[00:14:55] I do, I do a roux for my mac and cheese.

[00:14:58] So that, that's the way that I prefer to do it now.

[00:15:05] People, the last time I did it, I did not do an egg.

[00:15:08] But my, my cousin was saying to use an egg next time.

[00:15:14] So I, when it came out, it came out good without the egg.

[00:15:19] But I think it might add a little coagulation.

[00:15:25] Like a whole egg, you'll add an egg to a roux.

[00:15:31] A roux is kind of like, I would describe it as like a gravy-esque.

[00:15:41] You know, you need cuda, you need chart, you need-

[00:15:44] Oh, like a thick sort of, and then you like pour it over or something?

[00:15:47] And then you do a layer on top, and then you get the shredded cheese and put it on top.

[00:15:51] And then you still bake it.

[00:15:52] So it's not like it's done once you do the roux.

[00:15:54] Like, you still got to put it all together and then cook it.

[00:15:58] But mine would have a little buffalo chicken in there, so.

[00:16:30] We had a beautiful woman from San Francisco.

[00:16:34] She had our heads blew up.

[00:16:37] She said, I printed out Jack, but I listened to the last podcast.

[00:16:44] So she didn't bring it.
