[00:02:31] We are back, back, back, back, back.
[00:02:34] It's been a couple of weeks, but we are back again here
[00:02:37] covering Love and Hip Hop Atlanta season eight.
[00:02:41] 11.
[00:02:42] Episode 11.
[00:02:44] It's been a long time. Season 11. 11. 11.
[00:02:46] It's been a long time.
[00:02:48] Season 11.
[00:02:50] Episode 22, 23, and 24.
[00:02:52] I am joined by the host of the mess magnets.
[00:02:55] My friend, Sasha, Joseph, how are you feeling?
[00:02:58] So good.
[00:03:00] So excited to be here.
[00:03:02] I feel like we had so much to get into.
[00:03:04] But life got in the way.
[00:03:05] So here we are.
[00:03:06] Listen, as a toxic queen, I feel like this is my episode.
[00:03:10] Like I'm so excited to get into it.
[00:03:13] I am excited.
[00:03:14] I feel like episode 22, I had a lot to talk about and episode.
[00:03:20] I mean, I guess all the episodes, I think maybe the biggest.
[00:03:23] I like for me, an episode 22 was when we got to talk about
[00:03:29] Bambi and Zell
[00:03:31] Getting arrested. Yeah, this is like your time to shine
[00:03:37] Because you've been waiting on this for a while
[00:03:42] Are they not what's going on
[00:03:46] a while. Are they not what's going on? So, you know, I want to say last summer on the TikToks or the TikTok and the Instagram streets, we saw that Bambi and Zell got arrested. And
[00:03:53] this episode, you know, it was very somber, you know, it's almost like, you know, somebody
[00:03:58] had passed away. Yes. And we're getting these reports of the story. Now, I believe a portion of the stories
[00:04:11] that we have heard from Zell and Bam are true, but I don't believe the story that we got on
[00:04:19] the screen. So allegedly they were at a club. They brought a friend.
[00:04:30] The friend got a little intoxicated and was acting up and they tried to control her and that somehow led to Zell getting arrested.
[00:04:37] And they were getting arrested. Now I seen the video of Saucy
[00:04:41] Santana pumping out that club. Right? Something more, right?
[00:04:45] Like something more happens.
[00:04:48] Like, you know, they'll got it.
[00:04:49] And they're talking about this person bit me and that person.
[00:04:51] Like, what do you mean that this was just us holding one person back
[00:04:56] or like this was a simple misunderstanding?
[00:04:58] I know your lawyer said that.
[00:05:01] Right.
[00:05:01] OK.
[00:05:02] Hopefully not the same lawyer that sent us,
[00:05:04] that wrote the season, the mom. She hopefully not that same Right. Okay. I hopefully not the same lawyer that sent us that wrote the season. This is the mom. She hopefully not
[00:05:07] that same lawyer. But like a whole feeling the more cheese
[00:05:10] looking season. This is so many holes. Good Lord. And so it
[00:05:17] just is for me, the even more funny part was that Carly red
[00:05:22] was pulling up to the event as they were getting arrested.
[00:05:26] But again, I did appreciate Bam being like the reason why she got involved and got arrested was
[00:05:33] Zell was getting into it with the security and the police and you know with you know
[00:05:37] Black men and police the altercations don't always end up
[00:05:41] Correct. And so damn says that she interacted herself because she was just like, I can't let this go down.
[00:05:46] And so they got arrested.
[00:05:48] Yep.
[00:05:49] I just feel like it's a little more to that story.
[00:05:52] But if this is what you want us to believe.
[00:05:56] Sure. Sure, Jan.
[00:05:59] That's me.
[00:06:00] Sure.
[00:06:01] Because there's no way, right?
[00:06:04] Like there's no way that high profile people at a club are getting the
[00:06:08] cops called on them if they're not being messy.
[00:06:12] Am I wrong?
[00:06:12] And they're getting arrested.
[00:06:14] Yeah.
[00:06:15] Like it's like, I assumed that maybe somebody in the club tried something.
[00:06:19] That's what I thought too.
[00:06:21] Yes, I agree.
[00:06:22] I didn't realize it was literally between them.
[00:06:25] I thought someone else tried to start shit.
[00:06:29] Right, like, so you telling me
[00:06:32] the people you brought with you?
[00:06:37] That is the worst kind of night, right?
[00:06:39] When your friend brings a friend
[00:06:41] and that friend is an idiot and causes all this drama.
[00:06:44] No, you pack it up and go home immediately because you know that the
[00:06:49] lives are not going to be good.
[00:06:51] That's why I feel like anytime somebody invites me out, who all going?
[00:06:57] Okay, is a very important text to say.
[00:07:00] Correct.
[00:07:01] And it just, it doesn't add to Bambi's storyline this season of you know, scrap divorce.
[00:07:08] He's at the BET Awards with Diamond.
[00:07:10] He's going on dates with Erica.
[00:07:12] She's feuding with Imani with Mama D.
[00:07:16] She has to get lawyers involved and now you get arrested because it's starting
[00:07:20] to look like you might be the problem.
[00:07:29] We can we can quickly also go maybe to that episode 24, right? Because Bambi does eventually confront Mamadi.
[00:07:33] And there's a lot of build up on it, but like whatever, right?
[00:07:36] Like it's basically them just regurgitating the story to each new person they see.
[00:07:41] Nothing special.
[00:07:42] But then they finally have the confrontation.
[00:07:44] You can tell they rented this gazebo at the park. You know, everything's all set up.
[00:07:49] Cute. Bambi says blah, blah, blah. You know, here's the thing.
[00:07:53] Here's my diploma from a university of California, blah, blah, blah.
[00:07:58] Right? Like, great. It doesn't matter where you got a degree.
[00:08:01] She has a degree. Amazing.
[00:08:04] Mama D rips it.
[00:08:07] Okay.
[00:08:08] And then this is where you know, Bambi's a mom because have you ever seen
[00:08:13] someone on love and hip hop just like trying to slap like an open face
[00:08:17] hand, right?
[00:08:17] Like it wasn't a, like a punch or like a, let me grab something.
[00:08:23] It was like, I ought to slap you.
[00:08:25] I was like, that's a mall.
[00:08:27] Cause like that's how my mom used to give me the like,
[00:08:32] what'd you do?
[00:08:34] But see, when Bam, that reaction from Bam for me was like,
[00:08:40] maybe that is a real degree because that was such a-
[00:08:43] Yeah, oh, a hundred percent.
[00:08:44] I agree.
[00:08:44] Jerk reaction, but also it, oh, I agree jerk reaction
[00:08:47] But also it's like I don't know I feel like my diploma from college. It was a little bigger
[00:08:52] but
[00:08:53] It depends on the school minus smaller even my master's smaller
[00:09:00] Yours is in the little like case. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I was like I literally see my case right here
[00:09:09] All the college and just get you can't call me so I miss you but why wouldn't you have it though?
[00:09:15] No, I'm just assuming she bought the copy cuz
[00:09:19] Mama dee is sus. I
[00:09:22] Mean it was thick paper. So I beg that was the copy.
[00:09:27] And that is not the one they mailed to you.
[00:09:29] You know how many I have a taste later.
[00:09:33] I was really hoping that Bambi and Mama D
[00:09:36] would get on the same page though, right?
[00:09:37] Like I feel like at Mama D's coordination birthday party
[00:09:41] where she decides to extend an olive branch to Bambi.
[00:09:47] Like I'm like, is that how you extend an olive branch though?
[00:09:50] She said, I know y'all are on the gram and I know Bambi's on the gram because that's
[00:09:57] where I stayed dragging her.
[00:09:59] So now you can post it on the gram because I know she follows me and my whereabouts.
[00:10:05] So let's get let's get this done.
[00:10:07] But jock with the line of the century, Bambi might be allergic to olives.
[00:10:14] Right. Like I don't think that that's
[00:10:18] she she didn't get that tremel, Mama D.
[00:10:21] And it's like a part of me just hopes that some of this is just antics for the show
[00:10:27] But a part of me feels like with mom a D because I've been following her enough to know that it's not
[00:10:35] but I
[00:10:37] Agree with Bambi in this situation where it's just like mama. Do you doing a lot sis? Like you really are and it's like
[00:10:47] This show son relationship not sure yours. Like worry about Curtis.
[00:10:50] And Curtis was there by the way.
[00:10:52] Yeah.
[00:10:53] Yeah, yeah.
[00:10:54] I literally put that in my notes.
[00:10:56] I was like, Curtis is here baby.
[00:10:59] Curtis was there at the all white party.
[00:11:02] But again, it's like, sometimes it's that like that,
[00:11:07] that man's mom and these relationships.
[00:11:09] No, Hashtag Boy Mom.
[00:11:11] Hashtag Boy Mom.
[00:11:12] Boy.
[00:11:13] Hashtag Boy Mom.
[00:11:14] Oh, it is a very particular set of people.
[00:11:18] I don't know if you've ever had to deal with it, but I do.
[00:11:22] And it's horrendous.
[00:11:24] It's horrendous.
[00:11:26] And trying to get the boy to wake up to the fact that you have a hashtag boy mom.
[00:11:32] Pain, pain.
[00:11:33] I feel I feel like they love it, though, because I feel like my mom is a boy mom
[00:11:38] and maybe not my personal situations, but I do have brothers.
[00:11:43] And sometimes I'd be like, but you know your son, right?
[00:11:48] Like, you know, like, but you know your son Barbara.
[00:11:52] So Miss Barbara, come on, please.
[00:11:56] But you know, one thing about,
[00:11:58] she gonna ride for her son.
[00:12:00] It's like, you know, they have,
[00:12:02] Oh yeah.
[00:12:03] The smoke, the smoking gun, the hands is bloody.
[00:12:08] And they're like, no, I didn't do anything.
[00:12:11] I just won't be like, we girl, you know, which Jezebel got you to do this.
[00:12:18] I know my pure son wouldn't do this.
[00:12:22] It must be some Jezebel to just lure you with your feminine vows.
[00:12:28] It was crazy.
[00:12:32] Another situation that happened, I want to say maybe in episode three was Jock and his
[00:12:37] own, his daughter.
[00:12:39] Now, and he has his wife and they were married.
[00:12:46] Then they took a break and then a baby popped up.
[00:12:49] And so his wife is, you know, accepted the child, but does not want to
[00:12:55] meet with the mother of this said child.
[00:12:57] Now, I don't agree with Jock's wife because it Because I feel like if the roles were reversed, right?
[00:13:07] Like I understand jock's baby mom, ma,
[00:13:13] cause you know, he got a couple of them.
[00:13:15] Number five, yes.
[00:13:16] I feel like I get like, I want to know who is caring
[00:13:20] for my child and you know, so on that aspect I get it but also it's like I do agree
[00:13:26] with jock's wife like I don't want to meet this woman yeah and she's like I love the baby
[00:13:32] but not her but I also thought like and this was at jock's birthday party and so they get into
[00:13:37] an argument and so she starts calling the baby moms all types of names but I'm like but you know the
[00:13:42] baby is right there like you know like and it's not like a six month old that can't comprehend
[00:13:49] what you're saying.
[00:13:49] Like this is a full like human that has like comprehension skills.
[00:13:56] And for me, it's like there's no way that the animosity that you have
[00:14:02] with that mother is not trickling down some way she can inform to the child.
[00:14:06] I was just curious to know like what the mother's thought was
[00:14:09] on this after the episode aired because it's just like,
[00:14:12] you can't have that much hate in your heart for me
[00:14:14] and then say that you're gonna love my child.
[00:14:16] Like, I'm sorry, I don't believe it.
[00:14:17] Like you could not like her,
[00:14:18] you could maybe not wanna meet her,
[00:14:20] you could make sure you look great.
[00:14:22] And you gotta, you heels in your stilettos
[00:14:24] and you look great when you meet her, you can make sure you look great. And you got to get your heels and your stilettos. So you look great when you meet her, but I absolutely think that
[00:14:29] if you're with Jock and you've continued to be with him,
[00:14:32] then this is a part of being with him.
[00:14:35] I don't know that I fully agree.
[00:14:37] I'll say that.
[00:14:39] I agree on the part that like they should have one meeting.
[00:14:43] I think that is correct.
[00:14:45] I think they have to me because why would you send your child to stay with
[00:14:49] anyone, even for one, even for 30 minutes, actually, not even an hour.
[00:14:54] Even if it's 30 minutes, you have to know who your baby or your child is with,
[00:14:58] especially when it was such a like weird space.
[00:15:01] Number one, second, stop having kids with jock.
[00:15:05] Everybody, every single person I'm talking to, this is ridiculous.
[00:15:09] Stop it.
[00:15:10] You know who he is, right?
[00:15:12] Third, I think that Kendra isn't wrong in that, like, I, she doesn't need
[00:15:17] to have a relationship, but I do think that again, like I said, for the
[00:15:22] wellbeing of the child, they just need to at least have
[00:15:25] met once and set some ground rules. But Jock is so crazy. I don't know why anyone would want to be
[00:15:33] with him. Am I crazy? Like, why is he having babies with everyone but you?
[00:15:40] Yeah, I mean, Jock ain't never really been my cup of tea, but I mean, he is an attractive
[00:15:47] man.
[00:15:48] Like I could see the allure, but I don't necessarily get it.
[00:15:52] But again, for me, it's like, and Jack very clearly says that like he's trying to get this
[00:15:56] relationship with his daughter.
[00:15:58] Yeah, travels a lot.
[00:16:00] He's not there a lot.
[00:16:01] And so nine times out of 10, most of the parenting is going to be coming from Kendra.
[00:16:05] And so it's like for me, where I'm going to have to disagree with you is there's no way mother to mother, woman to woman.
[00:16:13] Like we're going to have to at least be on a text thread.
[00:16:16] Hey, baby coming over this weekend, she had a cough.
[00:16:20] She like, I just like, I, yeah.
[00:16:23] This is a Gabriel union, like very much said this right?
[00:16:26] She's like he had the baby not me. Well, that is true. That is true, but
[00:16:32] Maybe for me like you not
[00:16:34] Yeah, I mean I get it I get it but I just
[00:16:39] Especially when the child is just so young. Yeah
[00:16:42] Like I do like I said, I think that you have to have at least one meeting.
[00:16:48] That's not negotiable.
[00:16:50] But I also don't think you need to be her best friend.
[00:16:52] That's all I mean.
[00:16:53] Yeah, and I say bestie.
[00:16:55] Yeah, I just think that Jock has unrealistic expectations
[00:17:00] of what's going on.
[00:17:03] Also, I mean, because I kind of thought
[00:17:05] Jop was appropriate here.
[00:17:07] Now the red flag for me was, it's the baby mom.
[00:17:12] Yeah.
[00:17:13] For me, it's like, girl, why are you pushing it so hard?
[00:17:16] Why are you like, for me, it's like, now,
[00:17:19] if that is Kendra's issue, then maybe I agree with it
[00:17:22] because it is given a little like,
[00:17:25] you doing too much this.
[00:17:26] Like, and I don't know if it was you or me,
[00:17:30] but like, I guess when Jock met up with her
[00:17:32] for the play date, I still got flirtatious vibes.
[00:17:36] Like, I still got like-
[00:17:38] Well, he might like fall into the next woman
[00:17:41] and have a baby.
[00:17:41] We don't know, it's Jock.
[00:17:45] You're talking about Nick Cannon.
[00:17:47] Let's come on.
[00:17:49] This man.
[00:17:51] Okay.
[00:17:52] Be serious.
[00:17:53] Yeah.
[00:17:54] So again, what I love about loving hip hop is it's a mess.
[00:17:59] A lot.
[00:17:59] Some of the storylines are a stretch, but this particular story line for me, I was
[00:18:04] like, or I should
[00:18:05] even just say jock.
[00:18:06] Yeah, because with his mom and just seeing that end with this dealing with the children,
[00:18:11] it is really the most like realist. And I think the most that people honestly can get
[00:18:17] from it. So I, I appreciate this.
[00:18:20] Yeah. And I think it riles the people up the most at least in my house Because tell me why this my husband and I like watch love and hip-hop we have for you know since the jump
[00:18:31] But anyway, it's so funny. He literally got up after the jock
[00:18:36] And the first so in episode 22 when they're arguing at the bowling alley and he's like no, but this is a child
[00:18:43] He's like this is not a storyline.
[00:18:46] Why are people doing this or a storyline?
[00:18:48] This is such low human behavior.
[00:18:52] These people can't get it together and he is just going off about this.
[00:18:57] And he's like, there is a baby sitting right there and these idiots are just
[00:19:02] like doing this or camera.
[00:19:04] So you're right.
[00:19:06] This storyline really got the people going.
[00:19:10] But I also feel like to your to your husband's point,
[00:19:14] stuff like this happens in real life without the cameras.
[00:19:19] So for me, it's like, yeah, I'm like, I don't love it, but I also feel like
[00:19:25] I don't think Kendra acting. I think Kendra is
[00:19:28] Yeah, he's just like why is this on camera? And I was like, it's love and hip hop babes like we this is why we
[00:19:36] Like what do you mean? This is what we're this is what we're watching
[00:19:41] Yeah, like these things literally like cut the cameras dead ass and I was like, no, no, no, no, no.
[00:19:46] What else we got to do that?
[00:19:49] So yeah, anyway, and we do end this storyline a little bit
[00:19:53] where Jock tells us he's being honored at City Hall,
[00:19:57] question mark.
[00:19:58] But then it turns out that it felt like they've
[00:20:01] rented out City Hall for his little performance
[00:20:05] for his birthday.
[00:20:06] And then that was it.
[00:20:10] Well, and do you call it renting out City Hall
[00:20:15] if you're just on the steps out front?
[00:20:19] Was it out?
[00:20:20] Yeah, I couldn't tell if it was inside City Hall at least
[00:20:29] when they started performing, but why?
[00:20:37] Why City Hall? Because at Mama D's birthday, we saw, yeah, yeah, yeah, agreed. Because at Mama D's birthday, we saw the actual counting person coming.
[00:20:43] I mean, like, this is now Mama D day, blah, blah, blah.
[00:20:48] Atlanta didn't do anything.
[00:20:51] Right. Like, there was nothing.
[00:20:52] Well, hey, yeah.
[00:20:55] Atlanta didn't pay you.
[00:20:58] I did. I was so confused.
[00:21:00] I was like, what do you mean you're being honored?
[00:21:02] And the next thing you know, it's just like a concert at City Hall.
[00:21:06] A concert with one song, though.
[00:21:09] Oh my God. But it was such a banger. So I can't even.
[00:21:16] I mean, listen.
[00:21:17] You're like, I'm not even.
[00:21:19] Yeah, I said, okay, play it again. I remember when it came out because my track
[00:21:25] team had shirts made. That's a meet me at the track. It's going down.
[00:21:30] Why are ninth graders having these shirts? Don't ask me.
[00:21:39] I just remember that song just because, you know, I'm not the most dance full person,
[00:21:46] but I could.
[00:21:50] Correct.
[00:21:51] Oh man, this is me and immigrant, right?
[00:21:54] I had been in this country what six months I think when that
[00:21:57] song had come out, I was like, oh, this I could do.
[00:22:02] I don't know about this other stuff.
[00:22:03] Y'all are talking about.
[00:22:06] Yeah, I don't know about this other stuff. Y'all are talking about. Yeah, I don't know about. Because I never could get the soldier boy.
[00:22:09] The soldier boy was a little too.
[00:22:10] Like.
[00:22:12] Yeah, we could get that.
[00:22:13] But yeah, we we had sleepovers where we actually had to like practice all of it.
[00:22:20] Yeah.
[00:22:20] Would you guys watch YouTube?
[00:22:23] No, I think like it used to be on like BET right and I'm like when all those like
[00:22:28] Videos used to come on to you should just watch it forever
[00:22:34] Okay
[00:22:37] Hey, it's Kaylee Cuoco for Priceline ready to go to your happy place for a happy price

[00:23:04] Go to your happy price price line
[00:23:08] Do you remember the box?
[00:23:11] Yes, sir. Oh
[00:23:13] My god, that was like the smartest but also like not the smartest thing ever because I used to always wonder
[00:23:21] If nobody calls in the number
[00:23:24] To request the video. What do they do? I? because I always wonder if nobody calls in the number
[00:23:27] to request the video, what do they do?
[00:23:30] I mean, there's a fake request and the request is from their family members.
[00:23:33] But we I don't think we used to call the box,
[00:23:35] but we have called like other like we call used to call our radio stations
[00:23:40] to be like, we want like this girl.
[00:23:43] Yeah. And then they used to like hear a bunch of teenage girls laughing.
[00:23:46] So I don't know if they were playing it, but.
[00:23:49] So maybe I'm aging myself.
[00:23:52] But first of all, I used to stay calling the radio.
[00:23:56] Like I used to have the number or read out.
[00:23:59] Yes.
[00:24:00] Like they would be like calling up at 10.
[00:24:02] And then sometimes when you get through,
[00:24:03] they would be like, you're calling number through,
[00:24:05] call back again and try again.
[00:24:06] And I used to have, I'm really aging myself,
[00:24:12] it was like cassette players.
[00:24:14] Or like cassette tape.
[00:24:17] And then I wouldn't have the kind that like were recording.
[00:24:20] So you have to put tape over the end of them
[00:24:22] so that you can record.
[00:24:23] And I would like try to like record myself on the radio
[00:24:28] See a podcast there even before his time
[00:24:32] Listen, I uh, I won I saw Destiny's Child for the first time off of winning
[00:24:39] survivor tickets to see them
[00:24:42] Okay, that is so cool. We always call the never one because everyone came to Oklahoma.
[00:24:48] Like literally I've seen everyone in concert because it maybe was a stopover.
[00:24:53] I don't know.
[00:24:54] But like those little summer jams that they used to set up.
[00:24:58] Oh my God.
[00:25:00] I never went on a ticket, but I was like, mom, please, you move me to this country.
[00:25:04] This is the least you can do for me.
[00:25:07] This is culture.
[00:25:07] I need to get this culture.
[00:25:10] My mom was like, what is this music you're listening to?
[00:25:13] Wait, time out.
[00:25:14] Would your mom go with you, though?
[00:25:17] She has to one concert.
[00:25:20] This was when I moved to Texas for a little bit,
[00:25:23] and I just didn't have friends. Or I did, but like it just wasn't the same as like
[00:25:28] my Oklahoma friends.
[00:25:29] And I did get concerts to my 16th birthday to Chris Brown front row, but it was
[00:25:36] like in another city.
[00:25:37] And like I said, I didn't have friends in Texas like that.
[00:25:40] So my mom did, it was kind enough to go with me.
[00:25:43] And when I tell you it was Chris Brown was the end.
[00:25:46] It was baby Huey Hurricane Chris.
[00:25:51] Um, Monica, which was great.
[00:25:54] Monica was fine.
[00:25:55] Um, I think like all these like dirt, like Southern rap.
[00:25:59] And my mom is like, this is what you fucking listened.
[00:26:02] Like, why are you fucking listened like you want your
[00:26:09] First of all defect that's always front row, okay?
[00:26:17] It was a best in my life you he's sweat
[00:26:25] It was the best day of my life. Okay. I know now. Okay. I know now. I'm talking about when I was 16. So it's 2000 whatever
[00:26:31] Okay, please be serious. I was in love with
[00:26:37] So and I've never seen Chris Brown in concert. He was like I mean people
[00:26:41] People could say what they want about him, but I really do feel like he is one of our
[00:26:45] Greatest male performers of like our generation. Yeah. yeah. He was like, I said great performer.
[00:26:47] Yeah.
[00:26:48] Yeah, like he's just a little support.
[00:26:48] My mom was like, he looks like,
[00:26:50] he dances like Michael Jackson.
[00:26:52] I was like, yes mom, that's the point.
[00:26:54] Like, cause she's trying to relate to me, poor lady.
[00:26:57] Imagine this lady immigrated to America in her 40s,
[00:27:01] going to all these concerts.
[00:27:04] And you got her in front of Hurricane Chris.
[00:27:08] Yeah, the fun thing is my stepmom got us the tickets.
[00:27:13] And she is what, that my dad is not with her anymore,
[00:27:16] was only 16 years older than me.
[00:27:19] You see, so that's where I got the plug, thankfully.
[00:27:24] Because she was this lady from the Bronx, it was perfect. She was like, oh, I got the plug, thankfully. Because she was this lady from the Bronx.
[00:27:26] It was perfect.
[00:27:27] She was like, oh, I got you.
[00:27:29] OK.
[00:27:30] Not you had a Kendra in your life.
[00:27:31] OK, look at co-parenting.
[00:27:35] Oh my god.
[00:27:36] Yep.
[00:27:37] So when I went to New York, I was like, I love Chris Brown.
[00:27:39] She's a girl me too.
[00:27:46] She got the Chris Brown poster in your day room.
[00:27:49] OK.
[00:27:51] Exactly.
[00:27:52] Oh, my God.
[00:27:54] But yes, so would recommend going to content with your mom.
[00:27:57] Just kidding.
[00:27:59] Anyway, I try to think what what was the main storyline in
[00:28:03] this most recent episode?
[00:28:05] Oh, that currently, of course, it's time.
[00:28:08] It's time. OK, so let's let's start because OK, let's start at the start.
[00:28:14] So Bambi, you know, does Bambi's storyline has been almost like a supporting character,
[00:28:20] right, for a lot of these girls where she shows up to Amy,
[00:28:28] this little photo shoe, Amy's regurgitating the same thing. Guys, like we're not going to keep talking about Amy and Mazzy. It's copy,
[00:28:31] paste, rinse and repeat. Um, but then she goes to Carly and she's like,
[00:28:37] I'm single. I'm wanting to, you know, get something going.
[00:28:41] Carly said, well, wait, rewind. Let's let me tell you what's going on with me. Okay, Carly,
[00:28:48] what's going on with you? Well, turns out Mr. 1501, who we
[00:28:53] know is doing dirt, because we know Meg the salient story.
[00:28:57] Hello. Okay. Has been not only like texting someone on the side, but he has been sending them pictures of rings.
[00:29:14] And it was so good the last time I saw you. When can I see you again? Our messages that
[00:29:18] Carly is finding in his phone. And then he's just like they're literally just going back and
[00:29:25] forth and this man the chutzpah that he has because he's like yeah I mean I will
[00:29:32] eventually drop all these people but you know I dropped them too early last time
[00:29:38] and it didn't go so well and I was fully committed so you know it's just and he
[00:29:44] is so toxic because he's like she's like screaming screaming
[00:29:48] You're lying. You're lying and he's like there were some lies told
[00:29:53] But I will eventually drop them
[00:29:56] But I just want us to be serious and I'm just keeping them around just in case
[00:30:02] Can you and I would like to house on fire.
[00:30:08] And maybe again, maybe I'm vain, right?
[00:30:10] Like, no.
[00:30:12] Maybe if you looked like...
[00:30:15] Okay, that's how I felt, but I didn't want to say.
[00:30:17] Look like how you look is like...
[00:30:21] Yuck.
[00:30:22] My bigger question about them is...
[00:30:30] I feel like in these episodes that we have met him, it has been stated that Carly moved in with him. But then on this last episode, it made
[00:30:37] it seem like it was Carly's house. So tell me y'all just filming in an Airbnb
[00:30:45] and saying that y'all live together.
[00:30:46] Because I'm like, this don't make sense.
[00:30:48] And then even when the episode
[00:30:49] when Carly confronted him and brought him food,
[00:30:52] I'm like, where is your furniture?
[00:30:55] Where are the dishes?
[00:30:56] Like-
[00:30:57] Where are the pictures?
[00:30:58] There's nothing?
[00:30:59] You're telling me there's not one picture?
[00:31:02] Like, these are rappers, right?
[00:31:06] Carly is a influencer.
[00:31:08] In addition, of course, to being on Love and Hip Hop,
[00:31:11] you have all these photo shoots, ready pictures,
[00:31:14] and you're not gonna print even one.
[00:31:17] Where's your number one plaque of your dancehall record
[00:31:19] on iTunes, like, you know?
[00:31:20] Right, be real.
[00:31:24] But it's fine.
[00:31:25] I guess I'm honest to believe it.
[00:31:26] So we will.
[00:31:27] And they just keep going back and forth.
[00:31:29] And then he goes, something triggered you.
[00:31:32] Let's talk about it.
[00:31:34] Huh?
[00:31:36] You want you?
[00:31:38] You like how you go against like me like that?
[00:31:43] Yeah.
[00:31:44] But see, you're right.
[00:31:45] It's the Airbnb,
[00:31:46] because there's no knives to kill him with.
[00:31:50] Because the Airbnb doesn't have it.
[00:31:52] They don't keep it.
[00:31:53] And so in true Carly fashion, she's like,
[00:31:57] you know, I know my girl Bam is single.
[00:32:01] I know Nick Cannon's ex fiancee, because at this point I don't say baby mama Jess Jess
[00:32:08] Jess Jessica yeah Jessica so she puts this mixer together and she's like you know
[00:32:19] No, because when I tell you no one can sell a dream like Carly can because Carly's
[00:32:25] there's a reason Bambi calls her the Lakers of being engaged because she did
[00:32:31] have five rings Bambi's not wrong and this is how she gets the rings because
[00:32:37] she's like I have all types of player ball players coming I have NFL NBA, and play players right there all coming. Okay, we show up and
[00:32:49] this is not what is under Teemu right like this is the like the like waist man right
[00:32:58] like this is this is bottom of the barrel like they look fine. It's not even looks.
[00:33:05] It's just the vibe of all of those men.
[00:33:08] I was like, no, the vibes are not correct.
[00:33:11] And then even the.
[00:33:13] Yeah, please go ahead.
[00:33:15] I was like, even the one that Bambi.
[00:33:17] I like being like, I was like,
[00:33:20] I'm confused as to like sure.
[00:33:23] Or he's attractive,
[00:33:24] but I'm just confused as to like, if he's attractive, but I'm just confused as to like,
[00:33:26] if you just trying to get a love interest,
[00:33:28] just so that you have a love interest, just say that.
[00:33:30] But it was Jessica.
[00:33:33] First of all, I knew something was off
[00:33:35] when she came in with that outfit.
[00:33:37] Like that outfit for me was a little weird.
[00:33:39] But when she kept the hood on, I was like,
[00:33:42] That's her to end the glasses. You knew.
[00:33:45] I was like, this isn't going to go really well.
[00:33:47] So then she ended up cussing out the guy that Bambi was with.
[00:33:50] But who cares about with that?
[00:33:54] You know, Carly has this mixer and she brings a date.
[00:33:59] And for me, it's like her story of the date.
[00:34:03] She's like, oh, I bet we've been talking for such a long time.
[00:34:07] And this and that, and we met.
[00:34:08] And I'm just like, well, OK, Carly.
[00:34:12] And this man allegedly flew out to see you,
[00:34:15] knows you in a relationship.
[00:34:17] Like, listen, I want to be Carly Red at some point
[00:34:21] in my life because I'm mad.
[00:34:24] And I don't care what anybody says.
[00:34:26] I know Carly got a lot of work done.
[00:34:29] She could be however old she wants to be.
[00:34:30] I still think Carly looks good.
[00:34:32] Yep, she does.
[00:34:33] And she got it.
[00:34:34] I am mad at Carly.
[00:34:35] And she got it, okay.
[00:34:37] Right.
[00:34:38] Period.
[00:34:38] Cause she said, you're gonna play me.
[00:34:40] You can't play a player, right?
[00:34:42] Like you can't pimple, pimp as Mama D says.
[00:34:44] Because she said, Bambi, I just Like you can't pimple, pimp as mama D says, because okay.
[00:34:46] She said, Bambi, I just need you offload you real quick so that I can find my man.
[00:34:52] Because Summers has walked in.
[00:34:55] He's all right.
[00:34:56] I think Carly is a type.
[00:34:58] Yeah.
[00:34:59] Sure.
[00:35:00] Why not?
[00:35:01] She definitely does.
[00:35:02] I'm not sure how Jock fits in that type, but she definitely does have a type.
[00:35:04] No, I think there's a tie.
[00:35:06] Yeah. Well, that's why I think Jack had her in a blender for so long.
[00:35:10] But I think they listen, life geninig like I'm confusion with,
[00:35:15] but there is this like type of like alpha male that like can
[00:35:20] supper and not physically, but like, but just has that like vibe of like, I'm in charge.
[00:35:27] I am man kind of deal. I think that's her type. So it's obvious why Summers, first of all,
[00:35:34] whose name is Summers? But anyway, Summers is here. And I said, Carly, this is how you get back.
[00:35:41] And Mr. 1501, right? And she was doing so well, Bryce, because he's here,
[00:35:47] they're flirting, they maybe went home together. Guess what? They went them together on camera.
[00:35:52] So, and that's all that matters, because that's what Mr. 1501 saw.
[00:35:58] He saw more than that because... Oh, it's so good. They set up a double date,
[00:36:02] Oh, it's so good. They set up a double date allegedly at his Airbnb because he's not here.
[00:36:07] And my it was even more than getting back at Mr. 15.
[00:36:12] 100.
[00:36:13] Carly wanted to seal the deal.
[00:36:14] Okay.
[00:36:15] And I love the fact that she was openly talking about it like, yes.
[00:36:18] Sealed a deal, my sister.
[00:36:20] But they have this double date with Bambi and her guy and Carly of
[00:36:24] Summers. And, you know, they fill in each other out then Bambi
[00:36:28] Or not Bambi. Carly gets a call and she's got to take you up and
[00:36:35] Missed a fifteen hundred and he's like where you at and
[00:36:39] She's like
[00:36:41] I'm not with friends and he's like I've been blowing you up all day. You haven't picked up. She's like, what? I didn't say I was like, he's like, where you at?
[00:36:46] Like show the background.
[00:36:47] And she, she's like, what?
[00:36:49] Nothing.
[00:36:50] And he's like, I know where you're at.
[00:36:52] And then here he inserts in scene.
[00:36:55] Now, before we even, okay.
[00:36:58] So I want to hear your thoughts because I, uh, I have some selected thoughts.
[00:37:04] About, yeah, same.
[00:37:05] So, but I am answering this as a toxic person.
[00:37:09] I just want to make that clear.
[00:37:10] And I'm saying my reaction is,
[00:37:14] it is in the way of you blow it all up, right?
[00:37:18] Like this is not who you're ending up with, period.
[00:37:21] So, cause when he says you on a tracker and she runs away, no, you stand
[00:37:28] 10 toes down, you're like, and I have nothing to hide from you, babe. Like, come on in.
[00:37:34] Because he's like, well, it's dinner for five then, or it's dinner for three. I would have
[00:37:38] been like, pull up a plate. Come on. This is my friend summer. You have to play stupid.
[00:37:44] Because why? Because he tried to play you stupid
[00:37:47] So here's the the hand we've dealt. So that's the problem
[00:37:50] She had the upper hand and she gave it away idiot toxic clown behavior because
[00:37:57] What you do brice is I invite him right in and then when he's starting to have an attitude
[00:38:03] The best way to match somebody that is a gas lighter like that is you don't
[00:38:08] You disengage so you're just like yeah, you're right
[00:38:11] I I did leave because you and you very much leave your tracker on because you do want him to find you and
[00:38:17] Guess what you post it on Instagram soft, right?
[00:38:21] You post Bambi and her man, and then you stop it right right here
[00:38:25] So so your man knows that there might be someone there, but maybe not pull up on me and check right?
[00:38:31] This is how you bread crumb them into doing what you need them to do
[00:38:35] Then they show up
[00:38:37] Yeah, like I said disengage
[00:38:40] Right and then when they start acting crazy
[00:38:44] What do you say,
[00:38:45] Bryce? I was, I was eventually going to let him go. Right?
[00:38:51] I didn't know we were serious.
[00:38:52] I didn't know we were serious, you know, in my past, in my five rings that I had,
[00:38:56] like a Laker, um, you know, I did let things go too early.
[00:39:02] Oh, I see something is triggering you. Mr. 1501, what's going on?
[00:39:07] And then you let him get pissed and leave.
[00:39:09] And then you keep on having your dinner
[00:39:11] like nothing happened.
[00:39:13] Why?
[00:39:14] Cause he's going to watch the episode back filming.
[00:39:17] But no, she gave away her power, Bryce.
[00:39:21] Girl.
[00:39:22] So when Carly ran away, first of all,
[00:39:25] he's talking about dinner for five.
[00:39:27] This is summer's Airbnb, right?
[00:39:30] Like, how are you like, this is summer's house, all we know.
[00:39:34] When Carly ran away and when Bambi got up
[00:39:37] and was like, oh my God, all of this is happening.
[00:39:40] I was like, oh, I was like, this is real.
[00:39:44] Again, this is why I love Carly on this show
[00:39:46] because she's so extra.
[00:39:50] Yes.
[00:39:51] And I am watching and I'm like, oh, this is real.
[00:39:56] Like my heart kind of jumped a beat
[00:39:58] because like Carly, the way she,
[00:40:00] I even want to say she like screams.
[00:40:03] Yeah, she did and tried to get in the way.
[00:40:06] Yeah.
[00:40:07] So then after he missed a 1501 makes his exit,
[00:40:12] I see he has pulled up in the production car.
[00:40:18] Right.
[00:40:19] I'm just like fake.
[00:40:22] Like that kind of pissed me off.
[00:40:24] Like I have watched Love and Hip Hop for 11 seasons. fake Like that kind of piss me off like I I
[00:40:25] Have watched love it hip hop for 11 seasons. I know how it works, right?
[00:40:30] But still in that moment. I was like, oh
[00:40:33] But when he got in the backseat at the SUV that they are all right and pick them up
[00:40:39] I'm like, ah
[00:40:41] Y'all need to do better. We should like oh
[00:40:43] I'm like, ah, y'all need to do better. We should like, they should park the park up hill.
[00:40:46] Or like let him, just tell him like,
[00:40:49] when you get back in the car,
[00:40:51] just get in the front seat and drive off, idiot.
[00:40:55] We don't know what his car looks like,
[00:40:59] but no, rookie moves.
[00:41:02] But you know why they couldn't have them? What?
[00:41:08] You know why they couldn't have him in the front because he was drinking? You know, they supplied him a bunch of alcohol, just like they had done
[00:41:11] scrappy that went back in season whenever when the fight with a Stevie J.
[00:41:17] So I just feel like they're probably giving him too much alcohol and he
[00:41:20] didn't hit all his cues that he needed to hit.
[00:41:23] But Carly did.
[00:41:24] Cause she's begging to the shoe.
[00:41:28] How she took out the shoe so fast
[00:41:31] while being wedged in between two cars.
[00:41:34] And I also feel like, so it was fake,
[00:41:37] but I also feel like they also were like,
[00:41:39] we don't know what the hell Carly's gonna do
[00:41:41] because her wedging herself in that car,
[00:41:42] I'm like, Carly, you're gonna get hurt.
[00:41:44] But also a part of me is like,
[00:41:46] that's why they probably didn't want him driving
[00:41:48] because he probably would have-
[00:41:51] Ran over her, yep, yep.
[00:41:53] But also it's like, if you know it's a production car,
[00:41:56] then you're like, okay, then I get Carly's reaction
[00:41:59] a little bit more.
[00:42:00] Yeah, then you get act a little crazy
[00:42:02] because I'm not gonna kill this.
[00:42:03] But again, that's why Carly has yet to miss a season
[00:42:06] since her debut.
[00:42:09] But my next question is for you, like girl,
[00:42:12] how are your shoes off?
[00:42:13] And girl, how does this make it your phone?
[00:42:15] Like Carly, you are messing up here, Carly.
[00:42:19] I'm telling you, why would you let,
[00:42:21] you had the upper hand, he came to you you let him leave after you drag
[00:42:28] You're like oh shucks you have to play stupid cuz that's what bothers each these types of like people the most come on
[00:42:37] Kylie let me help you be toxic
[00:42:39] please and then Bambi right I don't ever
[00:42:48] Please and then Bambi right? I don't ever want a friend like Bambi. Can you please stop cheating on her? I would have hit her with my shoe
[00:42:53] It was Bambi for me when she was like you're acting a mess at this man. We want a date
[00:43:00] Bambi's taking it so serious, right? And the thing is, Mr. 1501 has to come back, right?
[00:43:08] Because she, Carly, you know, has lost all high ground.
[00:43:12] I'm so pissed at her, idiot.
[00:43:14] Like, I suppose women's rights and wrongs, Carly.
[00:43:17] But what are we doing here?
[00:43:18] And she goes, well, you know, because he said,
[00:43:22] you deal with men with cheap jewelry.
[00:43:24] You had, all she needed to say was, yeah, just like the rings you send those bitches.
[00:43:28] But no, she goes, you deal with prostitutes.
[00:43:32] Why? And then she and he goes, so did M.
[00:43:36] Michael Jordan.
[00:43:37] Huh?
[00:43:40] I hate when women lose.
[00:43:43] Yes, please go ahead.
[00:43:44] No, no, I was going to say, Yes, please go ahead. No
[00:43:50] No, I was gonna say like then she reveals us. He's been cheating this whole time. So you knew sis
[00:43:56] So you are you not embarrassed? This is embarrassing like, huh?
[00:44:09] But that's the problem is you can't let them have the upper hand and you had it and then you let it go with your dignity in that black car
[00:44:17] Cuz I don't and then bandages at the end. Why don't you just yeah? Why would you throw your phone at him?
[00:44:18] idiot I'm telling you throw your mic pack
[00:44:22] I'm tired of this. Put me in, coach.
[00:44:24] I will never let, no, okay, be serious.
[00:44:28] And at the end, Bambi just, why didn't you turn your location off?
[00:44:32] Bambi, shut up.
[00:44:34] Not sure if I should be, but I'm not going to be.
[00:44:36] I'm not going to be.
[00:44:37] I'm not going to be.
[00:44:38] I'm not going to be.
[00:44:39] I'm not going to be.
[00:44:40] I'm not going to be.
[00:44:41] I'm not going to be.
[00:44:42] I'm not going to be.
[00:44:43] I'm not going to be.
[00:44:44] I'm not going to be. I'm not going to be. I'm not going to be. I'm not going to be. I'm not going to be. Let's know, okay, be serious. And at the end, Bambi just, why didn't you turn your location off?
[00:44:46] Bambi, shut up!
[00:44:49] No, she was like,
[00:44:50] you gotta start turning your location off.
[00:44:56] Like why is Bambi taking this so serious?
[00:45:00] Right.
[00:45:01] Bambi is trigger, okay?
[00:45:03] Bambi has gone through a lot.
[00:45:04] She don't have none of her friends
[00:45:05] She tried to make up with Sierra and it worked out. This is all she's left with
[00:45:10] This Amy Luciani's ass like please Lord
[00:45:15] No, cuz I couldn't breathe. Oh my god, can we talk about just quickly mazzi apparently mazzi has gone back to his old ways
[00:45:22] Right and Amy's like, oh, maybe this isn't the one for me.
[00:45:26] Cause turns out another break baby,
[00:45:29] because all these men do on breaks is have babies.
[00:45:32] So there is now a child in the mix.
[00:45:36] And not only that, he wants said child to live with them
[00:45:40] while Amy pays the bills.
[00:45:42] while Amy pays the bills.
[00:45:50] And then what do we feel about the gas station? Yes.
[00:45:51] Okay, now, mind you, I have gotten some essential items
[00:45:57] of some of my past wardrobes outside of a gas station
[00:46:03] or a hair store.
[00:46:04] So I'm not mad.
[00:46:05] Yeah.
[00:46:06] Right.
[00:46:06] Like, you know, we love the hustle.
[00:46:09] Again, Amy is like, if we thought city girls were down with
[00:46:14] Carly, it's like, Amy's like, you know, I gave you an opportunity to change.
[00:46:19] I've done this.
[00:46:20] I've done that.
[00:46:21] But for me, my thing to Amy was that when you moved him back into your condo and he wasn't paying rent and he was driving your car, what did you then changed?
[00:46:36] Thank you.
[00:46:38] I was like, you know my situation.
[00:46:49] Yeah, like, yeah, she knows because she's paying all the bills and she's been fine with it until now. So it's like, I kind of was agreeing with Mazzy a little bit like, you know my situation. me on here. Well, what I'll tell you why, because chaotic got with Erica Bank. And so
[00:47:07] now Amy Luciani needed to get her get back, but literally, she would have to pay for her
[00:47:14] get back.
[00:47:15] No, it is giving so embarrassing, right? Like Amy stand up and I again, I support women's
[00:47:23] rights and wrongs y'all,
[00:47:25] but I felt for Mazzy in this moment.
[00:47:27] It, this also felt real, right?
[00:47:29] The fight where he's like, I'm trying to do good.
[00:47:32] It's just we keep moving up because you want better spaces
[00:47:36] and I can't afford that.
[00:47:38] And I don't think he's wrong.
[00:47:39] You can't live a certain life and want,
[00:47:44] you know, all of these great things when your partner can't live a certain life and want, you know,
[00:47:45] all of these great things when your partner can afford it
[00:47:48] and then be mad at your partner,
[00:47:50] cause he can't afford it.
[00:47:51] Pick a struggle, pick a lane.
[00:47:54] It doesn't work like that.
[00:47:55] I don't know.
[00:47:56] I was just like, do I buy out all of black love
[00:47:58] to support him?
[00:47:59] Cause it really hurt my feelings.
[00:48:01] The way like watching him like be so vulnerable.
[00:48:06] It also was the way that when Amy Luchiani pulled up, it was the guy on the motorcycle
[00:48:11] that had pulled up and bought something like I was like, okay.
[00:48:14] That's what I'm saying. That would be me.
[00:48:18] Thank you, bro. And again, I think that was real. I think that was real. But and another thing that
[00:48:24] kind of pissed me off about Amy Luciani is like the things that okay
[00:48:27] So sure you are upset about this child, but it seemed like you were harping more on
[00:48:33] He's starting to smoke again in the house
[00:48:41] Girl did we share that that wasn't okay. That's my question right like did we tell him that you can't do that?
[00:48:49] And it's like if you know that the man smoke a little marijuana girl
[00:48:53] What makes you think that that like I could look at his lips and his gums and tell you he ain't stop
[00:48:59] so
[00:49:02] I'm dead. It also makes me feel like, well, girl, this is what your mom and your sisters have said
[00:49:09] the whole time that you brought him back.
[00:49:12] Yup.
[00:49:13] 100%.
[00:49:14] So I just like, yeah, I'm with you.
[00:49:16] I kind of fell for Masi in this situation because it's almost, again, now I'm almost
[00:49:21] like your husband a little bit where it's like.
[00:49:28] You just brought this man on here so that you could get back.
[00:49:31] And then now you want us to have sympathy for you. Girl, I can't have sympathy for you if he ain't never been paying
[00:49:33] the rent since he came back now.
[00:49:36] He outside the gas station trying to get your rent money.
[00:49:40] That's what I'm saying.
[00:49:41] I was like, at least he's trying, right?
[00:49:43] Like he isn't some like random trying to just like mooch off of you.
[00:49:48] He's just she it just felt like she loved the idea of him more than him.
[00:49:54] Because she's like, you were in stores, you were on billboards.
[00:49:57] And then I took you back. So what happened? You can't. That's so bad.
[00:50:02] And then also it's like, when you know the history of them.
[00:50:05] Now they said that they were really popular YouTubers.
[00:50:09] And I imagine that at that time,
[00:50:12] that probably was his main source of income,
[00:50:16] which again is you.
[00:50:18] So, yes, like, yeah, you saw them on a billboard
[00:50:23] when he saw that YouTube money.
[00:50:24] He'll cut the YouTube money now no more.
[00:50:26] So yeah.
[00:50:27] And y'all broke up.
[00:50:28] There's no YouTube.
[00:50:29] Yeah, that's what I'm saying.
[00:50:30] So I felt also that Mazzie was trying and that I can see again how like a frustrated
[00:50:37] person it doesn't need like gender actually doesn't matter.
[00:50:40] But I do think sometimes for men more than women, that it can be a little bit what I'm struggling
[00:50:46] to see my partner's success and I'm stuck.
[00:50:50] And maybe my success is fully or was fully dependent
[00:50:53] on my partner.
[00:50:55] So it's a bummer, but I feel like you either help him out,
[00:50:59] get back, like maybe this love and hip hop thing will help.
[00:51:03] I don't know.
[00:51:04] But I feel like you can't fault him because he's trying and he's not just sitting on his ass at home
[00:51:09] He's at the gas station
[00:51:15] Yeah
[00:51:18] Me going to Atlanta and being like where can I find these right? I can't wear them, but I need to find
[00:51:25] Can you imagine if you went to Atlanta
[00:51:27] and you went to the gas station and you saw moss?
[00:51:30] I think I would scream,
[00:51:32] because I'm going to Atlanta for work.
[00:51:34] And imagine me yelling at my boss and being like,
[00:51:37] I can't, I gotta get this shirt.
[00:51:40] We gotta go support him.
[00:51:42] How am I bossing?
[00:51:43] I'm like, yeah, that's how I feel.
[00:51:46] Bless his heart because there's nothing much we can say about it.
[00:51:51] Nothing much.
[00:51:51] But there are some men that like you're right, do feel uncomfortable
[00:51:57] with having a woman that makes more than them.
[00:52:00] Clearly it's not Mazi.
[00:52:02] So we love that for him.
[00:52:06] But this has been your recap of episode 22, 23 and 24.
