[00:03:22] not their first time on the purple pants podcast but definitely a fan favorite one half of cory and

[00:03:28] rob from amazing race season 35 we've got cory mcarthur with us this morning how are you cory

[00:03:35] hey y'all i am doing great i am so pumped to be part of this deep dive to the older seasons this is what

[00:03:41] i think is one of the most iconic seasons of the amazing race ever and it's got two of probably the

[00:03:48] three like most memorable moments in the entire show's history so i'm i'm pumped to get to talk

[00:03:54] about it with y'all what did you have for breakfast cory yes uh i had three eggs so you know same

[00:04:02] nutritional value as me cool yes i would ravioli i'll be honest that sounds good really good

[00:04:09] i have to say though cory um i am a newer era of amazing race baby brooke has you know converted

[00:04:16] me into loving amazing race saying you know i i love season 35 i love season 33 34 36

[00:04:23] 29 29 and 20 29 was good too but i have to say cory watching season five

[00:04:31] i don't know if it holds a candle to season 35 like it's like i am shocked at how good amazing race is

[00:04:41] like i am i'm watching these episodes each week with the viewers and everyone and i'm like can it get any

[00:04:47] better and then we get to episode nine and i'm like we just like you don't know to pay your taxi by now

[00:04:54] like we are still here like okay these i hope you're not talking about linda because frankly she

[00:05:00] was not in the wrong but we will talk about this when we get there no oh we're gonna have another

[00:05:05] fight cory what is cory what's your definition of a elimination yeah okay we yes cory listen listen

[00:05:12] all right sorry i know you're about to answer something but we need to settle this debate here

[00:05:16] okay i'm not wrong i have had people reach okay i'm not going to say what my position is

[00:05:21] i'm not going to say what mine is i'm just going to ask the question have you heard the term

[00:05:25] elimination yes i can what do you know it's a reasonable stand from my perspective a elimination

[00:05:32] is when phil comes and meets you on the course to eliminate you because you did not make it to the

[00:05:38] map i've heard people use it interchangeably in other places and just use it as when phil eliminates you

[00:05:45] i personally like to use it as the term of phil comes and meets you out on the race course

[00:05:50] you are eliminated right he's agreeing with me what are you talking about he's agreeing with me

[00:05:55] hold on hold on wait no no question no hold on hold on cory if you have decided you're not going

[00:06:03] to no no but don't ask that don't ask that hold on i'm gonna ask in a good way that's what i do for a

[00:06:08] if you're to have decided you're not going to continue and you've decided to stop and you're

[00:06:15] not going to continue you're not going to do the race anymore you're quitting and phil comes to you

[00:06:20] on the race course to eliminate you is that a elimination yes or no i'm gonna go with no but

[00:06:31] okay you're you're withdrawing from the race and i don't think you deserve to get eliminated but

[00:06:39] for the closure of television phil has to be there so he's going to be there no matter what

[00:06:46] one more follow-up question what if it is a your honor i have one more question leading your honor

[00:06:52] she is leading it's not not allowed so my question is this in a situation where perhaps

[00:06:57] it's a non-elimination leg and you've decided to quit like you can't quit because you would have

[00:07:02] kept going no matter what what if phil comes out on the race course and it's a non-elimination leg

[00:07:06] and they said they're going to stop is that a elimination or no but quitting has nothing to do

[00:07:12] with the elimination when phil comes to the race course and eliminates you that is a all right

[00:07:17] sorry we started this bad i know no no no it's really interesting i think that's such a gray area

[00:07:24] but if you quit the race you quit the race like sure i'm not saying you're not quitting i'm just

[00:07:32] saying the act of telling you you're no longer in the race by virtue of you quit or phil says you're

[00:07:38] the last one there or whatever i'm not saying a phil elimination in my mind has nothing to do with

[00:07:43] how your race ends quit not quit still searching for a clue whatever the elimination is the act of phil

[00:07:49] coming out on the race course and telling you your time is done here you are every right to your opinion

[00:07:58] i and i with cory and i with cory because you just agreed with his elimination explanation was that

[00:08:05] he's coming to eliminate you yes it's not called a phila visit

[00:08:11] what show are you on i feel like hey hey listen at this point i was on amazing race because that's

[00:08:18] how much i loved it we're gonna find a guest between now and episode 12 that agrees with me

[00:08:26] and it's smart right okay and wrong is wrong and there's a reason why i love rob because rob had a son

[00:08:31] named cory so this is i need to start vetting the guests before you you you know what hold on because

[00:08:43] you know what cory it's the disrespect it is you know what cory let's let let's just do this because

[00:08:50] you know what brooke has been feliminated

[00:08:55] was that a felimination brooke that was quality that was really good i like that a lot

[00:09:02] that that was a felimination she did not withdraw from the race she did not quit

[00:09:07] she didn't quit she got feliminated okay that's you know brooke this has been an ongoing battle

[00:09:13] and you know brooke is just it's hard for her she is used to winning things she's won season 29

[00:09:21] and this is why she's so good at hosting this and so good at the amazing race very competitive

[00:09:27] and you gotta have that competitive nature in everything you do although i don't want to tell

[00:09:33] her i do understand and kind of agree with her point though because it is kind of like speak on it

[00:09:38] that's right just standing right out of frame i'm here without being here because i want to see

[00:09:44] what would happen if i was gone and i heard him say he kind of agrees with me but now it's too late to

[00:09:48] walk it back because you've been so vocal on the other side anyway this is fun i also just want to

[00:09:56] say bryce i'm so glad that you're getting into old school amazing race because i think that

[00:10:00] you will see here as so many long time amazing race fans have kind of established there's

[00:10:07] similar to the way we think about survivor i feel like there's old school amazing race and there's new

[00:10:11] school amazing race you'll see that there's so many rule changes throughout all the seasons and i'm

[00:10:15] sure you've covered it what with you know the number of roadblocks like this is the last season

[00:10:21] that you can do more than half of the roadblocks as one person this is i think a season that there

[00:10:28] were so many rule changes in general and it was also right around the peak of amazing race viewership

[00:10:33] fun fact if you haven't looked at the numbers the amazing race season five was the most watched

[00:10:39] season to this point averaging viewership of 11.7 million then season six and seven followed that

[00:10:48] with 11 and 13 and then it sort of really peaked around there holding at right around 10 to 11 million

[00:10:55] and then right when we got to season 26 it dropped down closer to 7 million and then once we got to

[00:11:04] you know where we're at now it's kind of sat around 5 million people all of that super caveated because

[00:11:11] nielsen ratings are very very you know uh calculated it's an estimate it's not perfect you also have to

[00:11:17] think about how streaming is impacting viewership nowadays so there's a lot of like caveats with

[00:11:21] the numbers but i feel like what we're watching right now is like peak television peak amazing race this

[00:11:29] is when it was like the biggest it ever was and i've heard that some people have said that this season

[00:11:35] is what saved amazing race i heard amazing race was in on its way to getting canceled and we got myrna

[00:11:42] and respectfully my girl shmirna uh they saved the amazing race i mean they saved it i'm not going to argue

[00:11:53] with that that i believe you are correct on so should we talk about it thank god there's no

[00:11:59] felimination this episode because honestly we would go for 45 minutes i mean and and we have

[00:12:05] yeah yes let's get into it because uh there's so many interesting things that happen that i need

[00:12:13] corey and i need your takes brooke like right in the first five minutes okay first five minutes here we go

[00:12:18] so we have five teams left they're at this desert oasis uh we have colin and christy 10 51 in the

[00:12:25] morning they're leaving um brandon and nicole are 40 minutes later at 11 27 chip and kim 11 41

[00:12:30] followed by linda and karen a minute later and cammy and carly at 12 14 so you have about an hour and a

[00:12:35] half hour and 25 minutes between first and last so teams now have to drive 35 miles to wild wadi

[00:12:42] which is dubai's water park i i don't know about you two live for a water slide i think there's

[00:12:49] nothing more fun on this planet than the biggest tallest fastest throw me down a water slide water

[00:12:56] slide no well i so i love a water slide however this was filmed in 2004 right i don't know why but i have

[00:13:07] spent countless hours when i'm supposed to be working or when i am working i always need something

[00:13:13] in the background to like you know help me motivate me i don't know why i have watched i want to say over

[00:13:19] like seven hours of water slide horror clips like you would be surprised at how many like accidents

[00:13:29] happen on like people go flying off a water slide like seriously injured and it's more of them in

[00:13:38] the tubes you ever see people in like the circular tubes and it's like like is it like large people

[00:13:43] who get stuck or is it like what is happening all demographic shapes and sizes but as i'm watching

[00:13:49] this slide and you can kind of see the railing and it says they're going 50 miles per hour

[00:13:55] i am in a thrill seeker but i think i would be a little scared for this one cory because

[00:14:02] i could just just run wrong wiggle and i'm all in the air in abu dhabi so you know that's probably

[00:14:11] not the best there is and i'm sure cory knows because it's a big thing maybe 10 seasons from now

[00:14:17] a team that ends up getting eliminated because after donning a pair of water wings you know floaties

[00:14:24] the female half of that team decides she's too scared to go down a water slide she's probably

[00:14:31] seen the videos that i've seen i would be as well uh now here's another one of my favorite moments of

[00:14:36] amazing race ever because another team heckles them to get them to like to get to pass them because you

[00:14:41] only get a certain amount of time at the top of the slide before the team behind you if there's a

[00:14:45] line gets to go and they're like i wouldn't do it i'm i was scary i think you'll die and like

[00:14:50] heckles her to the point where she's like okay i can't do it a fun fact about that team they broke

[00:14:55] up at the rest stop wow not amazing not the amazing race probably won't be the last probably not

[00:15:04] another thing that i love about this older era is that i love that we don't leave in like the group

[00:15:09] blockings that i have seen in the earlier seasons but here is a critique that i had right like i love

[00:15:16] we get in at 10 a.m and we're leaving at 10 p.m but wally wally don't open till 8 p.m so it doesn't

[00:15:22] matter if you were six hours behind the last team because it's like all the teams are just getting

[00:15:29] there and waiting that is you need that otherwise you're gonna be the if colin and christie were like

[00:15:35] 40 hours ahead at one point like they'd never lose again like if nothing ever was a bunching point

[00:15:40] like it's necessary and it makes for a better show because otherwise someone's running and grabbing

[00:15:44] number one six hours later someone's like i mean and that did happen that did happen this episode but

[00:15:51] that was just a critique of mine like i like it i love them leaving at dark i think that's amazing but

[00:15:56] also it's like we know it's not going to open till the morning uh and i love the fact that colin and

[00:16:01] christy uh or no yeah colin and christy they sleep anywhere like they be so comfortable in

[00:16:06] their sleeping bags people are like walking over them and they're just like

[00:16:11] i i would be a little nervous but yeah no i i couldn't agree more but have you have you ever

[00:16:19] watched the first season of amazing race i have i think that is the biggest piece of context you'll get

[00:16:26] to why they do these blocked starts if you watch the first season there's a team in the finale that is

[00:16:32] days behind because they didn't have these bunching points as regularly they get eliminated

[00:16:38] no they don't they can't even get eliminated because they're in a different country like phil

[00:16:43] can't even come to them they just get a note on the race course that said the race is over yes there

[00:16:50] was a clue waiting for them at their like next destination that said this team crossed the finish line

[00:16:56] it's over you don't win like yeah so anyway my favorite part about this part where they're waiting

[00:17:02] for the water park to open is chipping cam because they've decided they're going to do anything and everything

[00:17:07] they can to pump up colin's ego to the point where he's so like full of himself that he forgets that

[00:17:13] like to do something and messes up so their new goal i think toward the end of this race rather than

[00:17:18] do well themselves which is obviously the main goal is see what you can do to mess up colin and it's so

[00:17:25] funny to watch chip be like colin's like you got your fast and he's like i was a wheel man for the mob

[00:17:29] like he's just and he's like colin look at your muscles they're so big and colin's like i'm amazing

[00:17:34] like it's just glorious brilliant it is like survivor level gameplay to me where chip is just

[00:17:43] psychoanalyzing this team to go what is their downfall gonna be because on the off chance we

[00:17:48] can't beat them how do we make sure they beat themselves and that is just brilliant sometimes

[00:17:55] i uh i love chip sometimes i think chip is a little too chipper at times and in this moment is one of the

[00:18:02] reasons why i love kim so much because we don't really get to see colin be nice often and chip and

[00:18:07] kim arrive and colin's like yeah we like chip and kim we can trust them like we don't mind work with

[00:18:11] them and then they cut to uh kim being like i want colin to self-destruct now like yes kim uh i love it

[00:18:19] so it's so interesting just to see the back and forth between these teams and i also love that this

[00:18:25] you hear uh chip and kim saying this is the honeymoon we never got to have like they're just so enjoying

[00:18:30] the experience uh which is really really nice nicole's talking about how mosques are like starbucks

[00:18:35] they're on every corner um karen is talking about how they're a threat and they're going to surprise

[00:18:39] you cammy and carly have no money and so they've decided they are going to flirt themselves to the

[00:18:45] next um clue i appreciate now i think there have been several times this season when somebody loses

[00:18:50] money linda and karen this didn't happen to um you will see they people are being allowed to ask for

[00:18:57] money during the rest stops which i think is cheating and not allowed cammy and carly waited

[00:19:02] until now probably because they were at like a desert oasis and there was no one to ask um until

[00:19:06] they were driving to their next location and they're just stopping random men on the street

[00:19:10] and offering back rubs and hugs and kisses for cash and whatever it takes because they now end up

[00:19:17] with more money than everybody else and they end up with a with a private chauffeur to the water park

[00:19:22] because they find a man they think is very handsome in a very nice car and he just agrees to shuttle them

[00:19:27] there so whatever works they are using the sexual gifts that god has given them whatever they are

[00:19:36] i i think it's just amazing race was so savage the way they would just be like oh you're last it's not

[00:19:43] elimination give me your money go beg like that go beg in the middle of nowhere and and i'm sure

[00:19:51] we'll see if you continue this series there's some moments where it gets kind of uncomfy or it gets

[00:19:56] really gross the way it happens so it makes sense why they don't do it anymore but it is like

[00:20:02] uncomfortable to watch at time you know some people that are clearly americans just begging in other

[00:20:08] countries right on a tv show with all of these like cameras for a million dollars like having to beg with

[00:20:15] no clothes on their back and no money in their wallet so it it that part didn't age well and i'm glad

[00:20:20] they changed it too it's no good okay so everyone's at the water park it opens eight o'clock in the

[00:20:28] morning chip runs right by the board because he's so excited he doesn't see what he's doing

[00:20:31] uh brandon nicole cory you should know brandon and nicole are on a team with jesus um and satan

[00:20:37] because sometimes they do things a little bit mischievous and also apparently the prodigal son from

[00:20:42] the last the last episode from episode five or whatever it is so they're a team basically of four

[00:20:48] brandon nicole jesus and satan they are first down the water slide then you have chip and kim

[00:20:52] linda and karen colin christy and then the twins slide looks fun but then again i haven't watched

[00:20:57] hours and hours of water park horror stories which is exactly what i'm going to do when we're done

[00:21:02] recording this podcast and i'll probably change my stance on water slides um yeah so this is this is

[00:21:08] where a couple of things happen that we need to go like this read your clue i brought it back because

[00:21:15] after the water slide the clue says drive yourself to the airport brandon nicole and jesus and satan

[00:21:22] read it correctly um chip and kim hop a cab linda and karen read it correctly but leave their fanny

[00:21:28] pack behind someone needs to be in charge of the fanny pack at all times um and then the other two do

[00:21:34] it correctly and it's no problem but i don't know i have to think that somebody sort of nudged chip and

[00:21:40] kim and said read the clue again because why else would they be reading it in the car and realize they

[00:21:44] have to turn around they turned around they got back in their car no problem i don't know why um they

[00:21:50] didn't pay the cab to they've already paid the cab to follow them to the airport and linda and karen

[00:21:55] go back find the fanny pack and everyone's on their way to the airport blah blah whatever who cares

[00:22:00] anybody feelings i think that that is just brilliant editing the way that they like go from

[00:22:07] you know i wonder if anyone didn't read their clue cuts immediately to chip and kim in a cab like

[00:22:12] the the show does such a good job of editing and i love when they pick up one of these things

[00:22:17] someone's talking about something and you show it happening um i and i i think you're totally right

[00:22:22] there's a possibility that someone nudged them but i also think that i'm sure you experience this at

[00:22:28] times there's that like paranoia of being on the race where sometimes if i have no never had that i

[00:22:34] reread my clue like three four times you know i'm in the car going is this right are we supposed to be in

[00:22:39] a taxi should we be doing this like and i had a team together with the whole time you're like is

[00:22:44] this right i don't know do you think it's right i don't know yeah i was a ball of nerves the whole

[00:22:49] time yeah but anyway it's possible that they just naturally discovered it and went oh no like this

[00:22:56] is gonna be it then they get in the car and chip's like oh well and kim's like just get me the airport

[00:23:01] right okay and he's like yes ma'am let's do it like i really enjoy them so anyway everyone has to

[00:23:07] now go to where are they going india calcutta india right because it's not enough to go to south

[00:23:15] america and then africa and then where are they now the middle east and now india and you'll see

[00:23:22] they then go to oceana this is the most ridiculous this is season 30 which one just happened 36 this is

[00:23:30] season 36 like this is like the sixth loop around for season 36 by episode nine here so teams have to

[00:23:37] fly to calcutta everyone is on the same of the first two flights can we uh can we talk the taxi real quick

[00:23:43] oh yeah i mean why you know in an amazing season of this level why not have one team not payday taxi

[00:23:53] let's have two now i am curious to know your thoughts on this right because the first time i watched it

[00:23:58] i was like linda is in the right so when linda and karen go back to get their fanny pack uh there's a

[00:24:05] taxi there linda says can you take me to uh no no linda says how do i get to the airport not can you

[00:24:14] take me and he says i'm going follow me because i rewatched it and my rewatch right like i hear what

[00:24:22] the guy is saying and i read the subtitles i really do feel like there was some translation

[00:24:28] laws okay i don't think that he was saying like oh i'm just going follow me i think that that's what

[00:24:35] like on fast pace that's what you would think because when we get to the airport linda says oh

[00:24:41] let me tip on five dollars and the guy says no no no no no no no no no look at my meter my meter is

[00:24:47] running and so at first i was with it i was like no linda is right but then i had to start thinking

[00:24:52] about it like this taxi driver is driving you to the airport you're following him like i just feel

[00:24:59] like this isn't uh kimmy and carly where that guy is like i'll lead you there i really do feel like

[00:25:06] i feel like linda could be right however i do feel like when you are in someone else's country when you

[00:25:12] don't actually know the language i really do feel like as a guest in their country i think the right

[00:25:17] thing to do is to pay the money and that's just my bottom line i just really feel like she should

[00:25:23] have paid him because he had his meter going i think this was too you're gonna have to come be

[00:25:28] the deciding vote here so you say your thing because my on my side she said how do i get to the airport

[00:25:33] not can you take me to the airport and he said and he said in english i'm going to the airport

[00:25:38] for all she knew he had a fare in the car and he was going anyway he did not say i follow me pay me

[00:25:45] he just said i'm going to the airport so in my view she did the right thing she gave him a tip which

[00:25:49] she didn't have to do because he was going there anyway and he's like no no my meter and she's like

[00:25:54] i didn't agree to pay you to go to the airport you said you were going to the airport now did it really

[00:25:59] matter because it wasn't 41 it was 41 denar and it ended up to be 15 pay the money and move on but

[00:26:05] this is now the second episode in a row where someone nearly goes to jail for not paying a taxi

[00:26:10] for very different reasons and i'm team linda cory please weigh in and this time maybe side with me

[00:26:16] thanks i think there's two important things to think about here one i think we are operating with

[00:26:21] a lot of different influence and cultural bias and i think it's really difficult to know for certain

[00:26:28] the way that the driver perceived it there's also different cultural norms that we might not be aware of

[00:26:33] so my rule of thumb would be somewhat similar to bryce was saying when you're a guest in another

[00:26:39] country you need to be overly cautious of how you are like playing a role in someone else's culture

[00:26:46] and you need to be extra aware that there's different countries where their rules might be more well no like

[00:26:54] i'm gonna you know my business takes precedent over whatever and like i think it's a really difficult

[00:27:01] scenario but i also think the more important lesson here in my mind is know the conversion rates

[00:27:07] whenever you're going someone have some semblance of how far your dollar carries you have the local

[00:27:13] currency and kind of go uh all right whatever that's 15 it's not worth potentially going to the police

[00:27:20] station and missing out on a flight or whatever like delaying your game to deal with the nuances of

[00:27:26] the judicial system in another country not worth it be more aware of your scenario now that's kind of

[00:27:33] asking a lot in early amazing race because by the time this was filming there had been like three that

[00:27:39] had aired i don't i don't know the exact timeline but you're not very aware of how the game is played

[00:27:44] a lot of the people aren't very cultured this was pre-travel being as big as it was so i think it's

[00:27:50] evidence by the comments that are made when they get to india because you're racist but um i will say

[00:27:57] i i hear what you're saying but i do think that linda went above and beyond by giving a tip because her

[00:28:02] question was how do you get to the airport not can you take me to the airport i feel like she just

[00:28:08] just like if she asked any other person on the street can't get there but he said i'm going anyway

[00:28:14] he didn't say what does it work you're more than likely right brooke the thing is i don't think you

[00:28:21] have the space to be right because then it takes all right we go to the police station i make my case

[00:29:07] we agree or not can we both agree that the best the i mean the best first of all and i know this

[00:29:13] season one at emmy but somebody give the cameraman a raise because when linda was having her dispute

[00:29:21] and they told her to get out of line the way the cameraman zoomed in on colin and colin was like

[00:29:30] here i cracked up i literally rewind that like seven times the way kala was just like hmm what do we have

[00:29:39] here and christy they were like licking their chops they're like it happens to other people too meanwhile

[00:29:44] this lasted 10 seconds and linda and karen were back in the race but it was pretty funny you're

[00:29:48] absolutely right so okay so all the teams are on the same flight to mumbai everyone is on the next

[00:29:54] flight to calcutta except chip and kim who are on a flight 10 minutes behind and i guess they can't

[00:29:59] get on the first one because they end up on the flight 10 minutes behind plane one lands and they're

[00:30:04] in india and this is where hmm maybe have a little bit of rate yourself a bit yeah grace right so but

[00:30:14] honestly i think colin might be the worst one here because granted is all it doesn't smell good right

[00:30:19] but you know what first of all new york city doesn't smell good and we are a very first world country

[00:30:25] right so okay the twins are sort of shell-shocked uh colin is there going it's so pretty it's and

[00:30:30] christy's like dude that doesn't look good on you like don't do that like you you look like an idiot

[00:30:35] he's like well everyone else is going to talk about how ugly and smelly it is and then they cut to

[00:30:39] linda and karen who are like this is so pretty and i love the ladies outfits and they're genuinely

[00:30:43] like into it um and then shipping camera in a cab and they are also very positive but but um i think

[00:30:49] you can just tell a little bit of the immaturity of like nikki at 22 and whatever talking about

[00:30:54] the smell and the distaste she has for it um i would like to go to india i've never been but i

[00:31:02] hear very lovely so i also feel like for me i understand that 22 but i just feel like ignorance

[00:31:10] ignorance is ignorance right and you don't have to be 22 you could be seven and i feel like me as a

[00:31:15] social worker right like i go into homes that like i would not want to leave my trash in right uh

[00:31:24] however i have to go in that home and i have to make my client feel comfortable talking to me and

[00:31:31] like i can't go in their home and be like like you know i have to even if i don't want to sit on the

[00:31:35] couch i sit on the end of it and it's just the respect and it's like you know we all are one step

[00:31:42] away we're all one paycheck away like you know it's a yeah for me it's just like have respect

[00:31:47] have like this is a different culture like you know to them they can look at how we live disgusting

[00:31:52] but like just sometimes it's that american arrogance that i think we really see a lot in this

[00:31:57] season but it also kind of like makes checks me a little bit where sometimes it's like you know

[00:32:01] we all have blinders so it was a little uncomfortable and hard to watch wait till next

[00:32:06] season there you are okay i think you make a really good point that the respect is such an important

[00:32:12] part of day-to-day life and i kind of think that amazing race actually played a lot of it played a

[00:32:18] big role in a lot of growth for people in america to see cultures shown so authentically and i think it

[00:32:25] opened a lot of people's eyes to the differences in cultures and so i think you'll see like you're saying

[00:32:30] as you go on more people adopt that mindset of okay i respect it because it is different and there's a

[00:32:37] lot of different factors that play a role into the way that their culture operates and i also think that

[00:32:43] this is done in an era that's sort of the beginning of reality tv and so people didn't really have

[00:32:49] an idea of what it meant like to be portrayed on television and so i think people were more willing

[00:32:55] to be authentically themselves and i think authenticity with ignorance makes it look even

[00:33:03] worse and that's a combination meanwhile nicole and brandon were happy to have all the people in

[00:33:10] the smelly country help them push the car with no problem so maybe we don't look down on the people

[00:33:17] of this country because they are jumping to help you for no money and cheering and being kind

[00:33:23] because there are lovely human beings who are there to help their fellow man and woman but okay

[00:33:29] that's all i'm gonna say about that what you've read my mind we can agree on that also karma get

[00:33:35] bites brandon and nikki and jesus and satan because their car gets a flat tire and they need to hop in a

[00:33:38] new cab it doesn't take much time away from them that's not what does it to them um but you know

[00:33:44] karma um okay i i do also love as they're in uh they're going to their i think checkpoint or detour

[00:33:50] like i love how stressed they are of the traffic and they're like oh my god are we gonna get there

[00:33:54] i'm like have y'all never seen philadelphia 76 on a friday at 330 have you ever drove into new york city

[00:34:01] like i'm like regular regular operating business i mean unless you're chipping kim and karma also

[00:34:10] rewards the kind because their cab driver has like some shortcut where he's bopping through the streets

[00:34:16] no problem but con and christy get to the checkpoint first there's a yield they don't use it uh they

[00:34:23] don't even think about the fast forward because they've already used one so they cannot use this one

[00:34:26] you can only use one a season uh chip and kim don't take the fast forward because they don't realize

[00:34:31] where they are uh in line and they think somebody else must have already taken it um brandon and nicole

[00:34:37] don't no one takes it for the same reason they think somebody else will have already taken it

[00:34:41] and everybody goes to the next challenge which is not an easy one um especially difficult if you're

[00:34:48] having a um hissy fit and it is you have to go there i remember the name of it but whatever uh who's ready

[00:34:56] to get down and dirty uh you have to collect well the mud is already there for you use a traditional

[00:35:02] indian mold to create 20 mud bricks which needs to pass quality inspection every guy does it because

[00:35:09] let's get real and then you have cammy and karen because it's her turn i love when she brought the

[00:35:14] clue though uh was like get down and dirty chip was like oh me of course right because and kim's like

[00:35:20] that's right it's really funny so anyway um colin

[00:35:29] he is packing it he is packing it christy like back off and leave him alone they this this is another

[00:35:35] rule that was changed i don't think it was changed after season five because i saw it happen several

[00:35:40] times later but a rule at this point is if you are the non-participant in a roadblock you cannot help

[00:35:46] in any way you can provide encouragement but you cannot help like i remember as recently as season 26

[00:35:52] there was a roadblock that was happening and um hayley and blair who were a team hayley was like the

[00:35:58] screwdrivers over there like that would have given them a penalty had the rule not been different or

[00:36:03] maybe they just didn't hear her do it but she was like me and she was chatty so i feel like they would

[00:36:07] have heard um anyway colin's having a hissy fit uh chip is getting them right off the bat he's

[00:36:14] talking about his grandpa lou worked at brickyard and this is for lou and she's always you know how

[00:36:19] like with um ricky and stace our last season we're like they've done a little bit of everything like

[00:36:24] they're just good at everything chip has a story for everything the reason he's a fast driver obviously

[00:36:28] not true he was not a wheel man for the mom but still just funny but his uncle was a bricklayer

[00:36:33] or whatever they've got there's always some reason they're good at stuff and karen like in the surprise

[00:36:40] that shipping kim and everybody else is so good at this because apparently it's like baking bread

[00:36:44] she throws it in the loaf pan she's making bricks and they are out of their seconds they are doing

[00:36:50] so well but anyway uh brandon is probably doing the worst he can't get them right nikki is just

[00:36:55] sitting there being like just do something just whatever and he's like well let's go she says

[00:36:59] let's go for the fast forward because everyone is here and this is one of my favorite moments of the

[00:37:04] season let's discuss the fast forward because bryce if you remember correctly one of brooke's three

[00:37:10] biggest bits of advice is never do a fast forward in india don't take a transfer in frankfurt yes

[00:37:20] i'm learning i don't know what the other one is uh but before we get here and we just also um

[00:37:27] on this podcast story i really love to give you know praise to teams obviously you know i love rob

[00:37:35] and you happen to be his son so by adjacent you know i love you i love danny and i think you're

[00:37:41] great independently but that's just me next time agree with me but what i love is i love that we get

[00:37:50] to see a anthony and bailey before an anthony and bailey moment happens right like this is like the first

[00:37:57] time we get to see an anthony bailey moment of someone switching going and then coming back like

[00:38:02] you know anthony and bailey were ahead of their time i don't care what nobody says and cory they would

[00:38:09] have laid the bricks good i just know that bailey and the way that his hair is the way that he thinks

[00:39:20] spiders that's the one i would hesitate the one but my dad's like i would help you clean up the rest of

[00:39:25] you we love rob now would y'all climb up a 700 steps for a fast forward

[00:39:35] ah that'd be tough that'd be tough i don't think about that one

[00:39:40] spiders nothing with a spider i would that i would doubt if that was if you had to eat that to keep

[00:39:44] going it would have been the end of the line for one miss brookham and okay so but thankfully no

[00:39:51] spiders in this one so bran and nicole go to do the fast forward they have to make their way to this

[00:39:56] temple first of all temple in india for a good luck ceremony like just think it through and now in all

[00:40:02] fairness this is the first time that shave your head has been a thing so i am looking at it with

[00:40:07] like monday morning quarterback style like hindsight is 20 20 but engage in a hindu cleansing ritual

[00:40:13] it will not be the last time it will not be the last time for and it's funny because there are times

[00:40:20] where teams do it i don't uh there i do know additional times where teams don't do it because

[00:40:25] i just got extensions and i can't shave my head that was that's not me that is another contestant i paid

[00:40:32] a lot of money for these extensions and i'm not shaving my head um several several seasons from now

[00:40:37] you can it's not a million dollars i i will say this if you're gonna hand me a check at that spot

[00:42:37] money from his hair and he's all my hero grow back but i'm not gonna make her shave her beautiful

[00:42:42] she was never doing it there was no chance she was doing this so anyway this is why i do love

[00:42:48] brandon though because if i'm in that car i don't know if i'm giving you that much grace but nikki's

[00:42:54] like it's my fault it is but i thought brandon brandon showed her so much grace and i thought

[00:43:00] brandon was like no we decided this together and i was like okay that's there's jesus with them because

[00:43:05] satan was with them in the cab ride like

[00:43:09] but jesus is riding back with them because i felt like brandon was really really kind to her because

[00:43:14] in that moment i would have felt like we're losing like this we're out this is the episode

[00:43:17] that we are losing and i thought that brandon showed a lot of grace and that's not the first

[00:43:21] time he he does in watching the season have a lot of grace and i do i like the fact also that he

[00:43:27] doesn't just like roll over he will stand up and say nikki like take a minute and look at what

[00:43:32] you're saying look at how you're like it's 20 that'll change this guy's life or at least it could

[00:43:37] and we don't need it so pay it forward so i i like brandon's reactions a lot um but i will say

[00:43:44] this is a joint decision nobody forced you to get in the cab nobody for it and he

[00:43:49] i i don't know he does give a lot of grace but again i don't think it's any one person's fault you

[00:43:54] guys one person made the suggestion but you guys decided to go together and you're a team and it is

[00:43:59] what it is that's my thoughts i also do love uh another moment of colin this episode when brandon

[00:44:11] fast forward and it counts like of course they are we're all here i just loved how pissed colin was

[00:44:16] in that moment because colin's like we should be doing that i just love there's no way they would

[00:44:20] have done it i cannot picture a world i don't think i could picture where either of them shaved

[00:44:26] their head but especially chris i can't i can't picture either of the beauty queens shaving their

[00:44:30] head and that's not a slight this girl not a beauty queen also would not shave her head so

[00:46:13] they know for a fact they're in last i think the way that they carry themselves at the end is

[00:46:19] interesting because especially early amazing race you don't see a lot of people who know

[00:46:24] they're in last place carry themselves in an even remotely neutral light it is typically

[00:46:30] ho-hum this sucks i hate it so i think that's one thing that they do a good job of kind of going you

[00:46:38] know what let's operate with some peace but before we get there oh sorry no go ahead no i was going to

[00:46:44] say this also as someone that has never played the amazing race right i think as a like you were

[00:46:48] you know it's what everything is about and all the definitions when you write you write but i think

[00:46:55] as a viewer uh this gave me a lot of perspective because i'm oftentimes very vocal on what i see

[00:47:01] and i'm yelling uh but when brandon got back there and all of a sudden he's killing it and he's like he

[00:47:07] thinks it's the pressure of all of the teams there i was like thinking of putting myself in that

[00:47:12] situation i probably would be messing up the bricks as well trying to get it so fast knowing that all the

[00:47:16] other teams were there because the way that he was just able to break it out uh i was like wow but

[00:47:23] also i didn't know if it was editing he could have just took a really long time but they could just

[00:47:26] edit all the great ones the pressure is real having done several challenges where everyone's there and

[00:47:34] no one's there it is a very different approach like this felt really similar to the rice paper challenge

[00:47:40] my dad and i did in vietnam where it was everyone's doing the fruit we've seen every team within 10

[00:47:46] minutes of each other show up at the rice paper and it's similar it's just a rinse and repeat once

[00:47:51] you get it you know what you're doing and you have to do it again and again and get 20 like

[00:47:55] it is a lot of pressure to go we just have to figure out how to do it as quick as possible and so

[00:48:01] you can't get that first one just right because you're trying to just crank them out systematically

[00:48:05] but then once you get it you kind of get it it's just copy paste do it again and again and again

[00:48:13] i will say um so anyway so colin gets it first even though he's blamed christy for everything that's

[00:48:18] gone wrong in the world he gets it um and then linda and karen get it second which is amazing

[00:48:23] and then uh chip and kim and then the twins and then brandon comes back there's no pressure he does

[00:48:29] definitely better i think this is also price like we've talked about previously the judges become a

[00:48:34] little bit more lenient as the day goes on but brandon's did look they look good so i think

[00:48:40] everything was sort of fine so after the roadblock teams have to take a train 13 miles um to a station

[00:48:46] back in calcutta to find their next chip and kim and colin and christy get on the first train

[00:48:51] christy's all somebody touched me colin's ready to rip some guy's head off and she's like just stop

[00:48:55] and she's you've already almost gone to jail i don't know what this country's jail is like let's not

[00:49:00] do that um the train by the way i get that it's crowded but like get on the four or five here in

[00:49:07] new york city at rush hour and it's going to be even more crowded than that i can't believe the

[00:49:11] cameraman got in there and also i would think had to get releases for everybody that they got on the

[00:49:18] train because they showed their faces unless it since the people didn't speak they didn't need to

[00:49:22] sign a release but um i would imagine that they had to give people a sign thing so anyway they're in

[00:49:28] the train they get good pictures of it linda and karen get to the train station and they can't buy

[00:49:33] tickets because all they have is dollars so rather than go to like any cab driver first and say can

[00:49:40] you just trade me some money they're going to go to the bank which is all the way back in calcutta

[00:49:46] until linda starts screaming and being like no no does a horrible conversion for themselves gets

[00:49:51] themselves local currency karen has had it karen is over linda she's like karen linda is screaming

[00:49:59] and i just need her to shut up like i you don't normally see them bicker but this was

[00:50:04] a moment where i think karen had just sort of the frequency of linda's voice has gotten to her

[00:50:09] and it is she needs a moment yeah i think linda and karen are like such a great team for content

[00:50:17] they are so fun to watch this is obviously like similar to what you were saying earlier operating

[00:50:23] with a lot of hindsight bias but that is strike two on them for being underprepared like you need to

[00:50:30] have local currency like one of the biggest things i think is just when you're going somewhere new

[00:50:35] you're more than likely gonna have to have the currency to get yourself transit or pay your taxi or

[00:50:41] whatever it is i think it's worth it when you're at the airport or you're in like a city center

[00:50:46] get some cash just have something local swap with someone nearby like just have a way to be able to

[00:50:53] purchase goods and services because if you get set back somewhere out remote you could lose two hours

[00:51:00] you could lose so much more time you could miss a train as opposed to taking 10 minutes when you're

[00:51:05] at the airport whatever it is when you're on your like they were in a major city transferred in india

[00:51:12] you have downtime go to the exchange that's that's two strikes in one episode but i will say

[00:51:20] most countries while they won't necessarily take the currency of another country usually do take the

[00:51:26] dollar so especially if you're at a train station it's not like just a guy on the street is like i

[00:51:31] don't want this money it i i'm a little surprised the train station didn't take dollars but well because

[00:51:37] they usually do yeah no i i was just laughing at the train station guy i loved him he's like me at

[00:51:43] my part-time job do you see i was just throwing the tickets like here take it i don't want to be here

[00:51:47] go ahead uh similarly to cory though uh this episode for me now i love the bowling moms i love linda and

[00:51:56] karen but this was strike two for me for linda uh i just feel like linda's privilege this episode

[00:52:03] was like kind of rearing its head a little bit and i know that she was frustrated but i did not like

[00:52:08] the way that she was talking to the ticket counter person i did not like the way that she was talking

[00:52:12] to the locals i did not like the way that she was talking to the taxi driver like i felt like i

[00:52:16] understand the pressure like i i get that but there was just a a sense of like entitlement that linda

[00:52:23] was carrying this episode that was like strike two for me although i love the the bowling moms and

[00:52:28] again it's 2004 like cory said you don't really know what you are seeing yourself in these high

[00:52:33] pressure uh situations but it was strike two for me for linda this episode

[00:52:40] okay so anyway they all go to the detour yeah cammy and carly are on the third train

[00:52:44] brandon and colar god knows where so they're going to the detour you have heavy but short which is

[00:52:49] travel 10 miles to this um road and transport a taxi a half a mile to a local garage how teams didn't

[00:52:55] heavy but short pizza things teams thought you were going to drive this cab like what doesn't

[00:53:00] make any sense or light but long which nobody does travel to this flower market find a stall receive a

[00:53:06] garland release into the ganges for good luck i kind of like i want to see that long yeah i think it

[00:53:11] would have been really pretty to watch but nobody does it because everyone wants to do the harder

[00:53:15] thing that gets done quickly um so you have brand nicole jesus and satan nicole is not happy at this

[00:53:21] point she's just like she's had enough of india she's kind of miserable

[00:53:24] she is and because they're also last and she's just sort of like this is what are we even doing

[00:53:29] with ourselves but first we have colin and christy and chip and kim they get there together they're

[00:53:34] going at the same time christy gets in a car and all of these amazing people from like locals who have

[00:53:41] nothing to gain like there's no reason to be helpful other than they are kind human beings

[00:53:45] start pushing the car the other car chip gets his butt into the car and gets a free ride and kim's like

[00:53:51] um hi you could be lindsay and karen and both of them get in the car and get a free ride

[00:53:57] but for y'all to say that kim don't do nothing but y'all to say that kim listen this wasn't a detour

[00:54:03] but kim was pushing so shout out to my girl kim yeah i i think it was brilliant that they were able

[00:54:10] to get all of those people to help them out too like the fact that that so quickly they're like

[00:54:15] guys come help us everyone and like that made it so much easier because imagine just pushing that

[00:54:22] by yourself that would be a nightmare but what's so interesting is like this is india this is a

[00:54:29] third world country and people are just ready and willing and able to help come to new york city and

[00:54:34] be like hey guys can you come help me people are gonna look at you and be like what are you talking

[00:54:38] about i'm not pushing this taxi now there are new yorkers who are nice they will people are kinder

[00:54:43] than you think they are and they will help but this was like everyone in the neighborhood came out

[00:54:47] to help that doesn't happen in places so maybe have a little bit more grace toward the country

[00:54:52] because these people are helping you finish something you wouldn't be able to do on your own

[00:54:55] that's it thank you clock it now since i do have the amazing race almanacs here between cory and brooke

[00:55:02] in the new era if this were to happen because i know a lot of rules have changed in this season we see a

[00:55:08] lot of people helping the teams do you think that people on the street will be able to

[00:55:13] push the car if this was in season 35 yes yeah i'm pretty confident about that if there was any

[00:55:19] rule against it they'd be very explicit about that um but i'd be surprised i think the show

[00:55:26] likes to be able to highlight the cultural differences like brooke is alluding to here that

[00:55:31] people in india are probably going to be more willing to help you out than if you're in new york city

[00:55:36] and so i think whenever you can get an authentic interaction with a local they are all for it that's

[00:55:43] going to be great tv and you will see um in this season there are times where it will say you can't

[00:55:48] ask so and so for help you can't do this so i think it would stay in the clue but i think part of the

[00:55:53] beauty of this is have the locals help you because it's a i get it doesn't have an engine but it's a car

[00:55:59] you expect like two like not so strong big people to be able to push a car like it's probably not the

[00:56:05] easiest thing in the world to do but yes i do think they'd be able to help him although i would

[00:56:11] have liked to have seen colin try and go i can push a car i would have liked to see that that would be

[00:56:18] fun you guys you guys have seen season 36 of the amazing race right i do think there is a contestant

[00:56:27] that would need the help of the community his name starts with r and although this wasn't a part of

[00:56:37] his challenge i feel like he completed this it was foreshadowing uh because he completed this challenge

[00:56:43] all by himself really he just went and that car came right out of the mud

[00:56:51] a beast um okay so linda and karen are both in the car cammy and carly get help from the locals

[00:56:57] they're in fourth place um and then you have chip and kim and colin and christy at this point who are

[00:57:04] battling for first you have to go to victoria memorial for the check-in um and i will one other

[00:57:10] thing that i really did like brandon and nicole are behind at this point when colin and christy and

[00:57:14] chip and kim are about to go to the pit stop brandon and nicole are waiting for the train

[00:57:18] to get to the detour brandon is shaking hands with young children he's like enjoying his surroundings

[00:57:24] he's making friends nicole's like could you just come be with me like i am uncomfortable and okay

[00:57:30] i get i get it you're a little claustrophobic people are staring at you relax like you're surrounded by

[00:57:36] security and cameras like you're gonna be okay but i get but brandon there's just sort of the

[00:57:42] difference between the two of them he was like meeting children and shaking hands and getting to know

[00:57:46] the locals because you had five minutes to kill before a train why not soak up the experience i

[00:57:51] think it's just sort of you can see the differences in um how they were running the race that day

[00:57:57] because there are times where she's very good that day was not her best day yeah and i also want to

[00:58:02] empathize with her like i could also feel her being like oh they're staring at me making me feel

[00:58:06] uncomfortable right but also it's like you are filming a show you have a camera crew like there is

[00:58:13] cause for people to like be like what are they doing also where else are they gonna look you're

[00:58:18] like in a little train car like you're looking some why don't want to close their eye like come on yeah

[00:58:22] i i i for the most part agree with you i also think there is probably some like gender privilege in

[00:58:32] that experience and that as a guy he can probably more easily let his guard down around all those people

[00:58:38] i it doesn't seem like there were a ton of women and i've heard that they don't take public transit

[00:58:45] in countries like india and anymore because there have been so many incidents of you know harassment

[00:58:52] or the way they've treated women on the show have been really really negative and so i don't want to

[00:58:58] completely discount her experience it probably was uncomfortable it sounded like someone grabbed

[00:59:04] christy when she was on the train so like i applaud colin for standing up for her i applaud christy

[00:59:10] for saying just let it be and what honestly i see you as a woman who has been on the very crowded subway

[00:59:16] and who has had something like that happen to her and it's not comfortable i totally get that

[00:59:20] but nicole could have stood next to brandon and talked to the local she didn't have to stand

[00:59:25] off on the side by herself she self-isolated i'm not saying she put herself in a position to be harassed

[00:59:30] i don't think she was harassed in this instance i think she could have put herself in a position to

[00:59:35] have more fun in this situation but i think that she was so focused on we're last we're dead in the

[00:59:41] water it's over and brandon was all let's enjoy this as long as we can while we still have the chance so

[00:59:46] i get it i've been there it's happened to me so i do see what she's saying but can we uh can we give

[00:59:54] colin a little praise because when uh christy said that it would have had to been about a thousand

[01:00:00] men on that train and colin would have been ready to take all a thousand on okay because colin was

[01:00:08] ready christy was like listen that's what well also like what do you do colin what's gonna punch a guy

[01:00:15] on a train and what are you gonna do yes he was going to he was literally about to do that but you

[01:00:22] can see in christy's mind like okay what happens after he punches one guy on the train everybody else

[01:00:28] jumps on him or what he then punches 50 guys on the train or then the cops come again we know

[01:00:34] and he will go to the foundation and he will go to the foundation good on her for saying colin

[01:00:41] christy's 100 in the right absolutely but it is awesome because you can see that that was colin's

[01:00:47] train of thought of yes i will fight them all

[01:00:51] so anyway um in rewarding his chivalrousness i don't even know if that's what it is colin and

[01:00:59] christy are first they win a trip to exotic mexico chip and kim come in second linda and karen are

[01:01:04] thrilled to come in top three for the first time i believe cammy and carly are fourth and they go who's

[01:01:10] yeah like they're just so convinced they're last and then brandon and nicole jesus and satan show up

[01:01:15] and it is the third non-elimination the look on brandon's face where you get to watch from him

[01:01:21] being like it was good wait what huh what we're still here like he just you could see the gears

[01:01:29] turning and him realizing they're still in it um nicole as they're running to the pit stuff goes i

[01:01:35] have a sweet boyfriend that's all that matters like she's trying to say something nice whatever um

[01:01:41] i think and then she says as it's over the lord really wants us in this game and so because the

[01:01:47] lord has nothing better to do with his time to keep you in the amazing race that must be true

[01:01:50] they get to stay um and we will see what happens to them next week as they go to i'm not even sure

[01:01:59] where's next name where they end up in new zealand they end up in philip there's still so many more

[01:02:04] countries to go and this is like nine and they've already been to like 47 countries like it's

[01:02:10] it's amazing i mean it's a good one bryce what do you think it is i i think it's amazing i just hate

[01:02:18] the fact that like i just brooke won't tell me i don't know who won corey but i feel like it has to

[01:02:24] be colin and christy like i really do feel like it has to be now after this episode though uh and the

[01:02:32] way that brooke sometimes like makes me seem like i don't know what's not calling christy i also could see

[01:02:36] it being the bowling moms after this episode even though linda is on strike two i really do feel like

[01:02:41] the bowling moms have been making a a conscious effort and moving forward and when they get past

[01:02:47] that they can do they've been killing it so i don't know who's gonna win the season it's crazy like all

[01:02:53] their mistakes in this episode they still managed to come in third and not by much so they do do a lot

[01:02:59] of things correctly i like the fact that you now have five it could be any of these five yeah so

[01:03:05] yeah who wins corey tell me because brooke won't i won't say i won't say who wins but i will say

[01:03:12] this is one of the more competitive seasons there are i think like three of the all-time like fan

[01:03:19] favorites there's you know returning teams like this is like gonna be such a fun season to build your

[01:03:27] amazing race he knows who comes back he does know who comes back but he also knows that there's one

[01:03:32] time a winner winning team comes back so he doesn't know who wins so great so uh one other thing that's

[01:03:39] fun i won't give specifics so as to not give spoilers away for this season but there are four teams on this

[01:03:46] season that have a racing average under four so there are four like iconic top you know 30 of amazing

[01:03:55] racing race teams of all time just from this season and one of those has a sub three at a 2.46

[01:04:03] average placement i'm gonna say that doesn't matter because all you gotta do is be first in the last

[01:04:10] leg so even if you have a racing average of four point something high which is what i believe ours was

[01:04:16] it was not sub four doesn't matter you can last all the time i'm gonna go on a limb though which

[01:04:23] you know it doesn't matter how well you do leading up to the finale but it shows you that there's a lot

[01:04:28] of consistency yes that's race there are people that are not having very big standard deviations from

[01:04:35] their placement they are in the top three four without fail so it's going to be a very very close

[01:04:41] one and this is probably one of my favorite finales of the entire show so i cannot wait for

[01:04:47] bryce i have i've already told bryce i am convinced that when he watches it i am gonna get a phone call

[01:04:54] screaming because it's such a good there's so many changes and i'm not going to give anything away but

[01:05:00] it is not one where you will know at the beginning how it's going to end so that makes me feel like it

[01:05:05] could be like the bowling moms or something but i will say colin i feel like one of those teams

[01:05:10] averages that you're talking about one of them has to be colin and christy i know they are one of those

[01:05:15] teams and also without going into it one of the teams i think has one of the best returning

[01:05:25] team seasons probably of all time to where it is it is a very fun storyline to follow so i i can't wait

[01:05:34] for you to get through this one get through that returning season and just like uh have that full

[01:05:40] character arc it is it is fun to watch the way you guys although we may have to go to seven next

[01:05:46] seven is also pretty good so we may have to go there i feel like five and seven are like peak

[01:05:52] amazing race those are the two that i just uh perfection i can think about maybe 10 seasons

[01:05:59] that i need bryce to watch and i i know after this one i'm not even gonna have to convince him to do it

[01:06:05] i feel like he's like okay which one's next let's go i need i'm gonna watch eight episodes of something
