah.

[00:07:42] Ashley says she remembers being picked up in the second grade or grandma coming together

[00:07:46] and watching her mom move out of a home.

[00:07:49] And so that's trauma, like that, that's traumatizing.

[00:07:51] So I there's a piece of me that understands Ashley, right?

[00:07:55] Like you trying to provide for your kids by any means and you not trying to like keep this

[00:07:59] generational trauma going.

[00:08:01] So I can understand it a little.

[00:08:06] You know what?

[00:08:07] I am glad she shared that because it helps to explain kind of like, you know, why she

[00:08:14] told me so tight when it seems like everybody, you know, everybody thinks she should let

[00:08:18] go.

[00:08:19] And it's because yeah, she's, you know, she trying to be out on the curve.

[00:08:23] Like she was twice and that's got to be very traumatized.

[00:08:27] Also, I want to say shout out to the pictures, the throwback pictures where she saw her mom

[00:08:34] was looking like a red hot fox.

[00:08:36] Sheila, okay.

[00:08:37] Look Sheila was like right now.

[00:08:40] She was ready for it.

[00:08:42] Okay.

[00:08:43] Ashley in hot kilo, okay?

[00:08:46] Yeah.

[00:08:47] And then we take it on to the meeting we have been praying to the sanctuaries.

[00:08:53] Not the shrines.

[00:08:54] The shrines too.

[00:08:55] The shrines for this meeting.

[00:08:59] Necta and Wendy meet.

[00:09:02] How do you think their meeting goes?

[00:09:04] So Wendy had on a very cute outfit.

[00:09:06] She did.

[00:09:07] I will give her that.

[00:09:10] And I thought it started out well.

[00:09:13] And then you know, Necta apologized for calling her mom of which and for calling Wendy

[00:09:20] a bitch.

[00:09:21] I didn't hear any apologies come out of Wendy mouth though.

[00:09:24] That's not.

[00:09:25] And then when he tried to use the reason is like why should I apologize for the things

[00:09:30] that my family are doing?

[00:09:33] And I was like yeah, you can't, you can't, you know, make them not do that.

[00:09:38] But you can't say I'm sorry, my family, what my family is doing is hurting.

[00:09:42] And she's like, oh, and there are allegations allegations.

[00:09:45] So you could tell she went back and played the tape and really broke this out.

[00:09:49] Like it was so like calculating like you really caught my mom a bitch.

[00:09:54] You were just alleging that my mom, it's not proof of what I'm like, okay, come on.

[00:09:58] Right.

[00:09:59] It was for me with a little gaslighting right where it's like I have proof that you have

[00:10:03] called me a B but you're saying what you're saying is here.

[00:10:07] Okay, Nekka said but I could get Leba to come and testify.

[00:10:11] And all you need is what person to testify to make something a fact.

[00:10:15] Okay, I learned that from the DA down there in Georgia over this weekend.

[00:10:18] And they tried to put her on trial.

[00:10:21] Did you see any of those clips of her?

[00:10:23] I saw family clips in her face.

[00:10:26] Told me everything.

[00:10:27] I need to.

[00:10:28] First of all, she got on that stand and said, I object.

[00:10:31] Okay, girl, wake up.

[00:10:33] You can't do that.

[00:10:34] I'm not going to do that.

[00:10:35] I'm not going to do that.

[00:10:37] Miss Mama's eights, that prosecutor up, if you don't know where it's talking about.

[00:10:41] Up, Danny Willis, honey, Fanny Willis, Faith was killing them.

[00:10:49] She ate them up.

[00:10:50] She was having none of that.

[00:10:51] She was like, what's this got to do with it?

[00:10:53] Nothing next.

[00:10:54] I've never seen a witness get on the stand and demand documents.

[00:10:59] Okay, like I have to send you some stuff because she was eating it up.

[00:11:02] So yeah, Naka and Wendy, they don't really come to a resolve.

[00:11:06] They agree that they can coexist, but it seems that Wendy kind of really went there with

[00:11:14] an agenda and was like, girl, I'm not really giving you nothing.

[00:11:17] We're going to meet.

[00:11:18] You want to apologize for calling my mom this and that and that's it.

[00:11:21] I feel like we could apologize for calling her a cracker.

[00:11:25] And not smoking crack Whitney told us we don't smoke crack.

[00:11:30] Crack is the way.

[00:11:31] Okay.

[00:11:32] So she was trying to dominate that girl and it made her look mean.

[00:11:39] And yeah, whatever.

[00:11:40] I hope we never have to hear this story again.

[00:11:43] It kind of the way that Wendy now again, I'm with Wendy.

[00:11:47] Anybody come from my mom?

[00:11:49] Okay, you're going to have to we go ahead.

[00:11:53] You want to have to make it right.

[00:11:55] But I do feel like it was very technical and very convenient.

[00:12:01] I felt like it was contrived.

[00:12:03] She had her point, like she had talking point and it wasn't in a good way.

[00:12:09] It just made her look conniving.

[00:12:11] Like she planned all this from the start.

[00:12:13] So it wasn't a good look for her from I mean, yeah.

[00:12:16] But and it seemed like Naka came with like an open heart.

[00:12:20] Right.

[00:12:21] And so they break the third wall.

[00:12:24] The last time we have seen the third wall broken was last season with Candice in the workout

[00:12:31] room with Jacelle after Jacelle dropped the fourth wall.

[00:12:34] They broke the fourth wall.

[00:12:36] Girls not the third wall.

[00:12:38] No, it's like a room with boxes and then one two three any break in like if you go like this,

[00:12:43] that's right.

[00:12:44] But if it's TV, it's really only one two.

[00:12:48] This the third, the third wall is in front of you.

[00:12:51] The wall in the back.

[00:12:53] One two three is like a box and this is the fourth wall.

[00:12:56] Go ahead.

[00:12:57] Okay.

[00:12:58] Well listen, they they they broke the fourth wall with Naka.

[00:13:01] And we see Naka talking to a producer.

[00:13:03] We haven't seen this in season seven again with Candice and Jacelle.

[00:13:06] And Naka is visibly upset.

[00:13:08] She's like I'm not upset at Wendy.

[00:13:10] I'm just frustrated at the situation where it's like she knows the truth, but she doesn't

[00:13:16] want to admit it.

[00:13:17] And so it seems interesting enough.

[00:13:20] But at least we get somewhat of a truce that they can coexist.

[00:13:23] And I am all good and dandy for that.

[00:13:28] I love it as a plot with like a plot point when they tried to show like that somebody was

[00:13:34] really wrong.

[00:13:35] They bring in the producers like that.

[00:13:36] So I just love it.

[00:13:37] It's like yeah, like the producers even be like all right, right?

[00:13:41] It's like, oh, this is a lot.

[00:13:43] Wendy's a lot.

[00:13:44] But I mean again, I don't agree with Wendy.

[00:13:49] However, if I'm in that position, I'm serving it like Wendy though.

[00:13:53] I'm giving the pump off.

[00:13:54] I'm giving like you know, like I just know Wendy before she shoots these scenes.

[00:14:00] She sits.

[00:14:01] Do you ever like have you ever gotten to a argument with somebody in your head while

[00:14:04] you in the shower and you be casting them out in the shower?

[00:14:07] Like I can't but look you get like I just know that Wendy.

[00:14:12] Absolutely.

[00:14:13] And but the thing is what she does that she doesn't come across genuine and warm.

[00:14:18] I mean, it's probably if you clearly don't care.

[00:14:22] I mean, listen, this one I would say she ate that walk out.

[00:14:24] So I mean if we're giving walk out, we give her a walk out now.

[00:14:29] We fast forward to Candace and it's so interesting how the tables turn.

[00:14:36] Candace is shooting a scripted series.

[00:14:39] She is again gearing up for her.

[00:14:43] She thinks leg of the girl.

[00:14:48] Read and see more you gear up and more rehearsals than we've seen shows.

[00:14:53] But listen, nevertheless I have deep space.

[00:14:57] It is a jam.

[00:14:58] I'd be trying to put you to your own and I was also mad that Candace didn't come.

[00:15:04] She didn't deep space didn't come to filly because you know, I like to see my girls when

[00:15:08] they come it didn't come to filly she came to filly during last year during black gay pride

[00:15:13] and I was happy to be on tour of you know, my Bryson win tour 43.

[00:15:19] So I was booked in busy saw was sad that I couldn't see her but she's gearing up for this

[00:15:22] tour and I don't know how I feel about how she came for Chris now.

[00:15:32] You know, I hate the love Chris, but I do enjoy Chris.

[00:15:38] I don't see.

[00:15:39] I feel like when we met Chris, he had an established career then with the housewives that

[00:15:46] he had to get a new job that he was the manager at C.J.

[00:15:48] I Friday's on the rooftop and then Candace had a problem with his eye.

[00:15:52] I like Chris.

[00:15:56] Yeah, you know, he had his restaurant and I think that's just a kind of very fickle business

[00:16:02] so I'm not going to say that but I like Chris.

[00:16:05] I thought he was very rounding for her.

[00:16:08] Absolutely.

[00:16:09] And now, you know, she says he works from home and he is a content creator on the YouTube

[00:16:20] and my I do follow him on TikTok and I have made a couple of his recipes and I don't

[00:16:25] shout out to him clearly doing something right.

[00:16:28] Okay, and listen, I don't like to wait shame because you know, I'm a little chunky over

[00:16:32] here, but it do look like Chris has been enjoying his creations.

[00:16:37] Yeah.

[00:16:38] And so it's just very interesting because we rewind a year ago where Candace had the problem

[00:16:45] with him working and now he is essentially saying like I want you home like I miss time

[00:16:51] with you.

[00:16:52] Then they go into like we got these babies on ice like, you know, are we having kids or

[00:16:57] not?

[00:16:58] And then Candace brings up her issue about the mass that they found in her breasts.

[00:17:04] She's worried about the hormones that she would have to take whether it would expand

[00:17:07] it.

[00:17:08] She then brings a letter to Chris basically saying that the doctor said that it's not

[00:17:14] breast cancer, but they need to continue to follow up your thoughts.

[00:17:19] Now my no before I let you get the thoughts goodbye, I feel like I be speaking for you

[00:17:22] sometimes, but I again being your friend and going through this experience with you

[00:17:27] I just feel like I'm with Candace on this right?

[00:17:32] Like Candace has something in her body.

[00:17:34] The doctor is saying okay, but she like I don't want to be fine with just okay breast

[00:17:41] cancer runs in my family like let's be a little bit more proactive.

[00:17:45] No you don't get thoughts.

[00:17:47] She said it was an enlarged lymph node.

[00:17:49] I would you know, you need your lymph node.

[00:17:53] So I would follow up with a doctor.

[00:17:55] I was like, would that wish you said?

[00:17:58] I was like no, don't lose your lymph nodes because they basically clean out your white blood

[00:18:04] cells and their lymphatic drainage.

[00:18:08] So you don't want to lose the lymph node.

[00:18:10] You need your lymph nodes system.

[00:18:11] I've lost some lymph nodes and I want my back so I don't know if she don't name that one.

[00:18:16] That's a joke.

[00:18:17] You can't take somebody else's lymph nodes.

[00:18:21] But I thought she should definitely follow up with it.

[00:18:25] But you know, she should listen to the doctors.

[00:18:27] But hey girl, go make another doctor appointment if you want a second of things get you second

[00:20:54] when it comes to health I love how Chris gets serious, supportive I felt like he was listening

[00:21:00] like you know I like Chris like I've always liked Chris I just you know having liked the

[00:21:05] situation that he's been in but I've always liked me some Chris.

[00:21:09] Yeah, I think he's always been fun so I'm glad to see they get to they they don't do

[00:21:14] not get to a point about the babies on ice or when that's going to happen I thought that

[00:21:18] was very interesting that you know they skipped over that part because I mean I believe

[00:21:23] when we first met Candice apart of her arc was she wanted to have children so it is

[00:21:31] very interesting that speaking of the babies.

[00:21:34] Jezel her grace she is graduating and I never realized that Jezel's twins were only a

[00:21:41] year younger than grace and so it is yeah because she basically in this scene she was like

[00:21:47] next year I'm going to have to go through this all again I didn't know you know past the

[00:21:52] Brian and Jezel was not now they were two I thought they were two years apart because

[00:21:58] you can be two years apart and you know well regardless they're going to be graduating

[00:22:03] next year yes so you know just like it seeing grace got me a little emotional which even

[00:22:12] more got me emotional was seeing first this is the first time we got to see Jezel's mom

[00:22:17] Joanne.

[00:22:18] No, we're seeing her before when have we met Jezel's mom when they all went out of New Orleans

[00:22:25] you're think no only Jezel's dad came out.

[00:22:27] You're thinking of Robin's mom okay maybe I could say.

[00:22:32] It do look similar it was sad for me because I watching this I know that this is probably

[00:22:37] one of the last times that Jezel was father filmed because her father passed after wrapping

[00:22:44] this season so I know that had to been hard for Jezel but again I loved seeing her dad

[00:22:50] being there encouraging the grandkids now past the Bryant.

[00:22:54] Yes it was good to see him feel.

[00:22:57] I could just tell through that speech it was given a little too long like I could just

[00:23:04] tell that he was giving a your little bit of diction like a sermon he was giving a

[00:23:11] whole sermon it was just like a little blessing it wasn't like you know it's like when

[00:23:15] the preacher started blessing the food and then he get long winded and he called

[00:23:20] you start opening one I'm like oh sir could you please wrap it up before my whole entire

[00:23:24] plate is one temperature or is that thanks given that your great great great grandma.

[00:23:34] Right right and yeah so anyway but it was nice to see her whole family coming together

[00:23:40] and celebrating I love whenever Jezel talks about her girls and then we have some nice

[00:23:45] flashbacks to when they look like little girls I think maybe we were like 10 and 11 as well

[00:23:50] if I'm like that so it was just nice to see the progression I always love when the seeing

[00:23:56] the progression of the housewives.

[00:23:58] It's like it happens so fast though like it's like what no because it's because you're old

[00:24:04] so sorry no no baby baby what see what happens over here okay it happens the real time for

[00:24:13] me but I don't know you've been jamming button now I know what you doing okay somebody

[00:24:20] has to swag okay so we ain't doing it over here but yeah I am getting older but again

[00:24:27] I just love seeing the babies there is in the housewife franchise right I don't know why

[00:24:32] the only kids that I am really I want I wonder if you'll be able to guess but you probably

[00:24:37] won't but I'm going to ask you there's only one set of children that I really feel like

[00:24:43] are my babies and I'm wondering if you can guess I want to say Theresa Judy I know you have

[00:24:52] I don't care where nobody is saying you like Melania I know you do I feel like Melania

[00:25:00] Gea Adriana I don't know why I feel like they are like my little sisters first of all I

[00:25:07] follow all of them on Instagram I'll be coming in on you this was going to be the answer

[00:25:13] I follow Melania on the TikTok I love I don't know why I came out the room ready to be a superstar

[00:25:21] like just saying off the wall stuff it was Gea for me when it was like my dirty

[00:25:27] combin up and my money yeah but anyway all right but listen we love the raw housewives kids

[00:25:32] then here's the tradition that I don't like I hate right before a trip when a group of us

[00:25:40] get together to go shopping for the trip but nobody buys anything for the trip well they have

[00:25:48] to get the pre-talk I think that's like you have to have a pre-talk scene like what's the drama

[00:25:53] you have to set this it's a scene better it's a scene better for the trip right because you don't

[00:25:58] want the first because it's not like they could really talk into airport because they are

[00:26:02] already all together so you do have to have a shopping trip for the trip so that you can find out

[00:26:08] who is going to be at odds who's running the trip what they got planned it's the scene better

[00:26:14] I mean I get it but like does it have to be shopping like let's play pickle back let's get our nails

[00:26:21] pickle ball sorry okay it's pickle ball and nickel bag I was like I know if you talk about

[00:26:26] the band or the game but I mean I was talking about the game with the band playing in the

[00:26:30] background nickel bag okay you know that makes friends pickle back um reasonably so we have

[00:26:39] Robin Nekka and Mia they meet up to talk about the DR Mia is giving her rundown about Karen she

[00:26:47] feels like Karen switches up when she's with Wendy and Candace so she knows what to expect Nekka

[00:26:53] explains that she met up with Wendy but it seemed like Wendy didn't want to meet with her

[00:26:58] Robin it's like she don't want to be your friend and that's really it now baby now let's get

[00:33:15] then gave Karen her room she's gonna stay with Mia now this is the Jazeel and Karen level of shade

[00:33:32] away because Karen said that Neckah's home is North Potomac and you know Neckah you Ike
